Others like his sock puppet anonymint defend his trading calls but now cant even do that since he has been debunked for the most part.

anonymint was not a sockpuppet, though I would assume from reading his many posts in the past he would continue follow MA quite closely.
maybe maybe not.. we will never know

If you had read anonymint's posts and all of his following profiles it would be clear to you that he was not- IamNotBack and UnoctaniumTesticles or something like that. He also has a steem account that he occasionally blogs on.

Don't get me wrong, there are shills and sock puppets everywhere. But I wouldn't make a comment because maybe anonymint wasn't. It would literally be beneath him to shill MA on an obscure internet forum.

Will be watching this thread closely. I'd throw my hat in the ring, sounds like an awesome project. Competition could be a great way to go about choosing a design.
26  Economy / Collectibles / Re: ◯ 'Goxxed For The Last Time' Gold and silver plated◯ on: February 17, 2019, 08:50:08 AM
Submitted another update to the mintage in the above post- missed some notes and it has been corrected. Turns out the mintage was actually closer to the 500 limit than I thought.

I will submit final mintage in circulation when I have melted the unsold coins.

Shout out to minerjones for poking me to get these numbers out finally.

After double checking my notes the mintage is as follows these numbers include error/smudge/unique spilled mustard (lol) coins:

180 'original' - silver plated, unnumbered
20 pure silver 'original' - unnumbered
31 pure silver numbered (numbered from 21 onwards)

120 silver plated commiserative numbered
120 gold plated commiserative numbered

Total: 420 plated, 51 pure silver

I'll be first to admit my book-keeping was not stellar on this, so apologies for any mix-ups. But these are checked against my notes and manufacturer orders.

Please also note that numbers have been rounded up as approx 50-80 original plated and silver/gold plated and commiserative were never sold and will be melted down when I buy a new smelter (last one shorted out and have not purchased a new one, crappy chinese made).
Bringing the actual plated amount in circulation to closer to 350-370

Open to any corrections but I believe these numbers to be fully accurate.

Will update the thread with the 'melted/discarded' coins when they are turned into ingots or something. I'll provide a video of it for veracity, but this may be months down the line yet, like I wrote, need to source a decent smelter. Have my eye on one from the UK...

Can anyone clarify the mintage numbers for these coins?

The encyclopedia lists the solid silver as having 500 made with an additional "3" made for the anniversary coin.

This seems off, as I have a few of the solid silver anniversary here.......

Hi Guys!

I have 2 pure silver coins left from my initial strikes- these are numbers 19 and 20 and will be the last 'unnumbered' coins sold. They come with certificate of authenticity. After this all my pure silver strikes will be laser engraved with their numbers. I will probably reduce the number of these strikes significantly as the initial aim of 500 was a little high. There will be no more than 100-250 of these coins struck.

With the silver price the way it is these rare and unique strikes should be a nice addition to your collection Smiley

Let me know if you're interested!

Hi minerjones, I've been meaning to put exact mintage numbers up for a long time.

There were no where near 500 actually struck in the end - that was just an upper limit. And also the encyclopedia seems off to me- must be a mistake. I do not think that more than 100 pure silver strikes were made off the top of my head.

I will compile them and put them up here and disseminate the numbers, while also putting them on my site soon. I have time this weekend and since you're interested this is probably the best time to do it.

Agree with a previous comment, ChiBitCty is a prime candidate for considering reinstating into the forum.

Maybe it had been suggested upthread but a vouch system would be good. I know one guy in particular who I'd vouch for, but perhaps that is like earning merit too...

Big thank you to Hhampuz for helping out with distribution for me on these babies. It's been hard getting them finished for a number of production reasons. Was also held up by extensive personal reasons. I'm glad they are ready to be distributed before the end of 2018!

Cheers.

40  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin critical support on: December 08, 2018, 03:12:36 PM
So MA provides no other info other than it is a critical support?

The computer provides a lot more info (turning points and other numbers) , but monthly critical support is a very important , long term buy or sell signal.
Actually I've checked again for monthly critical support and it has moved even much lower, in the 1000 area. A  monthly sell signal was generated recently.
The yearly number now comes into play at year end and lies below 3000. That will also be very relevant for the long term trend. It doesn't look good for Bitcoin looking at the foreseeable future.

I agree, the btc price looks to move lower from here. I have a few targets and scenarios. We all need to be ready for different outcomes!
