Still available and open to offers, though there has been some interest for a sale in combination with some GPUs this is still available on it's own.
603  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic Devastation on: April 05, 2015, 02:33:13 PM

Wrong. Economics and anonymity do not trump morals nor criminal behavior. This guys is a scumbag and deserves incarceration.

coinits, you can't seriously believe posting some images on the internet deserve incarceration? I'm not trying to derail the thread, but while his actions might be immoral I think it's arguable to define it as criminal simply as no-one is being harmed. Please don't bring up the fool that trusted this person with her pictures, she made her decision, let her be an example to others- and so she should be.

So what is next we are all waiting??

Hey Mane! Well there is a project I'm reviving with another member and also helping finish another project that was designed and struck a while back.

I've also got another project which is totally different than my usual offerings that I'll announce in the coming weeks as long as I can get it ready- it's in the final stages now. I'd like to say more but I want to finish it first.

This is on top of trying to sort some more runs of my current designs, the Goxxed coins and pure silver Uno bars are easiest, but I have some trouble with my label suppliers right now so there is a slight hold up with the regular plated bars due to numbering issues in relation to labelling.

Personally I have a lot on right now, big changes and deadlines at my job over the next few months and I have tax issues to deal with in the UK. It's going to be a struggle to fit everything in, but I'll keep everyone posted.

As CoinCube has stated, there would be some downsides to an anonymous internet where someone can run a website anonymously:

http://technology.inquirer.net/41598/california-man-gets-18-years-for-us-revenge-porn-site

Would it really be so horrific if people had to become more cautious about their promiscuity?

I am not so sure about the downsides- I feel they obviously exist but are overplayed by mainstream media, obviously exploitative pornography is an abomination, but worrying about a symptom does not address the cause, which is largely the extent to which children are routinely abused in the home and in institutions, the public needs to be better educated on these things. While making things illegal can have a cooling effect, it still will not remedy the problem.

I think things like ex-porn is obviously immoral, and I do not like the idea of my freedom being further taken away due to other's bad decisions. But this is always the way. I'm rambling!

I got my Unobtanium bar yesterday, and it is very nice. Will be printing keys for it today and look forward to more purchases with op. As I mentioned in my rating, this was quite possibly the easiest and best international order I have transacted to date.

Thank you for the kind words siameze Smiley

Deepest apologies all. I got banned for the past two weeks for having a sig campaign and apparently spamming.  Huh

Anyway, everyone who has unanswered messages will be replied to in the next few days. And all those that have inquired about orders should be hearing from me soon too.

Thanks for the support Smiley

No worries, good to see you back. I am still anxiously awaiting my bar, I know I will love it! Smiley

Your bar should have reached you by now, or it will arrive very soon, I'll PM you about it.

It sure is a mess. I don't know if being misinformed and having bad ideas deserves being shot with teargas. Despite my dislike of leftists I think it just as likely that agent provocateurs were a large part of the rioting. That being said, it often doesn't take much to spark riots among angry stupid kids.
614  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: From BTC to Paypal on: March 18, 2015, 06:48:32 PM
I'd like to buy $35.35 worth of that if your BTC are still available.
615  Economy / Economics / Re: Advice on buying a house (Netherlands, Amsterdam) on: March 18, 2015, 04:38:09 PM

Yep. This is pretty crazy stuff- commented on a thread about this. The protest seems largely manufactured by hard lefties though. I wouldn't consider it much of a reflection of the general populace.
616  Economy / Economics / Re: Advice on buying a house (Netherlands, Amsterdam) on: March 18, 2015, 04:36:36 PM
I'm thinking of buying a flat in Amsterdam or rather taking a mortgage out more specifically. Mortgage rates are pretty good and if I choose to I will have to invest little of my own money.

Pros:
  • It's in a bustling major city
The market seems to have bottomed and is in a small upswing
Easy for me to get a good size mortgage
    Rates are very low
    Some tax benefits to owning
    Beats renting
Can always rent it out fairly easily if I end up having to leave Amsterdam

You forgot to mention coffeshops   Wink

I don't smoke.  Tongue

Sent you a PM in regards to purchase, BitcoinInformation steered me to this thread.  This will make an excellent addition to my collection.

Will get back to you by this evening siameze Smiley

I've received my Unobtanium a while ago and man what is it shiny. For pictures, please checkout my imgur album (which contains a lot of pictures of all kinds of coins).

Thanks Mitchell!
618  Economy / Economics / Re: ECB protesters clash with police in Frankfurt, Germany on: March 18, 2015, 02:49:51 PM
Is anyone else shocked at this?

Nope.

If you look closely at who is trying to clash with the police in Frankfurt then you see it's the absolute bottom of the economy. Drug addicts, homeless people, squatters, etc.

You barely see people from the middleclass and up fighting there. Says enough. Germany should wipe the streets clean immidiately before they ocupy more places.

You dont know what you're talking about, you're a typical dickhead who puts ppl in places of ''trash''. Pretty sure you dont even watched tv whats going on there.

I personally would agree with 1refs generalization and expect it to be true. I visited Occupy camps in London when they were around. The vast majority were 'opportunists' to put it kindly.
619  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is the European Union Dying? on: March 18, 2015, 11:46:30 AM
It's capitalism that's dying, the collapse of the EU is just a symptom.

You see, my political commissar in the army told me the same stuff twenty some years ago. As I see capitalism is still here but our glorious socialism went down the drain. Even the Chinese hard-liners switched to some sort of capitalism. Capitalism most likely will transform over the time to a more sustainable hopefully more localized form but that will be still capitalism, as capitalism is the natural way for economy.

Not just that, it is man's natural state. Laws/Rules are of course necessary for a functioning society wether it be cultural, voluntary or compelled. I do not know where capitalism will end up, it's still here in some shattered remnant and continues to to create innovation despite the onslaught against it during the last century.

EDIT:

"This is not what Blockupy planned"

So there's Agent provocateurs there then?

Could be, the thought always crosses my mind in situations like this.
