302  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the world Economy Collapse this year? on: July 08, 2016, 05:08:01 AM
how legitimate are channels like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ext9G4wr9EU in the information they presents correct? Or are they just people who are trying to manipulate others into buying gold.

Those are just speculation and theories, They are possible situations that may occur but there is no one hundred percent guarantee that it will happen. But do not worry over such matter if many people will believe it will just lead to panic selling and buying. The government and the financial world will not allow such things to happen. If that is going to happen they will surely find some means to stop it or to lessen the impact.
There's a possibility that our economy will collapse and some of the country are already experiencing it. An inflation is a cause of economic that is collapsing although it is only a part, there's a big impact for people who deposited their money in the bank.
303  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: July 08, 2016, 05:06:08 AM
If bitcoin to be international currency, what do you think?
You can use it every where and anywhere, without exchange it.
And how to use transaction with it, if bitcoin just crypto currency?
How many people like with this thread?

That will happen sooner. At this point of time it is an international currency but only in a small scale since not all are accepting bitcoins and only a selected few are accepting it.When the time comes then it is very beneficial especially to Overseas Workers, it will be easy to send money just a click of the finger and the family will receive bitcoins. It will be easy and faster.
Agree we're already in a international currency state because all people around the word use bitcoin but only just a few in different part of the country as soon as this number grow then we can really consider that bitcoin is currency that is well known like USD.
304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: July 08, 2016, 05:04:56 AM
If I were rich, I would still gamble for fun as I do it now. Maybe because I would be rich not because of gambling, but of other stuff (some investments as an example). IMO, I don't think that generally anyone can get rich of gambling.
You are 100% sir, there is no way to get rich from this goddamn gambling
I was close to this actually but I became too greedy and that was the reason i lost all...
If you want to gamble just get big money in there and big bets, thats all guyz
everyone has their own opinion. like gambling and some are hated gambling. it is reasonable . gambling is not a game for me to get rich. gambling just a hobby. like some of the messages that you do not spend your money for a hobby.

true, gambling is good depending of you are playing with it. If you know how to control and manage your money then I think you can gamble. But if you are out of control in playing gambling please avoid it as early as you can. Because you can lose that you cannot afford to lose. And I agree that gambling is just a hobby and not to get rich. Sometime if we win once in gambling we can't stop ourselves in playing with it. But I know there are people that after winning they just want to stop and put the money in their savings Smiley
For the rich people is should be a hobby for them as they will not care so much even when they lose money, they are just after for the fun but the poor have a different perception of gambling.
They care but what they care more is the result that they will get, there are rich people that make gambling for a living. Rich people always wants money and always wants their money to grow whatever it takes.
305  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: DoubleBot.com - Always pays,100% guarantee. 195 BTC paid,more than 1 year online on: July 08, 2016, 04:54:51 AM
All these ponzi's.... it's crazy.  Why on earth do people send money to these things??

A gold mine is a hole in the ground with a liar standing on top of it. - Mark Twain  Grin
I sennd money on this before(on it's early days) because what I knew that it's a trading bot that makes you grow your money on it. Like an arbitrage but it seems a bit fishy now.
306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: July 08, 2016, 04:35:01 AM
Gambling is a bit of a problem. But knowing when to walk away means  you can earn from gambling. Anyways, addiction can be fixed though Smiley
You cannot simply walk away because in the next day you will surely come back and gamble, that is just a repetition and we all lose because the moment we won we spend our winnings on things or gigs to enjoy ourselves.
I want to rephrase your sentence. We all lose becasuse the moment we know we won we still want another result of winning making us feeling unsatisfy which result to a streak lose result.
307  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: July 08, 2016, 04:14:52 AM
I love luxury life, and for that I think I should at least hold 100 btc at the end of 20 years, because I don't want to compromise with my retirement life.

maybe you need more than 1000bitcoin  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Grin Grin Grin
for me 200bitcoin is enough for make my retirement day full of fun, i will use 10btc peryear.. hope i can reach it before retirement day..

In 20 years, the bitcoin price will be at least 1000 times higher than now. You just need 10 bitcoins to live happily.
Then in this case they do not need 1000 bitcoins.

Your saying that it will be $600k after 20 years. Man, that's quite high and impossible to happen because there's no assurance most people in the world will adopt bitcoin.
308  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: July 08, 2016, 04:12:02 AM
Those big companies only can make a large profit from mining... If you still want to mine coins, you should know first what alt coin can take an advantage later on and will give you money. All you need to do now is to save them and invest some of it.
What do you mean companies? No one can profit in mining nowadays because of the cut that keep on happening to btc fee which is halving. The only year that bitcoin mining became profitable is the early years it had.
309  Economy / Services / Re: looking for like minded individuals to make $. on: July 08, 2016, 03:39:20 AM
I am very known in excel, known a little bit in SEO like branch of it(SMM). I had past experience being a QA of a website and can do some of it's edits (If it's a wordpress site).
310  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: July 07, 2016, 03:44:53 PM
As you see, the Bitcoin is crashing and trying to break a new low until it stop.
But I won't sell any Bitcoin at this time, I believe it will rise again as it always do. Smiley
At the moment I am also not going to sell any coin because of the fact that the halving is coming soon and I am also holding on to them for the future.
If you are going to wait for the future prices there is a chance that you will make allot more money the  if you sell right now.

That is really a recommended thing to do as the halving is going to happen for the next few days.
So that we can able to get good profits out of it once the price is going to increase and I hope the price is going to reach up to $800

I don't think we will see the price of $800 at halving, as price is not moving up rapidly and its now less then week left for halving, I am expecting something around $750 at halving.
Bitcoin is full of surprises and we cannot judge what will be the exact position of bitcoin at halving, lets hope that price will start rising soon and we can see some good price at halving.

Exactly that is why we just need to see the future of it and help ourselves by just going to hold a lot of bitcoins as we can.
It is really going to be a good surprise.
If bitcoins price is going to be a price of all that hopes which is $1k.
If you goal is to cash out when the price hits $1,000, I tell you that you start saving now and by the end of the year you will that price, do not worry because we are moving in a positive direction.
I agree because upon seeing things like merchants is now having a plan to add bitcoin as one way of their payment. It is really a positive progress for bitcoin.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Cryptocurrency's killer app: disrupting web ads via RaiBlocks micropayments on: July 07, 2016, 03:43:11 PM
I see due ways:

- devs are not interested in the project anymore and them did not paid the VPS with nodes
- there are techincal problems on the VPS with nodes

If we cannot transfer the coins because all the nodes are gone then this coin can be consider a dead coin so there will be no use to accept Mrai on your soon to be launch coin..
How about making a mrai wallet address online? Sounds stupid but one of the possible ways to avoid the loss of people who hold mrais. Like blockchain site.
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Escrowed BCO starts!][PRE-ANN] Democracy: the lightest coin on: July 07, 2016, 03:41:23 PM
Thank you sebastian for your service. I hope we get chance to develop good product with a escrow like you Wink
Nice choice of escrow person you used, hope people will be more confident now.
313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [RaiBlocks] RaiBlocks trading thread on: July 07, 2016, 03:39:04 PM
They will most likely lock this thread just like Gamebet did just now  Roll Eyes
might be possible since dev is not giving any update and there's no hope for the future development i think we can still use this since there's still members here willing to buy those remaining Mrai from our wallet.

the last news i heard is the dev nodes are shut down and the block explorer too so most likely in few days there will be now way to transfer your MRAIs check the RAIBLOCKS ANN thread for more details

Yes All the nodes are shut down for MRai. Only 4 nodes are left. And when these 4 nodes will be shutdown then transfer of MRai will not be possible between wallets. So those who are holding Mrai still will be of zero Value and bad news we cannot transfer them to Katelist project if there is no transfer option avaiable.
This really isn't a good news for mrai holders. Is there any solution to avoid this node from shutting down?

You can change the default nodes in config.json with the one posted before.

Im not familiar in raiblock but I will do it if I get the instruction right.
314  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: July 07, 2016, 03:37:31 PM
Best way for a steady income is to get a job because that is going to assure you to make earn money every month.
Bitcoin cannot assure you that so that is why getting a job is the better thing to do.
Well that's right. Daily job is the most secure way to get income for now but once we see bitcoin being accepted widely all over the world then there's a chance that bitcoin job must be a good choice too.
315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: July 07, 2016, 03:28:37 PM
I don't know why but I always get a feeling to gamble, after then losing my money, I quit for some time and then continue, but I know I will lose my btc Sad

Why is it so addictive?
Gambling is so addicting because it is simple to understand for most people and you can make fast money with it if you win.
When people have won ones then they think that they can win again and again but that is when it goes wrong.

Pretty much money is one part of it.  Some people wanted to experience the thrill behind the game.  That one of the reason  why some thrill seeking people prefer to bungie jump on the cliff thousand meters above the sea level, or skydive.  Others even try to do some death defying stunt.  They don't care if they will cost it their lives or their money as long as they experience the thrill and excitement. In gamble it is the same thrill /excitement  to be on the middle of "what will show up, Win or lose"
Lol, you should not compare daredevil stunts to gambling since it is so different. Stunts are used to face your specific fear, gambling is use to earn a profit. There's no pure excitement in gambling.
316  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why I'm an atheist on: July 07, 2016, 03:14:30 PM
Im an atheist because of the simple reason,it is funny for me that someone believes that in the skies (??) there is some guy who rule's the whole universe.
Common, its 2016 how could someone still believe this? well,i cant change that anyway i dont care about religion.
Maybe except islam because they want to kill me for being an atheist lol

On the other hand, many people believe that we came from inorganic material through a process called evolution. Evolution has been proven to be mathematically impossible. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1454732.0 It's funny to me how people, especially scientists, can keep on believing it when it has been shown to be scientifically (mathematically) impossible. But...

Let's say that evolution happened to be true for a moment. Why would it not be possible in this great universe for some form of evolution to have developed intelligent creatures thousands of times faster than people developed on earth? And why could they not be a lot more intelligent than we are?

Then, let's say one of them developed a mental way to manipulate space-time using his mind. Could he not change everything in the universe to have been brought into being by way of creation rather than evolution? Wouldn't He be God if He could do this? Why would you think that if impossible evolution could exist, that a seemingly impossible Being like God couldn't exist?

You might say that we have no proof. But we don't have proof for much of anything. In fact, when it comes right down to it, life is impossible, because we have no clue as to how it could exist in the first place. The only reason that we know life can exist is because we are here.

Think about it.

Cool
We became more clever because that fits our survival ability, it's just that we make it extend to the point where our intelligence is used to participate and other humans to survive for a living, that's why as thousand years passed by. People knew how to have agriculture and industry.

Yet the fact that cause and effect exist in everything, shows us that something caused us to be inventive, and something else caused the something, and something else caused that, all the way back to the Beginning. So everything is programmed to do what it does. And the Programmer would have to be great enough to fit our definition of "God."

This means that we DO know where life came from. It wasn't evolution, because evolution has been proven to be mathematically impossible anyway. It was God.

Cool
So you mean hating human lives is a really good thing at all? If your religion teach you to hate then you know your religion is not good.
317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: July 07, 2016, 03:07:08 PM
I gamble to make money but it also has to be somewhat fun because if it was not fun I would not be doing it.
Having fun while gambling is important because if not you are just going to be mad.
That should be the behavior but unfortunately most of them go to a point where they are desperate to recover what they lost or if they are winning getting unsatisfied for what profit they get.
318  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 07, 2016, 02:37:50 PM
Not quite clear. Devote yourself completely Bitcoins, like this? If you have a view of mining, it is not profitable. For the whole farm is huge, and it will still work. not an option, no one knows to receive passive income from Bitcoin course in which direction the price will go.Bitcoin is an extra income, at least for most of us.
If you're talking about being a worker then there's no easy way. But if we talk about building a business thru bitcoin then there is. The most successful one is gambling sites.
319  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: July 07, 2016, 02:29:27 PM
If you can get collateral, then it will protect you some. The problem with collateral is that now you have something (like an account) that you don't really want and have to sell to get your money back.
I think accounts should not be a collateral since that kind of collateral can be an advantage if you are giving a loan. Like for example when someone wants to sell his account but no one wants to buy then they will just go to you to take a loan and give their account as collateral, it means they can easily get rid of their account.
320  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: July 07, 2016, 02:27:29 PM
Uncertainty Brexit results in the European region, it seems, subsided though such consolidation may also indicate that brewing a strong breakthrough.
On the world market there is uncertainty and anxiety / If these trends continue, they will create a perfect starting conditions for the explosive growth of Bitcoin prices. And Halving awards for the same block event that will stimulate market participants to buy.
Yes, you are right, these recent news has give a positive impact on the bitcoin community especially the halving, the trend has a very strong indication that the price will continue to go up.

It may go higher after the halving, and I think price rally is over now and we won't see higher price as per our expectations at halving, as price is going down at a moment.
The fall back at the moment is not the basis that the price will not gonna rise again, if you have observed the previous days the price does not really falls back hard nor increase so that could only mean that we are stable now and we are just waiting something big that would dictate the price up.
The fall doesn't really mean the dropped of bitcoin since we already encounter this kind of event last time when it hit 1200 and fall back down to 300 but see where we are. Bitcoin's price is so unpredictable.
