361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you support Bitcoin Forks? Why??? on: November 08, 2017, 08:57:21 AM

I do because by principle Bitcoin is open-source and the software is meant to be tested, challenged, refuted, debated. Without it being open-source it would be subject to corruption and shadow influence or intentions. I also believe these hardforks have made Bitcoin stronger it's like a scorpion molting, it's hard and laboring process but in the end it comes out prettier and eventually stronger than before.
362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price Worth $7500 on: November 08, 2017, 08:19:30 AM

A lot of people are buying Bitcoin for the first time too, this is comes from the report that Coinbase had 100,000 new users in a 24 hour period. They're probably just now getting their Bitcoin.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: November 07, 2017, 09:40:23 AM

Basically what I do is a monthly deposit, I also mine, and earn cryptocurrency in different ways. However my BTC balance grows regardless of the USD value because I want to HODL as much as possible.
364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Megaupload 2 take Bitcoin mainstream? on: November 06, 2017, 11:46:25 PM

It won't take it to the mainstream but it will certainly help the cause and increase the volume of trade using Bitcoin as means of exchange. I'll definitely look into it a little more because there are some real good digital creators that would love the support from these sort services.
365  Economy / Speculation / Re: Selling Bitcoin on: November 06, 2017, 08:42:05 AM

Unfortunately some people love the speculations and quick buck being made instead of the intrinsic value of Bitcoin, these people are also emotional and act based on greed and fear. If they get scared they will sell and run and we may never see or hear from them again.
366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Support btc against s2x by running a core node on: November 06, 2017, 08:07:50 AM

Here is a visual the 12,500 + nodes running all across of the world. We can do even better than this, just get the Bitcoin Core and the full block is about 145GB right now if you have good internet you can probably sync up within a day or two we can full resist and squash this unwanted SegWit2x mumbo-jumbo. It's disheartening some companies that I enjoy services from actually agreed to this without considering the full ramifications but the good thing is my Bitcoin is in my OWN personal care and personal wallet.

Peace and love my friends,
Scorpion
367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you USE your BTC? on: November 06, 2017, 07:50:08 AM

I have been getting back into trading a little bit on the daily and using Bitcoin on Bittrex Exchange to do it, but I am holding the majority of my Bitcoin.
368  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amazon gonna accept BTC?? on: November 06, 2017, 06:59:49 AM

It's coming very soon, since a large community of tech enthusiasts embrace Bitcoin. It's not a novelty or fad anymore it's a real means of digital payment that is convenient.
369  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin going up? on: November 05, 2017, 10:56:00 PM

Every time there's a big hardfork coming people sell a bit of their altcoins back for Bitcoin in anticipation of getting in on the hardforked coin, because they will get a 1:1 split on each blockchain. I also think because there was big new from the financial sector with CME Group announcing news they'll provide services for Bitcoin futures got new people into Bitcoin.
370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: November 05, 2017, 02:21:46 PM

It just takes too much time and energy to waste your breath on these people because for every ONE of these people who don't like Bitcoin there's three or four people willing to learn and have an open discussion about things and aren't stubborn for whatever reason.
371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: November 05, 2017, 08:03:56 AM

Bitcoin is a blessing to me because it serves two major purposes for me, one it's a great hobby that keeps me learning and reading material online. Next it's very rewarding financially and has improved my life for the better. Actually I guess three things because it's helped my friends in the same way as well.
372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 100.000 new coinbase users in 24 hours. on: November 05, 2017, 04:05:12 AM

Amazing growth and adoption happening at the moment, it's gaining some traction in the mainstream especially in the financial news. I know that the people I told about Bitcoin have only heard about this year so yeah it's not surprising that there's a 'run' of sorts happening with Bitcoin.
373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN SERVER IS TURNED OFF on: November 05, 2017, 03:40:31 AM

It's decentralized, there's no one central server. There's also 12,456 nodes all across the world helping secure and confirm transactions on the Bitcoin network.
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Silver: December hard fork on: November 04, 2017, 05:51:54 AM

Just as I did with Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold and will do for 2x, I will just sell my hardforked coins and buy up more Bitcoin. Hardforks and attacks make Bitcoin stronger over time. It's like building up a immunity to disease.
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Managing Altcoins on: November 03, 2017, 03:10:40 PM

I use Bittrex, they have over 300 altcoins to exchange and purchase or play around with. Once you get used to the interface you can manage all of your coins in a pretty straight forward manner.
376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be too big to fail? on: November 03, 2017, 03:09:22 PM

Yeah it's a snowball that keeps getting bigger and it's rolling downhill, no one will want to step in front of it or they will get pulled into it too.
377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin Is Too Complicated for Average People! on: November 03, 2017, 03:07:35 PM

I don't think so, because there's companies like Coinbase, Copay, Bitpay etc. that make the user interface pretty easy and straight forward for the average person and with time it's going to be even easier to adopt to.
378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Vietnam Bans Bitcoin as Payment on: November 03, 2017, 02:47:10 PM

They're just drawing a line and making a blanket statement before proceeding to tax and regulated Bitcoin, they're sort of following China's lead on this. They know they're powerless against it at the moment it's mostly a futile effort on the Vietnamese Government's part but this is their plan of action before they get on board with the rest of the modern age.
379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: November 03, 2017, 07:19:05 AM

Eventually there will be full blown courses on blockchain and cryptocurrencies, for the time being schools should definitely do assignments or one day workshops on Bitcoin and educating to get students a head start what the future will be like and potential careers in the blockchain developing industry.
380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: November 03, 2017, 07:07:01 AM

It doesn't surprise me at all consider the amount of new users coming on board trying to learn about Bitcoin and utilizing the blockchain as well. Even though there's been a influx of new adopters there's still tremendous growth potential.
