381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The relationship between Ethereum and Bitcoin on: November 02, 2017, 10:51:37 AM

They're like Coca-cola and Pepsi, each have their own taste and each hold their own ground in different ways. They also make each other more competitive and the end result is make people abundantly more happier.
382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is gaining momentum in Africa on: November 02, 2017, 08:04:41 AM

There's just an abundance of potential and resource there for Africa to sprout up and take help lead a wave technological change in the world. I see them adopt Bitcoin soon and also innovating and creating and tapping into their vast renewable energy resources too.
383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC near 7000$ on: November 02, 2017, 07:34:52 AM

Yeah that's reason enough for me to celebrate a little because I have been holding a bag for so awhile, also clouding mining it too. I will still grow my Bitcoin amount slowly from trade gains other cryptocurrency ventures. Very exciting times to watch this happen.
384  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is "Money Out of Thin Air"? on: November 02, 2017, 07:24:49 AM

The concept of currency is assigning value into a system used for exchange in a economy. Ancient Greece used peppercorn as a form currency at one stage in their history.
385  Economy / Speculation / Re: This guy predicts bitcoin to be $20,000 in 2 years. What do you think? on: November 01, 2017, 09:05:00 AM

In terms of percent growth and potential of new blood coming into Bitcoin I believe that's a low estimate for where Bitcoin will be at two years from now. I think $28,000 is a better guess. We also approach the block reward halving in about 2.5 years - so that's something huge to consider as well.
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does anyone else find this Roger Ver Tweet to be symbolic of mind-blowing greed? on: November 01, 2017, 05:40:25 AM

Just a couple of things I find ironic is that he usually presents himself as the champion of the people and that he wants Bitcoin to advance with quicker and cheaper transactions, however usually shows his true form by complaining about the price. Of course he's still so involved with Bitcoin even though he forked out with Bitcoin Cash and where's the quicker and cheaper transaction and mass adoption there? He's been holding Core back for so long and I thought maybe we finally got him of their backs but no.
387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2017 is the Year for Bitcoins.... on: November 01, 2017, 05:34:19 AM

I think you're right so far, the amount of media material and coverage has been pretty fascinating to be part of. But what I love is seeing the community grow and watch YouTube channels from sprouting up to being pretty big influential people in this realm that is relatively new if you think about it. Perhaps 2018 will be even a bigger year as well.
388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We have been entertained and educated on: October 31, 2017, 09:28:30 AM

I certainly enjoy this as a hobby and it definitely empowered me to read and absorbed knowledge. I've gotten atleast more clever if not smarter because of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I don't believe Bitcoin will die, if it does it will be cool to have most of the Bitcoin in the world.
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [AIRDROP] PIETY - DECENTRALIZED SPIRITUALITY on: October 31, 2017, 07:23:17 AM

I've joined the airdrop. I seek the pure truth and ask you to guide me with decentralized spirituality.
390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: October 31, 2017, 05:42:00 AM

Some countries are unfortunately lacking the infrastructure, technology, and local places to cash or spend their Bitcoin to even consider it to be accepted. I think as technology comes to fold and advances these countries Bitcoin and blockchain will just explode in those countries.
391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Can Bitcoin Be Mainstream? on: October 31, 2017, 05:37:20 AM

I think when the kids that born now, being raised on tablets, cellphones etc. when they take over the industrial trends and politics they will accept Bitcoin and by default make it a  mainstream entity.
392  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Mining in 2017? on: October 31, 2017, 05:35:31 AM

The thing is miners will not sell freshly mined coins if it weren't profitable, the companies that mine currently are probably holding large quantities of Bitcoin. They consider everything, electricity, taxes, and equipment deals and trajectory of these things to be in the business of mining Bitcoin. I participated in cloud mining with two companies and have already profited from both in less than a year and what's nice is they gave me life long contracts.
393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which one? on: October 30, 2017, 07:45:36 AM

As disagreeing parties leave Bitcoin and hardfork away, it only makes Bitcoin stronger and more focused on what on what we as a community wants to achieve. Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold don't seem to have long term support and will fizzle out.
394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is Different From Other Currencies? on: October 30, 2017, 07:31:51 AM

The two biggest factors are developer core and the community that back Bitcoin, it's immense and large and new blood flowing everyday. It's powerful to see how vast and intelligent the network is - no other cryptocurrency can really compete at the moment.
395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin being taxed? on: October 30, 2017, 07:26:53 AM

Personally I have no problem reporting my taxes, it's fair because Bitcoin is an value producing asset and the government does tax everyone else. I don't want to be like those fat cats that have offshore banks and greedily withhold their tax so it will slow growth in their own country.
396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit 2x warplan revealed by 2x insider [RED ALERT] on: October 28, 2017, 10:42:52 AM

Absolutely ridiculous claim they're trying to make saying they're the real BTC. They're are not, they do not have the community backing them which is really the biggest part of Bitcoin.
397  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New user bitcoin !? on: October 28, 2017, 10:40:56 AM

It's not very hard at all to use Bitcoin, it does get technical once you try to mine or run a node, which isn't really for the standard user anyways but you can utilize Bitcoin casually without a problem and new companies are making it extra easy user friendly.
398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use Social Media for Bitcoin on: October 28, 2017, 10:38:32 AM

I have four or five social media accounts I search and scroll for Bitcoin related topics to respond to or like, retweet, favorite, share etc. Just trying to do my part in spreading the powerful word.
399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Not The Best? But... on: October 27, 2017, 10:54:05 AM

At the moment Bitcoin has Cryptocurrency Market Capitalization Dominance: 57.2%. And that's versus ALL of the other thousands of coins. Bitcoin serves it's purpose as a secure digital currency with a immutable ledger. I also think as great features evolve in crypto, Bitcoin was absorb these sort of things to grow even stronger.
400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amazon to accept Bitcoin? on: October 26, 2017, 11:25:18 AM

I want this to happen so bad because I use Amazon almost on a weekly basis I love Amazon so much, to integrate Bitcoin payments would make my life easier and give me peace of mind too.
