61  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - Drake, UFC, Everton, Alfa Romeo F1 Team on: January 04, 2024, 04:52:23 PM
These numbers can be interpreted as evidence of the success of the Stake platform’s marketing strategies, and I imagine that the number will double over the next few years if the platform is able to continue supporting the marketing tactics that have made it one of the most famous platforms in the gambling market.
Stake has already become the most popular casino in the crypto gambling industry. Now they are spending more money on marketing to become wild and to keep the influence. Stake team has increased their budget for marketing a lot in last two years, but they have made a part of the old users disappointed by reducing the bonuses in 2023. Still, Stake is growing too fast with huge number of active users. The reduction of the bonuses hasn't created a big impact on their business for their marketing strategy.

Oh yeah, I can also tell that they must be having very nice affiliate program because on one of the micro tasking site I have seen hundreds of advertisers sending the same Stake sign up task again and again everyday. Stake is definitely keeping everyone happy thats why peeps are investing so much money on various publicity programs. Nonetheless, Stake themselves definitely running various promotional activities via digital marketing. Now I am not sure if those are also done by affiliate publishers or stake owners themselves but yeah it seems they are making high end marketing. If I am visiting few casinos that I use to play, I will see google ads everywhere about the online crypto casino and that does sometimes show stake primarily. Not a coincidence for sure. Good for them. Smiley
62  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: January 04, 2024, 04:15:49 PM
Im gonna talk something different today as I always hit last two pages of the thread and always skip the ANN. So I just checked the ANN that was set back in the time by wetsuit, and it just occur to me they must update it to the new one.

I mean freebitco has come very very far from thr old faucet. We have already done multiple rounds of lambo contest also. More than billions of game plays have been added since last plays.

The ANN is also missing exclusive feature of FUN staking and Premium membership. I think it might have been published later within the thread but it should be proudly shown on the original ANN. I think ANN should flaunt about WOF also. A cool ANN can be made if they upgrade it.

Just a thought.  Cheesy
63  Economy / Economics / Re: Will they ever be able to afford a house? on: January 04, 2024, 03:47:40 PM
I dont know, but when it was early days it was still difficult to manage the life. We cant have comparison between the two timelines because for every timeline the wages and cost per capita is decided during that fiscal year. The market prices, industrialisation, wagering requirements everything changes as per the income of nation. I am not an expert in the economics field but we know very well that inflation is something that always play role. So someone who bought the house early 19 is just getting rid off the loans or mortgages but they are old now or possibly gone. Look at the inflation for them right now?? In similar ways we will have same condition after 30 years from now or 40 years. Nothing adds up for me from that excel due to above differences.
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many individual holders of Bitcoin are there? on: January 04, 2024, 03:04:39 PM
I am not sure how there are some data analytics because its literally confusing to understand the number of individual bitcoin holders. I mean whenever I am performing a peer to peer transactions with one of the vendor they are generating new address each time. Now lets assume there are thousands of peeps like me whose doing such p2p transactions everyday. This means that vendor must be creating thousands or at least hundreds of addresses everyday for privacy purpose. How one can confidently say that these are individual addresses? I mean this adds up wrong data and they might consider them as hundreds of different individuals. As far as I understand there is just no way to segregate such addresses. I am surprised still they have such analytics. Also, cant imagine the same if collect all addresses from all the exchanges available around the globe.
65  Economy / Economics / Re: How will the BRICS currency influence Bitcoin? on: January 03, 2024, 03:58:39 PM
Everything depends on relations between different countries. First BRICS, if they start managing transactions in between them using specific currency then it will operate. However, it will only operate in between them only. This means the market size would be small and wont be expanding anytime soon. This can later cause issues while competing the USD market because we know very well that one is highly recognised throughout the world. So few countries switching to different currency or creating their own doesn't matter a lot. But for the sake of comparison let us say they implement Bitcoin as their currency then also they wont be able to go full scale on it. There are so many thing when two countries transact. There is paper trail, proof generations, taxation and much more that needs to be taken care of. Im not sure this can be done successfully while using highly volatile Bitcoin.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 15 year anniversary of Bitcoin Genesis block 3 Jan 2024 on: January 03, 2024, 10:25:54 AM
So it's been 15 years since the first block was mined. What do you think? Has bitcoin evolved the way you wished it would?

I learnt about bitcoin relatively late, but I think 15 years is a very good anniversary, isn't it?

Oh yeah, it is a lot of time to consider the development of the human brain OR technology. Nonetheless, Bitcoin doesn't need to prove itself for anything. What was dreamt is running smoothly today and I don't think Satoshi would have ever imagined that Bitcoin will go this far. If they are still alive then man they must have watery eyes with happiness all over their faces. Oh and let's not forget they also hold a big chunk of share out of those millions of Bitcoins so who knows how that master mind is still in play?

The 15 years of Journey they made a lot of changes "cosmetically". What I mean is, different products and services were launched around Bitcoin economy. Various aggregators came in so that they can link Bitcoin and real world economics to work parallel.

Idk, as technology it was self sufficient. The only thing that needs to get developed is scalability problem.
67  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I succeed as a trader in 2024 on: January 03, 2024, 02:28:26 AM
Honestly we have just flipped the calendar but all the projects, coins, tokenomics, ups and downs remains the same. That affects nothing in terms of how we were doing last year and this year.

However, there is amazing and fruitful ways you can apply to your investment portfolio so that it can boost the way profits were generated till now. For example, we all know DCA is one strategy that takes lot of time to build your portfolio so you can start that from this month and keep target of year end to see how you performed. In addition to this many projects will start the fresh batches of staking with new offerings, grab those. Only invest when you understand what staking is and whats the status of that particular project in market. Its no hard science if you start at right time (like now) and hold for long durations.
68  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to self exclude from anonymous gambling sites on: January 01, 2024, 05:51:45 PM
This is good but not good for those who are anyways getting themselves involved in gambling. I am not sure how this is relevant but locking/staking fund is one type of investment while gambling is concious way to put your money on the sites that would generate live results about your wins and losses. It is evident that saving your money is simply saving while gambling is for fun, for adrenaline stuff and trying to chase the profits from in-gaming algos.

If someone really wants to save themselves from gambling then they simply need to stop gambling or control their habits/timings when they play. If they want to save money then they can do so by storing their coins on hardware wallets or cold storages because even with the staking you are free to withdraw money on timely basis. On the former one you can timelock them.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The general public still doesn't understand Bitcoin is still growing on: January 01, 2024, 05:28:06 PM
Such books are merely representation of negative stories that happened. They are just titling it with smart marketing geeks. I mean peeps these days want to know negative sides or may be bad stuff. Its nature of peeps to get attracted bad stuff more than the positive stuff. Considering FTX collapse was the most hot topic last year, they made perfect entry with its context in it. I think they thought this true and it was just in the want of making quick money. At least I think this way when I see such books on shelf.

Now coming back to the title of this, I think connecting Bitcoin with FTX collapse is way opposite. I dont like it whenever something negative happens in the market then everyone starts talking about Bitcoin as center point. Whether its Binance getting kicked out of US or its Silicone valley getting robbed they point at Bitcoin only. So these books are just getting published out of making quick bucks.
70  Economy / Gambling / Re: Powerball btc on: January 01, 2024, 03:13:24 PM
Maybe you should try to make your own algorithm to draw the lotteries. Though there are hundreds of games out there which are based on same principle of drawing the tickets and then choosing the winners. The issue with your idea is to legally connect air-gap between real powerball game and bitcoin transactions. You will have to make sure you get franchise to distribute the tickets to users. You will also need aggregator who will be able to sell tickets with Bitcoin enabled payment processor. Think about their fee structure, your commission and also if someone win from the tickets sold by your end will get payback in BTC. However it may happen you will be paid out in USD by the vendor. You will have to make conversions, look for payments conversions etc. I dont know if I am thinking this correctly but that would be the roadmap for sure.
71  Economy / Gambling / Re: QuitGamble.com - Free Help for Problem Gamblers on: December 31, 2023, 02:54:34 PM
Yea, this whole "responsible gambling" marketing is a bunch of crap, because most of the sites are doing just the opposite. I have seen a site promoting that, but they refused to stop sending gambling promotions via email to gamblers that self-excluded from their site.  Angry

Thank you for posting the URL, I will bookmark it and then send it to people that reach out for help on social media. Gambling addiction is not something to you can tackle on your own.. you need a support system.  Sad

Hmm, I still doubt any support system can make our gambling problems go away. Well if someone is too addicted to it and only drifting towards the losses. For those who understand the systematic investment plans this is never an issue for anyone. I am into gambling since 7-8 years. Initial years I have spent gambling in william hills and corral outlets. Then the online gambling sites started rolling out when I was highly active in the crypto sphere. Basically bitcointalk introduced me to these gambling sites but I never got addicted because I always have clear mind, when to start and when to stop. Most of them look for easy money and thats where everything goes into direction. Its always better to slide into casino with tight budget and leave it as soon as thats exhausted or if there is some profit from it. Smiley
72  Other / Archival / Re: Generational wealth on: December 31, 2023, 04:03:42 AM
What would be your advice for a pharmacist hoping to create generational wealth in the pharmaceutical industry

This is the field that’s close to me as I have done my Bachelors in Pharmacy and then Masters in Drug Discovery and Development from UK. The higher education was in the hope that I will get highly paid job in my hometown. But, LOL to that nothing like that happened. The pharma industry is rich but dont get drowned quickly in the dreamy world because we scientists do not get paid enough salary when we work at their facilities.

I have deeply analysed the issue behind this. If you have or are working in the laboratory then you must be knowing how much chemicals, cultures, glasswares and high end instruments are required by us to perform simple experiments.

So the cost involved in the working capital is high. There are active pharma ingredients that are as costly as salaries of 10-20 employees together. Lolz. So its but obvious they would never pay us enough salaries as they have to manage their own finances first so that pharma company can work properly.

Idk, if you want financial wealth being then you can use your license to set up pharmacy store. Try to create SIP and invest in MF. This is the only way you and me can make money (save money).
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's function 5, 10, 20 years from now on: December 31, 2023, 03:39:26 AM
Bitcoin has defined function of transferring value from one address to another address. Have its conformity on public ledger with decentralisation power.

I see no other use of Bitcoin other than that. We cant stretch it to do something else other than this. Plus the entire world already knows what it is used for. Max, peeps will find it as store value which they are already using for. So from the list we already have Bitcoin as transacting currency, a store asset, and something that we can posses out of passion.

The only thing anyone would want in next 20 years is, its full scale adoption and lower fees. Smiley
74  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: December 30, 2023, 03:40:33 PM
Today is the final day to submit your entries for the contest Roobet.com | Art contest "Winter/Holiday" | $2500 up for grabs! Ends Dec. 25th. Don't miss the deadline. I already submitted my entries for all categories. I hope this time we can win some free spins. I have been participating in this Roobet contest since April but haven't received any spins. The good thing is that I have managed to win every month.

The art contest is one of the oldest now and we can declare that Roobet has made longest trail of this contest for sure. However, I have observed that contestant are falling sharply. Im not sure whats the reason but it has to be more than this. The fairness is also pretty good so I dont think anyone should have an issue enrolling in them. Pretty much we have seen others discontinued such contests but Roobet never stopped it and its impressive to see their enthusiasm in it. I am limited by my artwork category and thats what made me pull back from it. I wish I could have joined it with another type of category but it seems I will have to wait for the next one. Good luck to those who already have participation.
75  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: December 30, 2023, 02:10:46 PM
The token pumped two weeks ago and from today price, if altcoin season continues, you can x2 your capital by holding your $FUN token.

The token is an utility token and backed by Freebitco.in casino, it has a solid foundation in long term. I even think that the token might x4 from $0.006, today price if it can break the high two weeks ago. I agree with you that if we can hold it till 2024 and 2025, with a big altcoin season, we will have opportunities to gain good profit, more than x2 or x4.
Unfortunately, 2x to 4x profits can only be obtained by FUN Token holders who started buying this Token in 2023, while those who bought when Binace still had the BTC-FUN pair have not quite covered their losses, because Binance no longer provides the BTC-FUN pair and only USD-FUN, the price of this token continues to fall, which really affects freebitcoin members who took part in premium membership at the beginning of its launch because some people bought this token for around 100 Satoshi, and currently the price at this casino is only a dozen satoshi.

The price is going to hike but its not confirmed analogy. Thats the market is about and when it comes to coin like this things can be tricky. The FUN token is not used on mega level in the market or in short there is not much utility to it. I think FUN is only available as in play currency on couple of casinos if I have read it correctly. This means its use case is very small. For any token to get highly valued it needs to be circulating in the market heavily. Just having it locked up by millions of people and shortening its supply doesn't guarantee its value will rise.

On the other hand, those who bought FUN in the early days are not at loss entirely. I mean we have been blessing with WOF rewards and 25% APY too. That has atleast blessed us to reach near BEP or above it. But yeah it needs lot of hiking to reach to next level.
76  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic Implications of War on Individuals on: December 29, 2023, 05:19:23 PM
I think the economic situation worsens when war breaks out. Now, I am not someone who has experienced a war situation even in a radius of five hundred miles or maybe more but we always keep the news updated and that makes us think that is one hell of an experience. No one can deny the fact that life collapses right in front of our eyes. I mean come on I can't even imagine what to do if my routine is disturbed completely. No schools for kids, where to work, what about the job, the banks and my savings, etc. What happens to that? Considering the fact that the government itself has collapsed, they can't even help me get on my feet so how one can imagine our own life getting back on track anytime soon? Even if it does, it would take me ages to stand back. It's really horrible to digest how it can break down someone from the inside out. Seriously damaging for sure. So whatever economics plays, it's definitely going to be disturbed, and won't be the same.
77  Economy / Gambling / Re: Guide for newcomers Start a fun and profitable gambling entertainment journey o on: December 29, 2023, 04:44:22 PM
I am not sure if it is a guide or a casino but the title is misleading, isn't it? Well, I am trying to access the website but it is very slow tbh and for a casino, the site has to be much faster than this. For some time I was confused whether it's my system that's getting slower or the site itself is having loading issues. Anyways, there is also a country selection window right when we enter the site and surprisingly there are only three countries. Does it mean I can't play at the casino if I am accessing the same from a different country?
Just making the point so anyone else with the same confusion can understand what is the next step here.

Coming back to guiding the newbies, I think it is better they learn it from their own experience. I mean we have been there all the time, we started at some point, we lost the money and much more. That's how we tailored our experience with the time and then learned how casinos can be fun sometimes but it can be a big loss sometimes. It's better they it themselves. Smiley
78  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance: get rich or die trying on: December 29, 2023, 01:18:15 PM
The lesson is, no matter how much you earn you are either greedy or you are getting influenced by the political powers. I am not sure whats the play here but after hearing all the stories I feel like its more or less a greed game. They had amazing business back in the time, they also had US market captured properly. However, the malpractice or whatever reasons they had they screwed it all. They could have either done it by US regulations, or they were imposed harshly to take down the binance market in US. The true reason will always be supressed by the both parties always. Though title matches a lot to on going discussion I would say they had great chance of expanding white business but something big happened on political levels or person greediness caused the melodrama. Sai, billion dollar business yet they cant do well.
79  Economy / Gambling / Re: QuitGamble.com - Free Help for Problem Gamblers on: December 29, 2023, 12:05:00 PM
However, if the person has a casino or a betting shop within walking distance from where they live, it might not have that big of an effect on them and their gambling addiction because whenever they have some money, they can walk into the casino or the betting shop and gamble it away without any problems or a second thought.
It's up to those people if there's some betting shop that close to them. It's all about being responsible and the discipline that they can apply to themselves. If they can't be disciplined and they won't want it.

No matter how close or far they reside from the physical casinos, they are going to come there no matter what the situation is. This is all about themselves already and whatever is the circumstance that they're facing if they are determined to go there, they will go.

That's why we still see people that keeps on gambling even if we've giving them 100% of tips on how to stop.

Thats true. I have amazing experience with something similar to this. When I was in university in Sunderland (UK), there were more william hill casinos than the houses. Lolz. Surprisingly they has casinos right on the main road that led to university. The street name was Chester Rd. As far as I remember there were 2-3 different franchises that is Betaway, William Hill, and Corral. All of them were housed with different games, whether its slots, roulette on screen, sports section, they had everything. Me and my friends visited them more often but we realised pretty soon that we are getting addicted to this a lot and we need to stop. It was not that hard to stop it as we made our focus more prompt on the studies, master projects and soon they were like invisible for us in no time. Its all about where you focus, you just need another strong addiction (a good one) to cop up with the first one.
80  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Christmas Bonuses - Suggestions Anyone? on: December 29, 2023, 10:21:08 AM
You probably don't want to hear this, but I don't suggest spending too much time playing around with bonuses and promotions. Most of them look good on paper, but they come with big wagering requirements of 30x or more. And even if you managed to meet that, you would then have to roll over your winnings. Unless, of course, it's a no wagering bonus, which is rare. On top of that, casinos like to limit your betting amounts and maximum cashouts.

All that make them seldom with your time.

Ah well though its true on one front but its also true that you go crazy while playing them. Though most of them are finished now I had fun playing around them. The goals like collecting tickets, hidden gems, raffle races and much more, its all fun if you take it that way. There are now only few casinos (reputed ones) that have extended competitions. However, its not advisable to enter at this stage because its too competitive to collect enough tickets for any prize draw plus there are lord players who has wagers more than ten twenty thousands dollar. However, always remember to enter any caisnos seasonal promo right from the first day it gets launched. You get most of the freebies during that period and its like as the time passes the level gets harder. Good luck for the next promo, may be new year one.
