601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would you measure your success in Crypto currency on: July 28, 2023, 07:56:58 AM
Interesting question. Though I would not find myself in a position where crypto tells me how successful I am or whether I am not, let us give this a try. I think crypto success should be measured in terms of gains over a period of time. The type of gain. For example, how did we end up earning that much profit? Whether it was through extensive trading, ups and downs, a lot of losses, and then recoveries, etc. Or whether it was simply by HOLDING your Bitcoin in cold storage. I am more interested in the second one. If you are a true holder and you have gained more than enough in the course of let's say 4 years or something then I think it's enough success to be called. Imagine, you did nothing but chose the right time to buy the crypto and just kept them safe in your hardware wallet. In the first case scenario, it's common to trade these days, it is purely based on skills, and has a short success rate.
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A bitcoin obsessed university lecturer. on: July 28, 2023, 07:18:38 AM
The idea is good but it will surely need a proper framework before it can be implemented into reality. The issue would start when students will only go on treasure hunts rather than studying and end up with a money-making quest. Lolz I think various universities already have Blockchain-based programs in their modules that are making new-generation programmers for the future. What I mean is, if we just add it as a subject for our students then also the interested candidates would participate in it and study for a career in the blockchain field. Now consider the example of the Avalanche project developed by Math professor from the university itself. I think we will see such progresses all the time if this system is implemented. The only catch is, it has to be on point and not some unplanned treasure hunt.
603  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A opinion on regrets on: July 28, 2023, 07:02:40 AM
Even better if you start with the Bitcoin investment right now. Who said history will not repeat itself in the future? Who said Bitcoin getting priced at $30,000 is way costly? You never know what lyes in the future as we proceed for various developments, new investor onboarding, countries changing their outlook towards the crypto and much more. With the education increasing in the field of blockchain things will automatically adopt to the new field as well. It is far better to invest in the Bitcoin right now than again make a post similar to this after another ten years. There is seriously no limit, just hodl and be happy about it. Results will come by two years, five years or may be ten years but they will for sure.
604  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation is making a mess of my savings. on: July 27, 2023, 05:52:20 PM
Just hang in there buddy as everyone is on the page as you. I have kept everything real simple by putting my some share into the fixed deposit, some in the crypto. The initial one is fixed interest rate so you don’t have to worry about what the government says and what they do about the interest rate changes in the future. Here in my country a policy states that if I’m locking on one interest then the bank is obligated to pay that at the maturity no matter what the case scenario is. Thus it is best option for me during the inflation. In fact you can literally screw the banks with this as they get long hit by the inflation. Since they never give a shit about us we should do the same when we want our money saved. On the other hand the crypto savings well they are always blessings and you never know how far they will take you. Just stick to it and relax.
605  Economy / Economics / Re: Connect data to accelerate cashless payments on: July 27, 2023, 04:51:10 PM
This is changed a lot and not a big concern. You can even pay lowest $ 0.02 in India that is lowest denomination of currency available in India right now. Just imagine walking up in any area rural or urban and you see a QR code available. Just scan and it and pay the desired amount.

The making of digital India has done some good for the country. Now even a small street vegetable seller or tea stall has these QR codes and you can pay them cashless.

This gets even best for the foreign nationals. If you are someone traveling to India and worried about carrying the cash then just visit nearest exchanger at the airport. They will connect your temporary account to the UPI system and you can pay just like any other Indian bank account holder. That’s the beauty of cashless society and initiatives from the India.

So what’s in OP is already happening.
606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pros and Cons of Crypto vs. Traditional Gambling on: July 26, 2023, 07:01:27 PM
I am not 100% sure but isn’t it is allowed to find your online gambling casinos with credit and debit card already? I mean this option is literally available on almost every popular gambling casino available out here on the forum. I am talking about most of the popular once. This makes me think Credit cards doesn’t need to ban the traditional gambling casinos too. It has got nothing to do with traditional or modern. There might be blacklist for this purpose depending on various factors. Crypto casinos definitely offer wide range of payments and with ever growing easy payment set ups this is another time we seeing ease of making payments. Things are now international and way easier.
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: As a gambler do you have a potential winning amount limit? on: July 24, 2023, 05:42:38 PM
I am not sure in what direction the above discussion is moving but it seems that we need to agree gambling is risky source of income. We simply can not make it our income source because the challenge is hard. You can win mega amount and there is no doubt but have you ever thought about how we also lose the money over the period of time. It’s horrible if you calculate the entire gambling experience with losses. Imagine placing a veg with 1.01x odds and putting thousands of dollars in the want of gaging hundred bucks. Do you think it can make you win every bet? No it won’t because that’s what House edge is for. To give just the amount that is enough on win but it can’t make you win always.
608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Irresponsible behavior at the Las Vegas Casino on: July 24, 2023, 05:06:40 PM
The acts of rich peeps. They really show their true colors when they are drunk or have been drugging themselves in the clubs. Unfortunately, it's the money that they are using in the worst way possible. Whenever they drink, they drink as if it's their last day on the earth and start doing such shameless acts. This is not the first news really. There was even one woman who was so greedy that she peed right in her sit and refused to use the washroom because she thought she would lose the game if she did that. Do you really think there was no way to avoid such circumstances?
If someone has to get drunk and run naked around the public then they should really do that in the strip clubs and find the pleasure they want. It is so disturbing and also it's recorded now so its gonna put the whole family in shame.
609  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you consider moving abroad? on: July 24, 2023, 04:41:14 PM
As I head of family with a kid, I would consider moving abroad when I wont be able to earn and feed my family, to a country where I would be able to provide my family all necessary. I think this is all a matter of money. I am not a person that is a fan of surviving, I prefer to give myself and family comfort. Maybe also a war is the reason I would move abroad, but in all other ways, I think I wont move.

Yeah, that is the way to go about it. I think we should always be looking after our families and their priorities rather than just the money. Monetary gains could not be the reason alone. If we really want to move to another country for the sake of earning then the whole family should be thought about it. What I mean is the whole family shall be taken with us as head of the family. Otherwise, if someone is going to offer me a million-dollar job but I cant take my family with me then that is going to be a big no from my side. There needs family around to enjoy life. To take care of each other in the bad and in the good too. I think money can't buy it alone. We need money, but more than that we need our family's support too.

Moreover, if we are professionals then every country has the minimum wages that can sustain a good lifestyle. I think we don't really need to move, get settled somewhere, plus the Visa is always an issue. The security of job and religious conflicts etc. you name it. You better love your hometown and be happy about it. (Unless someone is from a country that is too backward, under a war, refugee etc).
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Michael Saylor a modern apostle like Peter and Paul? on: July 24, 2023, 03:16:33 PM
That’s could be nice meme if someone is able to fit it in a giphy box. Why world doesn’t understand that it’s a Bitcoin. You use it to transact, store your money, have a freedom of transacting, better anonymity as compared to other means of transacting and borderless transactions with paperless work.

That’s bitcoin. You don’t need to compare it with religious view that already gave rise to world war and killed billions of lives altogether.

It’s merely a vehicle to transact and in return get a product or service mate. That’s all.
611  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: July 23, 2023, 05:12:11 PM

I’m always prepared to loss my bet yet I'm always feel upset whenever I loss all my bankroll. I think we can’t remove the fact that feeling bad and upset every loss is a part of gambling since we are always saying to prepared losses.

Using spare money that you consider to grow by gambling will always give a pain when take away from you. As gambler, I don’t really believe that there’s a way to accept to loss without feeling bad about it.

Loosing money always hurts, but that is why you only need to gamble with money that you are prepared to loose. If you go to Vegas, your mindset just needs to be on having fun and having a budget that you want to spend on gambling; but you always you need to be prepared to loose it all as that is what most likely will happen.

Yeah Vegas is definitely out of question here considering the mega luring industry out there. They have perfect set up so that players can keep playing for very long period of time and they slowly start leaching your money while we think we are having fun.

However, online casino’s are far safer in that particular case. Here we can at least ring a bell for ourselves and get away from site for sometime and have a break. Once we start losing money it’s definitely lot lesser than the physical casino for sure.

Online gambling is definitely fun and you are connected with reality.
612  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Rise of Crypto Gambling: What You Need to Know on: July 23, 2023, 03:20:09 PM
Online cryptocurrency casinos have become the new revolution and their popularity has increased greatly since the covid 19 lockdown this is because cryptocurrency casinos offer a wide range of services that traditional casinos don't offer and for that one has to search for the one that offers both privacy and less KYC, web 3 casinos are new innovations in the i-gaming industry, the gaming industry is becoming more and more competitive and new developments are being introduced on constant bases.

Yes, a lot! The sudden spike is all because of the upgrades in gaming industries and the increased likeness of the games that are played online. Peeps are diving into virtual reality like never before. I think we should also thank the high-end devices that are now a reality for most of us and it's easy out reach is unmatched by the bitcoin era. I am not saying crypto has got anything to do with it but with the rise in online gambling, streaming realities, money making opportunities everything has changed now.

Most of the influencers and streamers are now playing their games live only so that they can get the views, and get paid with the streaming platforms on which they are streaming live. The ad revenue share has gotten up too.

I think, this will even go further with the Gambling and whole new realm of investment lyes ahead of us.
613  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: July 23, 2023, 01:54:50 PM
I think I got 3 golden tickets from the wheel spins last time which is extra lucky but even then its a very small hope that amount alone leads to anything.  Its nice to be in the race even you are walking on your hands while doing so :p    I did use much of the spins I had accumulated but since then I have a few more, thinking we might easily lose this price level of near 30k but its not happening.  Recently this was the April peaks, we are basically lying on the back of that prior action and relaxing while we do.  BTC cannot be said to be negative while its not even losing its old pricing like this, it does seem under some weight from above also hence our lack of movement between the two.   I would guess its no great negative to use up spins, its just slow to resolve.

You might have got more odds than thousands of players with those 3 GT, you never know mate what's planned in your luck.  Tongue
In the case of lottery, things happen to be easy going however GT is sort of pure luck in my take. You may win with one ticket or you may lose with thousand tickets, so it's one and the same thing for me. Good luck with that.

Hope you have more WOF to roll and win more GTs along the way.

@iv4n and @Saint-loup, seriously nailed it guys. You might be in line to pick a Lambo soon. At what count you guys have decided to roll these? I don't know, you seem to be 5k guys to me.

614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This time for meme coin? on: July 23, 2023, 01:33:47 PM
You probably know that almost all new meme projects are coming out now. Do you think it is really risky? what effect do you think this could have for the bull market!

That is perfect gambling and nothing more. I don't know, but meme coins are not easy to invest but they are a way to lose your money swiftly. Have you seen the rush to buy and immediately sell these coins? First they don't have much of the price so you have to buy millions of coins. Secondly due to less value they take ages to pump to a good profit and well what to say about losses, you get more since they are viable to drop more quicker than they pump. Moreover they are also way to manipulate the peeps. Many signaling and pumping group target these type of coins. This creates a false impression with the market and new investors. They think it's pumping for a reason but somehow it's just fake. I would stay away from them. If I have full confidence then I might trade one in hundred.
615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin competition. on: July 23, 2023, 11:04:06 AM
Yeah true, but as you know very well that B44itcoin is decentralized meaning no single entity OR an individual controls it but everyone does! This is where it gets very crazy and you should understand that it makes every one of us individual bank. There is no authority, you don't need permission to store, send, or receive, neither on the limits nor on the identity.

Coming to the competition, the above statement makes it clear, just like Bitcoin we have other coins too and thus they are getting accepted by different investors all around the world. There is no single reason not to do this because freedom was the first key to do all this and that's what you and me experiencing right now.
616  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: July 22, 2023, 01:18:57 PM
Looks like me and iv4n are competing for the most stored WoF spins lol. I was telling myself I would save it for the coming Lambo draw so by then I should have around 3000 spins (now is 2500+) but I will feel very tempted to use them if BTC drops below 20k again.

Either option is great as it would be a huge lottery boost too. In fact, might also wait for a big lotto round Smiley

What is your premium level? You are really moving fast with those WOF. I am about to touch 1500 WOF real soon. I am not saving my WOF for the GT because I am pretty sure about my luck that will never make me win the Lambo no matter how many GT I hold. Lolz. That might be funny but don’t know. Right now I am just looking forward collect as many as WOF so that I can gain huge RP and Sats easily. This way I am looking forward to gain profits for holding my FUN with the Freebitcoin account. I am also going to hold until 2k and I think it was you guys only who motivated to do so. I seen the 2k roll already and the results were marvellous. All the best guys, let’s compete!!
617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Chat GTP destroy poker on-line gambling??? on: July 22, 2023, 12:36:44 PM
It destroys the purpose of playing games and gambling out money on the online platforms. So what would we do? Just sit and watch AI do all the thinking and try to compete another AI? That’s all?

Why do we think that casinos will allow this and let us say this is actually implemented somehow with the back doors then what do you think will happen to the casinos. They would go bankrupt and shut themselves. Or may be they would love to get on the other side of casino and just run the AI to make money for themselves.

The entire idea is hoax. It will never work.
618  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: July 22, 2023, 11:58:05 AM
Yes I am 100% certain of everything (spam, inbox, messages from casino account verified). After multiple contacts with customer service they said no further need to contact them and that I should wait for their update on why my withdrawal isn’t being processed. No KYC asked.
Am surprised to hear that you didn't receive any update regarding your situation in this forum or in the site itself. I have withdrawn small and medium size amounts from Duelbits so far with zero issues.

Did you use a VPN or multiple accounts or something else? This whole case keeps getting weirder and weirder if you ask me.

Damn, if they are using the VPN or multiple accounts then definitely they are not getting back anything at all. It’s really simple, the user has already violated various terms of services that won’t let him get the account back or Duelbits sure has the authority to cease the funds for that violations.

If you ask me then yeah you just be honest with all the online gambling sites. Play in your own jurisdictions, read the ToS before investing your money into them. Just keep it simple guys, I hardly think we can get any issues if this is followed.
619  Economy / Economics / Re: The whales stirred. What should we expect? on: July 22, 2023, 11:28:21 AM
That seems really far fetched assumptions about the Bitcoin. Though you have not provided any source regarding the movement of such Bitcoin assets or older wallets are getting touched. Let us assume that this is a hypothetical situation where all the whales are touching their wallets for some reason then it could be anything from getting ready for the next halving or it could be just they are getting their funds transferred securely to another wallet. It could be just refresher movement and nothing much. It doesn’t mean we have to get so much worried about it. Just keep calm and keep our Bitcoins hang tight.
620  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think selling your property is better than taking loan? on: July 22, 2023, 10:42:00 AM
I have done this in the past and it makes sense why you took the decision not to give away money to your friend. With my experience I would do the same. I have two friends from whom I need to recover my money that I lend them interest free because they were my friends. They promised me to give that money back within six months period of time. Guess what is happening right now? It’s been more than a year I am still chasing my money. From this you can imagine easily how hard it is to trust on someone’s word.

This is bad in two ways, first you lose your money and second you lose your friends due to financial clashes. It’s better to keep away such transactions. Just kee it limited to well “friendship”.
