342  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dexter will die, Walter White to jail. Place your bets! on: August 05, 2013, 06:24:05 PM
If anyone wants to bet Walter White dies at the end of this season, I'm willing to give 2:1.

2:1 sounds very good to me. I might be willing to bet another 0.2 BTC on it if like the bet listed, you include jail as a winning outcome as well. Dexter will not go to jail, no way. WW would go to jail before he dies given the option.

If you keep your action on the site, the market will fix the odds for you per: http://trilema.com/2013/lets-understand-mutual-betting-together/

I'm laughing so hard at OP trying to keep his bets alive.

Why? They actually seem like interesting bets.
344  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling ISK for EVE Online for BTC on: August 01, 2013, 10:49:31 PM
My friend would like to supply ISK to a seller as part of an experiment. Willing to sell at US$1:100,000,000 ISK. Contact: xnsdvd on gmail.

Sent an email. I'd be interested in up to 1,000,000,000
345  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: List of ongoing scams on: August 01, 2013, 05:09:32 PM
You don't need to wait until a rapist is balls deep in someones asshole until you convict him, if a Bitcoin business acts in a suspicious manner then I am an expert on raising that suspicion and pointing out their skeletons publicly, I personally stop using the services of every service which is remotely suspicious.

Are you serious?  Huh

Yes I am serious, I have said that Satoshidice is a scam since day 1 yet people insisted they were legit and look now.

So you'll 'convict' someone on the suspicion that they'll do something bad?

Just like in Minority Report.
346  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting Picks ( RECORD 143-64-16) on: August 01, 2013, 05:03:28 PM
I am on STL again today

Probably one of the best value picks. Kelly is quite under rated and last night they finally started hitting again.

I'm probably going Diamondbacks over Rangers tonight. If found them at +218. Sure the Rangers are starting Darvish and the Diamondbacks a relative unknown, but there seems to be an awful lot of value in this one.
347  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: EVE Bitcoin Corp on: July 31, 2013, 04:51:51 AM
YES! Some of the members of our Cooperative are into EVE. Or rather, the operator of this account is into EVE, and has been convincing the other members to forgive Microsoft and reinstall virtual Windows on their Linux machines so we can all play. I was going to make a corporation not explicitly about Bitcoin, though, for fear they would think we're exchanging ISK for real currency (Bitcoin counts as that, of course) and ban our corporation. But I guess if you're pulling it off, we should join you! Soon as I get the chance to log on and play again!

It runs well in Wine.

The learning curve of EVE is ohmygodwat

Kinda like Bitcoin. Smiley

When you think you understand Bitcoin completely ... you have stopped trying.

You might have explained it better than I did.

It isn't as bad as it used to be. Like bitcoin if there are things you aren't getting you need to read/lurk moar.
350  Economy / Services / Re: 0.4 BTC / month free (Best payouts - NO POSTING NEEDED & Updated :) on: July 30, 2013, 11:59:04 PM
Can I make money from my link?

No.

Another rounds of payouts went out.

Hmm... I seem to keep getting skipped over... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198934.msg2820330#msg2820330

Hopefully the monthly renewal posts will help to smooth this out next cycle.

edit: payment found its way to me

Double header Cards @ Pirates today..will be good NL central matchup. Cards on a 4 game losing streak, right after 4 wins in a row.

Who ya taking?

I wouldn't take the Cards on Game 1, not with Lance Lynn pitching. Game 2 maybe? This Cards-Pirates series might be an exciting one to bet on, but with the stakes for both teams I doubt it is a profitable one.

Chose link C, had a ripplescam.org link for a while now. I guess I'll have to keep up a decent post rate.

Thank you.

And the scheme collapses having taken on its first BTC investor.

Well it's a bit late for that to happen, as I said there is probably over 400 bitcoins that have been directly donated. No idea how many members that would be as many are getting multiple positions. At a guess if there was 400 btc directly donated (not through GFM website) I would predict that probably represents around 200 members that used bitcoin to donate.

But let's call your comment another prediction of failure and I'll give you a months time and we can call that prediction busted then. Till then you can live in hope that you are right and I have been wrong all this time. Will be interesting as during that period the launch is scheduled and founder positions will no longer be offered.

More a prediction that you and your other sock will continue hyping this thing indefinitely, because you can as there are no real known investors...

You can keep pretending this is is thing as long as you want. I can pretend I'm not a dog on the internet all day if I want to.

Pro tip: you have absolutely no business dicking around with managing anything. You're not a CEO any more than my cat is a duchess. Lay off the "IPO" pipe and go make yourself useful by picking up a broom or a shovel or something.

I'm pretty sure one of the neighborhood  coyotes fancies himself mayor. We had quite the debate, growling at each other until I settled it by pissing on his dumpster.
356  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitArena | Online Bitcoin Arena | Season 1 Contest 1 BTC prize pool! on: July 24, 2013, 09:00:00 PM
Seems like there's a lot of action on there right now.
357  Economy / Services / Re: [WTS] Extremely Secure GPG keys on: July 24, 2013, 06:33:07 PM
I'll pay you .02 BTC just to get me a GPG key...I've given up on trying to get my Mac Terminal to decrypt the test message or whatever the process was...

Not sure if real interest or if satire...

Also, feel an upset brewing against the Angels.  Took the Twins and the +220 ML

Took the twins as well. Parlayed them with the Astros. Hope they still have Bud Norris by the time the game starts...

Edit: Just placed a bet on the Phoenix Mercury, because Minnesota's winning streak is getting awfully long...
