Do you think guys, one day difficulty decreases?

once we old and grey
462  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Difficulty = 434883 (according to BitcoinCharts) on: May 26, 2011, 06:56:09 PM
Huge increase happens all the time after difficulty change. It is due to the way it's calculated. With time it will adjust to a more realistic one.

Anyhow, my prediction for the next difficulty is ~800000

I support eMansipater's proposal. I think he proved through actions he means well to Bitcoin. We should recognize that there are people who don't like hearing controversial things. If creating a new, heavily moderated, board means they will adopt Bitcoin, why the hell not.
It may even open few people's eyes once their curiosity gets the better of them and they browse the rest of this forum

Oh, man there's much easier way to think about it.

You stick your penis into a woman - nine months later out comes a baby. You say to a woman - come on, have some mercy, take this evil creature and give me back my semen. But the woman says NO!

Same way with computers. You stick a string into a GPU/CPU and out comes a hash. You please and beg - Oh, merciful and all powerful GPU/CPU, take this hash and give me my data back, but GPU/CPU says NO!

So be careful when you stick things into other things

Calm down.

There is no problem. User base is steadily increasing as is difficulty. Mining isn't for general public and soon it won't be for gamers/amateurs either. In the future few people with knowledge, time and a hefty investment will be able to mine. Bitcoin is meant to be traded for goods and services - not mined. Mining is just the way to introduce it into circulation
