1301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Drake Loses $400K Bitcoin Bet on Jake Paul’s Bout on: February 28, 2023, 06:52:46 PM

what lessons can be learned by this event?

Not new for Drake on losing up that huge for sure and he had and this one is an example.

Drake Loses $20M on Roulette But Still Donates $1M BTC
Source: https://www.gamblingnews.com/news/drake-loses-20m-on-roulette-but-still-donates-1m-btc/

So the amount we are talking on here which is $400k isnt something that big for him to mourn over.
He had the money and he had the rights on how he would be spending it.If he do like Jake and bet on him
and lost then its just called an ordinary day.  Cheesy
1302  Economy / Gambling / Re: PVP Games Lounge launching soon on: February 24, 2023, 11:48:53 PM
PVP gambling has low chance to be successful because when someone want to play, he need to find the other gambler which want to play on that's game too, no one will want to wait for long time to find an opponent. AFAIK there's no any PVP casino in this forum is successful, most of the time people are only curious and try for few times, then don't want to play it anymore. It's better to set up casino vs player just like the others, but you can add and improve your casino in order to be different.
We've seen over the years that there are some companies or platforms who had launched up their pvp game and ending up on dying because there's no much interest when it comes to these kind of games.
People do usually stick out on luck based games which it do give out fast results and outcome could give out without waiting that much unlike on games which are strategic based ones.
You cant really be that have the patience on waiting up for so long but it do really actually falls down on someones preference since not all would really be having that kind of patience
when it comes on waiting on something.
1303  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ GamblersConnect.com ⭐ Trusted Casino Reviews ✅ Casino Affiliate of The Year on: February 24, 2023, 10:19:16 PM
lately, a lot of trusted casino review sites have appeared on this forum.
but it's a good plan.
and my advice is to always improve in casino research that is truly trusted. because sometimes there are positive reviews that can be purchased so that the casino looks trusted even though it's a scam.

anyways, welcome to the forum
^Let me straight to the point, my own conclusion for a good gambling casino review is that based on the community not it is reviewed by a single person or an author only. Definitely right, it could be purchased or becomes a biased review just because of the big affiliate rewards your review becomes good. Now, we have a lot of gambling casino reviews here in the forum which is there is competition. If this will compete with them and I think it is good if more casino reviews will come so that there are too many to choose from.
But anyway good luck OP.

Since the OP already found this forum, he can improve his list especially the best crypto online casinos.
If you will notice, most in the list are not the top choices of the forum users here.
If the team will roam around the gambling board of this forum, they will understand why a lot of gamblers have different preferences over their list.
Anyway, they just introduced their site, so they still have a lot of room for improvement with their listings.

There are some alerts above about being scanned but i dont see that it would be much an issue. To the thing you have said about improvement whether of the listing or in overall then op should really be
considering on hearing out these advises.Honestly we do already have currently existing review sites that we could read up on this forum which had been trusted and preferred by most people.
We have several review and guide sites  that had launched lately and just like those other ones earlier then the lists arent really that something that most people on this forum are aware of.
This is why its not really that recommended and needing more research and verification if ever you do have doubt.
1304  Economy / Economics / Re: Untouchable Savings: Do you have it? on: February 24, 2023, 09:47:46 PM
You can try to spend less all the time while the future is uncertain. But it wouldn't be right to make the money you save to be untouchable. One that you can do is sell your watch and jewelry to a pawnshop or to your rich friend as your last resort.

It's not good to hide your fiat money these days because inflation will eat up its purchasing power which in the end, you won't be able to buy anything out of it. If there is anything that you could make untouchable savings, its BTC in your private wallet.
Great idea. There’s no chance that our savings will remain untouchable for the rest of our lives. We save so we can use it in the future, so meaning we save so we can spend it in the future and not to keep it untouchable. However, it’s not that useful if we insist saving fiat for life as it’s value will only depreciate in time. Better shift to bitcoin and invest and keep it for as long as you want, at least the profits are very huge by then.
Unless if you do have lots of source of income which your savings stash couldnt really be touched up completely or would be used since it would really replenish out. This is case to case basis only because not all would really be that having the opportunity to have the chance on getting those sources but rather we are really just basing up on our monthly earning. This is why its really that hard not to snip out with those savings
when you are in need, but wait? whats the main purpose of savings after all if you arent gonna make use of it? This would be your last resort if you dont have any sources that you could make use into.
This is why you should really obliged yourself on saving up money because we dont know on what would happen in years to come or situation or whatever.
1305  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone on: February 23, 2023, 11:44:52 PM
The preference of device depends on the time. Nowadays most of the people have begun to spend on gambling like multitasking. In that situation a desktop seems better. When we want the gambling to be done in a secure way without revealing anything to the person next to you, not even your girl then it is a Mobile Phone. This is based on my experience, because I prefer Mobile Phone so that no one knows it. When it is a desktop or laptop, we just move on causally and the history stays there.
When it comes to multitasking there nothing beats out desktop for that particular function but we know that mobile phone nowadays could also do on what computers do although it does have
some limitation but we cant really deny that when it comes to overall user experience then having bigger screen is something better and preferable but there are people who do really still
like on using up their phones yet it is really that indeed handy and something recommendable when you are doing on something like commuting or you do like
on playing gambling when you are lying on a sofa or bed or similar situations.
1306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how do I keep my private key safe? on: February 23, 2023, 10:42:16 PM
You should under no circumstances store your private key inside your email or any online service. This is probably a more vulnerable approach than just using an online wallet or keeping the coins in a desktop client like electrum.

If you want to store private keys or seed phrases, write them down or print them off and store them in a safe place. Or if you prefer digital storage, encrypt a USB storage device or two with strong passwords that you will remember, store your private keys/seeds on their in encrypted text documents and keep those devices in safe places. This is probably the most ideal and practical solution.
This is right!

You should never store up your seeds or private key on any digital manner or aspect on which it is really that prone to hacking and been seen by other people if ever there would really be having the opportunity to access. This is why it is really just that right you should really be that dead serious when it comes to storing up your seed that you are the only one who do really knows.
This is why you should avoid on storing it even on your own pc because you cant be sure about 100% safety of your funds since it could be possibly malwared and infected.
Lots of situations similar to this and its better to be prepared than on regretting for the rest of your life.
1307  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: February 23, 2023, 09:38:38 PM
The majority of the members here will tell you that they want a casino that has an insane bonus with a low wagering requirement and also a casino with incredible features that could compete with any other casino in the gaming industry.
Normal for us to  look for the best which is part of human instinct and we do keep on which one would be ending up and able to match up our expectation and preference. This is why we are really indeed hoping and keeps looking on which one does have better offering. In speaking about upcoming games then im not really that much excited about that because we do have a saturated market already on which there's no way that we could really see something new when it comes to offering. This is why it would really be that better if we do stick into those known and popular ones already rather than on making yourself
getting involved on newly launched. If there's something that interesting then it wont really be that bad to test out somehow.
1308  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving is Wasting? on: February 22, 2023, 11:19:56 PM
Actually in terms of conditions as a whole I think the similarity is in saving because indeed both investment and savings both refer to one thing, namely setting aside money for the future or it can be said as old age.
The difference is only in the risk conditions as you say. Investing clearly has quite a high risk, it's just that it's directly proportional to the results we have if indeed our investment is successful.
As for savings, the risk is only in a condition where the value is getting weaker and weaker, but in terms of nominal or the amount of money we save, it is still the same, not reduced.
At least we can save gold if we avoid the risk of crypto investment and don't save local currency in the long term because inflation will have an impact on the value of the currency to be low. But if in the future you want to convert your savings into bitcoin investment then make sure to buy to use the DCA strategy at a lower price and to get maximum profit you must hold the bitcoin portfolio in the long term to avoid external influences on fud that make our investment decisions change.
Some people been suggesting on accumulating gold or making it as an investment, cant really deny that value do goes up higher as years passing but we know that there are other alternatives which we could really be adding up on where it could give out chance for us to earn more on upcoming years to come.As much as we could we should be finding ways for us to have other sources of income so that we could really be
able to provide on what we are needing in terms of finances.Savings does play a crucial role into our lives it isnt really just for emergency purposes but also for funding up for some potential
investment or business that we could possibly involved into.
1309  Economy / Gambling / Re: What's your favorite sportsbook and why? on: February 22, 2023, 11:14:42 PM
From  the side of Reputation trust and Trustworthiness and good user  Interface and Experience there are few types of casino is in my favourite list some of them is now Stake , Sportsbet and rollbet . I like these casino for their overall service specially they designed user friendly and also from the side of Reputation and trustworthiness and the are friendly at minimum withdrawal and also in withdrawal fees. So overall these sports books will be best from all sides.
That is a great collection mate, aside stake, I've not tried sportsbet and rollbet, but I must admit that they are also among the top and oldest casinos on this forum,.
I will make an account on sportsbet and rollbet, and give them a try, but I still personally enjoy playing on stake, reason being that ive gotten so used them, the withdrawal fee on stake is really low, which is one thing I like about them again.
Yes, they are one of the most known and popular bookies that we do have in the market today i would like to add up betcoin.ag on the list which i could say that i do have a good experience on this platform.
Just stick out with the current known and popular which you cant go wrong with them as the user experience and overall would really be just fine and good.It is really just this falls on users preference
on where they would be sticking. The good thing i do like the most is on having that instant withdrawals and others does have early payout feature too.

That's it, they can ask for KYC anytime they want. I would suggest if you use such platforms, just make sure your KYC documents are ready or verify even before they ask you to verify because if you keep winning and making profits, they will definitely ask you to do KYC verification.
I think it's a very common practice for crypto gambling sites. It benefits both the players and the business itself. Other day in Betnomi I was asking their KYC policy and their response was for large amount of withdrawal or deposits they sometimes ask for KYC. Any casino will do that to protect their business.

Imagine a bad actor is trying to scam the client the delay for KYC ensures the account is protected. The money is not going to the wrong hand.
Most of the sites nowadays have really that in default or similar or identical when it comes into their terms and conditions which is something that people should really be reading on.
Also the OP should tell about on having no KYC but its been stated that they do have always the right on asking some verification into a certain user which it is really better
if it was really been clarified or been told from the start to show up that transparency but well it is really just on users responsibility on reading up
first.

Usually the casino will not tell you about the KYC or will not demand KYC until and unless you won something and now they want you to do KYC before cashing out the profits. Some may allow you to deposit in casino but won't let you cash out withour KYC.
The best casinos are those who are transparent, and they demand KYC initially.

We're super transparent about KYC and have it listed in profile settings for users to fill out if they wish. It's reserved for rare cases where we think suspicious activity may be happening on an account or with a transaction. We are yet to ask a user to KYC.

I am not saying that you are transparent or shady, i am only sharing my general experience with the casinos where i usually play or have played in the past.

I am glad that you have clearly mentioned about the KYC and it is optional unless required by the casino, anyways i would usually do my KYC successfully before deposit into Sherbet or any other casino and i think there is nothing wrong with this approach. Smiley
There are few to no centralized casino platforms are really that having no kyc and since these are businesses which does involved huge fund then it is really hat understandable that they would
fall out government laws.It is really just that people around is really hating up that KYC which is understandable but since this one and just like the rest doesnt ask out upfront well it is
really still that considerable but expect that they could ask out something anytime they want, this is why it would be good if you are really that
getting prepared for whatsoever things might happen in the future.
1311  Economy / Economics / Re: To cut financial ties with original family benefits you in the long run on: February 22, 2023, 07:51:43 PM
If you're still single and you struggle financially, your parents will want you to be there. But if you're married and you are still under the roof with your parents and your spouse, that's something else.
However, there are parents that don't want to see their children suffer and they want to be of help as much as they can no matter what is the situation that you're dealing with. And that's why they are the ones that wanting their children to stay on their wing even if they're old enough.

Parents are very emotionally attached to their children because, since birth, they have taken care of you, and they just do it for good. It would be nice to talk with your parents if they are still doing this since you can't stand up with your own feet if they are still there helping you. Though there are still people who rely on their parents and don't want to go to work even if they are married, I couldn't understand why they are still doing that and not going out of their comfort zone.
Those that don't want to work and are married already, they're too dependent on their parents. It's okay to their parents but in the eyes of society, it's all wrong.
They are already grown up and they can go to work and have themselves grind with any career that they may choose since they're older now. But being still dependent on their parents while building another family, there will be various reactions to that kind of setup. Because those working and independent people will have that thought that it's a wrong setup but, it's understandable if it's just temporary.
Only a few parents would really be still continuing to support their child even on their marriage life but majority would really be sharing up on the same opinion about on letting your child to be independent already since he had been starting on building his own family.Being that reliant into your parents support does really show that you arent really that prepared on having one.As an individual then you should really make yourself that
independent and you should be thinking that its not your family or parents responsibility on raising up your own family. This is why on the time that you are deciding on creating one then it
is really just right that you should be thinking up this way.

1313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Know your limit on: February 21, 2023, 10:59:22 PM
Some people don't understand what exactly is said about Investing in Crypto, but what your friend is doing is not a wise move, using all the money and including a loan in investing in Crypto this is a bad job and even very ineffective to do, we can said he is greedy here, this is one very bad example in Crypto investment, I think your friend does not fully understand the words that people often say "What investment will you be able to afford to lose" in the sense of being prepared to lose in the event of a crash or error .
When you are a complete noob and seen someone who do make huge or lots of profits then you would definitely doing the next move;

1. Tend to buy some crypto
2. Trade immediately or Invest
3. Going all in
4. Believing and waiting that they could be rich overnight.

This is the primary or common mistake when we are still a noob but sooner or later you would realize on whats the real deal within this market.
1314  Economy / Gambling / Re: STARTING OWN CRYPTO GAMBLING SITE on: February 21, 2023, 10:25:12 PM
Actually gamblers choose crypto-based online casinos not because they can gamble anonymously but rather because it's easier and there are lots of advantages that gamblers can get from using crypto casinos.
Lol. Nonsense. I am just one among many, many gamblers who detest KYC and submit it only if absolutely necessary. You need to do more research before writing such statements in my opinion.
Wait, here I still don't understand what you mean because it doesn't match what I've said.
In the statement I made earlier, the main point is that crypto casinos do provide many advantages to gamblers, especially gamblers who are also members of this forum.
I'm also not talking about a KYC, I'm just saying that gamblers choose crypto-based casinos not only because they can gamble anonymously, but because there are other benefits that can be obtained.
So please, in the future, always pay close attention to every sentence that has been written, then you can make a statement that is even more precise.
Regulation becomes tighter and most of platforms now are regulated which if we do tend to read up their terms and conditions then it is really just completely identical most of the time. There might be some alteration but it would be minimal but it would really be still sharing up on overall the same terms and conditions most of the time.We here on crypto space does really like or want into platforms which are completely KYC-less
because we do really value up that much about identity and privacy but since regulation do becomes tighter then it would really be that understandable that these companies would really be needing
to comply for them to continue to operate and this is why it would be passed up into its users. We could still have some options though on the current moment which we could still
have choice on where we would be dealing off with.
1315  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anonymity vs. KYC: The Pros and Cons of Cryptocurrency Exchanges on: February 21, 2023, 09:38:26 PM
I really do not trust the exchanges without any KYC at all, I mean there are so many laws that bans exchanges to not ask for KYC at all, which means that if we are depositing our money into an exchange that doesn't ask for KYC, that means they are working outside of the law and in that case how could we truly trust them?

However the ones that ask your KYC, even though annoying it might be, working with the officials to make that happen, otherwise why would they need your KYC, not to put your face on their bedroom wall, which means that they are at least a bit more credible, such as if anything happens they may go to jail, just like how FTX screwed up, but didn't get away with it, knowing that prevents scammers a lot.
Even with those verified or regulated platforms cant really be fully trusted 100% but it is way more better compared into those platforms which arent that regulated. Come to think that there are even
platforms as of this moment that arent asking for some verification but still you could be able to make use of their site features if you are really that intending to deal up with crypto space.
Regulation do really come tighter as the years passing by and its not surprising that we do really becomes even more stricter for whatever things that deals up something with money.
You would expect that government would really be always loving to have involvement.
1316  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: February 21, 2023, 09:27:05 PM
Actually stake.com always provides information about bonuses and promotions at any time on the official telegram group, but if on the first page of the stake site I rarely see this information because we search and see for ourselves on the promotion and bonus room pages to be able to find out all the information about the latest bonuses and promotions.
Maybe what you said and suggested is quite good if indeed stake adds a bot feature like that so that it can help or make it easier for all loyal users and customers to stake if they launch attractive and newest bonuses or promotions.
If this feature is added, it can also make it easier for the team's work in it to provide information about what will happen to stake.
I don't understand why notification bots have to be added, they already have bonus links and promotions on the website and there is already an official telegram group, so why is a notification bot needed to provide the same information, but if users want that feature then the team should consider releasing the notification feature because they want to get notifications of important information because they don't access information from the Telegram group.
As I said before, it is true that Stake always provides all information via the official Stake.com telegram and sometimes also sends direct messages via email.
But on the stakes website, we have to open ourselves on the bonus and promotion information page to be able to find out.
Maybe the bot feature on stakes can provide bonus or promotional information directly on the main or start page so that all users can find out immediately when they enter the site because there are also users who when they enter they immediately play or bet so they don't have time to find out that information, I also think that some users also don't follow the official telegram from stake.
When you are an avid gambler of a particular site then reaching out those channels or places wont really be that much of an issue. It doesnt really cost you an arm and leg for you to find out if ever they do have some new offerings or something. It is really just that most people do really love on being spoon-fed on something which could be simply check out.I agree somehow that it would be better to have that some sort of
notification or some pop out on the time that you would decide to play and would be displaying out those current promotions and bonuses whether its up to the gambler whether they would
really be availing it out or would really just simply skip out.
1317  Economy / Speculation / Re: does the increasing number of altcoins have a negative impact on the price btc on: February 20, 2023, 10:45:28 PM
I'm still a beginner in crypto, as we know from time to time the number of altcoins is increasing, but I want to ask,
will the increasing number of altcoins affect the price of bitcoin,?

but in my opinion it will not affect the price of bitcoin, even though the number of altcoins is increasing.
In my opinion it will definitely have negative impact on the growth of bitcoin in long run because you just need to assume that if all the money right now we are having in entire altcoin market would have been invested into bitcoin alone then where would be bitcoin trading right now? That's really unimaginable. But, unfortunately we have our own enemies who will eat the money intended for bitcoin investments.

At the same time I appreciate the existence of alternate cryptocurrencies, because we need them for at least for diversification purposes which means people will invest some money into them and will spread their risks across different assets.
The money that is intended for Bitcoin, goes to Bitcoin and not to any altcoin no matter how old or trustworthy they are. You said it yourself, that altcoins are a good way to diversify one's investment since no one wants to put all their eggs in one basket. So if there were no altcoins, people would choose something else to invest that money in like gold or real estate or silver. So basically, the money that isn't meant to be for Bitcoin is invested elsewhere and that elsewhere are altcoins.

Altcoins are a big reason why cryptocurrency industry is so widely known in the globe today. Bitcoin alone would take longer to spread the word to the people around every corner of the world if there were no altcoins and other sectors such as NFTs, blockchain-games etc. which are products of altcoins.
Each person does have their own set of goals on which we do really differ when it comes to perceptions and decisions to be made basing up on what we do have in our mind. Most of the time we are really that tending to increase our bitcoin holdings via dealing up with some alts on which on the time you do make profits then it would really be stored up back into Bitcoin which it isnt really that a bad idea.
In speaking about the topic about number of altcoins? Then it would be a non-stop on which there would be devs who would continually to create something new and basing
up on some hype or something and this is why numbers could be stopped but dont worry because the main focus and attention would be on Bitcoin and some top altcoins in the market.
1318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino games plebs like us must play on: February 20, 2023, 09:42:48 PM
<snip>
It should have been better for you if you set your boundaries that time. Did you really mean to allocate all of that money for that gambling session? If you do, I wish you accepted the risk of possibly losing all of the money before you continued playing. Well, I can't blame you, it is really hard sometimes to hold ourselves from playing. Let us be more disciplined next time though.
We all must accept our risks when we gamble just like we usually become so excited when we make good profits from gambling. Gambling can be very frustrating when we are making loses of we make a huge lose that can put us in great pain of why we ever made that kind of bet with heavy risk.
When you are that impulsive or a type of person who are really that having emotions and cant control it out or not really good at it then you are really that prone to mistakes and errors.
Gambling is should really be for fun but when you do go past into your limitations then this is where things do become shit and messy. Play gambling according into your budget and allocation
and its always been ideal that you should only allocate a certain amount for the said time.Dont go past beyond it or would exceed so that you wont really be having problems.
Playing should be fun and not something that gives stress.
1319  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading as a newbie? on: February 20, 2023, 08:52:22 PM
I think of course if you invest without understanding you will lose your money. In particular, you must first acquire a good knowledge of the market and take the advice of knowledgeable investors. And do a good analysis of the coins you invest in. But I think if you invest in bitcoin rather than investing in alt coin you won't be afraid of losing money in future.
Your right, while some people do lose in cryptocurrency investment is due to lack of investigation and research, like some people likely invest in a coin that doesn't have potential, a good investors will scrutinized a coin very well before it will directly go into investment, many altcoins today have made so many people to lose their capitals due to wrong investing on a coin that doesn't have potential, and secondly do not rush to invest in a coin with a proper research of the coin, some people invest in coin Because of promoters are making emphasis of such particular coin, so do not be deserved on investment of cryptocurrency.
Losing is inevitable it is really just you should really know on how to manage risk because it is really still that good that even if you do have losses which is inevitable but still ending up on being profitable on overall trade then this is what mattering the most.People should target out on being positive although it would be hard but its not something impossible that you couldnt really reach out.It is really just we do really need to have that
good preparation and risk management.Trading isnt something simple and we all do really passed up on being a newbie but overtime on the time you do get sufficient experience then you would
really be able to handle up yourself into this very unpredictable market.
1320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: February 20, 2023, 07:46:11 PM
The technology used on that AI program is something into a highest level.

That's the reason it can give predictions and speculations close to being accurate because it has lots of sources used to form an analyis.

In gambling related, if it's used as reference, nothing wrong on doing that as long as not totally relying all our bets with it.
Yeah, there is a strong AI wind right now that is getting bigger and bigger, people are acting as if this is such a normal thing because AI is looking better than ever, but the reality is that we just cracked a few ceilings and have a bit better AI and it's nowhere near the level where it can predict outcomes of games.

You can believe in that as much as you want, you can think that it is possible, but it is just not possible at all, it never will be, you will never know this result at all. Maybe a percentage of who may win could be given, but even a team with 1% chance to win could end up winning, it's not zero, it's 1% and that means there is a chance for it.
We can believe that AI can give us good predictions, but they never hold guarantees that they can be the final outcome. It’s still a trial and error method, so never make it a point that all your bets will be based on the answers given by AI machine. Those are merely predictions. It’s still best to use our human intelligence especially when risking our money in gambling. Although gambling should be more fun, but having more fun means gaining profits too aside from being entertained.
There were no statistics or numbers which does prove out that using AI on predictions could give out some good result or winning rate but pretty much sure that there are people who are already making use of it
just to prove out by themselves that it could really be that effective.Just like on what most people been saying that its not something that could really be relied upon.We dont know if it is really that something
worth on trying into because we know that strategic type of approach in sports betting is more sensible and have sense if human being are the ones who do make up their decisions
on where they would gonna bet and not into some AI where information is really just been stored up.
