1501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: December 21, 2022, 11:39:22 PM
ChatGPT is all the rage at the moment. I’ve seen that people are asking it to predict sporting events. Would you leave gambling decisions up to artificial intelligence? Do you see any potential drawbacks for outsourcing your bets to a software program? Has anyone here tried this yet? Do we need someone to put together a thread of ChatGPT predictions to see how accurate they are?  Any other thoughts?

I am still in the camp that artificial intelligence still doesn't even exist, technically.  To me artificial intelligence is a self learning program, obviously something that does not exist yet.  Maybe I'm wrong about the technicalities here, just how I feel.

Now I would certainly let an "AI" program help me in making my decision for making bets, especially if I'm on the fence with a certain bet and need a "tie-breaker" so to speak, but I certainly wouldn't trust it 100%.
If its self-learning then it would  really be a huge potential threat to  the humanity just like on what we do see into those movies which i dont really believe for it to happen in the future.
AI is man-made and it does really need up to continue to be fed up with information or including into its library for it to be that much more better as time goes by but just like the rest
that it isnt something that you could fully rely on it 100% when it comes to your betting decisions. They cant able to know on what are the current happenings and  events
that might happen before the match starts which it is really hard to point out.
1502  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why everybody is panicking ? Its a game of greed and fear ! on: December 21, 2022, 10:39:46 PM
In trying to put more pressure on the market by constantly monitoring a supposedly long term bitcoin or cryptocurrency investment, one ends up putting pressure on themselves as, the market is and will always remain a collective effort from the whales to make any huge difference.

The market is a highly volatile environment and most times more than  anticipated, it always looks as though your loosing, as though it was set against you and that builds pressure on you as an investor. Pushes you not to invest or sell your crypto portfolio due to phobia of further falls.

Staying away the charts becomes a reliable strategy to be in the market not minding the market condition.
True. You can never expect for the market to be always on the pump as it will always be volatile no matter what. Instead, accept the fact that when we are in a bearish market condition, crypto prices are dumping and so the best thing to do is hold them for long until we see them recovering again. Also, do not often monitor the market so you won’t feel pressured and end up panicking. For now, bitcoin accumulation would be the best resort.

That pressure will enagages you most of the time to a failed analysis, better to keep your investment on hold the very reaon why you need
to do your deep research and analysis to make sure that you are ready in anyhow.

Fear is something that you need work and need to beat when playing your cards riding
with the bear season, if you can buy and hold then wait for the bounce, the chance is
good to benefits from this business.
We hold for some reason but we sell also for another reason as well. We can't just hold it all the time, sometimes we need to sell to open another big opportunity. If we think that those who are selling right now are in a panic, I'd never think about it because they might be selling them as market diversification. When it comes to business and if you are aiming to earn every day, holding isn't really a good idea but we did this as we are in the crypto market. That is why I would say that crypto investment can't be considered as main source of income.
If you are really that eager on making profits as much as possible without the need of holding your assets or coins for long term then you would be mainly thinking about on selling out on peak
and buying when its dipping then you would definitely be going into that active sell and buy basing up on the market condition. Why everyone is panicking?
Only newbies do panic but there are some veteran ones who do able to do so due to some circumstances which we didnt really expect.
This market is unpredictable and there's no way you could able to know on what would gonna happen ahead.
1503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running a casino during crypto crash on: December 21, 2022, 09:42:24 PM
They are wrong if they think it is investment money that they can use to multiply that money because it is not an investment. What's called an investment is they have to use a certain amount of money, not use it for anything, and only save it for a few years. Later after several years have passed, they will see how much the value of the investment they made a few years ago. And so far, it's bitcoin that can be a suitable investment for them. But in gambling, we have the opportunity to lose, even though we can also win, but it won't be as much as if we lose.
If the gambler only holds BTC in a gambling account without using it to gamble then it includes investment, but it is recommended that each investment is managed in a personal wallet and does not trust investments in gambling accounts even centralized exchanges, for gambling you must determine the lowest allocation of funds for gambling because gambling is not chasing profit but for entertainment in spare time, if you lose then you don't have bad impact on your BTC investment in personal wallet.
Only dumb people would really be making those platforms to be served as their main investment wallet, it doesnt really make any sense for those kind of action considering that you dont possess or own the keys of such
wallet which on the time that these sites or platforms had closed their doors or become scam then you wont really be having a chance if we do speak about recovery. This is something you should really be avoiding.
In talks about running a casino on a crypto crash then it wont really be that much of an issue since casinos could easily adapt since they could really gain the same amount of coins basing up on fiat value on the
time that those gamblers having those gambling sessions or activities. On the time that the market would really be having some bull run or recovery then they do even earn more with that.
1504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which kind of situation will force you to sell? on: December 21, 2022, 08:47:45 PM
People actually claim to be strong holders that can go against any situation wanting them to sell off some of their bitcoins. The strongest of holders do not just sell at the slightest economic discomfort I know, but I believe everybody has a threshold at which if the pressure surpasses them, they would break into the decision of selling some of their bitcoins to sort the present condition. What kind of situation do you think is enough to pressure you in seeling some of the bitcoins you have been holding. Is family or health challenge enough reason to?
The only time i do see where i do make myself leaving no choice is on the time that i dont have anything money left from my pocket or my fiat savings had already gone and you are really that badly needing off some funds due to some health or other monetary problems which would be leaving no choice but to sell off those coins.I've been into those situations where i dont have choice but to sell, i would really be just putting up
into my mind that it is really just that better to spend those on something important rather than losing those coins into a hack or scams which it do really ease out that kind of stress because
you had sell out your stash. Its situational actually and each person does have different threshold when it comes to this manner.
1505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino bonus is it worth it? on: December 21, 2022, 08:44:06 PM
You don't have to take all bonuses that casinos are offering especially those with wagering requirements. I wonder how many have tried that Duelbit but gamblers are risk-takers.  The free spin is one that is not best to get than the deposit bonus which mostly only the new casinos are offering which is also risky.
Doesnt matter whether you do make yourself get involved with deposit or free spin bonuses they are still subjective to terms and conditions which you would need to comply or reach out before you could
really make out some withdrawal this is why its never been that recommendable for you to focus out on claiming these things if you arent aware of those terms and conditions.
Just like on what majority been telling or saying on this one which its never been that worth or something,It is really just good for prolonging the game but it
wont really be putting up some advantages on you basing with those requirements which means that it would never been worth.
1506  Economy / Speculation / Re: December Has always Proved to Be a Good Month For Cryptocurrency industry on: December 20, 2022, 11:52:00 PM
If the OP has data on what he's talking about then maybe the discussion will be very interesting. I don't know, but December this time is not very good for the crypto industry, obviously it is because of the FTX and FUD problems that are everywhere.

If December has always been better than any other month, then bitcoin should be trading over $30K by now before the end of the month. But so far I haven't had the market recover above $20K, so I don't think this December will be any better than June, July or August.
Not every year is the same, and people forget that and OP made that mistake as well. I mean normally in 2017 we have seen it go up so much right? So does that mean it will always be good in December? Well no, because in 2018 we have seen it not do so well and go down, but in 2019 it was stable give or take, but in 2020 it went up right? However in 2021 it was lowering.

So, as you can see it is not always the same and sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down. This year it looks to be quite stable, sure there were some drops but nothing big, just tiny enough to not even mention, and I am not seeing any increases neither so it will stay like this if you ask me.

every year has their own unique trend as the contributing factors are also changing. so we can't expect the same trend every year. we are just relying on what's gonna be out of the newsstand. and how they will affect the market performance of the cryptocurrencies. this year, we are still hoping to change the path of btc trend. but reality check, we are only 10 days to end this year. though it is possible to see an uptick trend but don't make high expectations.
10 days wouldnt really assure that there would be no huge movements or tick in price whether it would be green or red.No one really knows and this is how this market is too unpredictable.
There's no way that you could really be able to determine on how the year would be ending up whether it would be on bullish or bearish even more. We dont know if there would be some last minute
situations or events which might really that changed up the overall market vibe of this market which is something that not that surprising on this place on.
December could neither be good or bad basing up on some sentiments but dont expect or anticipate that much.
1507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 20, 2022, 10:53:23 PM
Every businesses always have someone or some people that will talk shit about them even if the business is one of the best, stop acting like we don't know what we humans are capable of, your neighbor can easily develop hatred for you and you did nothing wrong, as good as Binance exchange is some people still talk crap about the exchange when they have no evidence to backed their claims.
That's why everyone should have a positive attitude. There is no point in finding negativity in anything when there are more positivity. There is no need to criticize the negativity if it is nothing major. Various categories of people in our crypto space who unnecessarily shows false allegations against something that has no justification. But it is also true that every gambling site may have some problems, it can be major or simple problem. But these problems also have suitable solutions.
People do easily make out some conclusions basing up with some issues which they didnt even think up whether its a minor or major one, ending up on making it as a big deal which do really make out some ruckus
and does really give out some bad impression into those people who do able to read about but its not something that would be precise this is why further verification and searches is really much more preferred.
Casinos cant really be perfect on which there are indeed times which they would really be needing up to clear those issues asap and trying to avoid on staining their reputation
that they had been trying to build up for how many years, they cant just let it slip or happen.
1508  Economy / Economics / Re: Employers are Deflating Salaries in Job Ads to keep Pay Down on: December 20, 2022, 09:52:19 PM
Really crazy things are happening out there. Now to you the reader, supposing you have worked for the past 5 years your current organization and you find out accidentally from the HR in your organization that what you are being paid isn't the highest amount for your position. That is, you are being underpaid, would you ask for a raise or look for another job knowing that with your experience level you'd get a higher pay in another organization?

On the time you do find out that you are underpaid then it cant really be avoided to have that surge of emotion deep inside that you should earn or get more basing up on your position category
but i wont really be ending up on that kind of having those step or action on making out some complaints that i would be demanding the full pay salary because honestly its really hard to find
a job nowadays and if you do see that you are been suit up on a company which its pay might be less but not also bad then its just too risky if you do make out some steps
or having those kind of demands because if those people who are on top or simply the administration do look bad into you, then try to find a new job
as you would really be potentially get fired for that, thats how harsh reality works.
1509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is The Gambling Industry Part Of The Domino Effect That Happens In The Market on: December 20, 2022, 08:40:33 PM
I agree on the latter part of what you've said, the competition is there and that makes the industry healthier because gamblers will look for some place where they're valued and that's going to make all involve in the competiton to give the best that they can.

Isn't it the usual approach on how to keep standing amid the tough competition out there with gambling sites?

That's important since right now we are quite in the worst situation in the market, users will really stick to just gambling with those casinos that have proven to withstand any market conditions and remain fully operational without a problem amid the current situation.

If those gambling sites will keep that momentum even in the middle of any financial crisis-related issues, they are good to go.
We know that gamblers will not be affected by the changing market conditions and will continue to gamble.
And casinos will continue their business and compete with other casinos because that way, they can survive and even reach the top position if they can provide the best service for their members.
What can stop a casino from doing business when it goes bankrupt and not because of the domino effect globally.
But that won't happen to casinos that can manage their business well and even grow rapidly in the future.

If they can work with the gamblers the right way, then the business will continue, even with the bad condition of the economy
gamblers are always be there to continue playing and chasing for luck.

It's a continuous business that only needs to keep the good relation between the casino owners and the clients who are using the
platform.

If you are good at it, your business will run and survive.
To look at wayback on the time pandemic hits then people who are getting used to offline or physical casinos did really end up on trying to play and switching up from offline to online games. There might really
be some major changes when it comes to venue or the entire vibe but still they do really end up on playing and still continues to play despite of the situation which does simply means that if
demand wont die then these businesses wont die anytime soon. There's demand and this is what makes a business keeps running or simply this industry could really be able
to withstand for whatever economic problems would be faced on.
1510  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when trading gives you heart problem. on: December 19, 2022, 10:58:01 PM
any activity that someone does and then causes health problems then that person needs to immediately stop performing such activity. this is the basic rule, so on this subject there is nothing to discuss, it is not acceptable that someone knows that trading is bad for their health and continues to trade, that person is not well in terms of mental health or is addicted to trade and for that reason you don't want to stop trading

there are rare cases where trading causes someone to have heart problems, but gambling is very common for people to get heart problems and everything gets worse when a person becomes addicted to gambling. in my case, when a trade irritates me, I stop for a while because there is no point in risking my life because of a trade, a person's life is priceless
You should need to reassess and take up some break and find out if it would really be that worth or not because there are moments which it doesnt really needed to be cut tied directly but rather to mind off again
on where you should gone wrong or try to make out some adjustments basing into that. Making some health issues is really something that we should need to avoid on.
Its true that it is really important for us to be healthy rather than on making yourself getting involved on money making but ending up on getting stressed
and getting lots of illness due to that which it isnt really just that worth.
1511  Economy / Gambling / Re: 4CryptoBet New Online Crypto Casino and Sports Betting! on: December 19, 2022, 09:33:37 PM
Mobile phones made us lazy LOL
Anyway, sometimes it's easier for website admins just to upload a file instead of formatting a HTML webpage.
I guess mobile phones did make us lazy  Grin. I understand that formatting a HTML webpage is not easier than uploading a file. After all, you need to know how to format a web page and how it will look when someone visited it. As I have said that it is up to OP to decide what to do either uploading file for us to download like the guide or to add new webpage for us to check when we want to read the user guide.
They can just put a link on it so we can easily access it and since many are afraid to download anything this could be a good option. Anyway, welcome to the forum OP the is very interesting and personally I’m trying to explore it now and see if this can work with me, just need to know the minimum deposit and know if KYC is required, any plans to have other bounty campaign here in the forum?
People doesnt really like to download up something which it is really just that so fucked up if we do really tend to make out some downloads just to check up something.
It should really be changed or else this would really be leaving that bad impression which is something that we dont really prefer into. Also having that KYC then it is really not something
new but of course it would really be just required when a certain threshold had been hit which is really a common condition we do have here in most platforms.
Marketing is a must because simply making out some introduction doesnt always end up on positive.
1512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: December 19, 2022, 08:52:41 PM
The amount of his earnings from this fight is just a little portion of his wealth, so if he said that he will donate everything
then so be it.

Manny Pacquiao came from a poor family, so I believe he can relate to all the sufferings of poor people, that is why he is lending out his hands every time he has a chance to do so.

It could be too little compared to his total weight but it's already a big help for the poor. Manny is a people's champ because he has a golden heart, not only in boxing but in real  life. And guess what? even if his era in boxing is already over, he still continue to help people, so let's support his exhibition fights.
If you do try to check and see on how Manny Pacquiao been loved by his coutnrymen then it does really prove out that he's really that known on helping those people who are in need which is something that
wont really be a shocking thing if he would be giving out his 100% winning for this current exhibition. For sure that people would continue to support for whatever exhibition fights that he would get
involved into. Its true that even his already been retired but having these charitable actions is really been impressing out boxing fans even more.
Although the fights are something that clear on whose gonna win but well it doesnt really matter that much.
1513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slow down if you want to recover your losses on: December 19, 2022, 08:32:44 PM

The slow down bets makes me think clearly and stop me for doing risky bet. This is most important lesson I learned on this messy situation.
It might able to work for you but not all people would really be ending up on getting the same results even though this game might sound really be that simple but it does still involved some luck.
You cant really be able to guarantee that you would really be able to make out some winning and recovery even on the slowest pace or manner which is something
do still matters with luck. Its not really that an assurance for it to happen for most gamblers if they are trying to make it as a recovery method.
Its one of the most non suggestible thing on gambling is on where you trying out to break or taking back on what you had lost.
1514  Economy / Economics / Re: Forget a return to office: We’re living in the age of side hustles on: December 18, 2022, 09:52:11 PM
My friend's company went into home office model during the pandemic and they remained there when they saw the bills. They had close to 100 people in 1 building and this is a software company so 100 computers running, lights, AC, security in the building, cleaning... That's a huge cost every month.

Performance wise they even improved when people started working from home because they were better rested. They could avoid traffic jams and sleep an hour longer every day and saved up on fuel.
I don't believe they're ever coming back from this.
If you are a company owner and able to see up these huge changes and we know that if we do save up some expenses + better productivity compared into those office kind of venue then why would really be need to
go back? Pretty sure it would really be that ending up on being permanent because they've seen that there are really some changes and of course it is really that less expense which it would really be ending up
on becoming the standard. If the company owner do see less productivity then they would really be surely be going back into those normal conditions or situations before such change because of the pandemic.
Cant really be that surprising that we are really that moving into an era where work could really be done remotely.
1515  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Friends and Family members want me to invest for them, help! on: December 18, 2022, 07:59:41 PM
This isn't just about friends and family, this is business... and business entails that your dont mix it with friends and family as the discipline and seriousness of the relationship it deserves will become casual. For me I would request you decline this offer to avoid headaches , but the best you could do is to guide them on how to go on with the whole process and help them choose the right coin and not forgetting to highlight the risks involved with such an investment, GL.
Yeah I recall those saying to never include your closest ones in your circle in business. If you're going to include one in your business, it should be at least outside of who you know in life. Family members are even pain in the ass if they're truly just depending on you solely and what is worse is including money. The only benefits I could think of on having a family and friends is that you would have the same grounds plus possibly supporting each other in the future investments, but I highly doubt that it will even come to that.
Pain in the ass indeed and even into those closest relative or friends which would really be that too hassle on the time that you do make out some mistakes yet they are the ones who would really be blaming you
on what happened into your investment and there's something you cant really be able to counter yet it turns out that it was really that your fault. lol. I do have a bad experience on this one and it is really
much better if you do deal up with other people which arent closest or related to you on which you would really be that comfortable or pretty assure that you wont really be blamed out once
the investment that they do have would be fucked up, unlike if you do deal up with your own family members and relative or friends which is actually the opposite
1516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How are Online casino's and sports betting platforms coping? on: December 17, 2022, 09:29:22 PM
As long as there's someone would like to support the crypto gambling casino or the casino itself they can sustain their current living. All businesses must need to adapt to the environment, else they don't get in the ride, and the peoples choose if you are out of the trend possibly the users not get entertained this is the main goal of the casino to give satisfaction, I guess in this current crisis they didn't get affected too much instead make another way with the online gambling.
Adaptation and be versatile is what a certain business should really do if they do want to last up on this industry.Yes, its hard but its not something that impossible. We know that hardships and challenges
are really always a part of business where you do need to make out adjustments if needed.Lots of things had been closed up their doors on the time on pandemic time plus other economical related
problems which would cause for these businesses to close their doors or totally shut off.As for gambling industry then i dont see for it to be badly affected, yes there are some had
already closed down but most of them did sustain. Why? As long there would be those players or gamblers whom do continue to play then they would really continue to exist.
1517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your mood cant chage a game results on: December 17, 2022, 08:23:57 PM
Your mood or beliefs won't change or influence the outcome of a match or a gambling session.
However, it can change the way you react to both winning and losing money. If you believe your "emotional strategy" is beneficial for you (not matter you lose or win money), then go for it and stick to it, otherwise, it is necessary to change it.

People are not supposed to gamble to get depressed, after all.
One should be capable of losing some money and yet be able to have a good evening.
Some people do play gambling for the sake of entertainment or easing out of the current stress that they are feeling on that time but its true that it does really depend on how you would gonna take it emotionally. There
are people who arent really just that good when it comes into their emotions which do really end up on having that different reaction or simply would worsen up their stress and anxiety or something not really that
in good mood. Its true that emotions and mood cant really changed up a game result since everything is really random. There are no things or external things cant really be able to affect out
on any gambling outcome or simply with betting.
1518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is The Gambling Industry Part Of The Domino Effect That Happens In The Market on: December 17, 2022, 07:50:28 PM
I'm just worried about showing proof of their finances which might invite hackers to hack their casino site, I hope that doesn't happen too because so far there has never been a big case of casino sites being hacked or theft happening, now it's different from what often happens by exchange sites there are always lots of cases of crypto being hacked or theft happening for reasons that are not clear, therefore the difference between casinos and exchanges is very different, so don't just because the FTX crypto exchange case also forces casinos to do the same with exchanges
Even if they won't show finances, the hackers are already there, they're the apple of the eye of those cons the same goes with exchanges. Wherever the money is, they're also there.
And knowing that casinos got a lot of capital or bankroll, they're not just having the easiest security and protection for their system. They're investing more with security so that even if they're targeted, still they have all the protection that will push away the hackers.
Strengthening security is really just a standard thing since its true that they are most targetted by hackers or to those people who are really tending to exploit out these places considering that they've really having
those huge funds because of this kind of industry which it isnt really no brainer that owners would really be that serious on making their security to be that strong and wont be able to be easily get
hacked or exploited. We know though that security isnt really that perfect but it is really just somewhat understandable on how they should really be putting up emphasis and importance
in this regards.Hackers are just lurking in the shadows and just waiting up for the right opportunity on attacking on which one is vulnerable.
1519  Economy / Economics / Re: A career - as an employee or a business owner which do you prefer and why? on: December 16, 2022, 11:52:45 PM
Most people will prefer to be a business owner. I also will prefer to be a business owner. In my country here, majority are employee even though most love to be a business owner but some factor like Government policies has hinder so many in establishing a business and this make the rate of unemployment increases on daily basis.
Want to be a businessowner but having these main problems which is, having no knowledge on how to start up, there were no capital to start, they dont really know their starting point and so on.
This is the main challenge if you are really that trying to look into alternatives which you could potentially able to earn more than with your current salary job.
We are all hoping for a life who does really have that financial freedom or simply could buy all the things that we do want but since we are just employees then that doesnt
really make things possible due to current expenses and other things which would leave out no choice but to deal with it.
1520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 16, 2022, 10:39:33 PM
Inoue was really a good fighter not only he is playing physically but he is trying to distract his opponent mentally by provoking him. That was really a good knock out though and kudos to the Butler for giving a good match and being a tough one to face Inoue. Who could probably a good match right now for Inoue?

I agree with you that Naoya Inoue is a good fighter because he is indeed a genarational one for me but provoking his opponent? Surely that's not one of the traits of Inoue. I don't know where did you read or get that but he is not like that, provoking is not on his vocabulary because he is one of a humble man who just want to do the talk rather than waste some time in talking some nonsense.
I bet we already have our own speculations on who will be a good match for Inoue, but I think it's good to let the time reveal that for us.

Yes, it's not the trait of Japanese to provoke their opponent, on the contrary they show much respect to their defeated opponent. Maybe Inoue is testing new skills in this fight like his resiliency to chase Butler and not to go for the knock out because Butler keeps on circling. So what he do? he attack the next best thing that is exposed and that is the body of Butler. So another dimension of the skills of Inoue has been unlocked in this fight, mental fortitude to stay focus on the goal and then look for other ways to break down his opponent.
You could really be able to see that Inoue now is much more disciplined and try to be cool on every decision he would made and this is what makes him a good technical fighter. He could really easily
be able to see on where are those openings and trying out to throw up some punch which would cause for the opponent to lower their guard or missing out on defending some parts of his upper body
which it is really that on his chest or stomach part or something in that space.Butler do really focuses out on covering or defending his face or head but Inoue isnt really
that dumb to throw combinations without having those alterations including body shot which is really good to look at on every success hit.
