1381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Power Slap League on: January 30, 2023, 08:47:48 PM
The fighters who compete in this competition are professionals and know the consequences so they are also aware of that I think. Apart from anything this is another tough type of fight apart from UFC because when we talk about dangerous then I think the conditions are a bit the same but because there is the word "professional" there this kind of danger doesn't really matter.
This is a business and money as long as this battle can bring in money for businessmen, this is clearly an opportunity, right?
It may look dangerous for us but not for them because they have trained well and prepared for a long time. The business has been doing well in providing entertainment for the audience, and of course, they make a lot of money from the event.

There may have been some fighters who had suffered injuries after the fight was over, but they still seemed to be able to handle them just fine. They are professionals who are experts in their field, so that it won't be too dangerous for them.
As I wrote before, when there is the word "professional" it is clear that things like this can be minimized, therefore they are still there and operating until now because regardless of anything, when it is dangerous, it is certain that this will be banned and will not go this far .
We know that on the time these competition had started then it does have some specific rules on where you should only hit up on someones part of the face which is mostly on the cheek but there are moments which
those slaps could go out neither on ear or into neck or upperpart  of the head which i do consider out to be foul.I dont know on how they are considered professionals though but it do turns out that this had
become the standard on which whenever sports you are involved with and do come and shown on big screen or happen on big stage then you are considered as professional. Cheesy
1382  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The patience to hold is a gift on: January 30, 2023, 07:55:30 PM
I believe that the long-hold strategy is indeed the safest and most reliable course of action for only the best ranked coins.
agree, everything is ultimately returned to each individual to determine everything because the one who will experience it is yourself.
With my experience in the market by just being a holder, it's worth it and even if it's for a while, I've made decent profits from it. As you have mentioned about long term holding is the safest, I agree on that.
Those that want to become rich quickly, they invest and choose those projects that they think will pump in no time and then they'll just get out of it as soon as possible.
Worth it for those people who doesnt really like to involved the risk on dealing with volatility on which they do rather keep themselves into their position and would really be just waiting for the right time for the price to pump up but there are people who arent really that confident when it comes to longevity on when they would be able to make profits or money and this is why they would really be tending to deal up with the price
upfront and would love to play volatility which they would prefer on trading or whatever things that they would be doing. Its true that not all are really that good when it comes to holding their assets
specially for long time on which there's no way that you could really be able to resist if you dont have that self control.
1383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: January 28, 2023, 07:28:25 PM
No, AI may be intelligent but cannot predict anything. They are programmed to give a certain output to a certain input. They may try, but in the long run, I think we are still very far off from seeing that. I would like to think that the only way this may happen is if we have a cyborg, but that isn't going to happen. I have yet to see a thread of ChatGPT predictions. I guess they will not be accurate. Besides, ChatGPT still needs a lot of data and training to reach accuracy in whatever predictions it makes.

In fairness with the AIs, since they are programmed, they have access to all known sources that's why they can make a reasonable output.

Obviously, it shouldn't be relied on but what matter here is, since bots are relying on several sources, it can give us a good reference already without searching for other sources as the AI gave it all.

In sports betting, if we are familiar with the league and follow it regularly, any prediction from the AI can be considered just a choice.
But only basing up with those past events on which it isnt really that bad to consider that they could really gather data in most efficient and most fastest way on where a human couldnt do on a specific period of time
and this is the way or thing i do see as an advantage but in speaking for current events or speculative approach on which its no doubt that human beings are still the ones who could make out some recognizable
speculations and guesses towards a fight. There are things which AI's couldnt be able to read up specially into other specific sentiments on where as we could only be able to understand out.
This is why its never been that 100% reliable if you do really have this consideration on making up some bets basing up to this.
1384  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bye Bye Bear Market :) on: January 27, 2023, 11:33:45 PM
Hopefully. Indeed the market price crossed the lines which causes confusion to hether we are already done with the dumps or still at risk for a market downfall. Well, on my end, I do still see tendencies that the market price will still fall. Why? That is just how this market works; volatility. We do not even know what is the exact reason of the pump recently and that is enough for me to believe that anything could still pull its price down again. Much better than to create unrealistic ideas about this industry again. Also, it is still early and the year has just began. But even so, I am glad there is a recovery after months of red market marks since last year.
Better make yourself that prepared for whatever things that might happen ahead. This is the key that you should be having on your mind so that you wont really be that much impulsive on how things should really be doing considering about this unpredictable market. We cant be sure if the bear market is over or really just still lying ahead, there's no way to point out on what would be the condition would be.For now we can make out some positioning to assure off our entry in regarding with our buys but its really that mind boggling if the market would be heading up towards 25k or would really be still playing around sub par 20k price.
Its hard to determine honestly but we cant really just let ourselves waiting up on something which isnt really that even assured.
1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Medical student wins lottery 5 times after embezzling graduation funds on: January 27, 2023, 11:29:13 PM
She won some times but the net profit is a loss, It was said that she even gambled daily, it would be a loss for everyday gambler while gambling with people's money that can bring poor mindset towards gambling, resulting to losses. She did not think of the consequences if she lost part or all the money. That is not a small amount of money at all and I see this as an act of indiscipline. People can still be thinking to gamble with their own money or parents money in a way that nothing like jail term or prison will be involved, unlike using public money for it. I am not saying it is good to gamble with parent's money, all are bad and only little amount should be used on gambling. Gambling should be for working class people and the working class should spend less than 5% of his or her income on gambling.
Wins couldnt be counted if you do end up on having a debt or on loss, and also its not always been that ethical for you to make use of funds which arent yours. This is why its really hard to entrust up some huge amount of money into someone which had been collected into various members or numbers of people where there's always the risks or chances for it to be used into things which arent supposed to be used.
That  girl should face up the consequences on what he had done because its never been that good or ethical on using funds which arent yours. $200k isnt a small money i would say.
You would be fucked up if you dont have any back up funds or support do came from your family and friends on repaying it back.
1386  Economy / Economics / Re: After Budgeting, How Do I Deal With Unexcepted Expenses? on: January 27, 2023, 10:59:26 PM
When making a budget we should always bear in mind that there will come unexpected expenses along the line, expenses we never budgeted for and that's why while planning your budget you also make space for miscellaneous as part of your budgeting. Miscellaneous as part of your budget plan helps you prepare against uncertainty or unplanned expenses so that your actual plan would not be distorted by unplanned expenses. Rather you'll have to push those unplanned expenses under the miscellaneous. It's much helpful that way
When we do talk about space then it would be particularly talks about having some savings on which this would really be that be the only thing that would really help us on facing up these kind of problems.Unexpected
things could really happen and this is why it is really that ideal that you should really make yourself that prepared or else you would be finding yourself on struggling on solving or facing in out.
We know that not all the times that we are fit and healthy, not all the time we are really that in safe in terms of our security, not all the time that accidents could really happen.
This is why preparations is really that very crucial into these kind of times.
1387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's a good idea to just register on casino on: January 26, 2023, 11:53:13 PM
Not a bad idea, if you do not mind to receive several emails and check them for the bonuses.
Also, obviously one is not supposed to sign in any casino that crosses one's path, shady casinos can also use the same technique for their own bad intentions.

Not sure how many reputable casinos around here send bonuses to inactive accounts to see if they can make them gamble, though.

This is what I am trying to avoid. Unfortunately, even sketchy casinos have a way of sending continuous and non-stop emails for promotions that looked genuine at first but deceptive at its core. Though I also doubt that reputable and trusted casinos would send some bonuses to inactive accounts but maybe they would after they accomplish and meet the required minimum withdrawal deposit in order to claim it.

At the end of the day, it all boils down to the terms and conditions of the website if it is illegal or not.
Most of the catchy promotions, Mostly high amount of bonus comes with a high amount of requirements in order to claim or to redeem, This is why I don't claim promotions to much because of the strings attached to it. It can somehow make you spend more than you plan to spend on that casino just because of claiming that bonus that they give you. But sometimes there are rare good promotions that is easy to achieve and get, That is the promotion that what spammers and abusers want. Those kind of promotion is loved by all since it is easy like free money.
Thats how bonus works which it is understandable and if it do looks like to be that an advantage for you then you are wrong or you do get the wrong idea. The ones who are commonly get hook up into it is into those gamblers who are just new or doesnt have much experience about on how these bonuses works and would rather they would really be that too confident on dealing with and realize later on that it wont
really be that easy to get out and make out some withdrawal on the time that you do need to hit up those terms before you could make yourself able to get out.
You would realize it sooner.
1388  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading With Borrowed Funds!!! on: January 26, 2023, 11:23:31 PM
I experience this once in my real business  though it is not trading or some online transactions yet I borrowed in Lending to use in my food business but as it progress? the business did not materialize and this leaves me having a debit increasing its percentage each week and it took me at least almost a year to pay off, since then? never that i borrowed any amount for investment but I only borrow for emergency purposed amounting that i can pay back sooner.
I already heard a same case and there are even bigger businesses or loans. Some are fortunate to grow their business even more and they can be able to pay that loan on time while some are just unfortunate. Well, that is life.

We need to try and take risk to see if what will be the outcome but at least you only loan a money which you think you can easily pay once the outcome didn't run well right? This is the important thing that a loaner must follow but the term in your loan is crazy if the interest grows every week. I think that's not fair. I heard that we can be able to report these kinds of lenders to the authorities because they are taking advantage of someone else.
Yeah, thats life and there are indeed times which we do really need to take up some risk if you do really like on making yourself to have some progress into your life or business. Some are really just that sticking into much safe side which it isnt that bad but there are ones who do take up some risk for them to dive in into those opportunities which does give up some chance for you to enhance and improve on what you are currently
dealing with.Avoid on getting those loans or borrowed funds as much as possible because you dont know on what would happen next where the market could end up some bearish
which would really be putting you into a tough spot.
1389  Economy / Gambling / Re: Positive Gambling Quotes for 2023! on: January 26, 2023, 10:55:16 PM

Quote
Only gamble what you can afford to lose
sadly I don't really know who said this quote.
This is one of the safety rules in gambling so that it will not make you chase your lost  due to your emotional feelings. This will also caution you to gamble wisely and see gambling as fun and not a means of income, because people who see gambling as a means of income ends up been a loser.
A main thing that should have in mind on which "gamble on the amount which you can afford to lose always".You would really be making yourself able to avoid these posibilities on getting wrecked by gambling
if you do just simply stick into this rule on where you should only spend out the money which are really that intended for gambling. You wont make yourself that addicted and you wont make your financial status
would be affected.

Here's some qoutes too;

1390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Genesis Bankrupt, Impact on BTC? on: January 26, 2023, 09:52:29 PM
It's difficult to predict the exact impact that the potential bankruptcy of a single firm, such as Genesis, would have on the price of Bitcoin. However, in general, news of a company filing for bankruptcy can cause uncertainty and volatility in the market, which may lead to a temporary decrease in the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. However, it's important to note that the crypto market is highly speculative, and individual events or news may not have a long-term impact on the price of Bitcoin.

As for your question on whether to sell or hold, it ultimately depends on your investment strategy and risk tolerance. Some investors may choose to sell a portion of their portfolio in anticipation of a potential price drop, while others may choose to hold and ride out any short-term volatility. It's important to remember that cryptocurrency is a highly speculative investment and past performance is not indicative of future results. Therefore, always make sure to do your own research, consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decisions and never invest more than you can afford to lose.

it may have a lil bit of impact but if other positive news will come out, this negative news will be masked by good ones. and so the market may just move on. unless, they will be dumping a lot of btc in the market, but they are not. i guess, it is only their time to file for bankruptcy. i have used genesis mining services before. with all the troubles they have encountered in the previous years, i believe, they are indeed going into this bankruptcy state
Neither positive or negative, it cant be sure that it would be giving out some significant impact on the market since we do know that this isnt  something that you could really deal off with on this very unpredictable market on which no fundamentals could really make out some assurance whether it would really be making out some effect or not.If its negative then normally we do presume that it would cause some dumps but there are lots of scearios and conditions on where it didnt really give out any effect or impact and this is why it do mess out with our speculations on which this is why it isnt something a solid indicator
for you to rely on fundamentals most of the time.
1391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's a good idea to just register on casino on: January 25, 2023, 11:58:33 PM
It can be beneficial if you don't mind selling your information completely for free to gambling company. Even if its legit website they will text or email you endless promotions and that's just the beginning. I don't think it's worth to do for something like 5-10 dollar. Its far better to only register on online casinos which you actively use. Your identity is more worth than 10-15 dollars that will make you consider not to fill your id.
Emails and texts really become destructing when you get more often of it. That is why whenever we register in casinos, it would be better not to fill them out completely and hide some private information about us. Some are even into false information just to protect their real identity but it’s quite risky for me too if I do that especially in times of winning’s withdrawal as it’s always our goal to withdraw more than our deposits.
What sucks here is that there re some registration which you cant really be able to proceed until you do fill up those information. Therefore, whether its up to you on inputting the false information or not
but when it comes to email, then it would be hassle if there are some verifications needed to be sent out on to your email which you would be needing to input a valid one which it is really giving
you no choice but to make use of your email. This is why its better to create or make one which is really that dedicated into your gambling habits or activity so that it wont really
be that a huge hindrance or distraction for whatever you do specially when you do hover into your own device.
1392  Economy / Economics / Re: Keeping money and keeping bitcoins? are they similar? on: January 25, 2023, 10:59:28 PM
The massive awareness to keep bitcoins for as long as possible promotes people to develop the attitude of saving, just like saving money. Do you agree with this that people who are very good at saving money become very good at keeping bitcoins when they finally start doing cryptocurrency? Or do you feel that there is no similarity between keeping bitcoins and keeping money?
I could say that there might be some difference and that would be pertaining about "CONFIDENCE"

when you do save up money then you wont really be bothered about volatility which is something a main issue when you do hold up Bitcoin but due to the earning opportunities that it do gives then you might just ignore it out in the end.The similarities on here is that when it comes to self discipline and control because if you are really that good on saving up in fiat money then same goes when you are saving up bitcoin specially for long term.Just make it sure that you wont really be that too active when it comes to watch the market every now and then which would really be affecting you because of the moving
prices.
1393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: We lose on the long run through return percentage on: January 25, 2023, 10:50:37 PM

I just googled the return percentage of online casinos and saw different percentages that doesn't seem real. A slot machine can be written to pay out 98%, but its programmed to pay 90% and it's publicized that way to attract more people to play using that slot. Though one slot could be paying out that amount in the casino, yet my point is that no casino offers 100 percent payout that means if a slot pays out 94 percent for every 100 dollar bill spent on that machine the player losses 6$ to the casino. That is if you play longer times you'll lose, and we can almost never stay atop of the slot machines after long period of plays, unless you win a jackpot. Even if you win a huge amount, you can lose. They are numerous stories of people who won the jackpot and ended up spending the whole money back on the casino within a short period, 1 or 2 years, they lost the jackpot.

Isn't it?

Inspired by Jean Scott - Frugal Gambler
Thats how house edge works and its a very common concept or thing and this is where houses do make money which it isnt something shocking if you do ask me.If you do really make yourself believe on getting 100% then you are wrong but its impossible that gamblers wouldnt be able to realize these things but come to mind of on having that 4-10% reduction on wins isnt something big and your mind would tell that
you could easily patch it up until you do bust them all, this is why gambling business is really that profitable because people tend to ignore out these things and do still continue to play
despite of the situation and condition that they are dealing off with.
1394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: QUESTION: For Gambling Enthusiasts ❗❗ on: January 25, 2023, 09:33:01 PM
As far as I play gambling I only use the casino at point A, I think it's easier to do and more fun to entertain myself, Point B I've never done it and until today I haven't tried it, from a game perspective it might be very interesting because we will always competing with our opponents, but unfortunately I personally can't play and understand the game especially poker I can't play it, maybe I need time to study the game at point B so that betting in my game is more challenging and fun.
People would be sticking out on things on where they do know on how to play and on Option B which it all pertains to some card and board games which is something that not all is really that able to know
on how to play and this is why they would be sticking into those casino based games which it doesnt really need up that too much hard instruction for you to play it out, or simply you could really be able to
play if you wanted to.Its true that this would really be depending or basing into someones mood and emotion on a particular time because not all would really be liking to play
luck based and would rather stick into that strategic one.
1395  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Btc get to $12k or $10k on: January 24, 2023, 10:56:38 PM
No one can predict this market, I used to believe this is possible some years ago and I tried to stay ahead of the game but I flunked, the best lesson I've learned is never to rely on those stupid YouTubers that claimed they know where this market is heading, it's all garbage. Gather some USDT or your favorite stable coins and start buying dips when there is big bad news affecting the market and make sure you don't run out of stable coins until the Next Bitcoin halving is near.
Basically they are influencers who just do some speculation just like us and they don't really need to be trusted because regardless of anything believing in some influencers like this is stupid.
They say that it is likely to happen, which means that there are only two answers when they say it is likely to happen or not, and now it is not proven, they cannot be blamed because it is speculation.
In fact, we should find out for ourselves whether what other people are saying is true or not because here we cannot stand idly by with other people.
No cryptocurrency investors should believe in the Youtuber or the influencer on Twitter because most of them were never patriots of the market all they want to do is to get their needed targetted views, likes, etc. And they will always do whatever it takes to achieve it.
Having said that, I don't the idea of gathering capital goods in this market either because we may not see the previous market bottom price and the best thing to do is DCA.
Not really that bad to see those influencers because you wont really be affecting yourself if you are that someone whose really that far more experience than them or simply does aware or knows on how this market behaves or works and any claims about precise predictions and speculations are just bullshit.Just do move on things that you do analyze and never ever make yourself believe on what others been claiming.
All of us are just mere speculators and investors which there's no way that would be finding out on what would gonna happen ahead and this is where you do make yourself
be realistic on what you would be doing.
1396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Nonito Donaire vs Jason Moloney on: January 24, 2023, 09:49:41 PM
Honestly not getting my hopes up with Donaire knowing how old he is already but from his last fight with Inoue it seems like he still has the hunger for boxing. That being said AFAIK just like what OP said he is vying to fight El Gallo to claim 5 divisions for himself. Although he may entertain this fight because worse comes to worse, he's going to be better prepared against fighters that are younger than him considering moloney's age, best case scenario he has a title to bag for himself. February is not too far now and I think they'd rush the two because money needs to be made. So we may see the two of them fight probably February or any other month that will give them both the time and prep.
But you could really see the speed and that technicality isnt really the same on his prime days and its impossible for us not to see up that one plus having that footwork isnt really that good when he's still young.
Now that he would be fighting against Moloney which is younger plus having that good KO percentage then we could say that power is more than with Donaire but lets see about the speed if
there's much difference in between two.If i were to choose up then i would be having some doubts on going all in with Donaire and its not bad to make up some consideration on throwing
up some bucks on Moloney.
1397  Economy / Economics / Re: Is renting an inevitable waste of money? on: January 24, 2023, 08:43:32 PM
This led me to think about taking a loan and purchasing an average two-bedroom apartment, but I have the concerns that I voiced earlier.
When we do talk about the future then it is something that cant really be known due to no one really knows on what would happen ahead and this is something makes it even more harder.I do love the idea
or thinking on having advanced and its true that we cant really be sure that we would really be lasting up for so long into that person you are living with or the one you do love. This is a matter of risk
taking because if you are really that eager to have your own house or apartment then it does really need up some ample time to make out that consideration and the best thing to mind off
is that you should really obliged yourself on paying it up no matter what because it would be a long term payment duration which something that you should prepare.
1398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This Smells Like Hypocrisy on: January 24, 2023, 08:38:22 PM
Gambling is frowned upon in Japan as far as I know, but not outrightly banned. Although some districts and prefectures are banning gambling entirely, because of the Yakuza connections that most casinos within Japan has. Yakuza can pretty much do whatever the hell they want in Japan, as long as they don't break the law, Horse Racing is a Yakuza-sanctioned sport in Japan, and most bosses there own race horses, funny story, you can't even make a mockery of their horses there coz that will seriously get you killed by the Yakuza, but I digress. It's all about their organized crime group there, and if they want it, they can do it. That is why the government itself isn't really keen on gambling but you'd see illegal gambling houses in Japan's busiest areas.
If you do have the money and the power and influence then no one could ever touch you even the government which it would really be normal that they would really be making some exemptions basing up into their interest and there's nothing we can do if ever we do make out some argumentation that banning gambling should really be in general or something that would really be including everything but we know that there
are really things which are r eally that in exemption and there's no thing we could do with that. Its their government then it would be totally be depending on them on what are the laws and regulations
that would be imposed whether you do like it or not.

1400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do online casinos disadvantage some locations from winning big on: January 23, 2023, 11:29:35 PM
I don't really think a casino will limit a particular location because of any law and remember that every country that accept gambling already have a regulatory body that is responsible to enforcing fairness and transparency between the casino and it's users.
Before signing a license and accepting to abide by it, it simply means that the casino has to do that consciously which implies that they already have a representative and a legal team who must have reviewed all if those agreements and I'm sure that they have a maximum pay out stated and as long as winnings above the agreed amount if there is any isn't triggered, there wouldn't be any call for alarm
What actually happened was that some casinos banned their sites from being accessed by citizens of certain countries. Maybe it's because that country has laws prohibiting gambling activities or there are other things I don't know.
There are several countries whose governments strictly prohibit gambling activities in any form. However, citizens still do this by using a VPN or changing the browser's DNS so that they are not detected when entering gambling sites.
Even though there are already many sites that do not allow customers to access using a VPN, I think a gambler will ignore this prohibition so they can still play or bet on gambling sites.
You would really be having some question on your mind that after all of the gambling sites available online on where you could choose from, then why there a re people who are really that eager on accessing sites which
they are strictly prohibited due to some law or something like that.Is this pertaining on the games offered? or simply they are really just that stubborn on where they do just like to deal up with things on what
interest them. This is why people do love on accessing out sites via VPN even if they do know that they are really that been blocked but still still trying out to access.
On the time that they've been caught then they do usually whine the most and telling that they havent done something wrong. LOOOOOL.
