A leader needs to have commitment and honesty. These are the two qualities I am looking for a leader. Many people could have that charisma and promises. It is also normal to have flaws as a leader but only a few would be committed with what they are doing and other qualities would work out or follow afterwards. As you've mentioned about tough times, a leader should have aids with every problem a country perhaps, is having. In terms of economic progress, a leader should also be open for new things which could generate wealth for the country and not merely for personal growth alone which is why I have mentioned about honesty. Kebanyakan topik baru pada masa itu ANN, pembahasannya itu-itu saja siap hari. Nyepam tidak terhindarkan karena tujuannya hanya sebatas mencukupi kuota mingguan saja. Rata-rata post pada masa itu tidak sampai tiga baris, wajar saja user yang pernah merasakan indahnya masa itu sangat rindu dengan kondisi forum yang kurang ketat seperti sekarang. Ketika jumlah aktifitas cukup, Rank otomatis akan naik. Nyepam di forum jarang ada yang klik tombol Report to moderator, dan yang bikin Hunter sulit melupakan masa itu hasil yang didapat dari Bounty terbilang sangat luar biasa. Nah sekarang setelah Sistem merit berlaku di forum, bounty sudah jarang menghasilkan dan pengguna forum mulai aktif membasmi Spammer, mereka yang dulunya sangat aktif di forum yang tujuannya hanya nyari duit saja perlahan mulai hilang satu persatu karena niatnya bergabung ke forum bukan untuk belajar.
