I have asked them again and hope that this will be sorted out shortly. Sorry for my "inactivity", busy times and I did not really have the time to look into everything myself. This is not only about this case but also about the other "similar" one: Even if Casino.Guru can be quite corrupt, sometimes playing games with operators, too, when they aren´t happy about something, it`s still worth something if you "win" a dispute. So, for example, if you have proof of BC.Game having changed the bonus terms afterward, then don`t stop and spam the s*** out of it - don`t take that literally but you know what I am trying to say. BC game marked this case as solved, but the accuser did not receive his winnings. Moreover, he lost 1.25 Bitcoin due to price fluctuations. All his winnings were void and they agree to return his deposit amounts only. But they offered him 124000 USDT instead of Bitcoin which was the value when he deposited. Nice to see they came up with a new account to solve these things. To be fair, BC did not mark anything as solved, AG did, based on the latest development where they paid dplay's initial deposit, unilaterally in USDT although dplay requested it to be in BTC. In reflect to this, as well as by dplay's wish, the case itself was "marked" as partially solved in my summary. COMPETITION my man ! It does not means just because they are a '' house '' that they are operating in OPTIMAL PROFIT all the time. Have you seen the FIERCE COMPETITION they have this days ? With stake, sportbet.io and other BIG NAMES in the field ? It's not as simple as saying that they are in profit because they are a house and the house always wins. Surely this motto is true, but do you know if their '' earnings '' are matching with their expenses sheet at the end of the day ? Your red trust in your account although unrelated to this thread, I think is still relevant to your trustworthiness because who exactly are you to be able to vouch for the site alone, maybe if there are multiple accounts that have a reputable users that will also vouch for what you are doing then there's a possibility that this site is trustworthy and this kind of site needs a lot of vouching from different people because accelerators are a pretty useful tool for bitcoin transactions right now so the possibility of scam websites trying to make money from the hype is at an all-time high. They are just both scammers. If I was not told to removed the red trusts that I have awarded some of them, I would have also given this hacked or sold account red trust for collaborating with a scammer to look for ways to scam some people on this forum. I hope no one will use their scam accepting service before they will know that the site is a scam. You're talking shit out of your ass, bruh. I'm a paid buyer of their service. Used it yesterday so if you want to BELIEVE it's a scam despite the evidence of a REAL USER (not biased/not earning anything to promote them) then it's UP TO YOU bro... Rollbit is BY FAR, not the 2nd after stake, not even close. Just a curious gambler question: Who would be '' 2nd '' after stake ? Not 100% sure but if I had to name one I would say sportsbet.io. They also sponsor a premier league team and are very big. If you have to money to make sponsorships like that your must earn well I suppose. Also they exist much longer (founded 2016) than these rollbit jokesters (2020) . I've send them multiple PM as well for quite some time, informing them about the open cases against them, they barely responded to any of it although they went online not long after I sent them the PMs, or notify their TG representative to ask for their forum representative to come back online. That is one of the contributing factor of my consideration to place a negative feedback on their account, to warn the community as they're unresponsive. I believe they doing this because paying me and earlypaco over $10.000 does not seem like a desired outcome for them LOL So they got nothing to say and are playing '' silent '' then as a resort to avoid paying the winning since they know a bunch of fools will keep playing on their platform anyways regardless of ALL this unresolved scam accusations and they will keep earning money.... More like: '' AHHHH Man fuck those fools, it means nothing we are still earning big $$ anyways '' (that's how they think, and that's why they are silent). |

If they fail to honor their commitment Casino.guru will also give them a bad rating and possibly all the other casino review sites, they cannot keep ignoring these accusations and bad reports if they want to stay relevant to the gambling industry and be called a reputable casino.
BC.GAME has positive feedback from efialtis, which runs BTCGOSU. I don't know to what extent he is aware of these accusations. Opened a scam report complaint with this motherfuckers on CEG directly (Curação Egaming) where they are SUPPOSEDLY registered officially/licensed...
and to my surprise only to discover this casino is a 100% scam/unlicensed casino.
As CEG informed won't handle my case against them because the casino in question does not hold a license in curação at all.

This happened to me as well, and same goes for anyone who did the deposit bonus that first week after the big update. 9900 was taken from me. I almost forgot this happened as it was only 9900 at the time, and I didn't even include this in my complaint (see my case here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5473289.0). I asked my host what happened afterwards. They basically said it was a display issue on their part and the actual deposit bonus is capped at $100 lol. However, the wagering requirement is still 40x whatever you deposited up to 10k (so 400k maximum wager requirement). So if you deposited 10k, you would have been mistakenly led into wagering 400k to win 10k, only to have 9900 subtracted from your balance when you completed the wager. That is what happened to me and many others as well. I highly doubt BC.Game will do anything about this unfortunately. Best of luck to you. If i could get my hands on the owner of that shit, he would be a dead man in no time there should be no place for scammers in this world |

As I have been following your case in the other thread, I have left a neutral tag on the BC.GAME profile, which I may change to negative depending on developments. The bad news is that I'm not in DT2 right now and I'm only in DT2 intermittently, so it won't show up by default. I also see that BC.GAME has two inactive flags that no one from DT members got involved in. As a piece of advice, I would say that you should be careful with form and not overuse capital letters. Facts are what convince people; anger, even if it is legitimate, can make them back down. For sure dinero self-control is not one of my best abilities, unfortunately but i my best thanks for the participation |
