I don't think this is a scam but I also don't think it's a good deal.. from what I can tell you're just investing into products anyone can invest in

"Other platforms envisaged are Zopa, Lendy, Property Moose, Ratesetter and Lending Works."

I've invested into property moose and had terrible results, but even so anyone can invest into these we wouldn't need to invest as a team to make returns

I think Iconomi offers exactly what you want (https://www.iconomi.net)

They have a lot of different funds to chose from, some doing quite adventurous investing and some more conservative...

All the funds re-weight often to make sure they're investing in the best coins - but some do charge a rather high management fee, up to 6%

They have a really nice interface as well, I've used them for a bit and really like the service

Updated with signed photos.

Sorry if the quality isn't great I only have my phone to take & upload them

Thanks for the pictures. However, can't really see the quality of the coin on those pictures. A clear picture would be appreciated if there's any way for you to take them.

Just put some more up - doing this all on my phone so taking a little while. They're in a case hence they look scratched, I don't have gloves on me so won't take them out to show them out the case.

Please let me know what you think Smiley

Can you post pics including a piece of paper with the date and your username on it? Also, do you mind using escrow?

Sorry to be a lil off topic - but I noticed you had your coins graded by CGS UK. Back a few years ago I also tried to have my coins graded by the same party but they kept rejecting them as there was no real grading platform for them and they had difficulty verifying that the BTC was still loaded

Can I ask how the process went for you and if you don't mind sharing - how much is cost you for the grading?

Thanks Smiley

57  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 22, 2015, 07:10:50 PM

Read this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=462370.msg10572375#msg10572375

There's a lot about fines, nothing about compensation to 'shareholders', I don't think we will ever see any return from this mess.

Thanks for the update - all sounds about right

So there will be little to no recourse in regards to the money and Ken will (most likely) land on his ass.

I guess it'll be interesting to see the outcome of the trail (if he ever makes it to court)
58  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 22, 2015, 06:52:21 PM
I'd pretty much written this 'investment' off as a loss a long long time ago - about the time BitFunder closed its doors (actually probably that exact day) but I'm looking to recoup all my investments that I had made in the early days of my Bitcoin interest.

I'll be blunt, I, along with probably 99% of people, have absolutely no idea what is going on with ActiveMiner.

There seems to still be a lot of trolling and misinformation in this thread and I don't really fancy going through 200+ pages of crap to find out what really happened - so I'm hoping someone could enlighten me on whether this is an investment worth pursuing to get my money back, or if I should just forget about it. I had probably 800 shares in the company so if possible it would be nice to get them back, if not well it's not such a big loss.

If someone could give me a rough idea of what - if anything is happening which this company it would be great - feel free to flame my ignorance.

Thanks
59  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] 50 x 2014 Series 2 0.01 Microsoul coin. Crowd funding for Treasure Coin on: March 22, 2015, 06:30:07 PM
I really like this idea actually, definitely interested in at least the Europe coin when they come out, I'm not sure I'll be able to afford all 3 if I go with the option of having them with the Bitcoin included!

I assume the design shown is not actually one of the designs for one of the zones? Wink
60  Economy / Collectibles / WTS / Interest Check => 2013 Bitcoin Miner authentic custom Zippo on: March 22, 2015, 06:17:27 PM
I have a Zippo lighter which I bought in late 2013. These are a run of approximately 12 (However I feel the actual number may be slightly higher)

I was due to be part of a series of Bitcoin related Zippos but unfortunately I don't think they gained traction.

They have been featured in the Bitcoin museum and as stated before hand are rather rare given the very low production count!
https://www.thebitcoinmuseum.com/index.php/misc/optimator-1.html

I purchased one via this thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=317309.20

Look deep and you'll see me posting about buying one and finally when it had arrived.

Mine is unused, it still has the child safety sticker on the back, it's never been fuelled or lit and I would consider it pristine condition. The artwork is very crisp and it's a solid piece.

No set price as it's very hard to gauge what this would be worth so I leave this open to offers. Please post here / PM me what you would be happy to pay.

Postage within the UK will be free - for international it will vary

Currently I do not have any photos but if you would like to see it I can take a couple.

Below are a few photos I took from the museum

Thanks
