1741  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best time to buy or wait a little bit ? on: June 21, 2022, 05:15:04 AM
That's a good price to buy bitcoin when it was $19,500 yesterday.
You are one of the lucky ones to buy bitcoin at that price because I think a lot of people are just waiting for the price to drop or they have already bought bitcoin at $18k.
But either way, as long as you can buy at a lower price, that's great because you can see an opportunity to buy bitcoin at that price.
1742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Macau's Casino Operation Continues Despite The Latest Outbreak on: June 21, 2022, 03:19:01 AM
Maybe it's because the Macau government thinks that casinos can make a big contribution in taxes compared to other businesses that still allow casinos to operate.
Or maybe the Macau government has other considerations in allowing casinos to operate that they haven't made known to the public.
It is up to the Macau government's policy to shut down which business they want as they, as regulators, will have their say.
1743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies: Don't panic and learn to hold on: June 21, 2022, 02:02:21 AM

If they think that bitcoin is a get-rich-quick scheme, they are wrong because the price can change quickly without us knowing where it is going.
If they are not ready for the price swings, they can get stuck in the high price and have to wait until the price can reverse direction or even go higher.
That is what some people think about bitcoin,  that it can get them rich in a short space of time . They don't care to know the volatility nature of bitcoin, that the price can change drastically without any signal.
I see many people who join have that thought, especially with the rising price of bitcoin before this year.
Those who joined bitcoin at that time only thought about short-term profits without studying how bitcoin moves in the crypto market.
But after they learned about bitcoin's wild movement to the point of seeing its price drop drastically, they couldn't stand it and decided to sell the bitcoins because they didn't want to see bigger losses.

Only people who are prepared for everything that will happen with bitcoin can take advantage of the opportunity to buy or sell bitcoins and earn something from bitcoins, while others will be at a loss if they sell their bitcoins.
They really need to learn about investing with only the money they can afford to lose so they don't take a huge risk out of the investment.
Before anyone will make up his/her mind to buy bitcoin,  the person need to understand how bitcoin works that it only takes patience to benefit from bitcoin profits.
If they don't understand how bitcoin works and how to invest in bitcoin properly, they won't make a big profit from bitcoin.
Instead of making a profit, they can get a big loss without any chance of profit at all.
1744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it so hard to win at gambling? on: June 21, 2022, 12:52:57 AM
Yes, that's indeed the exact reason for that and quite frankly not because of the reason like that specific gambler will lose in the 4th day. Resting on the 4th day to breath after that win for 3 days straight is a must and spend time with our friends and family, we must not let our emotions drive us because that's where greed comes in and eventually we will regret it.
Maybe it would be better if the gambler played the day after that, rested for 1 or 2 days, then could continue playing again.
But it would be even better if we could manage our gambling schedule maybe in a week, we could play gambling 2 or 3 times and use the other days for other activities.
Thus, we can regulate our emotions so that we don't think too much about gambling but only think of gambling as a means to have fun.
In addition, we can avoid the greed that will arise later.
1745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The digital ID for Gambling on: June 18, 2022, 07:46:07 AM
I believe by making a new rule like that to limit underage players, and maybe it will be taxed for each player.
regardless of whether the regulations are good or bad, they will only make it more complicated for users of online gambling services.  The problem that will be very bad is when the players' personal data will be misused
Hopefully, the personal data of the players will not be misused by the regulators because they hold all the important data of the players.
Maybe the new rules need time to work properly and the restrictions on underage players depend on how parents can supervise their children who use internet access.
If gambling becomes more popular and more people are involved in gambling, there is a possibility that taxes will be applied so that it will become a new source of income for the state.
Hopefully, the regulations made by the government do not complicate online gambling users and other businesses.
Well that's what we're afraid of with the data we provide being misused that is sold on the black market even though it's impossible but at least the concern is always there.
With this process, there are still pros and cons whether many agree to this regulation or only some casinos are watching from child players, so it is important to do it, it will still be a long process, it is also necessary whether this will be efficient or just complicate it.

But we can't deny that there are still many child gamblers who do that, even though online gambling is getting easier for them to do.
For this reason, we must be very careful in providing our data and always select it before giving it to third parties.
Of course, there will be pros and cons of casinos that will implement digital casino IDs and even parents whose children are involved in gambling.
But what is clear, when it comes to underage children involved in gambling, it will require the role of parents who can always supervise their children.
But at least, digital ID is expected to limit underage children's space and movement to playing gambling, although, in reality, this is not the case.
1746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it so hard to win at gambling? on: June 18, 2022, 06:18:52 AM
a winning streak

I always try to avoid thinking about streaks, as really each bet is independent, and if you've say won 10 in a row or lost 10 in a row, it doesn't make you any more or less likely to win the next bet. Whilst streaks can sometimes mean that you are making good decisions (especially if it's a streak in a certain specific area where you have a lot of knowledge), more often a streak is simply brute luck, almost like flipping a coin 10 times and getting 10 heads... it doesn't make the chance of getting heads next time any more or less likely.
If we get successive wins or losses, it's better we don't continue and prefer to stop as soon as possible because the next result can make us want to play longer.
Many of us have experienced consecutive wins and continued to play, but they lost all their money.
Some have lost in a row but are still playing and the result is instead of getting a win but instead getting more losses.
That's why we have to understand the situations and conditions we experience so that we don't fall deeper into what we don't know the outcome.
1747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies: Don't panic and learn to hold on: June 17, 2022, 09:38:41 AM
The reason behind this panic is they feel bitcoin is get rich quick scheme and invest their savings into it in hope of getting fast profits but on the contrary when it start falling they can't analyse the market that it's normal and it will grow in the long and panic sell off during these times. So they eventually loose at this time but main is to control your emotions and invest what you afford to loose in the market.

Most of the people having challenge with the dip are the middle class people who never expected the market to be like this,  expecting to make profits in a short time. The rich ones are still buying Bitcoin even in this present dip because they understand it will definitely yield profits. People who used what they can't afford to invest are having challenge to have patience to wait for bull.
If they think that bitcoin is a get-rich-quick scheme, they are wrong because the price can change quickly without us knowing where it is going.
If they are not ready for the price swings, they can get stuck in the high price and have to wait until the price can reverse direction or even go higher.

1748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it so hard to win at gambling? on: June 17, 2022, 07:26:01 AM
If when you say that the fourth day the gambler needs to rest is based on the theory of probability, then the point here will not be how many days the gambler will rest, but the probability of the next event. You need to take into account a series of victories and understand that the loss will come. Therefore, it would be more logical here not to rest, but simply to reduce the amount of the bet with each subsequent bet in order to reduce the possible loss as the probability of losing increases.
But still, he needs a short break to get rid of the urge to gamble again because that could put him at risk of losing.
Even though we can count a series of victories, we still can't predict when we will win and losses will be there.
Only resting and doing other things can help us not lust after victory anymore.
Reducing the bet amount is possible but if you haven't rested after the last win, I think you could be interested in continuing to play non-stop.

That's just a belief that after a 3 days straight big win, the bettor will rest in the 4th day as the bettor believe his luck will not be on his side on that specific day. We cannot possibly know when is our lucky day and that same bettor could've win 1 straight week if he tried but he/she choses to rest so he/she can neither identify if it's true that he will be unlucky in the 4th day.

There's no right and wrong way about that, we hold our own fate and it's our decision if we will proceed down the road whether we won or lost in the past days.
Every gambler's fate will be different, and that's why I suggest taking a break after getting a winning streak.
It would be good for him to relieve tension or be happy to win some money from gambling.
In addition, he can have time to enjoy his winnings with his loved ones.
But it will return to the gamblers because only they know how their body and mind are.

1750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Mantra After, while playing And Before You Gamble on: June 17, 2022, 03:03:42 AM
I don't have a mantra, if I should choice to have one, I would say to you my 6th sense. It has helped me many times, When I feel that a bet will go in the right way I'm gonna submit my bet, if not, usually I don't play.

This thing has saved me to lose many money sometimes, and this sort of mantra also helps me in the real life !

I think the 6th sense can help one win a gamble because it is like seeing something that hasn't happened yet.
But don't use that as your reason to gamble because there is a chance that your 6th sense will not work properly.
So for you, it's not some kind of spell but the result of your 6th sense that has helped save your bet results.
But be careful because one day, it no longer comes from the 6th sense but comes from your mind which says that this bet, you will win, when in fact you don't.
1751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bill prohibiting crypto currency as means of payment on review. on: June 16, 2022, 12:01:32 PM
Rusia is always doing the same thing over and over again. I can't even count how many times this country is stating to ban crypto. Crypto didn't need this country. The bad news from this countri is not affecting crypto anymore. That's enough for crypto. I think that whole of crypto users must abandon any news that came from there. I never seen good statement was coming from there. There are bunch of FUD.
Even the russian citizen were actively using crypto
That's why the Russian state always takes positive things even though there are many hot issues out there that act to create bad reputations for bitcoin because they want to see people leaving bitcoin.
I myself am also not too concerned about the hot news or other news about their country, I think it's normal but their mentality to use bitcoin is strong enough with all the risks.
Even if the Russian state continues to do so, it will not stop bitcoin from growing, even in Russia itself because bitcoin is not just for Russia.
Hot news or other news will always be there and it is our job to filter out true and fake news so that the news does not influence us.
But someday, the Russian state will turn in favour of crypto, where more Russian people will use crypto.
Let them talk about crypto, let alone spread fake news about crypto.
1752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto winter setting in.. and how long will it last on: June 16, 2022, 11:07:45 AM
How long will this market correction will continue and where will this stop.. and where will Bitcoin stabalize
Maybe a month, two months, or even a year.
The current bear market makes market conditions return to the bottom again as before the bull market came along, causing many people to suffer losses.
This cycle occurs continuously, especially after touching a new ATH, the price will go back down again and this time, the price will return to the bottom again.
But we must remain optimistic because this situation will change and the market will start to pick up again.
So prepare yourself by buying bitcoins and other potential coins so that you will have a chance to make a profit.
1753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this the end for NFTs? on: June 16, 2022, 09:03:34 AM
It's not the end for NFT but NFT will be not so noisy like what it was a few months ago before bitcoin dumped so hard like this time. The price for for bored ape yacht NFT was falling so hard. This is telling us if NFT is also facing the same problem like another field when the bearish trend was coming. NFT will always still exist. I remember a few years ago when so many people called that defi will be dead but it's still exist till this time and so what's the differences?

We don't know what NFT will be like in the future because I don't think the NFT trend is over and it looks like it will continue.
Maybe the NFT trend has started to fade but that's also what happened in the crypto market so NFT is also going down.
Although there will be a new trend in the future that tries to replace NFT, it looks like NFT will continue to exist because its potential has not been explored further.
But for now, it's better to invest in bitcoin than NFT because we don't know what will happen with NFT.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it so hard to win at gambling? on: June 16, 2022, 08:11:05 AM
Maybe if we can win, we need to calculate how much money we have spent to get that win and how often we can win that amount of money.
That way, we can see and calculate how likely we are to win the money next time and if we can be wise, we will always try to control our spending.
This is what we as gamblers need to realize so that we don't really lose in gambling but just want to have fun playing gambling.
It wouldn't work because you will get a different pattern and you can't make a decision based on that, I ever doing this to record my gambling activities before, but I didn't do it again anymore. Let's say on the day one, you won the biggest multiplier on the 50 spin, the day two, you won the biggest multiplier on the 70 spin. Now the day three, you won the biggest multiplier on your second spin. It's just purely of luck and there's no such pattern.
Yes, there really is no pattern that will be the same every day, and gamblers know that.
But they don't seem to care about patterns and keep trying to play and have fun.
If 3 days in a row a gambler can get a big win, preferably on the 4th day, he rests and doesn't try to play again because there is a possibility that his luck is not with him.
Besides, he had already won a lot of money, so it was better just to enjoy his winning money.
1755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High odds or low odds, which do you prefer? on: June 16, 2022, 07:05:23 AM
Which one I prefer depends on my current mood. I prefer low odds when I want to win. When I want excitement, high odds are nice. Years ago, when I first started gambling, I always preferred low odds. Usually I was winning and I was used to gambling that way. Thus, over time, my money increased and I started to prefer high odds.
That means our choices can change as times change.
Maybe we choose low odds today, but tomorrow we can choose high odds.
There are also types of people who will choose low odds for a few days or weeks or even a month and in the following month, they choose high odds.
But that will not change their winning percentage because their luck level will again determine it.
In my opinion, high or low odds will be the same because the difference is the level of our luck every day.
1756  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook |250k$ Easter giveaway | VIP | on: June 16, 2022, 05:45:39 AM
I agree. When I play, im not really concern to my current level. What matters to me is I enjoy the game and features of the casino. Im not a new player in Duelbits but my level is still joker, 9% away to level up. Its because I keep on switching to other casinos and just playing there if im in the mood to play slots. This site is special to me when it comes to playing slots because this is where I hit my highest multiplier. So even my level is not as high as others its not a big deal to me.
Sooner or later, you will go to the next level.
I never thought about how far above my level would be because it would be difficult.
Therefore, I just decided to play without thinking about when I could reach the next level.
It will make me less burdened by gambling in every casino because I also gamble in many casinos.

Yup, as long as you are enjoying and you are responsible with your bankroll sooner or later you will see that your

account is already levelling, it takes time and money for sure, but if you love playing using the platform
especially when there are many perks and promotions like how Duelbits offers to the gamblers/user
you'll find yourself to keep coming back and try to enjoy and win.
That's why I realized I don't gamble very often and never think about when I can level up because that would take a lot of time and money.
It's better to enjoy and be responsible with money that will be used to gamble than to chase to level up, which will be difficult to achieve.
In addition, with many promotions from Duelbits, I think it can make it easier for us to reach the next level.
But once again, enjoying your gambling moments and not pursuing anything at gambling is the best thing to do.

Do you advise them to only invest with money they can afford before buying bitcoin and explain its risks?
Because if you have suggested it, your friend will follow you and will not sell his assets and property unless he is really greedy to chase big profits.
It depends on how people will act if they want to invest in bitcoin.
They should learn more about how to invest in bitcoin so they don't go astray.
1758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptos are uncovering our evil sides on: June 15, 2022, 07:33:43 AM
All because of the urge to have a lot of money from new sources before everyone joined crypto is what causes many people who have joined crypto to become greedy.
If everyone weren't greedy for more bitcoins or trying to dominate a large part of the market, nothing bad could happen in the real world.
But I doubt it can happen because it is human nature to try to master something popular and become the most.
So we better pay attention to ourselves and not be greedy because it will not be good for us.

Hello good day to all the members in this forum, Did you know that even if you win at gambling, you lose as well? Don't you think that's how it happened? and that’s the thing that I'd like to tackle about this topic, Because it’s hard to win at gambling, now if you want to know why?

The fact is that the house always has a basic advantage over the players, in addition, there is not a single really successful game strategy in practice. In addition, our craving for excitement and the inability to stop at the right moment is another additional trump card of the house.
In the end, the house will always win a large amount of money even though some gamblers can win some money, too but still cannot beat the amount of money the house gets.
