1061  Economy / Gambling / Re: What sort of Weekly & Monthly Bonuses do Bitcointalk members want? on: January 14, 2023, 07:19:03 AM
As a business then this would really be your main motive which is to make profits and these bonuses are just marketing strats to lure up people to play on the platform which is standard.
This is why im not really that much interested when it comes to bonuses because it would re ally be just still on your loses if you do play on longer runes.HOUSE ALWAYS WINS and this should be bare up in mind  for most people who do gamble but if you are just playing for fun then it would really be just normal and would really be just fine for you to on whatever you would be experiencing ahead.
Bonuses are just prolonging your gaming session and we should bare up in mind that it isnt really something that would really be putting us on advantage or winning against the house because it would really be that completely different.
The house will always win no matter how we play gambling with small or big money because their business can get more profits than gamblers.
But gamblers still hope to get more attractive bonuses weekly and monthly so they can deposit according to the applicable regulations.
But if you only play gambling for fun, you certainly won't think too much about the bonuses offered even though sometimes you want to try to get them.
You don't want to chase those bonuses because there are terms and conditions that you must fulfill before you can get the bonus.
1062  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still holding your coins #btc on: January 14, 2023, 03:39:56 AM
Based on my experienced, become holder and diamond hands is not good choose and better with using stop loss when trading or investing in Bitcoin or altcoin. I have enough experience after losing great opportunity when selling coin at higher price but holding make me blind and can't earn maximum profit after price dropping.

Use limit with how many percentage taking profit with your coins and don't forget with stop loss position due with your capacity how percent when price dropping. I won't become loyal when holding some altcoin or Bitcoin, better taking profit as soon possible and our money keep productive in daily day than become long term holding.

I disagree, if it's shitcoins there's nothing wrong with using stop losses because once bear season comes they have almost no chance of recovery. But if it is bitcoin, then stop loss is a waste because we will not know after stop loss bitcoin will increase or decrease after that, and bitcoin is always the only coin that will rise again after bear season is over.
The only option is to hold on to bitcoins tightly and not sell them even if the price drops again and we can buy them back at a lower price than before.
If the bitcoin price is on the decline, preferably not trading by buying and selling as the profits may be small and only held until the price rises again can give you a big profit.
I'm still holding all my bitcoins but I'm also buying bitcoins again at yesterday's low because the bitcoin price will go up very high again.
But if someone decides to trade bitcoins or altcoins, it's up to them because it's their money and their decision.
1063  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: January 13, 2023, 09:04:12 AM
The things that the new casinos can do is make a program that allows every time you lose to be converted into a bonus, that bonus can be playable and not be a way to withdraw, that works only to make higher bets like that. as a leverage and that each time the money that was deposited is withdrawn, the force of that bonus goes down, that way is very nice to make a sustainable system and the players would like to have that facility, because that way they will not mind losing a lot, because they know that they are using it for the same player, it is like recycling money, the casino wins but the player also stays and has fun.

For sure this kind of system or idea had already touched up these gambling platforms but why until now they arent really that still applying it? because it would really just lessen up the time
or make it slow on making revenue because people do keep on trying out to prolong their gambling sessions but the revenue are still the same.We know that this business does really
mind off on how to make profits in most fastest or efficient manner which it isnt really that surprising that they would really be going into the fastest route.
If ever they would consider this one out then it would be good to see.
Every casino will look for which way to give them a bigger advantage and implement promotions that can really make gamblers tempted to try it.
And during this time, the casino has succeeded in attracting more gamblers to keep returning to their places and always gives them what they want.
And if they want to provide something new, the casino will always do research or ask the members directly so that the casino can have good ideas to implement.
That is why casinos can increase their income because by implementing new things that can attract the attention of gamblers and make them curious, they will definitely come back for more.
1064  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it becoming a thread for casinos refusing paying very huge winnings? on: January 13, 2023, 05:42:44 AM
What got me worried isn't just the winning but to know why casinos are getting away without paying players their exactly winnings with some shitty excuses ?
The comparison with players who can withdrawal money from big winnings is much bigger so the worry is unfounded and this case occurs at landbase casinos which are much more regulated than online casinos so if you don't want to experience this, ignore the casinos that have been involved, especially if can't solve the case properly and only choose trusted casinos
Choosing a trusted casino is a must for every gambler to avoid problems that can arise later.
If gamblers do not carefully choose their casino by not doing research, they can end up with untrusted casinos, which can turn into casinos that scam them.
Of course, they want to avoid that happening so they have to be really selective in choosing a casino.
If gamblers can get a trusted casino from this forum by reading the many ratings other members have given, they will not choose the wrong casino.
And later, if they win, the casino will pay the winning money without asking the winner to do anything.
1065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Video how i turn 0.3 ethereum into 0.6 ethereum in dice on: January 13, 2023, 03:17:30 AM
No one will know what happens in the next 3 minutes later and if you are lucky, you will win your play but if not, you will lose.
But not many can win playing dice games because dice games are purely based on luck so only lucky people can win.
And @OP is one of the lucky ones so he can get his victory and increase his ETH amount quickly.
If many people can have luck like @OP, of course, they will continue to play gambling but even if they are unlucky, they will also continue gambling.
1066  Economy / Gambling / Re: What sort of Weekly & Monthly Bonuses do Bitcointalk members want? on: January 12, 2023, 01:55:38 PM
I would like a monthly/weekly bonus based as a percentage of loss (sort of rakeback)
well that seems to be the most requested bonus because this is something fair for me as well, imagine losing 10k wager and you will be given at least 5-10% of rake back? or even 2% is good enough  for me if I wager good in my weekly gaming.
but also if there is a  deposit bonuses then it much better having those 2 bonuses offered.

If casinos could agree to this kind of rake back bonus it would have been better, but I don't think so because gamblers will always abuse it and take it for their right to be given, but this is something intended as promo and not their mandatory responsibility to give back to every lost accunted for on a big loss, but there could be certain conditions they can implement for a gambler to have been actively using their casino over a year, gambles more than 10 times a month and have a specific amount that must have been involved as losses just as you've mentioned, this will be a good idea if gamblers can maintain the whole process involved.
At least the casinos will have ways to protect the bonuses that will be given to gamblers so that fraudulent gamblers do not use them for these gamblers.
And before the casino gives the promo, the casino team must have prepared it well so that if something happens outside their plans, they can handle it by always maintaining their casino.
Gamblers who always want a bonus every week or month will try to get it even though they have to meet the requirements.
1067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can players bet on their own games on: January 12, 2023, 09:05:18 AM
Well first i didn’t think this topic will get much attention here, thank you for your replies and answers. But to be specific i wanted like more of the games or matches where those player been caught and what was their punishment and who really found out about their bet

Quote
So, in general, athletes are not allowed to bet on themselves. There are a few exceptions to these rules, especially when athletes find grey areas in the legislation and regulation processes. This is only valid for individual matches and sports, like boxing, MMA, or tennis

As for this exception i think it’s with the fighters where they bet against  each other for big amounts of money and the winner takes it all it’s more known in boxing matches, but they can’t for bet on their loss because certainly it will be weird if both fighters do their best to lose the fight haha…
You can search through search engines to find more results Grin
If the player cannot bet for himself, he can ask his friend to place a bet on him so that he does not have to do anything that violates the rules.
So, there must be a player who told his friends to bet for that player so they could get more money.
And it wouldn't get him caught by the organizers or the authorities because there would be no evidence that he was betting on himself.
1068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Criteria of a good gambler on: January 12, 2023, 07:35:34 AM
The qualities mentioned here are definitely the qualities of a good gambler should possess. But the sad thing is that a gambler cannot always possess such qualities in himself. As a result they have to face losses. If the new gamblers understand these things well and gamble after gaining knowledge, they can be relatively more successful. A few days ago, when there was no research on gambling but now due to the progress of this industry, various types of research have been started on it, so if anyone want, he will get a good idea of how a gambler can control himself.
The new gambler is too eager to win a lot of money but they do not learn about self-control and it will cost him more and more if he does not want to do it,
This would become an even bigger problem because the longer he could not control himself, the more he could develop a gambling addiction.
Every gambler must own self-control to avoid gambling losses and know when to stop.
There is much more that one needs to learn to become a good gambler but only a few become such gamblers.
1069  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it becoming a thread for casinos refusing paying very huge winnings? on: January 12, 2023, 03:10:08 AM
Maybe the casino doesn't have the money to pay the winners so they refuse and instead say the machine is broken and other reasons.
Winners also can't complain anywhere because the casino will try to stick to its position, saying it's not their fault.
And when taken to court, the casino will still win and will not pay the winners.
Or the casino really wants to avoid paying for the big wins that the winners get.
1070  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the key to your success investing in bitcoin.. on: January 11, 2023, 12:20:15 PM
The key to successful bitcoin investing is being able to hold bitcoin until the price goes up very high then, you can sell it to take your profit.
But you can also sell just as much depending on your needs and save the rest for another higher price.
If the price drops really low, you can buy it with your profit money to increase your bitcoin amount again.
However, it is not easy to hold bitcoins for long and most people will not be able to afford it.
1071  Economy / Gambling / Re: Consider open live casino (street gambling games) on: January 11, 2023, 10:45:37 AM
   - There are many disadvantages when opening a live casino on a street or public place. First, they will see the minors, secondly, there is a lot of hanging out with young people that we don't know what is going on in their minds whether it is good or bad while the gamblers are gambling.

Then others drink on the side of the road or just alleys or corners, So for me, it doesn't seem like a good plan for this matter.

This is also what I've though it is sort of informal or illegal ? A lot of young people will be in that area hanging out drinking and having a smoke some sort of its their area and it ain't attract customers only those who know about them. Also, it is risky for me to go as I don't know the people there. Though we don't have same mindset but if we are just talking about street games it is really fun as we are doing it a lot when we are still young but how it was implemented was not good.
It would be illegal because using a public place for business could get the owner in trouble with the government.
And this can also trigger crimes that can occur because there may be some people with malicious intentions who want to use that opportunity to earn money.
Especially later, if young people hang out drinking and smoking, it will make the place dangerous because many bad people gather there.
Maybe there shouldn't be a place like that because it might attract the attention of many people passing by and it looks like they can report it to the authorities to clean up the place.
1072  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Woman won $43million but was offered a steak dinner instead of her winnings on: January 11, 2023, 07:36:22 AM
It seems that the casino cheated by turning the facts that happened to the woman upside down so that the casino did not pay her the winnings.
And if the machine is broken, the casino should write a message that it is broken so no one will use it.
But instead of writing down the message, the casino just let it go and finally, someone won a lot of money but the casino refused to pay them.
However, it seems that the casino was deliberately cheating, so the woman could not get her winnings.
But we must remember that the casino owns the place of business and we do nothing to the casino.
1073  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fees on Dormant Accounts on Crypto Gambling Platforms on: January 11, 2023, 06:36:07 AM
I think the logic behind penalties for dormancy is warranted and how grave the consequences are is justified, after all they are a business model and they will do everything to ensure that business model stays afloat. And it's not like it is a hard thing to avoid, all players would have to do is to login every once in a while and maybe play one or two games for some, to register as an activity. Or maybe if you're really not seeing yourself playing in that casino anymore in the future, perhaps a proper deletion of your account and transfer of the funds is an option that is possible too.
If they let their account inactive for a few months, the casino has no problem freezing or closing their account.
Gamblers who feel it is unfair should be able to think of a casino as a place of business and provide various gambling games for those who want to gamble.
And if casinos close their accounts, that's only normal because casinos want to see gamblers who are actively playing gambling instead of having lots of inactive accounts.
At least I agreed to log in occasionally and deposit some money to play so the casino keeps our account open.
This measure has a dangerous impact on gamblers, because sometimes we lose control over the number of casino accounts we have, as there are so many of them available in crypto industry. Imagine you have an account on every casino promoted on this forum and want to play at all of them. After a while you will have some money idle at one or another casino. And let's say you forget it for several months or even a year, but as soon as a new bull run begins, you remember you had some funds idle there, so you login at the casino to withdraw it, but surprisingly, there is nothing left, because the casino has confiscated your money!

That is a very annoying and disappointing experience which would lead me to stay away from that service provider forever!
It would be dangerous for the gamblers if they kept their coins too long in the casino but if the gamblers didn't have the coins, it would be okay for them.
If our account at the casino gets frozen and we still want to go back to gambling at the casino, we can still contact customer service so they can reopen it.
If we never break the casino rules, they will open our account again or tell us to create a new account.
And one thing to watch out for is never to deposit any coins in the casino as there is a risk of closing inactive accounts.
1074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can we really make a living in sports betting? on: January 11, 2023, 01:55:13 AM
I think there are people who are not working but who are also making good money from sports betting. But they are not literally making a living out of it. They're probably rich already or have big savings that they don't have to work anymore to support their family's needs. They just bet but even if they lose, they don't worry at all for their needs. They also win at times. So this is possible. But if you have got literally nothing, and you want to make a living out of sports betting, I don't think that's possible.
If someone already has a lot and has large savings, they may find it difficult to make a living from gambling because gambling is not a place to make money but to spend money.
In addition, the savings they have will soon run out if they only use them for gambling without any income.
They should change their thinking like that and move on to open a business first instead of wasting money on gambling that doesn't know how big the win rate is.
Sure they can win, but it won't be as often as they lose so if they can make money elsewhere and it's bigger than their gambling budget, they don't have to worry about losing.
1075  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bottom of the Bear Market...let's accumulate!! on: January 10, 2023, 09:42:04 AM
I'm still trying to collect more bitcoins until now.
I want to keep collecting it until the price starts increasing to at least $30k and then I'm going to stop and look at the situation again.
We also have to see how long we can continue to buy bitcoins because we also have to look at our situation and financial condition.
And remember never to use money you can't afford to lose because that is the basics of investing.
1076  Economy / Gambling / Re: New casino BTC game development on: January 10, 2023, 07:00:38 AM
I guess @OP wants to sell his site with 18 gambling games.
@OP needs to explain in more detail what he means so we don't misunderstand what he wants.
It's a website that might be ready to launch, but first, the new casino owner needs to modify a few things in the script.
Maybe @OP opens a bid price of 0.01 BTC and will sell it at the highest price from the bidder.
I hope that @ OP can come back and explain it in more detail.
1077  Other / Archival / Re: online lottery games on: January 10, 2023, 06:00:48 AM
I checked and found out togel lotto is popular in Singapore and it involves determining the outcome of four numbers from a long range of numbers ranging from 0000 and 9999. To be honest it is difficult making such prediction with this large numbers, no strategy nor technique can make any reasonable guess. It will take pure luck to get a number that matches the one drawn.
The location of the of the site doesn't reakly boarders me vut rhe manner at which oos want to go about geting the correct numbe, mahmgic to me is not real abd I don't trust or or believe in any form of number formulation claiming to ve correct score or corrct number in lottery but I slightly believe in luck.
It will be even more difficult if the lottery can produce four numbers because each row of numbers can produce many possible numbers that can come out as winners.
And yes, getting the desired row of four numbers requires a high level of luck.
But even so, people will still try their luck by calculating the numbers to find the right number.
But some people will buy the lottery with no hope of winning and only get random numbers but it turns out they are the ones who can win it.
1078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: January 10, 2023, 04:52:18 AM
That is actually a very good question.
I would personally not let an Artificial intelligence to pick up teams for me, but I would not mind to use AI as a tool to evaluate the statistics of teams in the past and identify patterns.

For example, There are occasions one wants to participate in an specific sport betting but one could not feel confident enough about one's analysis, that is where AI could help by providing a summary of data which could be used to take a final decision on where to place a bet. That is my personal opinion.
That's what we have to do by using AI because after all, we have to have our own analysis and not depend on AI.
That is to hone our ability to analyze every match and improve our abilities later.
If we can have better abilities, it will help us to be able to analyze and not depend on anything.
Maybe using AI can shorten our time in analyzing but we still have to check the results obtained from the AI.
1079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting Types Newbies Should know About on: January 10, 2023, 03:21:20 AM
This time around many people knows exactly how to make a prediction on how to make their bets in any particular gambling they are into so from my understanding we don't have a beginner in gambling prediction everyone have internet and one who is a soccer gambling is interested and watching Match so that it will enable it to analyse a football and also predict it much are correctly
It will be up to them to make their respective predictions because after all, we have to make an analysis for each game if we want to bet on sports betting.
Every beginner who wants to bet must have their own team of choice, whether they choose based on analysis, advice from friends, or just based on feelings.
But sometimes beginners cannot do a better analysis because they are limited in gathering information on the teams that will compete.
And I don't know if beginners know the types of bets like most sports betting gamblers.
1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coin caused Solana price to rise by 40% in a week on: January 08, 2023, 09:27:58 AM
Maybe they want to pique the interest of investors by pumping in the meme coins launched on the Solana network and I guess that's normal because we've seen it happen a lot before too.
We must be aware of this because this is not a good or bad sign. After all, we also don't know how the project will go.
I also wouldn't think too much about whether the meme coin project would still be trending and would rather focus on bitcoin.
And if people still want to follow the meme coin project, they need to be very careful.
If you have a lot of money, then making the price go up is the best marketing you could do for any project. If people see it growing so large, they will take an interest and look what caused the huge increase, and they will see what you are doing and your meme coin and so forth which they might invest into.

All because you increased the price of your own coin. SOL did this basically, they just increased the price by buying from themselves and this caused the price to go up, and get the interest from the market in general which they used to pump their BONK token as well. I believe both of them will go down very very hard in a week or so.
Raising prices without giving any notice won't help because people will think it's a pump and dump scheme and so will stay away from it.
But if there is new information about the project and investors think it is worth investing in, they will definitely come and start investing in it.
By now, people probably know how to find new projects worth investing in, although there are still people who don't know how to choose one.
We'll see what happens after this if the coin can keep the attention of the investors or it will drop very hard.
