101  Other / Meta / Re: Is gambling problem or anything related to addiction is an off-topic? on: April 08, 2024, 12:17:55 PM
My guess is that gambling addiction topics have been discussed over and over again that there are no new replies. Just the same thing said in a different way.
That's my guess too. The redundancy of such a topic for discussion would've made it boring to mods who possibly have realized that such topics cause spamming on the forum. To abate spamming, moving such topics to the "Off-Topic" section easily do the magic. That won't be far from mods decision for moving OP's thread. Users in signature campaigns have less allure posting there because posts in Off-Topic don't count towards the weekly quota in signature campaigns.
Well, you have a point. Although gambling addiction discussion is essential to warn present and future gamblers, but the reality that it’s become almost the majority’s topic, then probably the mods will no longer want to entertain any of those things related and moving it to off-topic would be the easiest move. So as much as possible, we posters should be careful in selecting threads to answer, that is not becoming redundant in the gambling discussion board, otherwise our efforts in posting will be put into waste.
There are new gambling discussions that were moved to off-topic if you have a quota to complete from the platform you are promoting you have to check if the thread is likely to be moved off-topic or if you're going to create a new discussion be sure it's not a subject that has been discussed so many times before.
It should be a fresh and new topic about gambling discussion so the discussion will not become redundant
102  Local / Pilipinas / Re: SEC Slams eToro for Offering Unregistered Securities on: April 08, 2024, 10:56:14 AM

103  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Future of online poker - PokerFi on: April 07, 2024, 02:06:20 PM

I am not member of the team of  PokerFi. I am just topic starter.

Checking your post history you are creating announcements on projects are you hired to start a thread on behalf of the project, or did you just do this to build your portfolio so you can offer this kind of service, better check the kind of project you're going to post here, the majority thinks that this project is going on oblivion.

It could backfire on your account if you keep opening projects that many people here think are not worth or dead projects, this project after 3 years failed to generate support from investors.
104  Other / Meta / Re: Newsletter plagiarism? on: April 07, 2024, 08:09:25 AM
The newsletter is quite long, and thankfully, I found the URL to the article on their website.

If the URL is long you can use the forum hyperlink feature to add the description I once used to check more here word on the description of a very long URL of the article, some permalinks are that long especially if it is not WordPress-based where the hyperlink is descriptive

Quote
Is it ok to post the URL to the article/newsletter after posting a few lines of article/newsletter without quoting?Or should i post after quoting and stating the URL to the article?

You have to quote to tell readers that it's not yours but coming from the article, anything that you borrow online and you are copy-pasting, should be quoted to avoid plagiarism, this is my take on this.
105  Other / Meta / Re: You cannot merit that post on: April 07, 2024, 01:05:29 AM
I just sent merit because it deserves to be merited because the tool is a big help to the community when the forum experiences downtime, I don't know why you cannot send merit have you tried it on other threads maybe it is not the post but it's your account that has an issue, I have never encountered an issue like this all the time that I'm sending merits to those who deserve it.
106  Local / Pamilihan / Re: 1xbet Scamming Pilipino sportbettors on: April 06, 2024, 04:12:04 PM

107  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why not create a Gambling platform on Market narrative? on: April 06, 2024, 03:41:03 PM

Then, why not create a platform for predicting the performance of any cryptocurrency or a platform for predicting future trends in the market or both?

What are your thoughts on this?
Developers want a long-term platform, not a platform because of the hype it takes a lot of money and effort to launch a platform and market the platform then after a few months the platform becomes obsolete, developers want to play it safe with their investment, its a big gamble on their part if they will come out with a concept that there's no guarantee to last for years.
108  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crypto scam on: April 06, 2024, 02:24:46 PM
One of the things that people should look for on a platform is if there's deception is trying to claim something that they are not, on this platform they claim that

But checking on Whois they only launched last year https://www.whois.com/whois/ai-globalgroupsvip.com

so how can they generate millions of users within that short time, it's just not possible, if they are trying to manipulate information then they are scams, trying to entice you to invest.
109  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Dive Into Bitwinup: The Ultimate Crypto Trading Arena is Here! 🎲 on: April 06, 2024, 06:23:04 AM
I will say welcome to bitcointalk and it's not easy to locate bitcointalk without someone directions or description, I know basically you have understood the bases of bitcointalk before you could have make a perfect post of thi kind with images of your products I think you have understood the system of the forum very well, secondly, I think that this  site is all about casino websites and if happen to be casino websites what you will do is to make sure you have launched a campaign in the forum so that people will get to know you and your platform easily

It seems you are not aware that they already have a signature campaign,
BITWINUP Bitcoin PVP Prediction Game Signature Campaign | up to $90
and they are already running for two weeks and heading on their third week, this platform is gaining a lot of attention because it's a different concept from what we see in regular online casinos.
They have to keep up the campaign, good start for this platform, they've done the right thing since day one.
110  Economy / Economics / Re: Church Business on: April 05, 2024, 05:49:15 PM

Infact pastor's have become so rich that they now own private jets and millionaire, the way our economy is going opening a ministry is now a sure away of moving away from economic hardship
Guys let discuss what do you think about this, are these pastor's really being called or they are just looking for a way out of economic hardship

Here in our country, the Church can put a candidate in the highest position, this is why the politicians in our country are wooing these church leaders because they voted as block or they voted as one, the Church is exempted from taxes so they can build their schools and charge people and they do not have to worry about paying taxes.
Creating a religious sect here in our country is a lucrative business, politicians and leaders are paying visits to pastors and church leaders because they have loyal followers who will do whatever they ask of them.
111  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Tuloy Ang pag Ban Ng Binance Sa Pinas At Posibleng Dahilan. on: April 05, 2024, 05:18:45 PM

112  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Creating something which will change alot on: April 05, 2024, 04:42:03 PM

Please let me know what you guys think, im really positive about it and maybe you guys are the same or think: "Nah not a good idea". Please let me know Smiley

It is a great idea but apart from the crypto-related words you should also consider adding the origin of the words and the one who coined or invented that word like the word HODL, so far the only site that I know that index Crypto related terms is investopedia.com they always show up when I'm researching Cryptocurrency related terms.
If you can come out with a better one you'll get many returning visitors and people will bookmark your site, so kee it up.

113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A few crypto questions. on: April 05, 2024, 04:09:00 PM

And for the altcoins, after buying altcoins, what happens if no one wants to buy them from you?
Then it's not an altcoin anymore it has become a shitcoin and since its a shitcoin no way you can sell it if no market or exchange it is listed, if you're buying an altcoin be sure that you have done your research on that altcoin and you follow its development and quick to dump it you notice that there are signs that the dev will do a rug pull.

Quote
You know a lot of altcoins aren't all that popular so how do people even sell off their altcoins? Can you even hodl altcoins?
It depends on the altcoins you're holding if it's in the top 50 then you're still good but beyond 100 you have to check the altcoin from time to time if it's still worth holding.

114  Economy / Reputation / Re: Solana SSHIB project ignores payment to Bounty Campaign participants (scam) on: April 05, 2024, 03:40:12 PM
Just another normal thing happened in Bounty project, it's always been said, in order to be safe only accept a project that willing to escrow the reward, but bounty hunters won't hear that.

No ANN thread and no representative account, there's nothing people can do here...

Good afternoon, over time we have brought many projects for our hunters that escrowed an award (90% escrow, 10% non escrow). Of the 10% that didn't escrow the award - half of them paid their awards, but those 5% - we couldn't do anything with them

So this time, by popular demand from our hunters, we created this thread.

So on the 10% that did not do escrow have you warned that the tokens were not escrowed and you have given warnings that you are not liable if they did not honor their words, and you gave them a notification of the risk if the token were not escrowed or you just want more participants on your campaign, so you do not warned them.
115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: !!HELP US GROW!! on: April 05, 2024, 03:22:50 PM
I hope you find the right people but apart from finding the right people, you should do what you should be doing and that is continue your signature campaign, reputation and popularity can be attained from continuous marketing but you should also do your share by building your platform and having a good support and addressing all concerns by your players.
You will eventually reach your goal if you do all these.
116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Land Based Casinos in the Digital Age on: April 05, 2024, 09:48:25 AM

As online gambling platforms continue to grow in popularity, I’ve been wondering about the future of traditional, land based casinos. With the convenience and accessibility of online betting, will brick-and-mortar casinos become a thing of the past, or will they evolve to offer experiences that can’t be replicated online?
I don't think physical casinos are a thing of the past the physical casinos are still there and they are doing great, In our country alone, physical casinos are doing great and because it's a profitable venture, our government is the one handling or running it, we still have the Vegas, the Macao, and other casino countries and they can still sustain.

Quote
Do you think they’ll manage to hold their ground, or will we see a shift towards exclusively digital platforms?
They still have a huge market and no tall gamblers will choose online casinos, there will always be gamblers who will prefer to play at physical casinos because of the features only they an offer and the online one cannot.
117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Subriel Matias VS Liam Paro IBF Super Lightweight June 15th Manati, Puerto Rico. on: April 04, 2024, 02:04:44 PM
A couple of years ago Paro was already ranked #1 by the WBO. I thought he was going to fight for the vacant belt when Josh was thinking of moving up in weight. But later on Teofimo replaced him at #1 and then fought and won the belt. Paro is fucked up in the rankings and even dropped outside the top 10 in the WBO's March ranking. Now he is finally getting his title shot but in an odd way, he is travelling to Puerto Rico where it is rare to see travelers win. I'm rooting for him but I guess he will get KO'd here. Hopefully, there is no Rican official in the fight to make it fair.

If my memory serves me right, he suffered a injury for more than year, then come back and fight Montana Love late last year. And so with that win, he is line up to fight Matias for the IBF title and it's good to see him back and given the chance at the belt.

Going to be a great fight, Matias name is hype right now, but this is going to be a big test for him as Paro is also a heavy hitter with more than 60%+ knockout ratio. I guess his team is willing to travel to PR not known to be a hostile country though, so I guess the risk is worth for Paro.

It's always great to see fights between undefeated fighters challenging for the title, I became an instant fan of Subriel after beating Ergashev I thought then that Ergashev was a better fighter and was more powerful than Subriel but it turned out Subriel is the strongest.

I like Subriel's style he is a pressure fighter who loves to take just to give his own, he will dare you to a slugfest, and then leave the better man the last man standing, this is the kind of style the boxing community wants to see.
I think he can take Paro, and since it's going to be held in Puerto Rico that's additional motivation for Subriel to beat Liam Paro.
118  Other / Off-topic / Re: Gambling kills the fun in these two cases on: April 04, 2024, 10:52:34 AM

Do not make gambling your only source of income or your only means of entertainment, as this will eliminate the first goal of gambling, which is pleasure.

I would like to correct you no one can make gambling their source of income, you cannot however you try and whatever method you employ you just cannot.

And addiction starts because of the length of time one spends playing in casinos so you are saying that don't make casinos whether online or offline your source of entertainment or pleasure make it one of the options but never make it your main one, going to a movie, concert or playing games are just some of the options you can include.
119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times all-in save your bankroll? on: April 03, 2024, 05:57:23 PM

I’ve done this several times and I manage to save my bankroll to profit/breakeven greater than suffering a total loss. I usually use the craps or mines to do the all-in bet to have a potential profit greater than x2 while I have more lifeline for my bet rather than a straight bet with x2 multiplier.

What game is your favorite to do this and what’s your record so far if you can still track it?

I'm not a risk taker even if I lose a big percentage of my bankroll I prefer to just quit and come back and hope next time luck will be in my favor.

There are gambling days that will not favor you and there are days that you are in a winning run, so if you keep losing, don't lose everything there will be more days to come and who knows the next days it's your time to recover your losses.
120  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Dive Into Bitwinup: The Ultimate Crypto Trading Arena is Here! 🎲 on: April 03, 2024, 05:34:56 PM
New approach and new offering , this is one nice site .

Welcome to the forum Bitwinup ,  this is the first time I heard such platform to have a trading arena this must be fun and enjoying .

I don't remember having like this in the past, yes we have speculation threads in the games and rounds section but not a platform like this, the launching is just in time in the halving where investors engaged in speculation, It is good that they have a campaign so people will be aware of this new offering.
It's a challenging platform I will check the site and look around.
