You may want to make the title of your thread a bit more descriptive, I'm not exactly sure what WEPA is.
62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to identify gmail related to Bitcoin address? on: May 28, 2017, 08:31:54 PM
What makes you think there would be a gmail? People can make as many addresses as they like, and I wouldn't be surprised if they never use that address again. Sorry about your coins, but they are probably gone. See if you can use a mixer follower, and see if they lead to a known address. Best of luck!
63  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Wirex- Bitcoin Debit Card | Buy Bitcoin | Mobile Banking | Send Money on: May 28, 2017, 07:22:30 PM
Does the card support Android pay or Samsung pay? Does it allow for VCCs on one account for online transactions?
64  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Which wallet is best in all means? on: May 28, 2017, 07:18:09 PM
Convenience? Coinbase or Blockchain. Security? Bitcoin Core, Armory, or a Trezor. It depends on your use case.
For security, I'd have a paper wallet.  The best way to go is usually to expose it to the Internet as little as possible.

I'd say that the convenience of a TREZOR is very competitive.  They market it to newer users and you can use it with other wallets which are also convenient, like Electrum.

Blockchain is far less convenient than a TREZOR because you have to spend most of your time figuring out what fees to pay with their crap estimation.

For cold storage? Sure. But you want to be careful with paper, say your house gets flooded or burns down, and it's lost. Trezor is a good middle point because of what you said, physical vs cyber security. Assuming you have enough coins to eat the initial investment in one, that is.
65  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: coinbase wallet on: May 28, 2017, 07:15:44 PM
Depends on your use case. Coinbase has locked accounts before because of suspected illegal activities (they operate inside US jurisdiction). If you aren't doing anything high-profile or dangerous you will probably be fine. However, if you are up to it, a wallet like Electrum may be better suited. Exchanges can fall and you could loose coins, which is why most people say to keep it in addresses you control.

67  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Support information to start on: May 28, 2017, 03:49:20 PM
Mining Bitcoin you won't earn much, but you may try your luck at some altcoins. You can use a merged mining pool or multicoin pool such as multipool. However, NVIDIA GPUs aren't very good for mining in general. You won't make a profit, but it can be a neat experiment to do anyway, for load testing perhaps?
68  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: I am trying to mine but I can't figure it out :( on: May 28, 2017, 03:45:33 PM
Download something like CGMiner or BFGMiner, and follow their steps to setup the miner. Do you have a pool picked out yet, or do you need one?
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥[GUNBOT] Automatic Poloniex Profit Generator🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 on: May 28, 2017, 03:34:02 PM
It's a good idea, but why go so far with Withdrawal Tokens? I can see disabling the application's functioning with a warning message, but why completely revoke the license?
70  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer - mixing reinvented on: May 28, 2017, 03:28:07 PM
So it is half mixer, half 'gambling'? Neat! And good idea with the onion link, it's a peeve of many to use one of these without an onion link. Also, I've joined your signature campaign, so good luck!

Hey, just FYI, several of the image previews on your post are broken, they led to nonexistent images.
74  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: http://www.pyramining.com/ - Discussion thread (no advertising here) on: May 27, 2017, 04:21:26 PM
Oh wow, Pyramining, that's a blast from the past. Still see transactions from 2014 on my account, still generating. I suppose I will leave it, the memories are worth more than the 0.0005 I'd get from selling.
75  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Signature Campaign effective for your business ? on: May 27, 2017, 04:10:35 PM
I'm not running a business, but I can say that I have joined a couple websites if their signatures strike me and conveys enough information for stuff I want.

77  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Accepting Bitcoin on eBay? on: May 27, 2017, 04:04:27 PM
Probably someone who wants to list an item, but wants to actually do the exchange off of ebay to avoid buyer protection and ebay / PayPal imposed fees.
78  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 26-May-2017] on: May 27, 2017, 03:58:35 PM
Just wanted to thank you for this great thread! It is handy for comparing campaigns. If you're open to it, would you mind adding another column for personal text / image change required? I don't like campaigns that make you change that, so it would be handy to have it all in one place.
79  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Who owns BTC-E? on: May 27, 2017, 03:55:26 PM
BTC-e just locked my account with 711 LTC in it worth 25k. They are refusing to answer support tickets and have stolen my coins. Don't use this site. Beware

Dude, look at the date on this thread. It may be worth it to make a new thread rather than necro old posts. Sorry about your coins though.
80  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anybody into 21.co's paid email subscriptions on: May 27, 2017, 03:53:56 PM
Yeah, it's not profitable to normal people. You need to be of value or someone people actively want to talk to, not just random 'Joe Schmoe' with a 21co account.
