1521  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do with my signature campaign earnings ? on: July 24, 2016, 07:28:18 AM
Right now i am earning close to 0.01btc per weak with my signature campaign but i just dont know what to do with them.I want to grow them and reach a good amount of btc but only collecting will take a long time to reach a good amount. So i start to gamble with them and till now since 3-4 weaks i have lost all my signature campaing earnings.I win at the start but i become greedy and gamble more and then lost them.
So i decided not to gamble with them can any one tell me what are the other options which i can do with my earnings.

For me, you can practice trading altcoins. Just a small amount first and then when you know the ins and outs of it then you can invest a bigger amount. Trading is risky as always as well with any other investments but if you know what you are doing then you can reap your rewards with it. At least when you are trading if the price goes down, you still have your coins even if its lesser and there is a chance that it will go up again unlike gambling that when you bet its either you win or lose it all when you can't control yourself.
1522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: July 23, 2016, 12:11:52 PM
I think the smart way to play gambling is to set your target profit and when you reach that amount just stop and don't be greedy because you will never know what will be the result of your next play and may result in losses. You should also set how much you can afford to lose and when you reach that amount just stop because you might lose all your gambling money if you play again hoping that you will get back the amount you lose. Control your emotions.
1523  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: July 23, 2016, 09:46:14 AM
Do you use bitcoin as currency? Or you use bitcoin as investment? Or both?
I use bitcoin as currency and i never sell my bitcoin, but i prefer to use bitcoin when price is rising Grin

So, how about you?

It would be both for me. I use it as currency when I received my payments online and use it also for buying something and then for sending money to my family in our country. I use it as investment because I trade with it and then store some also in my wallet so that when the price goes up I would be able to sell it.
1524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pokemon GO and Bitcoin would be a killer combo on: July 23, 2016, 09:36:19 AM
I have been testing it out and it's still very stages but you can tell the game has huge potential if they add more stuff, like more complex battle system with turns instead of just tapping on the screen which is pretty dumb and so on.

But the great thing would be to get BTC instead of those coins. Also being able to buy stuff with BTC (you can already do with fiat but not BTC).

I hope that we can see BTC in games like this. Imagine the extra incentive of getting BTC and not only Pokemons.

This would be a great combination if they offer something like that. You will not just enjoy the game but will be able to earn bitcoin. You were already playing and enjoying the game because it was your dream to catch pokemons when you were watching the show during your childhood days and now it came true and then by earning through it as well with bitcoin would be added bonus.
1525  Other / Politics & Society / Re: should women be blamed for wearing daring dress thus reason they were raped on: July 23, 2016, 09:15:45 AM

Had a discussion with friends over this while we drink inside a bar.
so should women be blamed for wearing daring dress like showing their belly button and cleavage why they got raped?

It really depends on the situation if a woman can be blamed or not.

Yes, she can be blamed if she knows that the place she were in at the moment is not safe or she knows that the men in there are pervert and does not respect women and she still wears provocative dress knowing that by wearing that, she encouraged the men to do something not good to her.

No, if the place where she wears daring dress is not a conservative one meaning that the people in there are used to seeing women wearing that kind of dress. It is normal for them. If the woman will be raped in this situation, then the men should be blamed.
1526  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe the news ? on: July 22, 2016, 10:30:31 AM
I don't trust the media because they can write what they want and be told what to write I think that the gov can control what is wrote and when to write it. Also their are to many scams out there and so think that it is easy . Report the news . people can be bought off. their is to much dishonesty out their.

Media are controlled and they show only what they are told and what they think the people will mostly react with. Sometimes they conceal what is really the truth behind because it might destroy their reputation or the ones who controlled them. I believe the news in television if there is an evidence of what they are telling backed by the people in social media because most of the times you will know the truth in social media.
1527  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which profession do you like most? on: July 22, 2016, 10:00:53 AM
When I was in Grade school, my eldest sister is in college studying Accountancy and I like what she's doing that's why my dream is to be an accountant also plus I love Math and solving problems. Luckily, I am able to achieve my dream as an accountant but when I started my job, I realized that I don't want to be trap in a job for decades and just work at home that's why I am planning to study IT related courses.
1528  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: July 22, 2016, 09:42:08 AM
I usually only use bitcoin as a currency, but if I invest in bitcoins, I just buy low, sell high.
That's not investment, it's trading. It's nice to do trading if you are really aware on what's happening with the coin and you know when it will be falling and when it will be rising. You just need to be aware too that trading is still has a risk.

Still as an investment since you are buying coins with the use of your investment capital.

It's just an investment in another form. And yes trading is risky but the risk here can be play along to earn you more profit. No wonder there are traders that became succesful because of this risky method.

Trading is really a good form of investment because you can earn a decent amount of profit if you know what you are doing but its very risky also. You can't avoid risks because there is risk in everything but if you know how to manage risk then it's really a good opportunity. You just need a capital and good strategy to profit and learn how to control your emotions.
1529  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: July 22, 2016, 09:21:28 AM
investment is one of the best ways of reaching an steady income. but you need to be extra careful where you invest. if you can actually find something profitable to invest in, then you can make a good amount of money steadily.

for example this investment can be in your own business that you start and by expanding it you make an steady income over time.
Having your own business is the best way cause you will never be scam rather than just trusting your money online. However, you need to raise a decent capital to sustain your plan and if you have not steady income yet then working online is the best way to start earning.

I also believe that having your own business is the key to have a steady income. But before engaging into any kind of business, make sure that you know your business and it is your passion because you will not be able to sustain it if you don't like it in the first place.
1530  Economy / Economics / Re: How good are you at managing your money on: July 22, 2016, 09:11:50 AM
The only advice I'd give people is don't have any debt, and have savings of about 6 months expenses. Apart from that, you can spend as you like - just don't get overdrawn, and remember that those who accrue wealth do so because they have no debts and they have capital to take advantage of various opportunities.
I hate it when people lend money like they are nice guy the time they want to lend you but after lending them they will forgot the loan and doesn't seem to care anymore. Don't even take a loan if you can't pay it.

Exactly and if you are saving money on regular basis then you don't have to go for loan anytime, as saving is the best way to help yourselves at the time of emergencies.

It's really sad that you are trying to help people by lending them money and when the time comes that you need the money, some of them can't be reached like unanswered calls and messages. A promise is a promise and when you broke the trust of the person who lend you money then it's hard to get back that trust again.

We should really know how to control our expenses and manage our money so that there's no need for us to borrow money.
1531  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate islam? on: July 21, 2016, 06:29:43 PM
I think some people hate Islam because of what they see and hear in the news, social media, radio and television. The terrorists attack and suicide bombing were claimed by ISIS that's why some people generalized that muslims are bad. But for me, I don't believe that religion is the reason why they do those kinds of thing, because I myself have muslim friends and officemates and they are good people. We can't judge people base on their religion.
1532  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: July 21, 2016, 06:13:46 PM
One way to save money is pay yourself first attitude when you receive your salary or income. Set a certain percentage of it and put it in your bank account that don't have an ATM Card or somewhere that you cannot withdraw easily because you will use it for emergency purposes only. In this way, you will not be able to easily spend your savings like when you are shopping and there is a sale but your money is just enough to buy the things you need so you will not be encourage to spend because you don't have extra. I also read somewhere this following statement "Stop spending money you don't have, to buy things you don't need, to impress people you don't like."
1533  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you think Facebook is responsible for the content posted by their users? on: July 21, 2016, 05:29:11 PM
I think facebook is responsible for the content posted by their users because it is their website and property but we can't deny the fact that though there are admins that will monitor the posts, there are millions of users so they cannot monitor it one by one. We can help them by reporting some contents if we think there is a violation of their TOS.
1534  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: July 21, 2016, 05:09:01 PM
I do still believe in fiat because it is the one widely use by people nowadays. We may be in the information age now wherein we can process transactions not using fiat but still some of the establishments especially the small ones don't still have the capacity to process payments digitally. They will only accept fiat as payment.
1535  Economy / Economics / Re: What plans do you have for your BTC stash? on: July 21, 2016, 04:57:22 PM
My plan is to use half of my BTC for now in trading and the other half I will hold for future use. My trading capital is still small that's why when I buy bitcoin I will use half as an addition to my trading capital and the other half I will hold.
1536  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: July 21, 2016, 08:31:19 AM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?

This is also my dream. To be able to earn decent amount of money and do not need a day job anymore to earn. I already lose bitcoin because I was expose first on HYIPs and Cloudmining sites which are all scams. My mistake because I did not research first but then I learned my lesson. I will not be convinced anymore to "invest" in those kind of sites. Now I am trying my luck in trading and hoping that one day, I will achieve that dream.
1537  Economy / Economics / Re: How much money do you have left from your job? on: July 20, 2016, 07:22:04 PM
I earn around $1,000 a month from my salary and sometimes my expenses are higher than that because our rent is expensive and also the expenses for food and transportation so basically I am zero balance or if I'm lucky just a small amount of about $100 at the end of the month  Sad Sad Sad .

I am planning of transferring to another job with higher pay so that I can save and invest.
1538  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: July 20, 2016, 07:12:17 PM
I think Atheists hate religion because some people use religion to gain an advantage over other people. Some head of the religion use the name of their "God" to earn like collecting money and they will say that they will use it for charity because that's the will of God but in reality they will keep it and use it personally. Some people also use religion to depend the crimes they commit by saying that "God" let them do it and that it is his will. By being an atheists, they are not bound to follow a "higher being" that will make them do this things.
1539  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you convince people to use Bitcoin? on: July 20, 2016, 06:59:35 PM
Being a worker abroad, I would just tell my friends that we can send the money to our families in our country using bitcoin. The fee will be lesser and we can send it anytime and anywhere. Aside from that, when we have extra money then we can buy bitcoin and hold it and then when the time comes that our family needed money again, may be its value already rise so we needed a lesser amount of bitcoin to send which means savings for us.
1540  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: July 20, 2016, 06:44:20 PM
I buy bitcoin when I have the available funds and when I see that its price is low compared to previous days. I study the chart because I don't want to buy when the price is the high or near high of the week because the tendency is that it will go down in the next few days. I will just wait for it to reach the low of the week base on my judgment and then that's the time that I will buy.
