4241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India may again ban cryptocurrency on: June 14, 2020, 03:16:58 PM
So this things were back on the table again, India is trying to reconsider banning cryptocurrency after letting it flow in their country seems to be a sort of decrease on their financial structure. When they did make it legal to their country, about month ago? and jail sentences up to 10 years with a fine of $3.3 million? for me this is some kind of over ruling against cryptocurrency, they taking it like it is an illegal drugs lol.

But how are they going to do it? they can only shut down 3rd party services yet people can still buy any where. Nevertheless, we know IT guys in India they won't be stopped by this haha  Cheesy
4242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: June 14, 2020, 05:06:08 AM
So here's my update for week9!!

This is the update for Yolodice:

This is my total profit for:

BTC: 0.00291989
USD: 170.32
PHP: 8,508

Here's the spreadsheet:

I just pulled out one my investment at the bustadice and I got breakeven there,  I got 0 profit/loss in BTC.
I needed extra funds to scale one my business so, I withdraw the bustadice investment.

Yolodice seems fine, maybe next month, I will add additional investment there to make it .1BTC investment again.  Grin

What are your thoughts this week?  Grin
4243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Future of Crytopcurrency on: June 13, 2020, 04:13:30 PM
If we get less shitcoins, scams and incompetent projects then we might see the future of cryptocurrencies sooner or later. There will be future of cryptocurrency, that's for sure since we are progressive society we always take the advantage of being a techie. Especially now that the pandemic teaches us a lesson, digital payments would be a lot more convenient than ever and you already know why. But don't expect that much, we have government that governs us from everything cryptocurrencies are in process.

Trust the process
4244  Other / Meta / Re: Could we have a standard to announce open spots in signature campaigns? on: June 13, 2020, 03:33:37 PM
^ CFNP is confusing for people who does not understand the acronym , even me at first I just knew it when my brain tried to figure out what it could be, and I found out the meaning of it.

Well I guess handling the campaign depends on the manager, if he really wants to be specific or not, sometimes the manager is doing the shorter terms deliberately so he knows who are the real readers here.

What I think the best to do here is to standardize the ranks by tiers/category like (1) for Legendary/hero member, (2) for Sr. Member, (3) for full member, (4) for member and Jr. Member.
or we can use the Alphabet A,B,C.

This way we could possibly ease the difficulty of finding a campaign, both for the manager and the participants.
4245  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Better trade BTC or BNB? On BINANCE on: June 13, 2020, 02:53:17 PM
We Binance coin is related the owner in Binance. It is good coin for investment and binance coin is also included many exchanges. But Bitcoin is the best and always my favourite one.

so in short you are saying that both coins are the best  .
it will be hard for  us to  choose between them
because you both describe them in a positive way  but to answer the op's query , obviously  bnb is the one that will win here .
It is not necessarily. Bitcoin is still the best, let's not talk about binance coin since ethereum is better than it. Comparing these two is not that big thing for me, bnb has been existing for 3 years although its performance is superb recently it hasn't achieved what did the bitcoin achieved, not even in half. Let us give time the binance coin to do what it needs to do for bitcoin to be compared with it.

You can earn perks by using bnb inside the binance but btc no I don't think so , btc will only look normal inside this exchange but btc looks spectacular on other normal exchange that does not have their own coin like binance bnb   .
Don't get me wrong, binance is a good coin but latest charts says that it is struggling these days and technical analysis for binance shows a bearish market ahead of 2020.
4246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safe with bitcoin? on: June 13, 2020, 02:19:09 PM
This will never increase and come closer to adoption if we don't help the crypto currency to be accepted and used by the people and in what way?of course by encouraging then to Use and have Bitcoin and other crypto.

People has now knowledge of this but if we tell them what is it and let them be educated then for sure it will be possible.

Many of us don't even know Bitcoin years back but look at us now?we embraced this and now we are the one whos protecting the crypto .

we have family and friends and now that can be lured inside this market and we will help the community if we does made them invest even a little amount.
It will happen sooner or later, and I think the progress still on the way. There will be a time for people to know, learn, and use crypto like what we did, and they will invest in crypto too. That will only for people who want to accept the new technology around them, and they want to have new investments in digital investment.
Whether people want it or do not, technology will invade their necessity that they are going to left with no choice but to use it, besides blockchain technology has no disadvantage so far so why would people refuse to use it? What I want to see in future is that we only have a phone in our pocket that serves as our ID, Wallet, storage etc. not just cryptocurrency as an investment.
If that person or people realize that the technology will grow every year and something will invent, they will try to follow that technology. And if that new technology is the investment, I think they will want to invest in that investment.
Let's have nokia for example, nokia sticked with their old phones even the mobile phones are slowly upgrading into a high tech ones, look at them now they are already sold in microsoft due to bankruptcy.
This will definitely help people to think and realize how worth the innovation of technology is.
4247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin Is Old Tech But.... on: June 13, 2020, 01:26:41 PM
Old Tech, lol. Bitcoin has only existed since 2009, the network isn’t bloated any more since it stopped being spammed by shitcoin enthusiasts Ver & Jihan Wu. The time to scale will come but that time isn’t now. Most otyer cryptocurrencies are pump & dump shitcoins, run by scammers.
Maybe he is putting himself in the future where he sees bitcoin as an old tech, that's why he called it old even it has been only around for 10 years.

To be fairly honest, there are lots of cryptocurrencies that is better in some aspects of bitcoin like the speed of transaction, case uses etc. like ethereum why only people keeps choosing bitcoin because it has already a reputation in the market after being the introduced cryptocurrency, it also has 21m limited supply (the scarcity) and has more liquidity than ethereum, but on the other hand 3 to 5 years from now we'll able to see ethereum platform being adopted by various company for digital payments.
4248  Economy / Economics / Re: What can you buy with 0.01 cents (1 penny) ? on: June 13, 2020, 12:26:10 PM
You can get items on Aliexpress for 1 cent in two different ways:

1. You pay the product with their coins, plus 1 cent (taking into account that their coins are free, you're literally buying it for 1 cent).
But the coins in your account comes from your past purchases right? So technically you're not buying it for a cent. A cent can't buy any thing now, the value of products now are increasing due to inflation.

I guess we should call cennot or cen't since it can't buy any thing anymore haha lol

2. Every day they raffle many products as freebies: you can choose 2 freebies daily and if you have the chance they ask you to pay 1 cent for it.
That is a rare event, promo days or clearance but on a clear weather day your cent is just a decoration in your account.

Back then it could possibly buy a candy or two, I reminisce how low the price way back then I could have a snack with just 0.2USD

4249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: same private key? on: June 13, 2020, 11:46:53 AM
Private keys are generated uniquely, there is no way that there are 2 identical/ same pattern private keys. Same as the question " Is it possible to guess someone's private key?, the answer is nearly impossible because private keys are set of codes paired to public key which is used for encryption and decryption, for cryptography the common size of the private key is 256 bit, if someone wants to guess it he needs to perfectly guess each of it, it's like winning a toss coin for 256 times or more!
4250  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Million dollar advice for trader's 🙂 on: June 09, 2020, 02:23:46 PM
Don't stop learning to trade, even you if you need to learn it daily. You need to spend some of your time to learn a new lesson from many sources. Don't forget to learn how to control yourself in trading because that will determine how good you can see the chance to pick the coin to trade. Your family will support you if you do a good thing, and you don't forget about your family besides doing trading.

You need to rest for some time after you work (trade) because that is the important thing that many traders forgot. They think that if they take a rest for a while or sleep, they will miss something about the market. Perhaps, they miss something, but they will have the next chance to select the coin and make a profit. It is normal if you get lost in trading because all traders will have it too, especially pro trading, but you will have another opportunity to recover your loss.

The more time you do engage yourself into trading then the more you do able to take grasp into the market. Dont know on what a million dollar advice is but having that consistency and dedication would be surely be the one of the recipe to be successful in this field.

Success will vary on how you do handle up yourself.Of course, you should need to learn from basics and as said, you should keep learning because theres no such thing about  knowing everything.

Emotion will be the common enemy on here plus that some mix of greediness. Technicals is common and you should have at least some grasp of it.Its better to have these things than
to trade nakedly.

Yeah, experience is indeed the best way to be a good trader. You can read and watch all the videos about trading, but what is really going to make you successful in this field is your experience. Emotions is the one that is not written on the book cause you are the one that is going to handle that, experience is going to teach you how to handle any kind of emotion in trading.

The only way to be good in trading is practice, application and consistency.  Smiley
4251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] The Best Casino Promotions on: June 09, 2020, 02:18:32 PM
Free spins are the best for new players! and I think for existing one too. Giveaways like cars, gadgets are good but as a player I am not really hoping that I would win on that cause it's really almost impossible to win those. What I can suggest is rakeback base on percentage of winnings of the player or their wagered amount. I forgot the casino but their promo is if you are winning you will win more! Your rake-back is base on your winning and It's really good since if you win a lot and then, loss, you will still have a money to keep.
4252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PAGCOR waiting for the approval to reopen land-based casinos. on: June 09, 2020, 01:42:57 PM
It may be a problem for other people because it will be risky to open casinos during the pandemic but it is said that 132,000 employees will benefit once they reopen casino operations. Let's just hope that once they will finally open, it won't cause more positive cases in the country.
It's quite risky to the people but there are millions of our fellow countrymen that have lost their jobs since pandemic has come. Now, we need to fight the possible recession, even though there's no unclear vaccine of the said virus but we need to continue to gain revenue in order to survive our economy.

That is "NEW NORMAL", they/we should adopt this now, they should follow on what pandemic protocol has been implemented and I think PAGCOR reopening is very crucial to us but we need to fight it for survival.

I think it's not a good choice to re-open businesses that will trigger more people gathering and yes, a possible transmission of the virus. Economy going down is not good, people losing job is really sad, but death is certain and the worst! acquiring it may cause your life. Personally, I will choose people losing job and economy crisis over thousands of people that are going to die because of the virus.

Opening of casinos and other business is going to be a disaster...
4253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: House Edge -- Is It Really Required? on: June 09, 2020, 06:55:04 AM
many casinos now have growned alot since the day they have started but they still have a house edge . some have a different house edge based on the games they have  but majority of these sites have other forms of promotions too and one of it was rain or rains .  i heard before that funds came from rains are from house edge  . you can also get your house edge back in the form of rakebacks and other gambling promotions just to be fair for other big bettors because rains was random too

Agree! And casino owners are gambling too with their business so it's normal to have a house edge for their advantage. All of the Casino's have different ways to make a promotional campaign and honestly I think they are spending more on giving back to player than their house edge. For me it's not really required if you are big, but most of the casinos are still implementing it for more profit and promos for their website.
4254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: "NEW NORMAL" Betting on: June 09, 2020, 03:59:46 AM
If you're a fan of sports betting this is quite frustrating to wait because of the lockdown. Vaccine is not yet discovered and there's no specific timeframe when it can be made so there's no assurance how long we're going to wait to say that we're finally virus free.

Its boring to stay at home but if you really want to gamble there are other games online than can be an alternative while you're waiting for the sports games to resume their activities.

This is really true as many people who are addicted gamblers would really be having a tough time as they just cannot control them self and there are no sports to bet on. So ideally one should be playing for fun so that in any situation it will not hamper oneself and can enjoy and adjust as per the situation be. But yes, missing the live sports.

But still gambling is a gambling, I also love sports betting cause it's easy money if you are going to bet in the winning team even though the profit is not x2. Right now I am playing live poke where all of the player are just against on the dealer, the website is still cloudbet Cheesy Sports betting is good but there's still a lot of games that is also good and yet to discover. Just enjoy what's available right now folks  Grin
4255  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I want to put my Bitcoin on a hardware wallet, but... on: June 09, 2020, 03:53:27 AM
We have USDT coin now so basically when the Bitcoin pump buy USDT and if it is going to dump then Buy bitcoin using USDT. In that way, you can still buy low sell high just using the built in exchange in your hardware wallet. This is also what I am doing when I am using Binance or Coinbase, there's no need to transfer your money into the bank USDT or any USD based cryptocurrency will do the job.  Grin

There's a lot of app where you can integrate your hardware wallet there and trade.  Smiley
4256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: June 08, 2020, 02:40:12 PM
Thanks Yatsan for sharing your profits with us. Personally I am hesitating so much to join, I sometimes stay 1 click away from joining then says, let's wait a little bit.
I can vouch for Yolodice! The signature we're wearing.

It's interesting to see people became hessitant when it comes to investing. To be honest, that is the same feeling I have experienced before but then I managed to invest our sig camp payout only for a few days to experiment and to see how the system works. Unfortunately, I withdrew it immediately after the negative ROI gains at least a small percent of positive return. Thus, planning for a long term investment must be considered probably 6 months or 1 year not 4 days Cheesy

But soon, I'll try investing again.
Yeah of course Yolodice is the best Wink
Me too I believe I will give it a try but didn't make the final decision yet. Still hesitating about how much should I invest + in which coin + for how long.

I think you should observe first how much money are just sitting in your wallet and you are actually not going to spend in a long time. Personally, the 0.1BTC is just a spare money for me considering that I have also coins that are holding and some are for trading so that's how I decided to invest it, knowing that I am not going to use that in a long period of time. With regards to coin, just pick which is more stable if you want low risk investing  Wink
4257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: June 08, 2020, 10:09:27 AM
So far for me, Yolodice has proven to be the best bet for these kind of investments.
I've invested in bustadice, but since of the 2% fee, it's gonna take atleast a month if not more to just be at 0.

Mine takes 8 weeks to get that 2% dilution fee and in the end, I just withdraw at bustadice and take my initial investment LOL. (need additional money to scale one of my business).

Damn i don't feel comfortable hoping that someone will lose. It's so ungrateful type of investment that makes you feel bad when you are earning. Same thing i had shorting company that i like which price was short term overpriced. One time you think - "i hope something bad happened to their project and price will dump 30% to profit from trade" and then you think "But i want this project IRL to be good ... because i want to use it". Is it first step to dissociative identity disorder ? Smiley.

But mostly of the people gain profit for other people dumbness and that's pretty normal  Grin BTW, I believe that as long as you are aiming for long term then, you will get your profit back, yolodice have a good chart so let's wait for more profit Cheesy

my 0.05BTC initial investment there does have a 0.0027BTC profit right now Grin Just wait and it will go up again mate  Grin
4258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum (ETH) prediction | June 1 on: June 07, 2020, 08:13:17 PM
ETH price movements began to be seen this month, where there was a significant increase, but we do not yet know how the next price movement will be, because the crypto market is very unstable during the current global COVID-19 pandemic.
I don't see a huge impact with the covid pandemic 19 on the ethereum movement.
Well you didn't see it coz there is no data that will let you see it, though figuratively speaking we can feel it with the market movements. It is just hard to assume that there are effects of covid-19 pandemic in the cryptocurrency scene as a whole.

even if there might be just a ripple and will recover because the transaction does not affect what is done by the government. ethereum will move up if bitcoin does start to rise significantly. no altcoin at this time can move on its own not because of the impact of bitcoin. ethereum still needs to work hard again to be able to stand alone.
This is just for me, but the covid-19 affects everything literally. Again there are no data that we can rely on but you can notice the chart, before implementing the lockdowns on different country, mostly in March you can see the price of bitcoin plummeting but it was resisted hence it was seen as opportunity of big players to stacked up their cryptocurrency holdings. I don't know if it is true, but the stimulus package given in America allegedly helped the crypto to avoid getting any price decline, it was announced by coinbase that they are getting a $1200 deposits from newly registered accounts, I just don't know if that was true or just a trap setting.
4259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Timing to Hodl tokens is very important. on: June 07, 2020, 07:36:25 PM
A lot people argue about if it is better to hodl on the long term or the short term neglecting the most important thing.
--
It cannot be generalized. It really depends on the quality of the project and the tendency of each person. Besides the crypto world is full of surprises. We must always monitor the progress of the project. Every project development, for example, mainnet launch, mainnet upgrade, staking system, etc. will bring influence, can be big or small. By continuing to monitor the progress of this project, we can determine the right timing.
A lot of people thinks that a long term will definitely make their pockets full in the future with the coins they got from less popular projects, but in reality those coins will worth nearly zero in the future. To be honest, I was one of those bounty hunters who enjoy swimming in a huge prize pool for bounty campaigns, around 1 to 2 years that was my main source of income here in the forum but things get dull when scammers entered the scene and they started making their own scam projects where most of people fell into. Long term holding is beneficial, don't get it wrong but it is only effective for coins like bitcoin, ethereum and others whose name is on the top rankings.

Woah, congrats for me that's a hell of work  Shocked  how many papers you could right with that? you could've probably wrote a 500 pager book with that posts haha.

I don't mind counting my posts though, but now I'm going to put a posts goal in my list just to make it memorable.  Maybe the first is 5000 posts since now I'm just about 2000 even I'm older than you.

^ this guy up here has 12000+ posts, imagine that long typed sentences haha. Efforts appreciated man  Cheesy
