They feel safe, Any mistake they can make they can correct it! That's the huge advantage of bank to cryptocurrency. Your card has been stolen? You can easily get that block and make sure your money is safe and even sometimes when you get scammed you can get your money back and you can make sure that the bad guys will get punished. Cryptocurrency is decentralized means your safety is in your own hands, 1 mistake you cannot go back and fix it. People trust government because they feel safe. That's it.
4503  Economy / Economics / Re: The pandemic outcome on: April 07, 2020, 06:37:37 AM
Well we can still return to our job after this pandemic but the current problem is the policy of some company that is no work, no pay. Sure the food is not a problem for us, but what im worried about is the pay for our monthly bills e.g. house rent, electricity, water etc.

At times like this its really important to have a savings so incase something happen you have money to count on. I just hope the virus vanish as soon as possible because most people here are just counting with their salary and no savings at all.
Savings are most of the people are missing when it comes to scenario like this. So many people are getting hungry cause they are not prepared on moment like this, I hope after this more people are going to start in investing. Another thing is remote working! many people are not aware that there are job that is available on the internet so that you can work from home, I think people now are going to be open in this kind of work, and a lot of them are going to be curious about it because of this pandemic. The outcome of pandemic is bad but, like it or hate it, it's an eye opener for the public.

4505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is like day trading ? on: April 07, 2020, 06:10:04 AM
~ snip ~
Correct, sports gambling shouldn't be compared/equated with day trading, they are different. Day trading requires specific skills such as read charts, analyze market trends, know volatility & liquidity, set targets, understand the use of "stop losses", etc. While sports gambling doesn't require many skills as the day trading, you just read historical data (as you said) and try to guess.
And in addition, if you are going to compare day trading to gambling, when you lose at the day trade you can just hold it and turn it into long term trading so that, if the coin pump you can take the profit. In trading you can only lose if you don't have a patience to wait for your trade to go up however, in gambling when you lose, that's it! The only way to get your money back is to bet and risk again.
4506  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Crypto Jobs 2020 on: April 07, 2020, 05:43:33 AM
Don't think of the degree, think of being qualified because you are skilled and show it to them.

Sadly, degree is a must here in crypto/blockhain field, If you really want to have a job that have a good salary then, you must have a degree. Most of the reputable company are asking for it, Information technology or any related field will do. What I know that doesn't need a degree is jobs are those which are related to art or being a graphic designer cause what you need in that is a portfolio.

Here's a addition to the list, all of them are good jobs and need a degree. But if you are crypto enthusiast and love this kind of job then, it's for you.  Smiley

4507  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Portfolio Stop Loss on: April 07, 2020, 03:41:11 AM
Well most traders are probably doing it and diversifying their investments to different assets and have already implemented a stop loss especially in this times that Bitcoin tends to go crazy wild swings. You may short, as the bottomed is not yet confirmed and could possibly go down. I think it's a decent strategy but it has also some flaws like what if the price fake outs then the stop loss triggers but the reverse pump.
I have a bad experience diversifying my investment into profit-making assets, I don't know why I got bad assets that time that makes me lose more than having my past investment/token. I should think it is bad luck? of course, I've researched the tokens I'm planning to buy but it hurt that I lose more than I could lose from my tokens. This might work on others but I think not on me. When I want to stop the loss I am buying stable tokens to avoid any more loss than I could get from buying other volatile coins that can recover the loss I got from other investments.
Well, you shouldn't buying many tokens. it's good to diversify your portfolio but don't go to the point that you are going to be a bag holder. Just invest on you think that would be good in a long run, and don't buy token that is volatile than bitcoin, if you are doing that you are just doing gambling! You didn't have strategy and just betting for a coin and hoping that it would pump. Just buy token that you think have a potential.

4509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Business That Survives when a Crisis on: April 06, 2020, 03:27:14 PM
But for the online gambling business this is the opportunity for them to become popular to the other player who did not that they have online gambling. Maybe once a traditional player of the offline casino play at online because of the lockdown after this they are going to play more online than the traditonal. We know there is more advatanges because you did not travel to go to the place of the casino or you can play at home.

Lot of people that are used to traditional gambling will begin to look for alternate, and that's when online gambling will takes place. More people are going to discover it, and more people are going to be aware that cryptocurrency is the best way to gamble online, additionally, people will discover no hassle gambling and lot of people will gonna benefit on that including as gamblers and traders.

Online gambling business are going to do great in this kind of this situation.
4510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: E-gambling on: April 06, 2020, 01:49:47 PM
one do not need to have a list, you can just scroll through signatures of people that are posting in gambling part, and will find suitable casino experience for yourself, there are always opinions regarding which casino is better than the other, but you just need to do your research regarding previous scams, if there is no proven scam by casino, then it should be pretty safe to play at the moment
Well it's sometimes it's okay to read some reviews of the people on other's gambling websites to see which is the best and suitable for you. Personally, I look on gambling section where I can see a new gambling websites that is offering cool games or features, and read their thread to see the user experience in that way, I can make sure that if I try the website my money is safe. I am also making a list to make sure that I am playing at the best gambling website (well at least for me).
4511  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Problem with cashing out to fiat on: April 06, 2020, 12:15:09 PM
I don't believe there is any crypto exchange company in existence that is "accepted by" any government in the world(unless we are talking about some offshore "tax heaven" small island country).
Actually there is. Here in the Philippines we have local exchange called Coins.ph and it's accepted by the government it's consider a business. It's originated from the Philippines and funded way back in 2014. And I don't think that only Philippines have that there's many exchange that is legal and accepted by the government in other country just like bitpay and coinbase. If it's not accepted by the government then, I don't think they can run their business.

4513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep track of your gambling? how? on: April 06, 2020, 04:32:27 AM
If I keep a track of money that I used and lose in gambling I will just feel sad on how much I lose LOL, hahaha. For me, gambling is for entertainment and a way to kill time and enjoy. Some people gambling for money to earn is usually lose, so I am just gambling for fun now, sometimes for money too but I am ready to lose that money and that's just my extra money. I usually lose in gambling and sometimes win so if I keep track on it I will just make myself sad considering that I could buy a lot on the money that I lose. Let's just enjoy gambling  Grin
4514  Economy / Economics / Re: All Fiat-Replacement crypto will fail: what is wrong with this line of thinking? on: April 06, 2020, 01:59:50 AM
I've always thought about the possibility of cryptocurrency replacing fiat and I don't really see how that's going to be possible. They are not going to be any replacement, though I strongly believe that bitcoin will still be around, but most of the other cryptocurrencies might die off and not be used any more.

The government is going to create their own cryptocurrency and will expect the citizens to be making use the ones they have created, they will be like digital assets which people will be able to exchange through their their banks. And as you have said ,only cryptocurrencies that are tied to certain companies will last.
Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency cannot replace fiat but, like it or hate it cryptocurrency is a big help in our economy and those two are helping each other! Those two have both advantages and disadvantages, and I think comparing those two doesn't do anything. Cryptocurrency help us in our online transaction and big transfer and fiat help us in our physical and micro-transaction. Both have their own roles in our economy. Honestly, there's no need for cryptocurrency to replace fiat.
4515  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that Corona Virus may effect trading? on: April 05, 2020, 03:40:07 PM
Does not have direct effect, but it has! After the corona virus started major markets are started to crash down until all of the market loses value crypto market is included! It didn't have a direct effect but you can see the pattern that because of this crisis people are pulling out their money into safety causing markets to crash down. Right now the virus is still out so we can't see any good news in crypto, I think if the virus is cured we will see a big market changes.
4516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [QUERY] Online Casino recommendation for beginners. on: April 05, 2020, 12:24:02 PM
Here's my recommendation:

If you like dice game and just pure dice go with primedice since they are offering a lot of coins to play you can play there using BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, etc. and they are the most legit dice website for me.

And if you like sports betting and live casino my recommendation is cloudbet! they are the best and their support is pretty fast when you have a problem.

Those two are my personal recommendation, and those two are the best for me  Smiley Grin
4517  Economy / Economics / Re: What China is hiding from us and are they doing it to save their economy? on: April 05, 2020, 04:39:34 AM
Honestly I think China made it. First, they have the biggest number of recovery in just a number of days and their country is recovering from it, in just a few days. Additionally, they are selling test kits from all over the world and they are taking some islands near their territory. Other countries cases are getting worsen and China, where it originated it is recovering fast just like nothing happen. I am not surprise if one day, they discover the cure and going to sell it all over the world.
4518  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't trade what you can't risk loosing on: April 05, 2020, 04:01:17 AM
Of course people should have to understand first how trading is risky especially if they don't have a single knowledge about it. It's just like walking in the dark without a single light. Anyone who wants to try trading should have a better understanding about the theory of what they are going to trade either stocks or cryptocurrency. It may not that easy but those who succeeded did their own research and learn their own lessons before they reach where they are right now.
Trading blindly without knowledge is like gambling, so why trade without knowledge while you can gamble with a same amount of risk? If you are in trading maximize the knowledge considering that the knowledge is your leverage there because, the more you know the more the risk is going to get low. Trade what you can risk only if you are just new to it, but afterwards you will enjoy it considering that the longer the experience you are having the more the knowledge you are acquiring.
4519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Keeping A Record Of Your Losses Will Make You Realize To Stop Gambling on: April 05, 2020, 02:36:39 AM
Keeping a record of your gambling losses will make you sad hahaha LOL. But, still it's not gonna stop you from gambling, stopping on gambling will make difference in every person so it might boost you to get back those losses and bet big or just like you said it might stop you considering that, it will make you sad. For me, there's only one way to stop from gambling and that's like every addiction solution is; little by little, cut the time you are on gambling and focus on the other thing in that way, you are slowly stopping on gambling and that's the very effective way to cure your any kind of addiction including gambling addiction.
4520  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fastest ways to multiply Bitcoin on: April 05, 2020, 02:24:26 AM
Many people ask for join and participate at gambling for faster way how to store and multiply your bitcoin, but I think have big risk and better hold or invest with bitcoin only, every day bitcoin could up and down about 3% t 8% and you can get profit depend how much your money do you have,
Like it or hate it, gambling is the fastest way to multiply your bitcoin but it's a high risk move to gamble your money. The next thing is leverage trading! as you said 3%-8% up's and down can multiply your money if you are doing it right at leverage trading! Just be careful and always set a stop loss. Leverage trading at BitMex is the fastest way imagine you are at 100x leverage and you hit the jackpot but, if you don't there's your stop loss closing your trade.
