2102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is stealing Bitcoin illegal? on: July 17, 2016, 07:00:39 AM
Let's say I generate a new address and by some miracle it has Bitcoin already in it belonging to somebody else. Is it legal to just take it? I understand those odds are very low, no need to lecture me, I'm just interested.
In your title you have stated that is stealing bitcoin illegal. Yes it is there is no legal stealing lol. But in the situation you have said it is not considered as stealing

2106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: July 17, 2016, 03:37:52 AM
When there's a someone who new about bitcoin and want to buy some bitcoins but scammed by a man. That bad first experience when wanna try bitcoin will make people stop using bitcoin.
Yeah this is i think the big reason why people are stoping using bitcoin because i experience that before i am planning to stop because i didnt seen any solution to recover all my bitcoins..  but im not lose hope and i found this forum and learn a lot..

my experience in first time, i get scamed $60 in bitcoin transaction, someone want to sell his [Suspicious link removed]ound 0.6 ($150) with price $60, i trust it because im newbie in online world,  then I hate bitcoin and i do not want to know about bitcoin, but after 1month someone introduce me how to earn bitcoin with stellar giveaway, so i joined stellar giveaway and earning 6$ , i share my referal code and earning arround $100 it's highest than i lost after it, i learning more about bitcoin. maybe now i earn arround $7500 f0r 3years sidejob

Wow that was a great story tho. Since youve said that someone introduces you on stellar give away and you were still newbie that time can i ask you now to introduce stellar giveaway to me as i am also newbie in this industry too tnx in advance Cheesy
2107  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: July 17, 2016, 03:32:32 AM
Well if the idea of paying your salary is somehow similar to yobit sign campaign that pays daily using bitcoin i will certainly accept bitcoin as my primary payment. Just imagine on how good it is if you get your daily salary rather than monthly
2108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: July 17, 2016, 03:28:51 AM
there are some people who use bitcoin as an illegal act. they transact porn, weapons trafficking, selling drugs and many more acts of criminality. I think this is one of the negative impact of bitcoin. ease of bitcoin is used inappropriately.

Even with fiat all of that activities that you've mention can be accomplished.. It's not just bitcoin that can be used in any purchasing.. The use of bitcoin in illegal activities I think is normal as part of it as a growing currency.. Anyone would really take advantage of features any new thing could offer..

Yeah it is not surprising that it would be use in such way because of as we all know it provides anynomity to its user , you are right that if people uses fiat for illegal terms even if it had already established norms how much more on bitcoin in which there is no law that penalizes you for illegal use of bitcoin right?
2109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing of Bitcoins is against Bitcoin. on: July 17, 2016, 03:20:46 AM
i agree with you if all of us holds bitcoin what would happen to our economy  it is just like the problem that is stated in our country , Which we always runs out of coins because too many people were storing it. Government advice's to spend your coins to keep its circulating in the economy
yes it will certainly increase the price of bitcoin. and it is better for the future of bitcoin. you can see that the miner are there and they will supply bitcoin to the market. therefore i think it is not against the law to hold bitcoin.

yeah, it is legal to hold our bitcoins as bitcoin is our money and we have full right over it, and the miners are supplying bitcoins to the market, but still I will say that we have to use it for our normal use also, as with that bitcoin will establish all over the world.

Both of you are correct that there is no established norms on how will you handle your bitcoin. The point there is that if all of us holds bitcoin what would happen to our economy as if we need to spend also to keep it circulating from the market and has the chance of increasing its value
2110  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Increase Incoming. on: July 17, 2016, 03:10:32 AM
It seems like price doens't increase til now yet it is also more stable right now than fast few weeks and months i hope that it could atleast grow to $800

The last price rally that almost reach $800, isn't that enough for you? when you say stable price, is that mean high price? coz if it is, then we have a high price right now..price increase is still expected this coming weeks..

Oh sorry sir i havent notice that price went that high is it during halving? Or after? Because everytime i check it stays at $600  , yup you are right that btc price is much higher right now i have no issues about it but if it reaches $800 and stays is it much better?

2116  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: July 15, 2016, 05:10:14 PM

2117  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Increase Incoming. on: July 08, 2016, 12:17:42 PM

2120  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BTCJam - Peer to Peer Bitcoin Lending on: July 05, 2016, 03:46:37 PM
i guess it would matter on your decision making because of course you have to study btc price first before you decide whether you will be investing some amounts or to hold on
