As mentioned before, am also interested. What side of London are you on. If it's west I might drive too.
262  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS Playstation 3 with 35 Games, 2 controllers. on: January 07, 2014, 12:19:31 AM
Cool, how much would postage be do you think? I'm in the UK
263  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS Playstation 3 with 35 Games, 2 controllers. on: January 06, 2014, 11:05:52 PM
I am interested in this. Are you happy with escrow if i pay the fees?
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Takeaway.com accepting bitcoins :) on: January 06, 2014, 08:52:35 PM
This is the only place where I can use my bitcoins! Hopefully we'll have more adoption soon here in London!

Still no places around my area. I guess I'll have to keep waiting.

Really? I had about 20 places to choose from Smiley

265  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 06, 2014, 08:37:49 PM
1 BTC bet. huge sell offs happen and price goes below 750 on gox with the next 48 hours??
Ill take that bet.
Shake
New thread required. Smiley

I would take that bet too, but since there is a 0% chance he would pay, some sort of escrow is needed.

Also make a note that to win a bet the price should go below 750, as you've said. So techically to win it needs to touch 749.999 at least once.
trust me if its at 750 is goin to go below 749.999 thats got to be the dumbest technicality I ve ever heard. .001 BTC really

So how do we go about putting the money up then? Have you funded the escrow?
266  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 06, 2014, 08:11:58 PM
Just seen the bet. I am also in if possible. When is the time up?
267  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 06, 2014, 07:39:38 PM
I'll do it if you want. Address down there ---v

Suggest coinabul deposits first as he's called the bet. Terms will have to be properly defined (48 hours from when)

If he still wants to bet vs me, i would take you as an escrow.

Richy-T? Are you officially going to be our escrow then?

Count me in if you are. Please send 1 BTC to Richy-T for me Coinbull, when he confirms.

What happened? I took a nap and now someone is taking my bet?
snooze you lose... lol

Windjc I think you can still come in if you like. Ask Coinbull.

He shook on it. I'm still in. What's the address to send to?

I am not sure how many bets is he willing to take, i hope he takes mine as well.

What's the bet?

I hadn't seen any notice of this and not really sure how long they have been accepting but i think it should be bigger news than it is.

I have just ordered my dinner from a takeaway registered with them and looking forward to my first meal paid for in crypto. Smiley Just wish it was delivered with drones in 10 minutes  Grin

If you are in the UK check out the site, there is loads of choice and bitcoin makes it nice and easy to pay obviously. takeaway.com

Yeah, it's been mentioned several times, but I'm surprised it isn't more popular. I'd like to buy something with my coins, but I'm a miser and a hodler  Grin.

What did you order?

Nice selection of Thai food. Can't wait  Cheesy

271  Economy / Goods / Re: bitcoin black friday - silver australian lunar series 2 sets on: January 05, 2014, 07:40:25 PM
I will take that set please dozerz. Thanks for hodling. Smiley

If you had been holding that set for steelboy, that's ok.  I will just keep my eyes on the look-out for your other offerings.

I assumed there was still one left for you. Did you get one?
272  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 05, 2014, 07:24:01 PM

If Zynga is testing Bitcoin payments for Farmville 2 and the like, seems reasonable Facebook will do the same sooner or later.

After all you play Zynga games on Facebook, but let's see if it's true, i hope yes Smiley

That news is ridiculously big if true. Cheesy
273  Economy / Goods / Re: Customized Bitcoin Keychain (Giveaway) on: January 05, 2014, 06:52:37 PM
Last bump didn't add anyone -- I'm surprised people aren't more interested in a high-odds chance to win something free, that many seem eager to buy!

I numbered all the entries and used Random.org to choose the two winners:

1) runam0k
2) geoffreyqp

I will PM the two winners. If for any reasons these two aren't able to follow through with the requirements, I'll move on to the next in line, as chosen by Random.org.

I will post to this thread and my original Keychain thread once I am order to start taking orders, hopefully in 1-2 weeks. I'll provide full details on pricing, capabilities, etc. Thanks all!

Well done to you guys. You did great and thoroughly deserve it  Grin

Looks like everything is gone but the BTC25s, and one BTC1.

steelboy if you don't hear from the 100BTC bar buyer, I will shoot him a PM to let him know you are interested. I should have auctioned those ones I suppose.

Thanks for that, appreciate it. Smiley

I will buy the silver single.

Is that the one with the Gold Plated B?

I have three with the gold plated B, and one with the silver B, however it looks like I have made a deal with steelboy for all of them. Sorry bud. I still have the 25s and one 1BTC coin left.

I think he meant the 1 actually
