So...... was this one of the reason why the Global Hash rate skyrocketed in the last couple of days. A few people knew about this GPU Miner much before. ...... wished I knew about this GPU miner before. No, it skyrocketed because of the private GPU miner/s. I just released this today. True, i had 2 guys testing it for me few days before the release, but they didnt have more than 3ghs together.

V0.7.2
+ Added algorithm 'heavyhash' (oBTC - Optical Bitcoin) for GPU mining, fee 2.5% + Dataset creation for 'autolykos2' algorithm on 'ellesmere' GPU's faster ~3% + DevFee for 'verthash' algorithm lowered to 1% + DevFee for 'rx2' algorithm lowered to 1% + Parameter '--disable-workers-ramp-up' changed back to '--enable-workers-ramp-up', so default value of ramp-up is now disabled + Api doesn't report 0 h/s anymore while creating dataset for 'autolykos2' algorithm, so HiveOs shouldn't trigger a restart procedure + Added parameter '--max-no-submit-responses' (for details check --help ) + Minor bug fixes
Info:
--max-no-submit-responses
Use this parameter if you see in the log that miner keeps sending results to the pool, but the pool isn't answering back to these submits. Example : --max-no-submit-responses 5 - means miner will reconnect to pool if pool won't answer back after 5+ submits

Good Day
I do not know what is going on but i am getting 7.6MH/s on an RX480 8GB when i was getting 23.x MH/s
Is this down to the software or AMD Drivers ?
Any help please
Thanks
after driver update you need to switch it to compute mode. Best way is to use AMD Compute Switcher Thanks So Much this has worked I am back to over 23MH/s. Thanks If you dont want to mod the bios of your gpu to get even more MHS, you could use the --gpu-tweak-profile parameter. See help/Gpu_Tweaking_And_Boost.txt

no because i dont like these '100 algorithms chained' algorithms

Please help me to use SRBMiner in your program. What should I write in the batch file for CPU + GPU to work in Suprnova's VertCoin (VTC) Pool https://vtc.suprnova.cc/index.phpNo matter how I entered the pool, it failed to start. Command for Verthashminer: Example: ./VerthashMiner -o stratum+tcp://vtc.suprnova.cc:1777 -u suprnova.1 -p x --verthash-data /your/path/to/verthash.dat --all-cu-devices --all-cl-devices Thank you in advance for your help! You have literally an example file with with the miner called start-mining-vertcoin.sh where you just change pool & wallet data and you are done. Also on the first page of this forum thread there is an example: VertcoinSRBMiner-MULTI.exe --disable-cpu --algorithm verthash --pool verthash.eu.mine.zergpool.com:4534 --wallet vertcoin-wallet-here --password c=VTC,mc=vtc --gpu-boost 3 so you take and change the pool part and password if you want : SRBMiner-MULTI.exe --disable-cpu --algorithm verthash --pool vtc.suprnova.cc:1777 --wallet vertcoin-wallet-here --password x --gpu-boost 3 done

Yes, i fixed for ryzens, and that broke for all the others.. Next release will fix the fix

Background mode doesn't work. (Ubuntu 20.04.2)
tried everything --background --background true with "&" at the end
if you run miner with --help you will see there is no --background parameter in linux. you can do that with screen or tmux easily

Hi, 1) In last update 'autolykos2' algorithm on Ellesmere GPU's decreased up to 4-5 MH/s from card; 2) Why SRBMiner-MULTI 0.7.0 didn't control coolers on Ellesmere cards in HiveOS? User Config--disable-cpu --gpu-target-temperature 70 --gpu-off-temperature 80 Thank you. 1. 4-5mhs per card? Which gpu's ? I had a max decrease of 2-3mhs per 6gpu rig when testing, but also 12w less for the whole rig from the wall. Can you send a screenshot of 0.6.9 and 0.7.0 so i can see? 2. --gpu-target-temperature is a windows only parameter, the other one should work (turn off)

V0.7.0 + Reduced power consumption on 'autolykos2' algorithm for Ellesmere GPU's ~2-3% + Reduced power consumption on 'verthash' algorithm for Ellesmere GPU's ~5% + Reduced power consumption on 'verthash' algorithm for Vega GPU's ~10% + Performance increase on 'verthash' algorithm for Vega GPU's ~3% + Performance increase on 'verthash' algorithm for CPU's ( ~5% ) + Added parameter '--verthash-dat-path' + Fixed 'verthash' algorithm stack smash issue + Fixed watchdog not triggering on dead GPU issue + Fixed crash on 'panthera' algorithm + Removed parameters : --gpu-watchdog-disable-mode, --watchdog-rounds + Minor bug fixes

V0.6.9 + Added algorithm 'verthash' for CPU & GPU mining, fee 1.25% + Performance increase on 'autolykos2' algorithm on GPU's (~1-6%) + Performance increase on 'autolykos2' algorithm on CPU's with AVX2 (run as admin/root) (~25%) + Reduced power consumption on 'autolykos2' algorithm on Vega GPU's + Small improvements on 'rx2' algorithm + Minor bug fixes

Hello Doktore I have problem with autolykos2 Why hashrate ramdomly drops, sometimes it works almost whole day, sometimes just few hours/minutes than drop(form ~55mhs to ~50mhs on RX470 4g), than I restart , and all normal.., and after sometime all same....restart.... Sometimes hashrate drops on all rigs at same time, sometimes there is difference in few hours before it drop on all rigs. Other than this all cards are stable. Your miner is better than nanominer. On nanominer there is no drop, but speed is same as srbminer when hashrate drops Hashrate drop is confirmed on pool Also power consumption is lower on your miner I use hiveos. I tried 0.6.8 and same. and have you tried manually setting the --gpu-intensity parameter to a lower value ?

Please help,
I use SRBMiner-Multi 0.6.5 for mining Haven (XHV) coin on haven.herominers.com.
After some time an error occurred: "couldn't connect to a devfee pool for a long time ... pause mining" After that I have to restart the miner to continue working.
Your firewall/antivirus is blockin miner from accessing the devfee pool probably When the miner connects to devfee pool and what is its address? The firewall/antivirus should not be a problem because it leaks properly haven.herominers.com. Please help me, I can't solve the problem with devpool, my miner pause mining every 2-3 hours. What's the IP address of devpool? For haven it's also herominers, so something must be blocking the outgoing devfee connection.

Doktor, I think you do speak with the Hiveos people. Can you ask to modify their setting on autolykos2 ? I don't want to mine with the CPU, but there is no place where to insert --disable-cpu so I have the CPU that's hot with basically no hash. Thank you
oh, sorry, with the 0.67 the disable works again
actually you just put that parameter where you put the rest

V0.6.8 + Added algorithm 'rx2' (LuxCoin) for CPU mining (8GB Ram needed), fee 1.25% + Performance increase on 'autolykos2' algorithm on Vega GPU's (~6-9%) + Performance increase on 'autolykos2' algorithm on rest GPU's (~3-5%) + Added abort mechanism for 'autolykos2' dataset creation on GPU
