781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest in Crypto wisely and strategically on: June 06, 2018, 11:40:03 PM
My strategy is make research for the ico project, knowing all about it information is a big investment. Knowing it goals, team, advisors and their plan in the long run. If the ico project is good then make an investment in it.
The major problem with trusting the advisor team is that they are not involved with the project but they are willing to give their nod by paying them money and so it cannot be taken into account, having your own research is the only way to trust the project rather than trusting others, over all it is a big risk we are taking even if all the information are good, it is a double edged sword, something you might strike gold and sometimes you wont.
782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Snapchat Officially Confirmed the Ban of ICO Ads on: June 06, 2018, 11:16:49 PM
it is said that its ban will be also applied not only to ICOs ads but also it will affect cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges with some exceptions.
Will the price fall again?
It is not a news in the first place as every market can choose what advertisement they want to show and the problem lies on how they are going to make exceptions on what advertisement to show and what not to. This might not impact the market price because the ban of advertisement is not a very big thing for bitcoin but it might affect the ICO market as they rely on these market to advertise the coins.
783  Local / Buyer/ Seller Reputations (India) / Re: new scammer for INDIA on: June 06, 2018, 10:26:19 PM
Yeah this news is flashing and I think Raj Kundra might have promoted that or would have just become the brand ambassador and just would have taken the fees for showing the face and he himself might not have invested in it. But the truth will be unfold in coming time and hope he comes out clean else it will effect the Shilpa as well.
I am sure Raj Kundra is booked for advertising the scam and his involvement will be revealed after the investigation, there are many scams coming to light at this time and i am not sure how it will impact the market as there is a hearing coming up against the RBI circulation and i hope we will have a positive verdict, it is really pathetic that the government is not able to come up with regulation.
784  Economy / Speculation / Re: Patience is all we need on: June 06, 2018, 09:47:44 PM
Yea, patience is the only way to get the most out of every coin there is out there, most of the times people get into cryptocurrency with get rich quick ambitions, some thinks it easy yet it takes quite alot to earn in this business, cryptocoins tend to grow value gradually overtime so the more patient you are the better
You need to be patient if you are an investor in any market, it is no that easy to make money and it is impossible to make money in a short period of time in any market, be it stock market or Forex, you need to have the patience but the main advantage of crypto currency market is that, it is still a new market and so there is defenitly a major advantage for early investors and if you are able to hold a coin for a few years then it is possible to make a fortune.
785  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why do governments don't make BTC illegal worldwide ? on: June 06, 2018, 09:31:00 PM
Bitcoin will be used throughout the world, whether it will be legal or not. And then who took it will be rewarded.
Bitcoin is used globally but what we want to see is that the entire world able to trade bitcoin and for that to happen we need to have a legal framework to attract more users, the reward it gives is not the most important thing, if it can be used as a currency to trade and it will be a reward if you are able to invest in it at an early stage.
786  Economy / Speculation / Re: I am planning to buy 1 BTC. Do I need to wait few more days for a price fall? on: May 31, 2018, 01:07:06 PM
I have never thought that bitcoin was gonna drop so drastically during the last few months, when it touched more than 12k for the first time (on december of the last year) i thought that the bear season was ended and that everything was gonna be more than bullish
I never expected the price of bitcoin to cross $10k last time and i expected some sort of resistance and a correction before crossing those valuations but the price rallied till $20k and then we had a good correction and it is expected to test deep waters because the rally was so smooth that it did not have any issues crossing any price barriers on its way up. The bear run might not end soon but entering the coin around $7k is a good bargain in my opinion.
787  Economy / Economics / Re: Diversify Investments on: May 30, 2018, 09:39:46 PM
Usually they recommend you to diversify your investment, so you avoid losses.
But as a real approach, having $1.5k, would you invest in how many cryptocurrencies ?
The amount of coins you are going to purchase depends upon your total budget you are willing to spend in this market, if i am with a limited budget i would go for coins that will make me the best profit in the shortest term possible and invest in those and convert them into bitcoin for the long term. I would search for good projects with a good team if i am investing those kind of small amounts .
788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Even more Confusion now, Bitcoin Core has been created on: May 30, 2018, 08:49:53 PM
it doesnt matter weather something is unknown to you or not "correct" people will define the "truth" according to their interest, and if countless poor people that hold bitcoin xyz will have an interest they will define you as the altcoin it doesnt matter what you say.
It makes sense, the coin that gives the casual customer the best solution will be the coin to look after in the future and it does not matter whether it is some coin or the other but the coin with the best scaling solution will win in the end irrespective of the name, i am not sure about the purpose of this fork nor i am interested to know about it as the market is filled with all the fork coins.
789  Economy / Speculation / Re: Back to $6000 in 3... 2... 1... on: May 29, 2018, 11:47:49 PM
This is how the market reacts most of the time, even in the past the price always test the resistance level and support level quite often and the market will continue like that for a long time before a major rally and that is what is going to happen here, i would ride the market and if the trend reverses i would sell off and get back later and that is going on for some time now.
790  Local / India / Re: Coinsecure refund process! on: May 29, 2018, 11:25:34 PM
Hmm then why would CS request ITR , That's way too personal to share with any 3rd Party unknown persons . Pretty messed up situation it seems , KYC should be enough to give users money back what's theirs .
I am not sure why they wanted to collect all those things, may be they want to impress the authorities how strict their policies are  Grin, i am really glad that i use the site when ever i want to sell the coins and i wont hold my coins in any exchange, if so i would have had a hard time to get my money out. I just have a few hundred rupees in the site and i would rather give it a pass.
791  Local / India / Re: Breaking! Supreme Court Pushes Back Date of Hearing in July on: May 22, 2018, 09:27:46 PM
If the government was really worried about Bitcoin, they could impose an outright ban.
Even if they impose a ban people would still trade and the only thing they wanted is to shut down the exchanges and they are doing it by stopping the flow of money and i am not sure what to take from this situation as all the exchanges will be trading only in crypto and not with INR making it impossible to deposit or withdraw which pretty much sucks to the core.

The Prime Minister seems to be pretty pro-blockchain and pro-cryptocurrency. Would that have any bearing on Misraji? What other political angles can come into this? There is the "terrorist, money-laundering, black money, 15 lacs" issues.
These are the things they can showcase but if they can regulate the entire market then they can make it impossible to make these illegal transactions, even without regulations the exchanges are pretty strict with their KYC policies and this will eliminate bad players as all the transactions are open and it can be linked.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum: Which is the Future Cryptocurrency on: May 22, 2018, 09:09:19 PM
Actually Bitcoin and Ethereum is look like brother & sister in my eyes. This is very difficult to express importance in separately both of coin.
Bitcoin is so much favorite for all crypro lover that's why Bitcoin is my first choice.
You are very much wrong here, bitcoin and Ethereum are not alike and in fact they are completely different in usage and concept, bitcoin is a currency with a limited coins and Ethereum is a smart contract platform with unlimited amount of coins, so you cannot compare them even in the wildest imagination, bitcoin is still the future, unless ETH wants to put a cap in the number of coins in circulation which i am not sure will happen.
793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest on NEO ? on: May 22, 2018, 08:16:39 PM
Hello, Can anyone tell me about NEO. I am about to invest on it. Whats your opinion about NEO's Future.
NEO is promoted as Chinese Ethereum and sometimes as Ethereum Killer. So By 2018 there can be a tough competition between NEO and ethereum.
ETH is too big a challenge for NEO as all of the projects are implementing ETH to distribute the coins and NEO really needs to have solid projects rather than speculation of getting more projects, the ICO scene is getting weaker by time and when the regulations are set, it will be difficult to start an ICO and be successful, it will eradicate scams but it will have some restrictions in the overall market situation.
794  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are your rules for profit taking on: May 21, 2018, 10:47:07 PM
When do you withdraw funds? Do you sell into fiat or USDT? Im thinking something like this: After a 50% increase sell 20% into USDT, repeat. Reinvest in dips. When 100% increased sell 20% into fiat
This is the way every active traders will be doing, if the target they are aiming reach those valuation they could either convert them to USDT or Tether but i have my reservation on trusting the entire scope of tether because they are not transparent but that is how i deal if i am planning to reinvest my coins after a correction.
795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Supreme Court Overturns a Decades Long Ban on Sports Betting on: May 17, 2018, 12:54:01 AM
Donald Trump said he would try to get this passed if he were elected.   Smiley

Trump made his fortune in real estate. There's a story about Trump trying to build a casino in florida, years ago. He couldn't do it then and was blocked by lawmakers. This is a point the media attacked him on at least once. Being an owner of real estate puts Trump in a good position to build casinos which could be more profitable than hotels or things Trump normally builds. It probably will be money in the bank for him.
I am really confused here, how can Las Vegas have casino's and it is the gambling capital of the world while the rest of the places in the US are not allowed to built them. I understand that different state can have their own rules and regulations. Since there is a lift in the ban of sports betting online sports betting will thrive as most of the online sites stop players from US and now they might lift those restrictions.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC? on: May 17, 2018, 12:37:19 AM
150 ETH will be more interesting ... The currency is developing and created on a prospective platform ...
It depends on the price and short term prospective i will be holding ETH, if i am looking for a solid long term investment i will always choose bitcoin over any other coin in the market, i would add bitcoin cash too as the price is really low and it could go higher if the development team can deliver anything they tell that they will deliver, things are really interesting for investors as there is a lot of opportunity in the market.
797  Economy / Economics / Re: Why most bitcoin users from good economies countries? on: May 16, 2018, 08:28:19 PM
Turns out that third-world countries have very low IQs. This could be a reason why we seldom see investors from poverty-stricken countries.
According to you most of the Asian countries are third world countries and if you look at the market, majority of the volume comes from Asian countries, i just like to point out that you are just an ignorant user to claim that third world countries have very low IQ, looks like you have no knowledge about anything, third world country and a poverty stricken country are entirely different things altogether. Tongue
798  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks Could Use Cryptocurrencies to Mitigate Financial Crises on: May 15, 2018, 09:54:48 PM
A report released by a team of researchers at Morgan Stanley revealed that Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies could help central banks to cut interests rates, which would help reduce the impact of any financial crisis in the future. "
Bitcoin has the potential to change the entire financial industry, researches and development are carried out and it will take a long time for these transition to take place, i am not sure whether they will be using blockchain technology to overcome these situation or use bitcoin, unless some banks take the initiative it is hard to tell what will happen.
799  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: May 15, 2018, 09:20:34 PM
Ireland had their moments in this test match. In both innings, they managed to get a few quick Pakistani top order wickets. A more experienced team may have been able to sustain the pressure and make inroads into the match. They definitely look more at ease in tests compared to Bangladesh in their initial test matches.
Ireland has some great players in the shorter format and they need to have exposure in test to develop a strong team, Bangladesh had a really bad team for many years which were not even competitive in international cricket for years, but now they have a fairly strong line up, they are really strong at home as they have some great spinners and in the coming years will dominate outside the continent too, to be the best team they need to have really good bowler who are able to pick twenty wickets and if they can find some good talents they will be competitive.
800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL( Indian Premier League) Prediction Thread, 2018. on: May 15, 2018, 08:19:44 PM
KKR won the game in just 18 overs by six wickets so there is one win away for them to seal a spot in playoffs and RR is out of the tournament I think because even if they won the last game their runrate is quite low so they need to depend on other match results to make into playoffs.
Tomorrow's match is also a big decider match the lost one will be out of the tournament, and the match is between KXIP and MI.
It was a do or die match for RR and they failed miserably as they could not put a total good enough to defend and KKR won the match easily which changed the battle for the play off and my prediction for tomorrows game is that MI will win the match against KXIP . I would like to see the final between SRH and CSK.
