You need to create your version of shit coin to have one confirmation  . once a transaction has a confirmation it's no longer reversible (unless you have >10-20% of network power and some luck) so it can't be 'fake'.

I think people will still keep talking about Libra but the knowledgable crypto community won't accept or buy it any time soon due to controversies around its trust and centralization. Facebook is still having a hard time struggling with laws and regulations against Libra. Yet it's still unpredictable to say it would be a success or not.
