Looking good.  Can't help you too much with your 7950s as there are much better people then me to guide you but I remember reading about setting the concurrency threads to optimise the hash rate. |

Did you make sure you're using the --scypt command at the prompt?
Mine looks like this (I run 6950s so don't copy everything exactly),
cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://eu.wemineltc.com:3333 -u username.1 -p xxx --intensity 18 --worksize 256 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 8192

Hi my system has currently about 1.4Gh/s but the WU seems very low at 19.5/m . Please help me to identify any other problem. Got 3x 7950 @ stock  Are you trying to mine BTCs in a LTC pool..? ? Im connected to WeMineLTC? Doesnt that make me mine LTC's, have i missed something fundamental here?  Your hashing power shows your not mining LTC and probably BTC. The entire WeMineLTC pool is barely 300 mh/s and yours is showing 1.4 gh/s. edit: Did you make sure you're using the --scypt command at the prompt? |

Just FYI, I have been in contact with the real Andreas Kennemar (got email address from an trusted colleague) and can confirm that he is who he says he is and that the project is real.
Question now is if they can deliver on their promises.

this is starting to seem a bit fishy to me... bad luck with blocks yes, but such terrible luck at the very first launch of a pool. Hmm. Guys we personally put all our rigs in there also... Its not bad luck. its TERRBILE luck. I really hope we will get our first block soon !! Please stick with us Okay, I'll point my rig back there for another 24hrs to see how it goes. |

So how long will you mine before selling them?
Why do you even care ? Troll less ? Its not trolling when it is a legitimate question, he is the only one making a fpga so he could mine without selling at all, BFL could have been mining the last 6 months, not shipping any preorders. Since he designed it and is producing it, he can do whatever he wants. |

Yeah people are still using vpool for some reason when it's an obvious scam. I make more on Coinotron with 12% fees than I do on Vpool with a "1%" fee

New to PPCoin here. are 90% stales normal with reaper?
I am reporting 1.7ghs in reaper but site showing about 1.5ghs even with high report stale ratio.
I am assuming reaper just not report correctly?
what is PPC url? I used 9322 and 8322, but cgminer cannot connect. I use coinotron.com:8322. |

Quite new to this mining thing (LTC for the last 4 days) and just pointed my measly 370mh/s to Bytecoin.
Any idea how long it would take to get a block at the current difficulty since I'm solo mining right now?

Just giving mining a go on litecoin so i learn to understand how to run the compilers.
Does this look right? Using reaper.
GPU 1.535GH/s, shares: 0|0, stale 0%, GPU errors: 0%, ~0 kH/s, 900s
Why is the thingy on the right saying ~0 kH/s. That appears to be a problem?

I've just started LTC mining but I don't think 1.5GH/s is possible. The whole pool at coinotron is 600+ MH/s. |

Yes, there are several Avalon ASICs mining in the pool. I am currently working on BFL SC support for BitMinter client. Great. You'll get my support if BFL ever ships. |

Be wary of scams though. I would just get BFLs at this time as they seem to be ready to ship soon. Sorry, had to laugh. Saying "be wary of scams" then promoting BFL in the next sentence. They've been "ready to ship soon" for about 7 months now and been profiting from peoples' pre-orders cash all through that. Can't think of anything much scammier. True, however the cost of an Avalon #3 is way too high but if you can afford it, go for it. Do take note that there have been a few scams for avalons #1 and #2 on ebay. I'm just pointing out that at least BFL has finally something to show for it although they do miss their power requirements by quite a bit. |
