Of course no..? BTER cannot steal someone's BTC. The seller sold, the buyer bought. Buyer has the BTc's now I totally agree but there seems to be sooooooo many unhappy people who didn't read the thread. |

Why was the first sell from the asset issuer 140 on the NXT exchange? Then the next was 127.
this was my mistake i will be doing a one time sale at 114 to compensate within half hour please, jl777, just do a makegood for those effected who bought at 140. how can you prevent others from buying at 114? just do a top up for those who bought at 140. this was my mistake i will be doing a one time sale at 114 to compensate within half hour Dude , the guy that bought at 500 NXT , your 114 nxt wont do shit for him. Wake the fuck up. and why would he do that? I dont know and you don't know. But lets be clear. It's a fuckin ipo why would you allow people selling their coins until the period is over. Jl777 should just have allowed all the coins at once with 1 heavy sell wall. This would have done the job. You can't allow people to start with a 4X more expensive price thats non sense. I am angry for them and i don't even hold 1 token. people kept asking if they could sell the TOKEN back if they changed their mind so bter allowed this as NOBODY said to disable this. however I am suggesting to bter to give extra TOKEN to the people who overpaid so they end up with the official price and selling is disabled on bter and I have a big sell wall on the NXT AE What happens to those who bought 140 of the issuer? That wasn't the ICO issuer, it was someone looking for a quick profit. |

If you disagree, it's more of a BTER issue then the dev. The guy bought from someone who was selling at 500NXT. He himself had to move his mouse and click on the buy option. No one forced him. A quick look at the order book would have alerted him and it's on the same page less then 2 inches down from the buy/sell column. |

It is stated from jl777 himself that we can sell our tokens at bter. Should not be a problem. Everyone that read the OP clearly should know that the price is dynamic and changes everytime linearly. You can't blame people coz u bought high coz u wanna outbid people to get the price cheap. You have yourself to blame
No! its wrong...it can not go from 500 nxt to 127 nxt.!! I want refund of anything it was not 127 nxt now ... you bought the tokens from someone who was selling. Not the ICO. |

I came in and that's the price it was in the exchange I did not put it, I bought thinking it was a fix price for everyone then I went down to 127 next!! this is so unfair!! I bought as soon as possible because of the 15 per cent you get buying first day andnow I lost more than 50 per cent!! this is a joke I feel robbed So you bought into an ICO without reading the main thread at all? Price was mentioned quite a few times in this thread. where ? he mentioned some numbers AFTER listing for nxt pairing. Search is your friend in this case. |

These assets where there since a few days. It should be noted in the first post that they are scam assets.
This will probably fool a few more people, This is not ok!
you cant blame anyone here except yourself. sorry to hear that you kinda scammed yourself, but you cannot expect james to do a 24/7 research and make a list of the fake assets. stick to the official announcement. anything else is just negligence. I realize that the NXT AE is new for many. I propose to make a "grandfather clause" for people who purchased any scam assets before this post. To honor their purchase with real TOKEN, but only for purchases already made. Unless there is some big objection to the dilution this makes, the entire SuperNET will be taking care of the people who were not aware. If there are objections, then I will personally give these people my own TOKEN to makegood. noashh, plz make a complete list of the scam tx and if you are victim of this, please contact noashh James Scam asset issuer could have bought scam assets from himself with other accounts to make it look legit, like scammers did in the past.
