Yes, market seems to be good now for investment. We are on the recovering from the deep stage now. This is definitely a good observation but I would advise you to keep in mind the world is rarely that black and white. The sets of functionality each posses are not disjoint! They attack different parts of the market AND they attack some of the same parts. This makes them compete AND not compete. Keep in mind dialectics. Ethereum, which continues to be the flagship coin, continues to show such an increasing development. so it's great to have Altcoin like this and make it a pretty good future. so had time Ethereum into Bitcoin threat and impressive. |

im not an altcoin guy but im suddenly interested , as i can see on coinmarketcap there is ripple just after bitcoin then after it litecoin and ethereum , still isee a lotof people speaking about ethereum more then they do about ripple i just checked the website on ethereum and for some reasons i didn't understand anything , can't even find an executable file to download and if it's on beta will people lose their ether later (that's if they are storing them anywhere)
This comparison would be something like comparing an elephant with a whale. Two entirely different animal optimized for two entirely different living area  . Ripple is an IOU system for making different stuff (e.g.: elephant to BTC) easily swappable, while ETH is basically a framework for making contracts and then enforcing and verifying the processing of these contracts. As relaying between different systems is also possible, in the future it could be a framework for glueing together different platforms. I think this time in mid-July is the right time to buy altocoin that has been popular .. to hold up its price rise .. because I observed already about 6 months bitcoin prices declined after the new year yesterday .. and now in the middle of the year when it will back up the bitcoin price.

Actually from mid June right time has started. If anyone want to invest it is the prime time for investment. Regardless of which currency, whether it's BTC or any other crypto currency. After so many days BTC investment has crossed 117B $. It has started it's upward movement from 6 month decline. to buy and hold coins is great for improving the development of existing coins and being able to underestimate coins so high and generate far greater profits. so it's great to buy and hold Altcoin for now. with the ability that is owned by Altcoin now to develop further again is very supportive for future developments. |

Just recently i noticed a common trend with almost all ICOs.
There have been lots of complains that bounty hunters dump their tokens immediately after receiving them. Although, it is not true for all bounty hunters. Some still hold theirs.
Investors now get their tokens before bounty hunters. They are also allowed to start trading before bounty hunters get their rewards.
I believe this will prevent the investors from complaining and blaming the dump in price on bounty hunters.
Most of the good projects already implement a kind of lock in period where they distribute the bounty and airdrop tokens after they are already doing to the investors.So it's nothing new to see the potential for growth that began to decline this will be very risky for the future. so using a new strategy is desperately needed to regain growth and make coins so profitable and generate more profits in the future. |

If some altcoins beat bitcoin in terms of network size then bitcoin will be soon be replaced by new king in terms of Market cap and trading volume. Please don't base on the price when comparing, look at the trading volume and market cap. I think Bitcoin personally remains the best coin available. with the developments that have been able to make Bitcoin as a coin that is very capable of reliable. so Bitcoin from year to year becomes a valuable precious coin. once twice for Altcoin to experience such an increasing development. |

To me the gradually growing Altcoin is NEO,its called Chinese Ethereum because its also based on updated and modified ETH smart contract technology.I also studied about its development team,very competent and experienced in block chain technology.I think if Ban news in China stop,then this Chinese product NEO can bring revolution in coming years,it may overtake ETH in upcoming few years.This is my extensive research about NEO.Share your ideas.

You were right about that plus ETH has a active team, a lots of good projects, has a road map and have an active community. If you will base fundamentally ETH was better than BTC. why every mid year altcoin is always cheap.
I think the current dip is caused by two factors: 1. Binance API fail 2. MtGOX guy selling coins for 400M. But the marker seems stable around 9K and alts seems to get a slight recover. Oh, issue of binance hacked ? Make market go down? for the price of Altcoin is decreasing is due to the number of followers who came out and do not support Altcoin to experience the future development. so that the level of development that is on Altcoin to decline and make prices and values fall. |

Newbie here... I've been thinking about buying my first crypto. I think I want to buy ETH, but wondering if I missed the boat already? Primarily I'm choosing ETH because I think there are less foreseeable limitations than BTC, and it seems like ETH is basically accepted everywhere BTC is. Plus its cheaper  Is now a good time to buy it? Should I wait? Ethereum is on the decline. thus Ethereum will be a fairly affordable price. with such a price provides a pretty good profit opportunity going forward. my estimate of Ethereum would be a pretty expensive price. Ethereum is a good coin. I have noticed the ever-increasing development. so it will be able to generate more profits. besides with the increasing levels of existing enthusiasts in Ethereum is increasingly support for its further development again. |

I think if I want to take maximum benefit of my investment on this down market, I will not get expected return from bitcoin as bitcoin is down by half or thrice, but other altcoins are down by more than 10 times or 15 times. If Bitcoin is up, then all coins will be up and they are up more than BTC for sure, then I will gain maximum benefit by investing in Alt coins as they will be up by 10 times or more, then my investment is going to be far beneficial as compared to Bitcoin. I have bought some Ethereum, looking to buy EOS, Tron, and Cardano, I think they will be right coins for safer and long-term investment due to their excellent project, their roadmap projects, and their excellent team.
Altcoins that you mentioned does not necessarily rise x10 even if using your mindset ETH needs x3.5 to surpass ATH EOS needs x2.5 to surpass ATH TRX needs x6.5 to surpass ATH ADA needs x9.5 to surpass ATH Only Cardano that has a high potential to raise prices x10 and that too if your prediction becomes real in the future for now, it is pretty good to buy Altcoin which has the potential to experience such a rapidly increasing development. with Altcoin being a major coin will be very nice by having it and developing for the future development for the Altcoin. |

After we have seen ATH from Ethereum in a short time we have seen half price of ATH as well. I believe in Ethereum project. I could sell my ethereums when it hit $1400. But i didnt. I believe that this year is gonna be year of ETH. I will not sell my ethereums at this price.
I feel that the price is going to have more pumps. There should be a lot of money trading in Ethereum if it's $2,000. indeed for Ethereum which has a pretty good improvement compared to other Altcoin. because the development of Ethereum can be a distinct advantage by having Ethereum as a mainstay coin and support it to become a better future again. |

It depends, because there are so many good altcoins with promising potential, and there are too shitcoins as well. So the good altcoins like ETH, Ripple, and few other coins are expected to go up again after some amount of time. You dont need to panic about them because their prices are known by volatility. investing poses a risk. so it would be great to invest in using the right strategy to generate even greater profits in the future. indeed for Altcoin currently has a fairly small degree of risk with its increasing development today. but vigilance needs to be done. |
