561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: sudden drop in BTC? on: October 03, 2019, 01:36:14 PM
Its always happening like this for last few times. Crash dropping in btc which brings the whole market down. And in few minutes it recovers to the maximum extent. Not sure whether this is any bug or somebody doing it intentionally.
There might be no current reason why there is drop in crypto may it be personal reasons of holders. We should keep it unless we really need the money now since BTC have limited supply once there will be a big adoption we will sure earn a lot from it. These is the risk in investing even in any industries. We must learn to analyze and predict it, if our predictions went wrong we must not lose hope even the popular people in cryptocurrency prediction fails.
Based on what you say, I think that you put all of your money into cryptocurrency because you said that "we should keep it unless we really need the money" it is not a good sign of being a good investor because a good investor only risk the amount of money that he afford to lose and he have other type of savings so he doesn't mind losing money in his investments.
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is China ahead of US now in terms of digital adaptation? on: October 03, 2019, 10:26:08 AM
Chinese people are so great in innovating and I really believed that the China is way ahead of US in terms of digital adaptation because they are almost cashless society and plus they are also investing in automation because most of the human jobs there are replaced by the robotics and it is really amazing how they are really pushing their limit to be advanced in technology.
563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Altcoins? on: October 03, 2019, 09:49:10 AM
The only method that I know that will really help you to grow your altcoins is to trade them in an exchange. You should also make sure that your altcoins have a decent trading volume in an exchange so you will not have any problem when you are trading them because it will be easy to buy and sell constantly and with good patience and trading skills, you can make them grow exponentially.
564  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen to banks? on: October 03, 2019, 09:00:01 AM
Investment on the Bank just giving little profit and investing money in bitcoin or altcoin getting much profit but have faced with big risk when bitcoin or altcoin price dump, how ever bank and bitcoin investment have positive and negative side, ready your self before take one of them.

Why would I ever worry about putting my money in the bank? Robbery? I don't think they have that weak of security. Banks give a small profit based on the money that you have in your account. We should not even compare these two since if you will be talking about investment, I will obviously go with bitcoin and other crypto currencies, not the bank with that faucet profit.
Banks are the worst place to go in aspect of putting your money because once you put your money in the bank then you are losing the value of your money because of the very low interest and with the inflation, it will just be eaten by the inflation rate. It is indeed good to just put your money in cryptocurrencies since they have a higher yield of opportunity for your money to grow.
565  Economy / Economics / Re: Trading on: October 03, 2019, 08:07:25 AM
There seem to be 3 main trading strategies:
Hold: most people have this as a main position and use it especially when they're starting out to hold most of their funds so there's a lot less risk.
day trading: these people to technical analysis and look at market sentiments in order to trade.
leverage trading: these people do trades where they give say 1btc and borrow 10 but they get liquidated of their position drops by 0.1 for example. Lots of people do this when they want to hold 90% and trade with 10% or something but leverage trading entails more risk.

Look at the sentiment behind exchanges too: hitbtc and yobit have quite a few negative reviews, coinbase, binance and bitmex seem to have less issues but are more limited on the trading pairs they have. I'd recommend looking into technical analysis to use with bitcoin and understand that every trade doesn't always take a profit so be sure to set a stop loss.
Three ways of trading have positive and negative side, maybe I like day trading without faced big risk and got not big result because when we use daily trading we always got profit every day although just few percent, but we are do not afraid and could sleep well because daily trading give us profit every day.
It is not true. Day trading will not give you a guaranteed profit everyday unless you know what will happen in the market. Day trading is a very risky type of trading because you need to trade everyday and the market is not always good so there is a chance for you to lose money and for me, it is better to leave day trading to those who are professional and try other type of trading so you can avoid getting pressured everyday.
566  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoins - What will happens to BTC on: October 03, 2019, 05:14:23 AM
Many article talking about bitcoin have good for the future with stronger reason like have many investor, many companies have accepted bitcoin and many country will allow bitcoin as legal payment, I think the same ideas with bitcoin have good for the future because have higher price every year and make people never left bitcoin.
Bitcoin may be volatile by nature but it still strongly keeps its dominance for years despite its ups and downs. Though not widely-accepted yet but has so much potential for growth, day by day it's gaining trust from the general public, from investors and I certainly believe that it has a long way to go towards excellence and brighter future.
I also think about the same thing with bitcoin. Bitcoin has still a long way to go and it still has a lot of room to grow in terms of number of users and also its price. We also need to accept that bitcoin will not stay forever in the market because there will be a new cryptocurrency that is better than the current cryptocurrencies that we have but we should not be afraid of that, we should be happy because it will be a new and more improved type of cryptocurrency.
567  Economy / Economics / Re: Is cryptocurrency help to expand the world business? on: October 03, 2019, 04:22:59 AM
Cryptocurrency can help the businesses to expand but only in the digital world because cryptocurrencies are digital currencies and they only exists online so the businesses can just add cryptocurrencies as a mode of payment or if they want, they can create their own cryptocurrency with their own loyalty program so they can attract customers to stick with their program.
568  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Cryptobanks Future? on: October 03, 2019, 12:53:35 AM
There is no need for cryptocurrency banks because the only feature that the people are concerned with the banks are the security of their money or cryptocurrency but with the hardware wallets and other type of secured wallet for cryptocurrency then it would be nonsense for people to use cryptocurrency banks since there is already a product that has its features with a one time payment type of investment.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: October 02, 2019, 01:45:26 PM
this is my current investments. do u have any suggestion

20k$ = BNB
20k$ = ADA
20k$ = EOS
20k$ = XEM
20k$ = NEO
10k$ = XRP

I don't know all your portofolio investment is made by your research or just listen to other person like friends or crypto expert, if your choice is based friends suggestion then you need to learn about all the altcoin you bought.

My question is you use all the money you got from selling house or you still leaving the rest? If you still have you need to buy ETH and also a mother of crypto is BTC.
I also think that he just based his cryptocurrency purchases on the people around him or he just ask random strangers on what to buy and he basically did buy those suggestions. It is better for you to just keep the BNB and ADA and sell the others and stick to Bitcoin and just wait for further movement of the market so when the market dumps then that is your signal to accumulate more altcoin and don't forget to buy the top altcoins for a small diversification.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Cryptocurrency on: October 02, 2019, 12:45:58 PM
Facebook's Cryptocurrency is no good because it is just another illusion by the people who want to take control of something or in short, centralization. Facebook just want to use the word cryptocurrency but the reality is they are not a cryptocurrency, they are just the digital fiat currency because they have a stable coin and one of the characteristic of a cryptocurrency is volatile and not stable.
571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts you won't invest in on: October 02, 2019, 11:25:01 AM
I can't specifically name the Alt-coins that I won't invest in but the characteristics that I will avoid are simple. I will avoid the Alt-coins that are low market cap, doesn't have an active team and those Alt-coins that doesn't have a progress. Those three factors are the big decision makers for me and they always do good since most of the Alt-coins that I have invested in gave me profit.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do crypto trading bots really generate profits? on: October 02, 2019, 10:39:30 AM
Yes, they generate profits but it is hard to find some legitimate cryptocurrency trading bots since most of the offers that I saw online are just from the scammers because I saw the feedbacks that it is not really working and it turns out that they are losing money instead of making money. Bots are easy to manage because you just need to adjust some commands and after that you can easily sit back and relax.
573  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: October 02, 2019, 10:01:33 AM
Now, the level of price dominance of bitcoin has risen very much, which means that cryptocurrency holders are expecting an increase in its price in the near future. In any case, an increase in altcoins is possible only through an increase in the price of bitcoin. Therefore, it makes sense to still invest in bitcoin.
Most of the time, the reason why the price of bitcoin have risen so much is because of the FOMO effect or Fear Of Missing Out where people believed that the price will just always go up but it is not the reality of this market. It is indeed a good move to invest in bitcoin but you should also think about diversifying into other cryptocurrency so you can spread the risk of losing money.
574  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen to banks? on: October 02, 2019, 09:12:08 AM
It will be really impossible for banks to be replace by cryptocurrency because banks are supported by the governments as well as fiat currency, and banks have been existed for too long than cryptocurrency, that is why there are less chances for banks to be obsolete if cryptocurrency will start to take over the world.
He's not talking about replacing banks or making banks obsolete, but he's talking about banks getting forced to adopt cryptocurrency into their system as their medium besides fiats. He's saying that banks in the future will co-exist with cryptocurrency, and will offer different options just like a traditional bank.

Which by the way makes no sense imo. A centralized system adopting a decentralized system and trying to manipulate bits of it to be centralized is utterly ridiculous.
It can still happen that a centralized type of banking will include decentralized cryptocurrencies. How? By following the demand because there is already a lot of institutions that are accepting cryptocurrency and we all know that those institutions are putting their money in the bank to be safe and once the bank observed that there is a lot of cryptocurrency flowing in their economy then they will be forced to accept cryptocurrency as one of their accepted currency.
575  Economy / Economics / Re: WHICH GROUP DO YOU BELONG HERE on: October 02, 2019, 08:23:11 AM
BULL'S GROUP - always putting money into the market and does not take out often, more like long term investor.

BEAR'S GROUP - always taking money out of the market often, more like only interested in making money in a short while, i mean short term investors.

I think i have this two options because i do also a short term but i am not selling my coins if i saw that i lose the price and at the same time i also love long term trading because i can freely choose what price do i have to sell my coins.
I agree, I also do both, some of my money I placed to market and just let it stay there and some are put in the market but sell it when i see that the price of it was increasing. Honestly for me it is much better to do the long term investment because I believe that I can profit more from it.

Anticipation on the market condition is the best way earn. Regardless of pumping or dumping you had something to do to make money whatever the situation is. I am a holder too when the market drops I will bought a little and wait until I make a profit of 20% which I really need to wait for a long run to achieve that numbers.
I would suggest to you to start doing some exploration in buying and selling cryptocurrency because that 20% target of profit is not that hard to achieve in a couple of weeks of trading. It is better for you to trade rather than just wait for the value to be in your favor. Try different things because that is how you will discover your passion.
576  Economy / Economics / Re: Build a Bank Of Bitcoin on: October 02, 2019, 07:43:18 AM
if i build a bank of bitcoin that operating like a traditional fiat money bank when people can save the money and get interest for their saving and also people can get a loan from my bank but the fiat money is change for bitcoin, the question is would you guys trust me to save your bitcoin on my bitcoin bank that i want to build ?

Then what's the sole purpose of exchange sites? wallets, online and offline?

Not trying to be rude but no I wouldn't entrust mine to your "Bitcoin Bank". There's a lot of risks involved in this idea. Not to mention that the rates would probably not ideal, Bitcoin is volatile after all. And "loans"(?) how in the world are you going to make it work?

Blockchain exists for a reason.
I agree to what you have said. It is not a good idea to just start a bank because of the volatility and also we cannot trust other people with our cryptocurrency because the cryptocurrencies are hard to trace so when nothing goes right and if they say that they got hacked then we cannot do anything but just accept the fact that our cryptocurrency was gone. It is better to just do all the job by your own, be your own bank and for god sake, don't ever try getting a loan.
577  Economy / Economics / Re: Average savings across the globe on: October 02, 2019, 07:07:20 AM
The average personal amount of savings are between $ 2,900 for the USA and ¥ 5,806,554 for Japan. The USA comes last in our ranking, but their neighbor Canada is one of the richest countries regarding personal savings.

https://www.expertmarket.com/focus/research/countries-that-save-the-most-money

Savings is not always beneficial for economical growth. National Income is defined as sum total of consumption and savings i.e. Y = C + S.
Now suppose there is increase in income, the additional income could be either saved or spent. If it is saved then marginal propensity to save will increase which means no economic activity has been undertaken with additional money. Hence, MPS is inversely proportional to economic spending.
So if additional income is always saved then it may act as hindrance for economical growth.
Savings aree beneficial for a country because it is a common sense where most of the people put their savings, it is always in the bank and the bank uses the deposits as a capital to make some investments where they can make a lot of money and because of that strategy, the bank helps the country to sustain the flow of currency so their economy will have a continuous growth.
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is much effective than ICO nowadays. on: October 01, 2019, 10:46:19 AM
I have to agree with this. IEO is very efficient compare to ICO because you don't need to spend more money to just spread awareness about your ICO because when you do IEO you just need to contact an exchange and do some contract and they will do the speaking for you. You will get benefit from the popularity of the exchange and it is also fast since after the IEO it is already there in the exchange, waiting for the traders to buy and sell.
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum SCAM? on: October 01, 2019, 09:38:58 AM
I don't know why some people in the cryptocurrency space are keep calling ethereum as a scam. There is no sign of scam in ethereum because ethereum is a successful cryptocurrency project and it is been years since they have launched. Ethereum is one of my successful investments and it turn my few bitcoins into 2 digit bitcoins by just holding them.
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: your patience is being tested on: October 01, 2019, 08:53:43 AM
This is the challenge of investing because it will test if you really have the patience or you are just here to just earn a quick profit. Patience is key in order to make a lot of profit in investing and also trading, without patience you will experience a lot of losses and also you will not learn anything since you don't have patience to pick up some lesson from your mistakes.
