1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Memecoin hype getting higher on: Today at 02:57:06 PM
People taking risk by investing their capital with Memecoin because they could have higher return with lower investments but the problem is not each memeocin is going to makes you profitable. Scammers building their memeocins to fruad with you. A few memecoins get successful like wif, bome or bonk. But it is difficult to find them out. And at the end, you'll found yourself in loss rather than making profit. So simply avoid invest in new memeocins. Although we could think about old established memecoin, although I don't suggest anyone to buy

Those few successful meme coin is the main reason why this retarded investors still put their money on scammy meme coin. They think that they will hit a jackpot on random meme coin by placing investment on as many meme coin as they can until they manage to invest on meme coin that will pump hard.

Those proof that some meme coin is profitable already enough to give false hope for investors that all meme coin has the chance to reach that profit even though 99% of meme coin is scam.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2023-2024 betting on: Today at 02:53:59 PM
I can't decide which team to pick for tonight's games because I think the matches will be crucial. It's just Game 6 anyway. So, I just did a bet builder instead. But if you ask me who will win I think it will be the Milwaukee Bucks and the New York Knicks. Might be the end for the 76ers & Milwaukee Bucks. But I still believe even without Giannis & Dame I think Bucks can manage to win this series. Here's my bet builder player props

It’s impressive how Middleton and Portis carry the bucks against Pacers with their current roster. I’m not trying to give a bad omen here but it’s very hard to think that they can carry Bucks to reverse the series since Pacers coach might probably already think about counter measure for the Bucks since they are readable due to lack of players.

Honestly, I want Bucks to advance on this series since Giannis and Dame is almost close to returning if ever they can survive this series. But with current line-up of Bucks, it’s dumb for Pacers coach to not kill them while Bucks is still weak. Pacers has the capability to end the series if they will just break the game of Middleton which is known for being inconsistent in playoffs.

Anyway GL with your bet.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for May on: Today at 12:53:59 PM
Looking at the chart you provided. It more on bearish sentiment since there’s already red candle form for the time frame(monthly time frame?) you are using after a consecutive green candle.

If you check the previous candlestick pattern on your same chart shows that Bitcoin will took multiple red candle before it will continue again the uptrend movement once the price find a strong support for the month.

I’m speculating that the price will be sideways from 49K to 60K for this month.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You Submit KYC Before You Win Big on: Today at 12:49:21 PM

I know casinos do this. I have experienced it too. It is also in their T&C. My question for casino lovers is that instead of waiting until we win big and are asked to submit KYC documents, will you do it before the casino management or administrator request of it? Is there anyone who has gone ahead to fill out and submit their KYC on their account or by asking their customer support for it way before they even start make a request.

KYC is not all about when you winning. It depends on a lot of factor that typically involves casino limit to apply KYC or your account show an activity that flagged the security team. Winning alone will not trigger KYC since it doesn’t related to AML policy.

I have an account on Duelbits that still not KYC even though I’m winning most of the time.  AFAIK casino has limit for withdrawal and deposit before they apply KYC regardless if you win or lose since it’s the requirements for AML.

PS: My comment is based on reputable casino KYC since some shady casino use KYC to halt withdrawal from players with huge balance.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Exchanges Nowadays on: April 29, 2024, 03:57:44 PM
Binance is almost available everywhere until recently and IMO still the one that majority can access.

Always hated Binance but can't deny it's the most useful for newbies in most countries. Don't know about 9 out of 10 but it's the biggest exchange for a reason.
My country Philippines is one of the recent victim of restriction for using Binance service because they failed to acquire license even though they are bing notified for many years already.

But despite with this restriction, Binance is still the number 1 exchange in my country since the app is still not banned which users is now using instead of the website version.

I’m not sure why the OP keep using other exchange while ignoring the number one exchange in terms of trading volume and number of active traders.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An aggressive gambler irrelevantly easing his Irresponsible gambling manner. on: April 29, 2024, 03:07:31 PM
Someone betted on boxing and lost the game but the gambler out of grieve of his lost is trying to ease his emotion Said, It is okay as it is for at least the guy I betted on made me lost the game but had unfortunate for him too to had taken beaten of his life.

I think such is and aggressive and irresponsible gambler who gambles on the peak of what he can not afford to loose.

I view it as self calming to ease the pain of lose by coming up with reasons for him to not overthink about his losses. This is not an irresponsible manner of he is just doing it for himself and not suggesting to others.

The irresponsible part is only true if he is just doing that so that he can place bet over and over again even though he keeps losing because this reasoning is already use to reinforcing addiction rather than self calming.

I do this kind of thoughts when I blow up my bankroll and resting from gambling so that I can clear my mind from thinking about my losses.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will the real bull run begin? on: April 29, 2024, 02:27:48 PM
I have been investing in crypto since January 2022 and it is beginning to test my patience waiting for the bull run.

I was buying all along the bottom of the bear market so current prices do not interest me too much as I got in a lot lower so I am just waiting to take profits.

What kind of take profit you are expecting? If you purchase at bottom assuming you are here since 2022 which means you probably enter at 15k level. You already gain approximately x4 of your investment which is already a massive amount unless you are just investing few dollars and waiting to turn into millions when Bitcoin price reach 1M per Bitcoin.

If you are expecting a x100 gain then you are already 10 years late. Current Bitcoin price is already high. You will need to wait a decade or more just to reach that target profit besides you are just invested for 2 years while you are already losing patience while you are already at profit?
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling mistake repeated by the gamblers on: April 29, 2024, 02:13:01 PM
Some gamblers prefer to loss all their profit and their stake even after a cash out has been offered. Though some games are worth the patient but come to think of it, gambling is basically centred on luck, and that last sure game could end up becoming the odd game amongst your predictions.

I don’t consider this as mistake since you are placing bets because you are interested on the outcome of the to be in favor to your prediction. Availing cash out is just an option for gambler if they don’t like their pick anymore.

I will definitely just let my bet lose rather than availing cashout if I place my bet in confidence because that’s my way on enjoying my bet. Resorting to cashout whenvee you feel nervous or scared is a sign that you are gambling money that you can’t afford to lose.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Your Country Who Gamble More? Young Ones or Elderly Ones on: April 29, 2024, 01:32:37 PM
Do you see such elderly people in your country? Or is it only in Africa? Is the younger ones play gamble more than the elders?

There’s a lot of elderly people here that doing casual gambling in barber shops on games like chess and checker. Previously, backyard card gambling is very popular in my country which the elderly always hangout to each other and gamble all day using small bets for their leisure time but right now our government ban this backyard gambling that makes it less popular nowadays.

I believe gambling is always popular on elderly especially if they are doing this when they are young since time flies by quickly when your mind is focus in the game and enjoying it.

The only remaining gambling spot here are the barber shop for chess player that do bets.
10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Profit evaluation – Hodl instead of mining on: April 28, 2024, 05:51:54 PM
Many people are still not sure how to get good profits from Bitcoin. Doing a good research is often difficult and some people want to make a profit by mining.
But is it really a good idea to generate profits from mining?

There will be no huge Bitcoin mining companies investing on bitcoin mining if this is not profitable instead of just holding. It depends on electricity rate and your mining rig equipment to become profitable in mining. In general, It’s really profitable if you have a good setup and cheap electricity cost. @Philipma can testify to this since he is very active on Bitcoin mining.

Bitcoin holding can’t even compared on mining since mining generates new Bitcoin for profit while holding doesn’t increase your Bitcoin quantity amount so both mining Bitcoin and holding Bitcoin will benefits when Bitcoin price increase. The only difference was you can get more profit on mining because your earnings grows like compounded because you generate new Bitcoin while it’s fiat value increase at the same time.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making the Most of $100 bankroll on: April 28, 2024, 05:01:25 PM
Yes that makes sense, and the OP could also place a 25% bet on 4 games and if it's a sports bet, do those 4 games before betting, it's best to do a thorough analysis of all the sports being bet on. And you also have to choose sports betting on teams that have a chance of winning and look for accurate information, previous matches, statistics and so on to convince you in making a choice.
Betting $5 on 20 games is a waste of time because if you win on some games, your winnings will still be small.

I preferred too having less pick to focus on quality of my bets rather than choosing 20 bets with small amount of money involved just to have less risky bet. I consider it more risky of you don’t do proper analysis regardless of the amount because the confidence for that bet will be low compared to a proper analyze bets even with huge amount at stake.

I might do a 2 50$ bets but place in different day within a week or month. This way I can have more winning rate because of proper preparation time while the potential profit amount is already equivalent to 10 games of 5$ each bet which is more convenient for me.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu token, is there a future for this? on: April 28, 2024, 04:49:55 PM

I tend to agree on most points. Yet having a community is a fundamental (to me). Just like having a name everyone knows and connects to a meme-coin, not to something else, is a fundamental (to me).

A community of bunch of traders bonding together for a pump and dump token? I don’t consider it a community if everyone is just screaming to buy and not sell so that they can sell on higher price using other member liquidity. This community only talk about the price and how to shill this useless token by faking its benefits to the public.

There’s no winning in meme coin in reality because all meme coin investors is just deceiving each other about “the good future” of the coin while in reality there’s nothing to look forward on this token aside from bunch of people expecting to pump and dump for quick gains.

14  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: April 28, 2024, 03:56:09 PM
I personally like to implement betting on few games only so I would not put too much pressure on myself. When I'm betting on sport, I made sure that before placing my bet, I have already carefully analyze it well, and I'm not even like consistently passing the minimum profitable rate, so how much more if I'll just choose it randomly and forget about studying the game.

We have different strategy with betting, and even on games we are playing, so we just have to stick on where we are comfortable at, since after all, it's our money, it's our rules that will be followed.

You’re right with your approach here to bet only to the matches that you like or simply a comfortable bets since there’s no one forcing you to place tons of bets at once. This is the common mistakes of sports bettor because they want to earn more quickly by placing multiple bets even though they don’t have idea on the match that they are betting.

They are using sport betting as fast phase game as slots that’s why they place tons of bet to compensate on the waiting time of each result. I do the same betting as yours, I only place bet when a team that I’m following is playing. I just increase my bets since I’m confident on my bets even though I’m rarely to place bet.

Quality over quantity.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you are not to gamble. on: April 27, 2024, 05:51:46 PM

You are right, no one should lend money to a gambler for gambling. If you lend them money you might make their situation even more miserable. There is a good possibility for them to lose the money and then being in debt to seek another person they could lend money from and gamble again struggling to win and return the debt to you. It could turn into a vicious circle for them. No one wants that.

Sadly, a lot of loan shark target gamblers specifically for giving a loan since they always ask for collateral that is over value to the loan amount so that they will always at profit regardless if the gambler pay the loan amount or not.

I witness a lot of this kind of loan shark on physical casino that offering loans on loser gambler. You’re right that loan shouldn’t be offered to gamblers since it will just fuel an addiction to play more due to the extra credit that they can get.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No gambling today due to bitcoin high transaction fee. on: April 27, 2024, 04:50:18 PM
-
yes, the situation has improved. We don't need to worry about incurring too many transaction fees for deposits to casinos using Bitcoin. Moreover, most casinos also accept Altcoins and stable coins in some networks.
Casinos provide convenience, but perhaps those who don't have altcoins in their wallets will find it difficult in the situation we experienced some time ago.
Network congestion often occurs, I think almost everyone is used to it and is patient in dealing with the situation.

I still didn’t try to gamble using Bitcoin but is the casino already updates the withdrawal fee to the current rate? Some casino use flat rate on withdrawal fee which is huge amount in Bitcoin that’s why I always hate using Bitcoin to deposit.

Even though the current fee is already small, Your balance might get trap on the casino once the withdrawal fee is not setup as dynamic based on the current fee so it’s better to always check the actual withdrawal fee before you deposit your Bitcoin to avoid having trouble during withdrawal.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your favorite to lose slot game on: April 27, 2024, 04:45:51 PM

As for me, I hate slots and I hate losing.
So for those reasons I'm out.  Grin

But for real, slots have 0 attraction for me, absolutely 0. They eat your money, most of the time don't pay and also have the lowest RTP mostly.
I really don't understand what is so appealing for people to play them. In physical casinos they are the biggest money maker and I guess online it might be the same. Back in the day I remember there was one game super popular, "book of ra" or something. I saw it so often and everybody played it (not me of course). These days slots and bonus features are so much more sophisticated, they know too well how to tie up the players in front of the game.

Sorry for the off topic, but I had to share my opinion because I hate slots so much.  Tongue

There’s nothing wrong with your opinion and it’s not an off topic for me since we are discussing the worst on slot games which your comment is towards to the general slot games.

I understand your comment because I once a hater of slot games before way back when I’m still hitting huge multiplier on my spin but my opinion to slot games changes when I first hit my x500 huge win and follow up with multiple x1000 win on a single day only. This experience makes me open minded to the potential of slot games for winning big with just using small amount.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Your favorite to lose slot game on: April 27, 2024, 03:39:03 PM
This time let’s discuss about your favorite to play slot games that gives you losses often times but you keep coming back for more because you are expecting to win big someday after feeding the slot too many bets.

I keep playing Feel the beat slot game of hacksaw gaming because I’m always attracted on the sound effects but I never win anything on this game both bonus and manual slot. This is the only slot game that I play that doesn’t pay more than x200. This shit never good to me but I keep coming like a dawg whenever I saw this game on my suggestion list.

Share your experience. Tell us what’s the slot game feature that attracts you to keep playing.
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If all your wages were paid in USDT, would you accept it? on: April 27, 2024, 03:33:01 PM
We're even getting paid in Bitcoin and getting paid in USDT isn't a problem. Just don't pay in random altcoins that have no liquidity at all.
This is the reality that most of us wanted to get paid in Bitcoin, ETH or any other top altcoins so receiving USDT as a payment is totally fine and not a problem at all.
Maybe what OP meant was related to your real-world job, not your signature. where the use of USDT is still limited and not all goods and services businesses accept USDT.
for those of us who use crypto every day in trading or store it in a wallet. USDT payments for our work will not be a problem. we can still send it to an exchange to convert it into fiat and then use it for our needs.

You’re right, he is thinking of the potential de-pegging risk which is normal in stablecoins if it’s not backed properly by USD or the custodian bank for the reserves got bankrupt. This happened on USDC before but they manage to survive due to the Feds help on banks bankruptcy.

I don’t want to receive USDT as payment to my real job salary since I use it immediately for my personal expenses while having USDT will give me more hassle to convert back to fiat just to spend it physically since merchants doesn’t accept crypto until now.
20  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Binance nagpahayag ng pag-asa na pwede parin silang mag-operate sa bansa natin on: April 26, 2024, 05:15:51 PM
This is truly good news especially for both new and veteran cryptocurrency enthusiasts given na kilala na talaga ang Binance when it comes to security of an exchange. To be honest, I tried using GCash Crypto kaso namamahalan ako sa fees and they only offer simple services.
