941  Economy / Gambling / Re: Using ToS against users normal? on: May 25, 2023, 12:59:21 PM
Changing of terms and conditions without notifying the users or gamblers is normal with online gambling websites? Then when you did something wrong or about to withdraw your money they will tell you that you don't read their terms and conditions, and you start arguing with them until you decide to read the ToS again and you find out that it's different.

Some gambling websites consist of wicked owners that willingly plan to defraud their users using the ToS against them, or is this normal? Have such happened to anyone on this forum before?

Using ToS against customer that commit violation is normal but changing the rules just to use in favor for the casino unethical. Do you have any references on the actual event of this kind scenario because this is diabolical just to take advantage on their customer. I know that some casino have a special written rule on their ToS that they can change some rules without notifying customers but changing it right after the case of the user is a not fair despite they have that special rules.

Only scammish mediocre casino do this since a reputable casino will always honor the players profit if this is acquired in fair manner.

Have such happened to anyone on this forum before?

My only known case related to this case was @efialtis issue against Betfury which the casino change the commission percentage without notifying all the user and even include the commission that is acquired before the changes happened. It’s indeed same scenario to your description.

942  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BetterCallRaul.it No KYC Crypto Exchange Signature Campaign on: May 22, 2023, 04:03:03 PM
Could be a rug pull/exit scam.
I think you're correct, it looks like photoshopped, strange to see Chipmixer brought in this case.

Wow!!! Another Chipmixer case is here again. What is the possible cause of this seizure? Because of what you said that it might be a Photoshopped image so that made me to visit site and I saw it with naked eyes which I came to the conclusion that it is not a Photoshopped image but it is a reality. The notification is not in any other place but on the home page of the website.
you can also see it by yourself. https://bettercallraul.it/ I didn't edit the image for full confirmation

He means photoshopped because he assumed that the website is not really seized by the government but the team just put in there that message just pretend that they are seize.

Their conclusion that this might be a rug pull is a highly probable case since they announced recently that they will have a buy back. With this event, They will not gonna be obligated to commence that buy back and keep the funds in their pocket. The image on website too is very poor. This is not the normal image which feds use when seizing a website.

Aside from the thrilling event of Bitcoin Pizza Day on Bitcasino. They already added new currency $Matic in the supported currency. This will open up for a more fast and cheap currency that is best for gambling.

Whoever’s @dup_donk telegram username. You win the guess contest and you can check your account for the reward currency. Matic is my second choice guess tho. Congratulations.
944  Other / Archival / Re: Best exchanges? I've been trading on this one for 2 weeks. on: May 22, 2023, 01:47:45 PM
Mexc Global is a good exchange, but there are other exchanges that are having good services too. If it is no KYC exchange, there are still some too, like Kucoin.

You make profit from trading, not because of the exchanges that you you are using.

I will advice people not to trade with many altcoins because altcoins are like gambling. If they go in the direction that is not favouring you, it would be a big loss.

I think he preferred this exchange because most of shit tokens including shittiest meme is listed on MEXC first before it will be listed on much better exchange. This is the advantage on using small exchange like MEXC profitability wise for being first on tokens that is not discovered yet.

Im sorry but trading an altcoin gambling ? No I dont think so. Altcoins have made people millions $$, coinmarketcap reports daily volume of trades to 20.000.000$. Total marketcap is 1.1Trillion USD$ as of writing.
Gambling is gambling my friend.

Obviously HODLing a fresh altcoin is stupid as fck.bcs of instability and frequent large dumps
But trading is a good thing overall.

You are trading meme coin with use case, You are gambling your money on it waiting for someone to purchase the token. This project doesn’t have any future plans and you literally relying on luck here that someone will ape on useless meme coins.

Also stop sharing referral link. That is not allowed here.

There’s nothing wrong on inviting your friend through referral but having same IP address and some sort of similarities in the account pattern .....

When was it announced that several users from this gangster group were using the same IP address? I think I missed that somewhere.

If using same device doesn’t categorize as same IP address then I don’t what kind of connection you want to hear just to satisfy you. You can check previous post of blackjack.fun admin from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5106215.msg62266599#msg62266599 which I knew that you already read since you post right after that.

Like the comment part  you snipped said, I also personally believe that using the same IP address on several account shouldn't be much of a problem since there are several gamblers who make us of the cyber Cafe, where they offer internet access to several computers though or with the same ip address - so in this sense, account operational pattern is what should matter, and then also, to prove that one have no link what so ever with other accounts that are accessed from the same computer, such user should be able and ready to verify his or her identity when the casino request it.

If you browse more on the root of our discussion, I mention that not only same IP but same account activity and behavior which this group showing right now. Also the odds of user being on same computer shop and playing Blackjack.fun and claiming same bonus without knowing each other is very low.

I want to stop already here. But I’m leaving this once again. Same IP and Device are the only proof that casino can use to counter multi account abuser. KYC doesn’t prove much anything once this connection was already established since anyone can hire someone to do KYC for the money. Think as business owner. Will allow this thing on your business despite you have a digital proof?
946  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io - 🔥 up to 20% cashback🔥up to 20% rakeback 🚨 instant withdrawals on: May 22, 2023, 12:32:03 PM
Does Livecasino give permission to gamblers who will access it using a VPN.
Just now I want to access to make some game bets but can't enter because the site is blocked by the government of the country where I live.
Some time ago, the last time I played there, I just changed the phone's DNS, I was able to easily enter, but now I can't access it.
Here can anyone provide clarity on using a VPN to be able to access Livecasino.

It’s not allowed since your government restricted you on accessing gambling site. Livecasino have strict rules regarding this. Check below the exact content of their terms regarding your case.

3.4. When attempting to open an account or using the Website, it is the responsibility of the player to verify whether gambling is legal in that particular jurisdiction. If you open or use the Website while residing in a Restricted Jurisdiction: your account may be closed by us immediately; any winnings and bonuses will be confiscated and remaining balance returned (subject to reasonable charges), and any returns, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us; and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn.” - https://livecasino.io/help-center/help-terms-and-conditions/terms-and-conditions

Livecasino doesn’t indicate specific country so that any changes regarding restrictions of your country will automatically fall for that rules. Don’t use VPN if it means that your dodging your law even in other casino mate.

-snip-

Done submitting my entry and I receive the reward quickly after sending it to the support. I'm very happy about this promotion since we are celebrating today with my partner. More power to Bitcasino for this free Pizza on our special event! I will share this promotion on our local board! Happy #BitcasinoPizzaDay!
Unfortunately I have never made a deposit with a nominal value of more than $35 and Bitcasino provides a requirement that you must have at least one deposit with a minimum of $50.
Do I have to make a deposit now of $50 more in order to participate in this pizza day celebration promotion.
Maybe if I had seen this information earlier I could have met the minimum deposit requirements that were given, but I don't regret it because maybe I was just out of luck.
For users who can meet all the requirements, this is a pretty good opportunity because they can enjoy giving pizza from Bitcasino.

I think the requirements are previous deposits but you can always try to confirm this on live support to make sure you can still participate. The idea of this promotion is to reward the Bitcasino community while you are really using the platform before the promotion was announced. Maybe they will give you a consideration.

Meanwhile, I just hit some good multipliers. Not that big it's still a profit.  Wink

948  Other / Meta / Re: Annoyed about a "bad" report, can the mod PM me? on: May 21, 2023, 02:16:46 PM
After reading all those replies I would like to ask one question from you. Did the Mod contact you? If not then what you gonna do?  Cheesy

Live with it! This is decentralized forum with centralized moderation.

Do not accept the fact that your call will not be answered. Do accept the fact that continued call will get answered. That is how democracy works in my country.

I doubt the mod will PM him regarding this matter because the topic is very subjective to the actual interpretation of the forum standards. We don’t know exactly what’s the post so the only thing we can do is watch in the sideline.

Also, A moderator already addressed his uncertainty on the post below.
The one for multiposting looks to have been incorrectly marked bad.

This might be a relief since a reputable mod already gave verdict on his report.
949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Betswirl: A Web3 Gambling Platform on: May 21, 2023, 12:45:52 PM
This is an interesting casino that offers real decentralized gambling on multiple chain. I don’t see Bitcoin as one of the payment option when browsing the casino so I’m sure that topic will be move on altcoin discussion or you can manually move this topic where it belong.

I’m surprised that the casino games included a background sounds. It makes the game more lively and the UI is very sleek which makes playing the games so fun. Nice find here. I will buy some tokens just to make sure I won’t miss out here in case this casino explode.

I would appreciate it if someone could explain to me the purpose of referrals if friends are not allowed to play the same promotion at the casino simultaneously. Are referred people automatically labeled as a "group," gangsters, organized abusers?

There’s nothing wrong on inviting your friend through referral but having same IP address and some sort of similarities in the account pattern doesn’t categorized as friends since it a digital evidence of having a multiple account. You should read the terms if you are sincerely playing with friends to avoid such kind of trouble on multiple account which the casino is very strict due to their bonus.

There’s a lot of abuser in the past that do the same as yours that abused a certain game on the casino and manage to withdraw profits. Your action same with other account involves shows like you are in group as you already admit that you refer them therefore you are really what the representative describing. It’s normal that you are tagged as abusers if you benefits on same bonus, same game using same IP. What kind of excuse can you use to erase that thinking against you and your “friends”.?
Sure as sunrise, multiple casino accounts from the same IP address will make you squint suspiciously. But, hold your horses! What about those blissful, innocent scenarios where folks, like dorm buddies or the Brady Bunch, are just jazzing up their evenings with a little online casino razzle-dazzle? Talk about a brain-teaser!

Yes, we've got to keep our eyes peeled for those crafty rule-benders from the past. But let's not throw a net of suspicion over every case that smells remotely fishy. Maybe we need to jazz things up a little – how about a slicker system to tell the black sheep from the white? Picture this: a high-tech mix of location sleuthing and biometric auth?

Now, let's swivel our spotlight to the big screen of communication. Could the problem be that the fine print wasn't as clear as crystal ball predictions? Do casinos need to drop the lawyer lingo and speak plain Jane? What if our dear players were just innocently out of the loop, and not on a rule-breaking spree?

Then how do you proposed to investigate whether they are telling the truth or not for having bros instead of multiple account despite the fact of connection with IP? KYC? Nah, This will make abuser purchased random KYC from other people that willing to be paid.

The chance of your assumption being correct is being slim compared to the damage that in be done if someone abused the casino bonus and use your excuse every time they are busted. I pointed out already the ToS about the strict warning on multiple account. If you read that carefully, You will be cautious on letting someone in your family to be involved on same casino due to this bold warning.

Innocent or not. There’s a bunch of this scenario that abusers use this excuse to getaway. You can visit scam accusation for same issue and count a casino that allowed this kind of excuse. I know you are trying to be fair be think exactly what’s gonna be the impact in bigger picture if this excuse was accepted by the casino.
952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Budget For Halving on: May 20, 2023, 03:31:06 PM

I am seeing out budgetary plans to invest exactly $90,000 in bitcoins in 2024. When others are impatient, I usually plan. The plan is to get this from my saving and loan. The action for more savings was kick started last month, it can see me through to the time of the investment when I will stop.

Next time you conduct a research make sure that will look on the price history too to determine how exactly the price behaves during halving. Bitcoin don’t pump hard during the halving instead few days, weeks or months before the halving is the typical price action which followed by a heavy correction then a bullish cycle.

If you really want to invest that amount of money then you should start buying instead of waiting next year when the event is near because this current price might be the lowest price you can see if you plan to buy next year. DCA now until halving occur. I’m sure you will get the maximum benefit of Bitcoin halving if you start earlier than later.

954  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [Discussion] Pagbili ng Bitcoin Physically/IRL P2P on: May 20, 2023, 08:34:35 AM

Hahaha. Sobrang dami kong client pero both buyer and seller ay scammer pla kaya aksaya lng ng oras ang naganap dahil ayaw magpakitaan ng Bitcoin at cash although bulk order ang usapan.

Well, Online P2P ang pinaka dbest talaga or yung smart contract escrow kagaya ng Zenland para sa decentralized P2P na hindi need ng exchange.
955  Economy / Gambling / Re: NFTonSPIN.com - Leading Crypto Casino With Get Full Refund If Not Satisfied on: May 20, 2023, 08:25:18 AM
BTC NFTonSPIN.com is the first and only casino to have a refund policy, if player is not satisfied.
This is a bold option which is not provided by any where online in crypto or non crypto gambling.

It’s indeed a first time mediocre casino offers a full refund when player didn’t satisfied. You don’t even have a gambling license and have a very poor ANN thread including the website. Even top casino don’t promised a refund despite they have a huge budget to offer that since they knew that it will be subjected to abused.

I don’t know if you’re dumb or just playing dumb by offering this refund policy but for sure no one here will gonna bite the dust on this scheme because there’s a high chance that even a normal withdrawal will be very hard to get considering how you exaggerate your terms just to attract players to play.

Good luck with that.
956  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HyperBitcoinization Coming, Says Adam Back, Do you Agree? on: May 20, 2023, 06:03:54 AM
What do you make of this information?
For me, I think it makes me more bullish on Bitcoin than ever before...

this makes me happy.

this means about 1 million people own their own key. we can track it if their Bitcoin is put in exchange, right?

~ Not your key, not your BTC ~

Not exactly 1 million but close to it since there’s a lot of whales that splitting their holdings into multiple wallets for a better privacy also there’s the existence of Mixer wallets which obviously holds multiple Bitcoin on multiple addresses.

Confidence on Bitcoin is increasing by having multiple wallets that have 1BTC and above balance. It only show how people now use 1BTC as a goal amount for Bitcoin investment. But let’s see how these wallets will react in times when Bitcoin already recovered.
957  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: I want to migrate from Trust Wallet to another wallet. on: May 19, 2023, 04:08:44 PM
Hello,

1- Which wallet offers similar features and security?

Atomic wallet is your best choice if you want same feature and experience since it supports almost all coins with open source that is much better to trust wallet. It has a built-in staking feature so there’s no need to rely on 3rd party defi apps.

2- I staked some Tron coins in my Trust Wallet, if I import my seed phrase to other wallets, then What happens to them? They staked automatically to the new wallet or I must unstake them before using a new wallet?

It depends on the new wallet that you use if it’s support web3 feature. Remember that your coins ownership is on your private key. So regardless of what wallet are using to stake the coins, You can still access your stake coins on other wallet as long as you use same private key or seed phrase.

3- Can I use two wallets simultaneously?
Yes

I don't mean to accuse the user above my comment as a troll but the blackjack team have not responded to this user here on the forum and if he continues to litter this thread with these continued complaints am sure it could give this great casino some bad image most especially in the sight of potential client's.

But then also,  the silence from the team on oos KYC verification may be a result of conclusions on the security team's investigation, but whichever way,  ops need to be responded to avoid further calls in this manner.

I don’t consider it as littering as he is just posting few times to make an update on his case plus he is just responding on the replies of other user on his post made here. Bad reputation on the casino will not be easily effective on this mere chats in the thread as long as all the complaints will be addressed properly which Blackjack.fun already done on the post above.

It test the casino integrity and toughness in times like this which they are subjected on multiple attacks from group of people that want to abuse their bonus program. It’s also odd that this newbie user here file multiple complaints at the same time. I believe on the blackjack.fun judgement here since user @dda is very sure how many user experiencing same situation with him as clear indication that they are working in group.

This is the address where transactions are pending.

I have follow the CPFP and make transaction on this address from another wallet with high fee.

that transaction get instantly completed it was done yesterday.

But the payouts from shoppy are pending!!

Am I right that shoppy.gg use Bitcoin payment processor to process all the payment then they will transfer the balance to your account to withdraw it to your desired wallet? The transaction that uses on your transaction is below the fee for purging. This transaction will stuck or failed soon. But since you don't have a private key. You should contact shoppy.gg support and request to bump the fee or chat with your client to bump fee the fee for the transaction to be confirmed.

Let me check viaBtc!!

This is not possible on free accelerator on Viabtc because the fee is below the minimum fee allowed by them.
