821  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun |20% RAKEBACK TO ALL|SLOTS|SPORTS BETTING|70% RAKEBACK RUSH HOUR on: July 03, 2023, 06:50:58 PM

It’s really not okay as a player to wait that long because your money is unaccesible during the waiting time but this is the casino procedure on case like this so we don’t have a choice than wait because we allow them to do this way by agreeing on their ToS. 6 months is the common estimated time but it’s not always being maxed out to solve case.

Pressuring the casino to release the funds early will not gonna change the timeline for the result because they relying on the investigation team timeline to make a decision on his case.

You are right that both parties have agreed to the agreement when they decided to create an account here but surely this problem will impact to Blackjack.fun
For those who see this problem must think to avoid it although they don't know the main problem, as a user i don't want to wait until 6 months. I hope the blackjack.fun team can solve this problem in the near future and other users don't have to worry about it.

I read a lot of this kind of issue that investigation on game is involved which is very slow to resolve since the casino itself doesn’t have the ability to verify it themselves. Other reputable has a record of this kind of issue and gave same estimated date for the result but later on make an early action.

This will be a good PR if Blackjack.fun will manage to resolve the issue without maxing out the said deadline for the investigation. It will be too frustrating to wait for the lock funds while the crypto value is already insane because he might missed the profit of pumping market if the price suddenly correct while the investigation is still ongoing.
822  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun |20% RAKEBACK TO ALL|SLOTS|SPORTS BETTING|70% RAKEBACK RUSH HOUR on: July 03, 2023, 06:14:57 PM
It'd been 20 days since I made a 0.063ETH withdrawal.
Not yet recieved it.

The customer replied:
"Yes, sometimes it takes more even 6 months. I am forwarding the info to the relevant team to check again. Please wait with patience"
As you can see the customer support has said that you have to wait patiently also it's only estimated to take 6 months, I don't know what happened to your account so they have to investigate your account during that time, but I've seen cases too other previous ones are the same as you are in other casinos, but it doesn't take that long if all the investigations have been completed, the withdrawals are processed.

I hope you don't do something illegal and violate their TOS so they have to investigate your withdrawal for so long and it may take a while if it's a complicated case, but patience will be the key to your problem now or wait for someone from their team to reply to the complaint You are here.  Wink

No its not okay 6 months. Its too long.  Dont get at signature spammers talking about.

823  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is it nomal for BLACKJACK.FUN to investigate for more than 6 months? on: July 03, 2023, 04:13:07 PM
I made a withdrawal of 0.603ETH since 2023.06.14 but not recieved yet.
And there's also 0.7ETH left in my balance.
But after 20 days they said "Yes, sometimes it takes more even 6 months. I am forwarding the info to the relevant team to check again. Please wait with patience".
Do you think it's normal for a sportsbook to investigate for more than 6 months?

Their statement is correct since 6 months is the maximum duration for an investigation for a questionable gambling account history since this involves contacting the game provider if your use 3rd party games and it will take a lot of time due to the volume of issue from different website. Just ask them for update regularly so that you will know when the investigation is over. Many issue like this resolved after a couple of months depending on the game provider response to your case.

6 months is also the standard duration even on other casino if your account is subjected for investigation that involves 3rd party games. Most of the time they will question you when you are winning too often on a certain game.
824  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is Stake.com allowed to lock account with $6,000 untill I lose it all? on: July 03, 2023, 04:07:54 PM
Answering the main question, They are allowed to lock your account if they saw something suspicious on your gambling activity. You agree on this when you sign up and check the small box acknowledgin the terms of Stake. Also they didn’t confiscate your balance but just temporarily hold while the KYC verification is ongoing.

You will still have that money if you didn’t lose it by continuos gambling inside the casino. Stake has a vault feature, You should use that to keep safe your balance while waiting so that you will never see your balance frequently while you are accessing the casino.
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy more ETH..... on: July 02, 2023, 08:51:08 PM
Looking at effective price of altcoins ETH has not really record a bad history and very soon ETH will hit way bigger and better, if you have sphere money buy plenty of it and allow it to run for five years and watch what the outcome will be. Let's not surprise when ETH will shook the market cap of world trade many will be made billionaires and by then it will be too late for others you didn't buy at all. In shot begins to store all the relevance altcoin and wait for it. Happy Sunday

Well, Eth is now PoS which means they are not the same decentralized blockchain before because anyone that has huge holdings of Ethereum has the huge impact on blockchain decision making. There’s no miners of it so the hype on this token is not that strong compared before when there’s a lot of interest to the project because of it’s mining profitability. Ethereum smart contract is already used by many blockchains that has a better feature. The current price of Ethereum is still in the top compared to it’s last 5 years price.

I will stock other blockchain project if the goal is long term since Ethereum is like other blockchain already when they change their protocol to PoS.
826  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: July 02, 2023, 06:30:38 PM
If the site even posts information like that, there seems to be a problem on their server because for a site as big as Betnomi, they should be able to redirect the site to the mirror site so that users can still play gambling comfortably.
And let's hope there's no bad news from the Betnomi team because it looks like there are customers who are worried about their funds.
But let's think positively and wait for the results to inform us.
Maybe you can visit their social media page to ask the team directly.
Meanwhile, I checked Betnomi's Twitter page but there was no info regarding the maintenance schedule.

The maintenance is not planned while Betnomi has a lot of exisiting problem on their website including a not functional sportsbook for more a long time as reported by many users before. Also the campaign manager of Betnomi is also having a problem with them about their debt for his service payment so I’m sure that there’s a real problem behind because they are always on time to process payment and maintenance for their website.

The casino is down multiple hours already since the maintenance commence. This will surely create panic to all the players that still has a balance inside the casino.
827  Economy / Gambling / Re: Impossible KYC Requirements - Stake.com - Withholding $6000 USD on: July 02, 2023, 06:26:03 PM
Then please know that op made mention of having passed level 1 and 2 verification before the whole brouhaha started, he was find with his account but after using VPN, I believe that triggered the level 3 and 4 kyc requirements on his account, after submitting the requested documents and getting rejected multiple times, they resetted the whole kyc process on his account, he had to start all over from level 1 again, and right now, he's stuck with level 3 or 4 - not sure which level..

The moral lesson here is to just avoid doing what ever the casino say they don't like, doing so might just be you inviting unnecessary problems into your life, $6000 is not a small amount of money to lose to be honest.
I get that he violated the TOS by using VPN which is always complicated territory, but he did submit KYC repeatedly over the course of a couple of months to prove his legitimacy which is why Stake is still at fault here.

They should either release his funds or clarify why they keep repeatedly KYC in this case in my opinion.

Using a VPN is not forbidden on Stake. This is the common wrong misconception about VPN restriction. The only time VPN is restricted to use when you are on a restricted country that online gambling or you are a citizen of restricted country. To make it simple, VPN is restricted to use if you are using it to bypass the country law that restricting you to play on online casino.

On OP cases, Probably he plays online gambling on Thailand soil using VPN to bypass country restriction. This is the reason why the KYC become harder for him even if he is a citizen of a country that allows gambling.

828  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 02, 2023, 02:11:38 PM
It feels a lot like the market has turned around and is back on the way up. The correction from $30K seemed necessary as you can’t go straight up without gathering an unhealthy amount of leverage. I think we’ll soon be testing the $30K level again. Still no reason to doubt ending the year above $40K.

Dunno, the chart below is the default moving average chart on Binance. TA is a self fulfilling prophecy which means that correction just started and the current price movement only show that a pump to 28K is required to retest MA line to correct more.

I want a more dip correction to shake off more weak hands rather than weak correction that will always gonna shake off again once the 30K level  hit. I want to see the price sideways on 26K area for a long time then hard AF green dildo to 30K above.

What you want, and what king daddy gonna do may well be two different stories.

In udder wurds:

Best to prepare for a variety of scenarios rather than getting worked up whether the price might go up or down in the short term, when it is a 50/50 call at best in the best of circumstances, and currently there is not really any way to expect "down before up" or that the correction that we just had is all of the correction that you are going to get.

In udder wurds:

Too bad you sold too many coins too soon, you expecting down that might not happen, and maybe, in order to commensurate, join forces with Philip and hope that he may well have sold more than you did and even at lower prices that you did.

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Shouldn't be selling coins when we are largely at historically low prices, and if you do sell some, it is better NOT to be expecting the price to go down because you may or may not be able to buy them back cheaper or even at the price in which you sold them, whatever that might have had been.

I just remember this post of mine again after seeing this thread on my show new replies tab. My price speculation that time plays well according to my prediction and I manage to bag more Bitcoin when price dip on the price area that I’m waiting since I made this post.   Wink
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TrumpCoin - Making Crypto Great Again! on: July 01, 2023, 05:11:09 PM
I saw a tweet recently where Elon Musk make a poll asking the twitter community if they would want to see trump back on twitter. Perhaps if that eventually happens, the first thing Trump will tweet about is this shitcoin so it will pump 2000% and also make American great again.   Grin
Honestly I won't be surprise when suddenly this shitcoin will start pumping, crypto is full of the unexpected.

Meme coins is market is full of project that is just leeching on current trend either personality, cartoon, or anything that is viral online. What really surprised me is the volume of liquidity being staked on the liquidity pool of this garbage token because some random meme coin that is newly listed on DEX sometimes get 1M or more liquidity which is a sign that many people still trust investing this coin.

If I’m not mistaken, Trump coin or meme coin is already popular when he became president. This meme coin is just reviving it’s popularity after the recent action of Elon about supporting Trump to regain control of his Twitter account that is banned during the previous ownership before Elon bought Twitter.
830  Other / Meta / Re: Self-moderated topics - nice feature or should it get banned? on: July 01, 2023, 05:05:17 PM
Self-moderated topics is the only way to have a proper discussion on topics that you really want. Due to the existence of forum signature ampaign, There’s a lot of user that keep dipping their noses on topic that they don’t have any good knowledge just to give an opinion especially on highly sensitive topic. Self-moderated topic helps the OP to filter all the acceptable replies for him to focus discussion on it instead of being flooded by nonsensical post that doesn't contain value.

831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: July 01, 2023, 02:55:10 PM
Anyway thanks yeah, I might follow this thread a little just to get some idea of what's going on when I need to make predictions (but I guess as you say it's hard to decide which team goes through it always seems 50-50.
Dota 2 is a tough game these days, you'll never know who'll win honestly. Even a champ can be beaten by an unknown team.

This kind of thing is definitely happening, many teams out there who have the same ability to be the same as proplayer or even they are stronger than the pro player who always follows the tournament and then the surface and surprise many teams that have long been working on Esport Dota.
And or the unknown team, it has already seen how the pattern of games that are often used by the famous team so that they have a gap to defeat even big teams, this returns to the macro and micro skills of players and gameplay analysis on their opponents.
For fans of this MOBA game with a shocking team's arrival like that certainly makes it exciting and interesting to watch, but for bettors for us it makes us confused to force beting or just watching, because the probability is 50:50. Grin

Quest team is not an unknown team because it keeps winning lower tier tournament and ATF is playing pos 3 on this team. Quest beat Team Secret on the Riyadh Master qualifiers that makes this team a silent beast on this tournament because this is their first Tier 1 tournament appearance but the roster is definitely full of experienced players with high level play.

I'm really surprised when I do background check on this team right after their solid performance against GG.
832  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will fall or rise? $30400 the recent price on: July 01, 2023, 01:00:40 PM
After the SEC did not want to approve bitcoin spot ETF, bitcoin fall from $31000 back to $30400 as of today price. Bitcoin has been staying between $29400 and $31250 since many days. The support as been at $30000 while the resistance as been at $31000. The market is difficulty to know which position to take. What are you people predicting that bitcoin price would be? Is bitcoin breaking the resistance and increase above $31000 which could take the price to $35000, or bitcoin price is getting back to $25000 again?
The chance of rise is high compared to falling since the price is already stable above the recent strong resistance which is the 30K mark. Bitcoin will already dip if the current price is temporary since this is new territory price for Bitcoin after the long dump from ATH.

I’m confident that the price will keep increasing while 30K will be the strong support now. The price might move blow 30K like 29K something but price will quickly recover during this dip scenario. We might see 31K above on the following weeks since we are already on accumulating phase after we break the 30K resistance.
833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: turn $40,000 into $4,000,000 with me (Record 2-0) | $115,364 on: July 01, 2023, 12:55:52 PM
Bankroll: $115,364

Bet #2: Bucheon FC 1995 - Gimcheon Sangmu OVER 2.5 GOALS @ 1.91 | $60,400 TO WIN $54,964

A shaky first half but a solid 2nd half to get us our 2nd win in a row!

Congratulations to your recent win. I read bunch of replies here and I’m interested to know too on what’s gonna happened if you will manage to hit the 4M target? Will your sponsor get 50% of your total bankroll or you will have gave them a certain amount and the rest will be by yours? You mention the sponsorship on the bottm of your thread that means you have an agreement to these people in regards to the outcome of your betting journey. I think that you can hit the 1M mark with this kind of early luck.

Good luck!
834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: turn $40,000 into $4,000,000 with me (Record 0-0) | $40,000 on: July 01, 2023, 02:25:32 AM
Special shoutout to married couple Joel and Fernanda for sponsoring this challenge!

Kinda wonder why they would want to sponsor this

Probably he has a good win streak and profit record based on his previous post. He might be busted at some point of his all-in bet but he is really good on building his bankroll from small to huge amount. He only have a problem when he is close to goal.

A sponsorship on this kind of crazy bets is really insane. It’s such a waste for this couple if they really provided this starting bankroll of OP.
835  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: June 30, 2023, 05:08:41 PM
Even if it's alluring, lets not sugarcoat it - sports betting isnt your ticket to quick wins. The house has an advantage, and unpredictability looms even with deep insights into a sport or eSports. Surprising injuries, shifting performances, unanticipated strategies, and plain bad luck can transform well-thought bets into losses.

And let's consider market overcrowding. As sports betting draws more people, competition hardens. Early entrants may profit, but late joiners get leftovers. The grass may look greener over there, but that's just because its loaded with a lot of BS!

House will always win no matter what is the result because there’s a house edge on each bet as you can see when you compute most if the EV per bet picks that usually result to negative. Also we are not directly competing against the house when we bet since there’s other player that betting on the other side that will determine the odds of each pick.

You just need to focus on the sports that you are betting since overcrowding will not gonna affect the result of your bet. It’s still based on the first itself and we bettirs are just placing bets as an observer.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Yield farming vs Staking on: June 30, 2023, 03:49:06 PM

What I want to know is if "yield farming" is better than staking. An overview of the advantages/disadvantages between the two would be nice. Any clarifications would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Smiley

Yield Farming is another Form of Staking because you can farm yield by Staking on Liquidity etc. They are the same with just multiple number of other use case. Staking is now the term use on DeFi for farming and not only from it’s original use of delegation. Staking on DeFi is now more frequent to use rather than staking on blockchain for validation.

Yield farming on your context includes a lot of risk but also produce high yield while Staking is safe if you stake on trusted validator but slow return. I will go for DeFi staking if you will do this in short term investment.
837  Economy / Gambling / Re: Impossible KYC Requirements - Stake.com - Withholding $6000 USD on: June 30, 2023, 03:42:55 PM
as already mentioned by other users, I don't think this is the real risk (lost 6000 USD).
If I remember correctly KYC checks are managed directly by stake or by a third party?
In any case, I'm probably only seeing some misunderstandings and it's only a matter of time (and some clarification) that this issue can be fixed.

it would also nice if someone from your country has passed tier 3/4 KYC (maybe it should be asked directly in stake forum...)

I never done KYC on Stake but the KYC method shown by the OP looks like done by Stake itself since all the documents required is directly sent to Stake team via email or the live from OP while a 3rd party KYC usually redirect you on a KYC portal and submit the documents without further discussion.

it would also nice if someone from your country has passed tier 3/4 KYC (maybe it should be asked directly in stake forum...)

Agreed with this suggestion. This case is very sensitive and most of the user here only knew general knowledge about Stake.
838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Solana hit $40 this year? on: June 29, 2023, 06:21:59 PM
Maybe in the future it will going yo reach 40$ but for now i think it is hard for solana to reach that far the current price is above 20$ we need another 20$ rise to reach 40$ which is really impossible at this point of time since btc is stock on 30k$ at price,if btc rise up to 60k$ solana will have a chance to reach 40$ the problem is we don't know when will be the exact time of the next bull season.

Yeah, the possibility is always open for this project,

but the accurate time frame that's something that we can't predict.
As of this moment, SOL is moving good currently positive since BTC is also moving up a bit,

if Bitcoin starts a huge pump and will reach the last time high, we might see SOL to move as well and reach $40, depending on how the supporters and investors will push the price and continue the support, they will attract more additional investors to help the value to
spike up more.

SBF drained a lot of liquidity on Solana ecosystem also SBF is the main reason why this blockchain project pump so hard because he drive liquidity on this project from VC due to his influence. I’m surprised seeing Solana price still above 1$ regardless of SBF fraud activity on all the project he became involved.

I think VC and some retails is just holding to wait for new investors to enter and use it as exit liquidity to the price which they originally purchased their token. There's a lof of good decentralized blcokchain out there compared to this centralized blockchain. I think BSC is far better in Solana since it has a better organic liquidity that comes from retail investors. Solana is still a ticking time bomb for this current price. I doubt it will reach 40$ this without Bitcoin reaching new ATH.
839  Economy / Economics / Re: Am I a bad person if I manage to avoid taxes? (Hypothetical question) on: June 29, 2023, 06:15:07 PM
So, my legitimate question is, after all the robbery, a person, who doesn't pay taxes, is a bad person for the society or not? More likely I want to get answer from those whose countries have a model similar of European healthcare and employment insurance.

Tax evasion is a financial crime no matter how you justify how the government is being unfair charging taxes because the law is absolute that's why lawmakers needs to approve it first before it will be implemented. I think you are looking a validation for your point from person that will accept your ideology.

But as a normal person abiding the law, Imho any for of tax evasion according to your country law will make you a bad person no matter what is your reason because you are not following the law.

840  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Luck is what you need in gambling but you have to get to work with trading on: June 26, 2023, 04:26:20 PM
Gambling is in general an entertainment business. Casinos like ours provide players with the thrill of the chase, however, for some it grows into addiction. Healthy gambling with good risk management and size control can be quite a pleasurable (and sometimes even cheaper) experience compared to going out and partying.

Nice advertisement for gambling since you are from a casino but still I don't consider gambling better than going in to party because having a social life is still the best source of entertainment than soaking myself on bets that gives me risk. No offense but I really enjoy playing gambling, in fact I'm always gambling right after I meet my friends for a couple of drinks but I won't partying to gambling because it gives more entertainment to socialize with other people.

But hey, We different preference in terms of how we get entertainment.
