201  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can i Bitcoin or not on: January 09, 2020, 04:16:36 PM
I realy want to buy Bitcoin i have 5000$ give good idea plz
The price of bitcoin is cheap now. If you want to buy bitcoin firstly you can signup an account a reputable exchanges like binance..etc. Keep your account's passward safely, don't share others peoples.

Another possible way to make investment in bitcoin and for you not to worry is to try to split your 5k dollar USD and invest it to bitcoin in different times, such as weekly, or even per month, just to make sure that you are diversifying your investment to hit high market price, medium, and low. Which turns out to be fair for you and you being in the median. Because allot of newbies are investing in just one time, and when their money didn't grow, they became frustrated. So to avoid this, diversification of investment is needed.
202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Do Women Want? More Educational Materials Before Investing in Bitcoin on: January 08, 2020, 01:18:51 PM
That is based from the article, but to look at the present condition we have now, more males are present in investing in cryptocurrency because we are exposed to taking risk and investment. In addition, females aren't having that much push and motivation to invest. But I am not saying men are brave holistically, but there are also females approaching bitcoin investment in a positive way.

On the other hand, more educational materials should not just for the Women, but should also be focus on teaching our youth no matter what their gender is, to be aware and knowledgeable to cryptocurrency.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning for newbies on: January 08, 2020, 01:06:29 PM
It is plain and simple, just be vigilant, make all decision supported by facts and research. Because at this era, scammers and fraudster are more intelligent than most people what more if they are newbies in the field of cryptocurrencies? I am not saying they shouldn't believe on anyone here, but the best thing to do is to make use of the trust system we've established on this forum. And make sure to ask them because their experience is more powerful than the knowledge of these scammers.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High price but no volume on: January 08, 2020, 12:33:29 PM
If the condition of having a high price and no volume is evident, in my opinion, it is based on the projects developer that set that market price to that extent, knowing that there will be not much people to buy and accumulate volumes of their altcoins, true value could be seen from cryptocurrencies which is having huge volumes because it means that the price is reasonable depending on the demand of the altcoin in the market. With the huge price without volume simply means hyped, but is weak in stability.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why you need to store your money in your hands! on: January 07, 2020, 05:56:17 PM
If that is the case then we could celebrate for that freezed BTC as happy as how binance is celebrating with regard to the frozen BTC, in which for us will be hodled there for a long time. But in the case of the owner of the BTC, this is devastating. Most of us just trade and if we trade with someone not reputable, frauds to be exact, and our funds become frozen, I do not think it is our responsibility to bare the lost, it is quite unreasonable right? What I could advise is when we are dealing with somebody here with a huge amount or somehow doubtful, we could freely utilize technology service such as mixers to make sure bitcoins will be clean since in the first place we know in ourselves that we are doing legal business here.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next big thing in crypto? on: January 07, 2020, 05:02:27 PM
Aside from bitcoin halving, the next big thing in cryptocurrency that I highly believe would come true this 2020 is a massive adoption of cryptocurrency wherein it could be considered the start of the cryptocurrency age. People would certainly be curious about why many people are having profits and how they could make their transactions online even faster than ever. And more news concerning cryptocurrency would open up the world for the bright future.

One thing I am not really agreeing into, is to see the market getting higher market price while tension between nations is getting bigger. Isn't it that cryptocurrency is meant to make us united? If so, I prefer lower market price but cryptocurrency with value.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will any new project will do payment with ETH ? on: January 07, 2020, 04:37:17 PM
If a new project will run through the smart contract from ethereum, then it is reasonable for us to think that they will enable payment with ETH. But most of the time, projects getting launched is allowing bitcoin, LTC, Ethereum and XRP as a payment or investment.

Though, it will not be the best factor that will determine the success of that particular project, no matter what is the currency, if investor find the project really promising, probably, even if they buy using ethereum, bitcoin and such, it will not matter the most.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the price of Altcoin be good in 2020? on: January 07, 2020, 04:01:13 PM
In cryptocurrency, the odds to tell if an altcoin will be profitable or not is too high. Predicting its price goes the same but it is not limited because we all have the means to access sites and observe these altcoins by ourselves and even without the influence of others that might manipulate us.

Price of altcoins could increase and decrease depending on many factors concerning the particular project behind it. Many of us either, are also considering all altcoins are tied with one another but is really is not. So, I am thinking why OP is asking this kind of question and I've come up to conclusion that he might be trying to find profitable altcoin this 2020. My friend, focus on altcoins that you could observe carefully. Do not see them holistically and you, yourself could determine if they could be bullish or not, just make use of the internet.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will binance reach $23 as per experts prediction? on: January 07, 2020, 12:17:28 PM
With the recent news concerning the tension between US and Iran, trading could not be the mainstream action people will do as a response to the scenario, it is quite a long term hodling will be possible so exchange coins such as the BNB will not be utilized too often or mainstream, because of the said long term action. With this, I think bitcoin, ethereum, and XRP would be the best cryptocurrency to consider at this time. But let us not take away the fact that every cryptocurrency could have potential to be profitable in the future.
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Affection of War to Bitcoin? on: January 06, 2020, 03:41:58 PM
No one is totally owning the internet or having the most power over the internet as it is based solely on our discretion to believe things and propaganda that people are telling the world via internet. Though, the safest way to store our money basically is the internet, I believe there will be a time where banks could be shut of and cryptocurrency would be a great help to sustain living, or if internet could be compromised because of the war, it is because the ISP's aren't working anymore, thus, it will still serve to keep our money on the network and will be considered as the most reliable storage of our bitcoins.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could this be a bullish sign as halving approaches? on: January 06, 2020, 03:28:45 PM
We'll just cross the bridge when we get there. This year 2020 has just began and many more happenings to expect to. Its a promising year and we always hope for the best to happen. We'll just wait and see and prepare to whatever it can bring. As long as we have something to look forward to, all others are bonus.

Btc is bound to reach the highest price of at least 6 digits the only thing we dont know is when. 2020 maybe a great year for cryptocurrency because as you said there's a lot of good things to look forward to including the good news and the btc halving coming up on may all of these are bringing good impact to the market price. For sure there will be another great run for btc this year.

If that is to happen this 2020, I think people will probably be late again to see the market increase in bitcoin, allot of us focuses on short term gain, and I observe even to my friends that instead of a long term hodling, they prefer to sell the bitcoins they have just with the short and small price increase which I find not the best move from the reasons we need to take into considerations just like the bitcoin halving. I do really think that the tension to really matter for a short trade though what is more important are the long term trade that will give us the best profits.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is buying Bitcoin in Iran? on: January 06, 2020, 02:59:07 PM
War is a great danger. People buy gold during wartime. But how to carry a huge amount of gold. Bitcoin transfer is much easier. Bitcoin may be preferred in such cases. War is a bad thing, I hope not. Demand for Bitcoin may increase.

And in addition, Gold might be captured and be taken away, unlike bitcoin, it is easy to carry around like a USB stick, and most of all, it is secured and could be there no matter where you are around the globe. With such issues concerning war, we might experience inflation rate because of high demand for goods, but what is profitable are the investment platforms because of the fear by people to save their assets.

In this case, it could be considered the main reason for now, on why bitcoin is acting bullish.
213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: STOP BUYING BITCOIN NOW!!! This coin is crap on: January 06, 2020, 09:00:00 AM
Would it be better to believe that since most of the mining facilities are owned by chinese, this is a positive implicatiom that bitcoin is in good hands in terms of population and adoption? Because most of the time, we suffer from lack pf support and with all the support given by chinese people, we have strong nodes and huge hashes to have reliable transaction though, one thing I doesn't like is the power consumption of bitcoin and its effect to our environment.
214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme, then fiat is a get poor slow scheme on: January 06, 2020, 08:44:32 AM
It is totally a different manner if we see it in a holistic point of view. Most people see bitcoin and cryptocurrency as an investment platform not the usual fiat where our money's value is fixed at the rate provided and determined by the economy we have. In some sense people see the value of stable coins but it is in fact a widely accepted facts that bitcoi  and cryptocurrency is a quick eich sceheme mainly because we can't deny its volatility.
215  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mainstream businesses/stores which accept Lightning Network payments? on: January 05, 2020, 09:06:48 AM
We are not mainstream (yet) but we are experimenting with a lightning network and our own node on the marketplace. The goal is to test micropayments on our e-commerce store but larger transactions will still use on-chain BTC or LTC transactions.

our link: https://market.total.exchange

This would be a good starting point to implement the lightning network and to possibly make transaction easier. Because the problem we are facing now is high transaction fees and low speed of transaction. If ever this e-commerce idea is implemented to the physical stores nationwide and world wide. I do really think more adoption would take place especially followed by various Bitcoin ATM machines that will allow ordinary people to try bitcoin out and see how good our system is.
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to know if a bitcoin trading is worth trusting? on: January 05, 2020, 08:09:02 AM
No one in the world could possibly earn around 500 to 5000 dollars in just 5 days, or else you would invest in the time frame from 2017 of november and cash out from december 20... Though, with other platforms of investment without you having the private keys, I don't think you should entertain them, because this forum will open and enable yourself to learn how to avoid scams and frauds, if you wouldn't mind, I suggest you to visit beginners thread and visit your local board too.
217  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gifting satoshis to future generations on: January 05, 2020, 07:55:49 AM
I also have think that storing my cryptocurrency for my grandchild would be a great idea because it might have a good value in the future, but i also started to think that if i store it in my online wallet it could get hacked in the future. Thanks to Federico Tenga, he gaves me an idea how to store my crypto in the future generations, since every devices always upgrades you need to make a device that can also be compatible in the future.

You know what's good with that idea? It is the capability of you to export the private keys if you want it to, so the compatibility issues could be solved in the near future. Though, I do not think the USB port and some compatibility issue could be a problem anytime soon, because I assume this is already the standard in having connection between external drive and the computers we have. Though presenting allot of converters do really help our drives to be usable in the future.
218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? Solved! on: January 05, 2020, 06:59:56 AM
One thing for sure, before bitcoin is implemented, people behind it surely does plan it very well. But even if we don't know Satoshi, I think it is the best for us not to know him at all, they created bitcoin for the world and now, since it is open source, everybody could have a contribution and it will work without him. As long as we continue to believe on it, we don't need to see him for us to benefit. And to avoid misleading people claiming they are satoshi in their own ways.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we can introduce bitcoin to local people on: January 04, 2020, 12:44:58 PM
Before it happened to be widely accepted, a person should first be literate to computers and technology. Introducing bitcoin directly to the locals will  be hard if we don't have any knowledge about computers and such. With this, one good strategy to introduce bitcoin is to directly tell them bitcoin usage through seminars and also, to consider letting them know crypto indirectly through inspiring them with bitcoin atm and bitcoin availability in many transactions.
220  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halving, who's closest with actual Nrs TAKE A CHANCE on the LIST !!! on: January 04, 2020, 11:30:06 AM
6701-6750

That'a my prediction since it doesn't seem that BTC would be bullish for this first quarter.
