341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why are you gambling? on: November 26, 2019, 11:13:10 PM
I think, buying Crypto is like gambling ?
Not necessarily. Buying crypto is called investing. Gambling and investing differes in many ways. First way: gambling requires pure luck while investment requires knowledge and patience. Second way: gambling is risker than investing. Third way: you can double your money in gambling and lose it too within a minute while in investing, you have to wait for weeks/ days/ or months.
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think altcoins will be used for in the future. on: November 25, 2019, 05:11:52 AM
The only place I think altcoins has a future in is gambling, normal gambling but first and foremost e-betting.I can not see how it will take over  from normal currency's in the world of buying or selling any other goods then btc. The main reason I think this is that nobody wants to be that guy that bought two pizzas for 10000 btc 5 years from now, so i cant really see what else it has a real future in. But that is only my opinion, What do you guys think?
Altcoins are good alternatives for e-commerce too. Some altcoins such as XRP are good coin for instant transactions. It processed faster than Bitcoin and charges lower fee. The main reason why people would prefer Bitcoin still is because of its integrity, security, and volume of its holders/traders.
343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have control or not? on: November 24, 2019, 12:52:45 PM
Can you consciously and willingly stop gambling at any time?
If you can do the above, you have great control and discipline, of course you are not an addict and you deserve to gamble as much as you want.
If not, clarify your ways of stopping gambling.
Definitely yes but it should be necessary. So far, there is no reason for me to stop gambling such everything I do here is managable and tolerable. Another thing, I'm making profit. Perhaps in real soon once the odds turns against on me too much, maybe I should stop and consider looking for alternatives to make my time productive.
344  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Altcoins- kita o lugi? on: November 24, 2019, 11:11:51 AM

345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble with a controlled mindset on: November 24, 2019, 04:31:12 AM
Not just in gamble even in trading, for those who trade and not gamble too much. Controlled mindset is really needed. You must know when to stop and not be greedy when you already won. Some people got problem due to depression or guilt and regret in their decisions. They won already and still decide to continue until it all loss. So better set your focus in everything you do.

Easier said than done Cheesy it's really hard to predict what a person would do in such tempting situations lol. I myself tell others to know when to stop but in past I myself has hugely lost because of this same ever increasing greed xD
Perhaps you can perevent that if you limit yourself before you gamble. For instance, divide your budget you can afford to lose wethere if it's anually, monthly, daily, weekly or whatsoever. Play at small time thus even though you get tempted to risk all, it's fine because we are just humans in which we tend to use our emotion rather than our mind.
346  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Important Warning Blockchain Email Hacker "BIoϲkϲhain Reϲeived" on: November 24, 2019, 12:44:32 AM
Recently I received many suspicious emails From e-mail addresses have nothing to do with blockchain so it should be noted not to click on those messages to protect your account from hacking
Did anyone else come across those letters

Real Blockchain wallet doesn't email you something like this based on my experience. All of their emails are just for newsletters and alerts everytime you log in or everytime someone trying to access your wallet. It's better to just block that certain email address thus phishing or whatsoever can be avoided that risks your privacy and securuity.
347  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: MAY CHANCE BA NA MADEFEAT NG XRP ANG BTC BILANG TOP 1? on: November 23, 2019, 08:12:57 PM

349  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So traders, how much You lose? on: November 20, 2019, 02:45:15 PM
So Everybody like to talk about winning and profits.... But traders honestly how much You are losing?  Daily weekly Monthly?

Im sure the Beginners lose coz of FOMO.
It's hard to tell specially if you've been trading for a lomg time. There is really no certain or average loss because everything comes unexpectedly and your expectations may not be met by what will actually happen in the future. In addition, look back at your loss but look for your profit thus you'll be inspired to trade with a good mind set and proper risk management.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What type of Cryptocurrency is used in the Deep Web for transactions? on: November 20, 2019, 01:33:05 PM
I know that the deep web mainly uses cryptos as a means of transactions for people who want to buy things over there, but what type of cryptos are mainly used when making those transactions? It’s just a curious question I have in my mind.

Any crypto coin that is decentralized and anonymous, including Bitcoin. Some users are also using mixers in order to fully block someone from tracing the private/exclusive transaction. This is the reason why a lot of mixers are currently existing and being watched by the government at the same time. On the other hand, I don't think they can stop them in making anymous transactions since there are a lot of alternatives also.
351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with Fiat or Crypto? on: November 19, 2019, 11:47:15 PM
Mostly, everybody is sharing the same crypto gambling journey here on how it all started and how it went.

I agree as I have not seen anyone here promoting his fiat gambling sites, maybe some of us have tried fiat gambling but I'm pretty sure we share that same experience telling that crypto gambling is better than fiat gambling.
We can tell it was better cause we are in the internet era and most likely more gamblers are preferred to play online gambling rather than offline casinos. We are already in the advancement of technology, it is good also to maximize the use of our crypto. And these gambling innovations will lead us to a better gambling experience and in our very comfortable zone.
Majority of high rollers are still using offline casinos for a reason. Some of themd doesn't feel the enjoyment in gambling online but there are plenty of people who prefer to gamble online for the sake of convenience and anonimity. We can really say that online gambling is the furure way to gamble but we can't deny the fact that offline casino still gives more enjoyment since we experience it personally. On the other hand, both of them are useful depending on the person's availability and satisfaction.
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any clue why whales are pumping shit coins at DEX? on: November 19, 2019, 10:41:35 PM
As you know , if you are trading at Dex you could easily see x100 pumps . After that pump, price down to usual point. So what is that meaning?  If any whale wants to collect the tokens, there are many better ways to collect them more cheaper. Any clue ? is that money laundring?
It's not money laundering but it'a actually their strategy to easily manipulate the market, making profit from the weak hands that already bought that particular shitcoin at its high price. It's not difficult to understand since what they are doing isn't difficult specially if that shitcoin is only available in one exchange only.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have a $ 500 fund you want to make a profit on: November 19, 2019, 12:04:35 AM
I have $ 500 or more, is that enough to invest or trade daily ??  Do I need to buy cheap coins or expensive coins?  I want your opinion for me as a newbie.

That's enough for both trading and investment; actually it's too much for the start because understanding how it works doesn't demand that much but it's up to you. For buying coins, a lot of factors are needed to be considered thus the tendency of loss could be lessen or avoided if possible which in this market doesn't exist because everybody suffer and benefit from the bullish and bearish market (even the whales that that they are calling). For the simplest factor, determine the background of its price chart. Don't consider a chart that always go down from its start wherein it doesn't benefit even in time of bullish market; that's probably a dead/shit coin.
354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you become a better or a worse person after you started gambling on: November 18, 2019, 09:01:16 PM
Are you a much better person now that you are gambling or you turn up worse after you started gambling, we are talking about the character here, there's people who became worse after starting gambling, while some people become a good decision-maker and had more control because of gambling so which version are you.
It actually makes me a better person because it teaches me that risk management is too important in putting your money at stake. Through gambling, I was able to have more control in doing trading as well though the approach is obviously different. Gambling has indeed a negative side such as it triggers greediness that can make a person miserable but at the end of the day, it still depends on a person and if a person has a good control then he'll belong to small percentage of gamblers who are profitable in general.
355  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins or Bitcoin? on: November 18, 2019, 12:59:07 AM
The fact that altcoins like ETH, BCH and others are slowly gaining more use has made me thinking. If somebody were to HODL one currency, what could it be?
A 100% altcoin portfolio? Or a 100% bitcoin portfolio?
Or do you support holding multiple crypto coin holding?
For the mean time, I think it's better to have 100% Bitcoin portfolio for me because the december month is near thus there could be a lot of surprise and Bitcoin could be overwhelmed at that time and if that happens your money in Bitcoin could increase or gain decent value in a short period of time. This december month seems to be bullish month. Better to buy back some altcoins by next year IMO once the market becomes bearish.
356  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you use FB's Libra? on: November 17, 2019, 11:41:10 PM

With so many controversies arising from this tech giant's ambitious actions, we never truly asked the most important question.

Would the people actually use Libra should it be approved by the congress?
Certainly yes, Facebook's Libra has a lot of advantage despite of its advantage. A lot of people have different opinion on this but at the end of the day, its successful still depends on their actions. I personally don't like Libra's platfrom because it's centralized, I don't feel that I'm really in control of my money once I'm holding it. The major reason why I'm using crypto it's because it's decentralized and disallowing that feature will just make me think of using real banks and remittances instead.
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: November 17, 2019, 10:57:36 PM
I have been in the crypto world since a long time but i have not been able to make my portfolio and never earned anything...i dont have much cash that i can buy many different coins....i have only 0.01 btc right now Embarrassed
Please tell me ways if there are any to earn some different types of altcoins to slowly build up my portfolio with some valuable coins...
There are two types of earning in crypto; through free and through not free. The way of earning wherein it's free can be acquired through joining bounty campaigns, signature campaigns, airdrop, and faucets. On the other hand the ways to earn wherein it's not free thus you must use your own money to make it grow are through trading, mining, masternode, gambling, and investing in altcoins/ICO/IEO.
358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling on: November 16, 2019, 10:11:32 PM
It's hard to take a break from gambling if it's become a habit, what's your Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling, in my case my longest days of break from gambling is 30 days when I take a vacation from a place when there are no casinos, and no internet connection.
My longest break in gambling is certainly 3 months. It happens because I was busy in doing my thesis at that time and I'm also doing various translations that must be submitted within the given deadline otherwise that job would be given to others. It's too difficult to manage gambling when you're busy.
359  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to learn bitcoin trading? on: November 15, 2019, 10:02:33 AM
I have invested in bitcoin, and i would like to learn about trading bitcoin to hopefully maximize both my current and future investments.

Since i am completely new to the world of crypto i would appreciate it if more knowledgable people have any good resources or tips to share. Both for (hopefully) profiting from trading, and for practical tips on how to reduce fees, maximize security in a practical manner and anything else that is necessary and/or helpful in my quest to accumulate bitcoin.
There are a lot of ressources you can find in the internet. If someone gives you specific links, you might just be limited at it and possibly you won't explore more by yourself. Most of successful traders don't actually pay for traning, seminars, or even books in order for them to acheive what they got today.
360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Projects Scamming Bounty Hunters on: November 15, 2019, 08:45:54 AM
A lot of projects are scamming Bounty Hunters and taking Bounty hunters for a ride. What can we do to stop this?
Unfortunately, bounty participants can't stop these scam projects but rather we can avoid it thus our effort won't be wasted for nothing. Scam projects are not new in crypto, it exsisted even before the boom of ICO way back in 2017. It's not a new problem that we can not experience if we'll choose wisely.
