641  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pinoy takot paren sa crypto-investing? on: August 09, 2019, 06:47:32 AM
642  Economy / Economics / Re: hackers becoming smarter than exchanges? on: August 09, 2019, 01:33:28 AM
Hackers becoming more smarter its not true, they are good knowledge they implemented on time they utilise their time more focused way , and peoples are not fullly aware about their planing so we are missed to caught them their activity so first of all we can improve our knowledge and improve our security they just take advantage of weak point just.and exchanges not full secured by cyber attack so first improve our knowledge .and recognised the all action of hackers and to fail them on the spot .
Hackers' mind set is dynamic. There are a lot of possibilities and methods they can use in order to penetrate through the security of an exchange. Even the most secured thing in this world is not vulnerable free at all as innovation makes hacking do anything possible. On the other hand aside from improving our security, it's also important to choose wisely whom should be trusted or not. By this way, the risk of being hacked tend to be lesser.
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: August 09, 2019, 12:38:34 AM
Simply because lottery has the biggest jackpot prize, based on my experience that doesn't cost too much. Although your probability of being a victim of lightning is higher than hitting tha jackpot combination in a lottery, people still give a shot since the ticket prize doesn't make them regretful. Another factor is also its legality as it's supported by government in some countries thus people won't worry much even though they are gambling enthusiast or not.
644  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Technical Analysis Bullshit or Not? on: August 08, 2019, 11:59:01 PM
It's not bullshit because it helps you to analyze and understand the market movement only based on chart; regardless if you have some news for the certain market you're trading with. It's the second most important thing to be considered next to risk management. Also, technical analysis in any kind of market ie. Stock, Forex, and Crypto is must as a trader don't just trade with guts thinking.
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is popular, what do you think? Will you participate? on: July 29, 2019, 07:03:03 AM
IEO is juat a modified form of ICO. I actually resigned pariticipating in ICO when I realised it has become a money making medium for scammers and I'm not sure I will change my decision because ICO has now turned  IEO.
They are different in terms of raising their tokens. Although IEO is still risky, it's still better than ICO because in ICO you don't really have no idea if you investment will be listed in the marktet. On the other hand in IEO, you have more assurance because it's being raisded through and exchange wherein scamming is unlikely to happen specially if it was partnered with strong foundation exchanger.
646  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best advice you ever heard in case of investments and all on: July 28, 2019, 10:14:10 AM
“Be earful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.” - Warren Buffett. This quote motivates me everday with my investments. This keep my mind set intact as many FUD may come amidst my journey in investment. It's very necessary that you don't just go with the flow because if you keep it in your mind then you don't decide by yourself, leading you most likely to loss.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT Tether safe? on: July 28, 2019, 08:31:59 AM
For me it is but I won't keep it for long term. I admit it that I'm still doubted to USDT since I don't know how it's backed by USD (how it works); all I can see is that it's being used by top crypto exchangers which is helpful for traders like me to deal with in case I feel like BTC could probably dump suddenly. I still trust BTC more than any other else.
648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Perfect Dice experience on: July 28, 2019, 06:29:09 AM
Hey,

I was wondering about Dice games lately and what makes people choose particular platforms to play. I have my own reasons, but I'm really curious if yours are similar.

So my question is: What makes you choose the particular Dice platform and what are the most important aspects that makes you stay on it?

Bests,
bur4n

It's very simple, easy, at quick to play at the same time. Dice game is like sportsbetting; the difference is that sportsbetting is making you wait for the result of the game. Most likely a time being consumed per game is a minimum of one hour. In dice game, there are 2 things possible you ended up with. Either you win or lose. This is a perfect kinda game for a short time gambler/s.
649  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Warning! Be careful with messages that receive money on: July 28, 2019, 04:21:59 AM
I'm also receiving this type of phising email and what I do is just block the sender and report him/her. It's also important to think for a while before clicking a link from an email. I think they got my email from the website I registered for bounty. To avoid receiving this kind of email, I tend to use more than 2 email accounts. In this way, receiving any malicious email for my personal account is unlikely to happen.
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Suggest me some Good Altcoin for longterm Hold on: July 28, 2019, 02:58:39 AM
I have some eth.Everybody know many altcoin price bottom now.Do you recommened to buy Dent ,Waves ,PPT,Strat for longterm Investment.Or suggest me Your best altcoin which is bottom now.
It's quite riskier rather than holding BTC, ETH, and XRP. These top 3 coinmarketcap coins are less volatile than the example coins you've said. Less volatile means more stable giving you a lesser chance of losing money. Also, a lot of marketplace are accepting the top 3 coins that I've mentioned. In future, more demands are expected with these coins.
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are airdrops safe? on: July 28, 2019, 01:46:22 AM
The way they usually work is they give you some string and you sign it to prove you own the address.

Could a malicious air drop make a transaction sending all your BTC to them, and then you sign it, and then they broadcast it to the network?
Or is signing a message different than signing a transaction?
If you're just signing up and doing such tasks without downloading any malicious software/files/other stuffs then there's no way they can acess your BTC. In terms of your privacy issue ie. they are requiring you to input your address, then think about it twice. Nothing can hack or scam you if your informations are secured and protected well.

653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your private keys on: July 27, 2019, 08:37:52 AM
I prefer to save in via notepad and store the information in a flash drive; not in my computer because I'm not the only user in my computer as my classmates use it also when we do a research. Then I keep my flashdrive safe through storing it in my mini safe bolt that I'm the only one who has the acess with.
654  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much do you think the President’s recent comments have hurt bitcoin prices? on: July 27, 2019, 07:57:01 AM
I think that its recent comments about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies will discourage many people to buy or trade this coins, because he have so many followers and fans around the world, and already its Twitter account is very popular.
But I believe that BTC price will go up despite these comments because its community is also very big.
Perhaps for the future investors who are considering to invest in Bitcoin and also a fan of Trump at the same time. However those who are investors that are already fan of Bitcoin and Trump wouldn't be discouraged and also those who believe in Bitcoin and not a fan of Trump. In my point of view since US citizens are one of the largest investors in Bitcoin, it may hurt a lot to Bitcoin's price.
655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is $25 XLM worth your privacy (identify). on: July 27, 2019, 06:21:31 AM
As a low profile, for me it's worth it and I have done a lot of KYC in different bounty projects so it's not a problem. I get your point that it's hard to trust somebody online even with the largest crypto exchange. However we somehow risk it for our own good also. Nevertheless, if you have a decent title that you're nurturing then don't dare to risk it for $25; very simple.
656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Preferred crypto betting site ? on: July 27, 2019, 03:13:00 AM
Which crypto betting site is the best in your opinion ? Do you prefer sites that use large cryptocurrencies or platform which use their own token ? Why ? We would love to hear your opinion on this subject.
It depends on what kind of game you tend to play. Each gambling sites has their own uniqueness in terms of their features and mechanics on how to play the game. For example in poker, I think the best is Swc poker. For dice game, Bitsler, Xether, and Primedice are the best for me. I'd rather gamble with Btc and no other thand that. I hate using different currency just to play a game.
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can we ever have altcoin season again. on: July 27, 2019, 12:56:57 AM
since the beginning of this year. bitcoin dominance has tremendously affected the altcoin markets. when bitcoins raises, altcoin move very slowly but when it goes down. altcoins are heavily affected.  Are we going to see any major bull market for altcoin again. we are already in the third quarter of the year. i am concerned because i strongly believed in altcoins more than bitcoin.
We will de another altcoin season again but it won't happen this year because of the situation right now. I believe theses next years there will be an event that will make altcoins boom again just like what happened way back in 2017 wherein in it also brought BTC to its ATH.  As of now we should be optimistic since a lot of altcoins' platform are getting through according to their whitepaper.
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why would you sell an altcoin right at the very bottom on: July 26, 2019, 07:05:58 AM
Most of people don't have some spare money so I think they can't avoid to sell some of their altcoins at the bottom due to their financial needs. I myself somehow sell not on a bullish market when I need something so buy ie. Smartphone, Uniforms, and etc. It's an awful to spend altcoins at the bottom but still we can buy more when we get extra money.
659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man won 12 times in lottery on: July 26, 2019, 05:53:11 AM
If you wanted to crack the code like him, you shoud:
1. Be a mathematical genius
2. Crack the new algorithms for the new system of lottery since its computerized now
If I have this kind of ability to crack new algorithms, I will not reveal my true identity Cheesy.

But men, this will take time to learn. I'd rather not to gamble my money in lottery than learning this and in the end, you will fail or will be imprisoned Cheesy.
Yeah, all eyes on that guy because he made a lot of money or maybe he's already part of the gang who wants to collect huge money from the casinos. Worst case here you will not just put in the jail, someone might kill you because of the money you have. Its not easy to won in gambling as always, just have fun playing simple games.

I will be afraid to carry the money to my home if I win that a lot of money because I guess that all eyes in the casino or in out of the casino will watch me. I will ask the security to go to my home so I can feel safe.

Even if that story is true, we don't know what was happening to the person because we are far from his home. But we could see that luck will come to the right person and help that person to win a lot of money like him.
Actually it's safer to carry that money if you will keep it low profile. That way possible robbers won't suspect that you're carrying huge amount of money. Also, I think the money you'll get will go through a check account so you don't need to carry a bunch of cash at a single claim. That man who won 12 times in a lottery is a genius and too brave. Imagine you're buying million of tickets from the money of other people, not sure if you'll really get the jackpot. He's really a living legend who caused the major changes on the rules of lottery.
660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Altcoins? on: July 26, 2019, 03:11:26 AM
It depends on your style and what is your passion. However if you want the most professional way then thou must go in trading wherein it will take you months to fully understand how it's done professionaly. On the other hand if you don't have enough time then invest instead with top cryptocurrency coin in coinmarketcap or just run a Masternode.
