Rob

1) You sent an email yesterday at 2:44PM CST.  We missed that emailed as the entire team was busy with MASS deployments.  "Our Fault, without a doubt and I mentioned that on last post."
2) You sent another email today saying it's the "2nd unresponded email" at 10:29PM CST, way outside of normal business hours.  Your complaint, "2nd non responded email".  How can it be 2nd unresponded email if you just sent it?  Nick happened to be checking emails late and responded plus CC me.  I'm here responding to your concern at this UNGODLY hour because we DO CARE about our customers.
3) VPN requests should be planned ahead at least 24hrs and based on our tech's availability since 99.9% of our customers use the Dashboard or our Tech to address issues with their machine.  It is unreasonable to think that because you email or text, that you would be getting VPN access the same day or based on your availability vs ours.

I never deleted ROMI's post.  He removed it himself and post that we resolved things professionally, off the thread.  None of your posts have been deleted, even your complaints and the post where you said this thread is FAKE and reviews are BIASE because everyone had different customer experience than yours with your 14 MOD Firmware L3+.   You should understand that every company wants to have happy customers.  Why would we purposely ignore you when you have 14 machines with us and also refer friends to us?  But it's always best to give any company sufficient time to respond and make things right for you / their customer.

P.S Going forward, we WILL NOT BE Accepting Mod Firmware machines as they Void Warranty, creates lots of extra support work and can be much more unreliable in the summer due to their potential for extreme OVER CLOCKING features that the machine are not designed to handle.

@Swimmer63 - Your ASICs are online and swimming nicely in your pools.  Thanks for the business.  I agree with everything you said, I believe the most important thing with any hosting company is customer services/responsiveness, not just provide electric and not care.

@ojairob - Your comments crack me up.  Julia and Ming4less team cracked up reading it.  Thanks for humor n business.

@Romi -  Best wishes.

yun9999 & Julia and Mining4Less Team -

This is the first time I can remember not having to practically hound a hosting facility to get my miners up and running.  One of my other ones is decent about it, but only after giving them multiple prior notices that a miner(s) on the way, followed by "Miners are there" notifications, followed by "Can you give me a day when they will be running."  And another place I have used is lucky if they can find them a week after delivery, let alone have them up and running.

I did not even have a chance to realize they were delivered and you'all had them up and running.  Better than that, I had not even registered with you on your website!! and you had them running.  Very impressive.  I have been on a blind, mad, psychotic quest to finish my taxes for the year before my preparer shoots me.  So I have not had time to set up profiles, etc.  Hopefully, I'll wake from tax hell later today or tomorrow and check it out properly.
Of course, thanks to their competence, my miners are running as usual, so I'm not overly worried about my settings.  Which I will probably screw up the first time around anyway.

Much thanks and appreciation folks!

I am shipping a few miners to Mining4Less this week.  After reviewing their website, this thread,
and having a few discussions by email, I am excited to see how they do.

I have been looking for a quality hosting facility that is on top of their game for some time.

Right now I am spread across three hosting locations, all of which have issues.  Customer Service problems
have been the biggest issues, lack of communication and slow response being the primary problems over the past
2+ years.

But now there are capacity issues, limitations on the type of miners (as in only S9s) or skyrocketing
rates for smaller sized customers.

I know...I know.....I don't have 1000+ miners or even 100+ miners.  And I probably never will 1000.
But I have doubled what I do have every year and pay on time, every time.  You can't tell me there
aren't a couple hundred, if not a couple thousand, folks like myself worth having as customers.

I will report back here on how Mining4Less does.  Hopefully, we will have a long profitable relationship.

Hello -

I just received my A3 in the mail and the default user/password of root / root are not working.  I've tried admin/admin / admin / password / and many variations thereof.  I've also tried resetting the unit via the reset button.

Any other suggestions from users here?

Thanks for any direction you may be able to point me in!

Received mine and root/root does work.

BUT - I can only get it to hash for more 30 seconds on the antpools.  And the Antpools are currently inaccessible.  Tried Nanopool, Sia Mining and MiningpoolHub.  Runs for 30 sec and reboots.
But reset to defaults for the antpools and runs nice and steady.

Huh?  C-CEX.com decides to close (might as well have) for a month?  Who does this?

Are these owners so rich that they don't care?  Or are they struggling financially and this is their way of preparing to give up?

I don't buy the vacation bit.  It's like begging people to elsewhere for their trades.

Their motto was "Trusted, Secure & Friendly Since 2013"

It should now read:

"Trusted [when open], Secure [as can be when we are fishing] and Friendly [to our friends, customers not so much] from 2013 to December 2017 and we'll let you know about 2018"

Clearly they couldn't care less.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: January 04, 2018, 12:31:53 AM
I just got lucky too. Had buyers remorse a couple of days later and asked for my money back. Don’t recall the amount but it was a lot more than $600. Maybe I ordered a few of them.
But PayPal came through and I watched the circus tent unfold from the sidelines. Just luck.

Meant to get by this place and take a look at it before Christmas. But it will be late next week now.
I have one miner I haven’t been able to place, running in my office right now.  Thankfully it’s an L3+ which can be relatively quiet and still productive.
More new orders on the way with no home and a contract running out soon on others. Would not mind having them local.
I will get by there Thursday or Friday and hopefully report back.

Looking to host an L3+ right now, an S9 in January and additional miners as they are purchased or leave other hosting locations. 10-30 total within 12 months. US only. Please PM if available.

Coins need to be on exchange and have at least a 0.01BTC buy backlog.

Please add LINX scrypt coin. One of the most profitable lately.
17  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] The Hedge Coin Group - Miner Hosting & Sales - 50 MW - Mongolia on: December 12, 2017, 08:01:20 AM
Anyone on this forum with 8 posts and a comment like that either:

1. Is brand new to the scene and does not know enough to have a legitimate opinion.
Or,
2. Is a troll / sock puppet - who has been here a while, makes new accounts, and hides behind their anonymity while:
    A. Attempting to irrate you by making inane argumentative, yet baseless statements. They hope we start arguing
         with him and amongst ourselves.
Or,
    B. Is a competitor or the friend of one, with a new account, hoping to spread FUD about your business.

Neither should be responded to as it's what they want.
And yes, there are people that F'ed up in the cyber/crypto world.
18  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] The Hedge Coin Group - Miner Hosting & Sales - 50 MW - Mongolia on: December 11, 2017, 08:42:32 AM
I’ll be having some of my miners hosted at their new facility as soon as it’s up and running.
I have been mining since late 2012 with the past 3 years almost exclusively utilizing remote hosting like Vincent’s in North America and earlier in China.
As soon they are ready to receive some inventory, I’ll start posting a multi-part review. It will include both shipped and purchased miners.
Looking forward to evaluating their service and facility.
19  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: December 11, 2017, 06:15:32 AM
No problems.
There are LOTS of un-official resellers. They would never sell for prices at or below official Bitmain website.

S9 is very hard to come by these days. Since BTC is like $16K today.
Even if you purchase S9 for $4000 it would take you approximately the same time to recoup price difference (Market price - official Bitmain price) if you wait and purchase from official source.

Good answer. I have never bought a miner from anywhere other than the manufacturer. And while Bitmain is out of stock (by choice) more than in, it’s worth the wait for a number of reasons.
—Trusted Supplier
—Guaranteed new hardware
—Warranty
—Not a scam (if Bitmain, Avalon, few others)
—Lowest price
And as BSP said, more than likely your not going to make a profit quicker going elsewhere.

There are a very few “authorized dealers “ but usually their inventory follows Bitmain’s and The prices are higher.
Every time the price of bitcoin jumps like this, the big scammers come out for an easy buck. A lot of uninformed people searching for a deal, thinking they can buy a miner online easily because they can buy everything else online.
20  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Total noob in mining on: November 07, 2017, 09:09:34 AM
Greetings earthlings!
recently, I bought few contracts on Genesis mining, but I want to mine more and there are no BTC contracts. So I decided I will go with real mining. I understand the theory, but struggling with picking up the right hardware. Can you suggest the most recent configuration I can use? I have some 2000 dollars. Are ASIC miners the thing? Which?

Thanks in advance!

Bitmain’s Antminer S9 is the best bang for your buck and the most efficient miner available (sometimes).
But it’s not always available. Like right now.
A distant second is the Avalon 741. More expensive per TH/s and significantly less efficient.
I would keep watching Bitmain for the next release of a batch of S9’s. Although the 741 is available now.
Purchasing an S9 from a reseller will cost you too much and tends to be risky.
