181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never invest in any cryptocurrencies! on: August 05, 2020, 06:15:08 PM
It's like everyone treat crypto the way they see it, bull run is approaching, those who see it as get rich quick scheme are already gathering their money to invest, and do you think that is an issue, in as much as in one way or the other they are also promoting crypto and they are making their currency, it doesnt affect those doing campaign. The issue is that fraudulence Should be avoided. I believe we shall all be introduced into it in different ways.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: As Ethereum begins to appreciate in the market what is the fate of other alts? on: August 04, 2020, 08:08:13 PM
It is not strange that ethereum is appreciating, that's what we long await. But this will favour not only bitcoin but also other altcoin. The thing is that no altcoin is so far more than Bitcoin, if there would be anyone that will contend with bitcoin, it is welcome. It's all for good. For the hodlers, I believe we have learnt from the last bull run, you've got to be smart this time around and take advantage of the bull run.
183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do hackers steal huge amounts of bitcoins? on: August 04, 2020, 04:16:05 AM
I was reading about Cashaa, that was hacked and 336BTC were stolen. But the hacker can't move them right? He will leave footprints. So why should hackers steal them since they can be found? For example if they want to convert them to fiat.

The only way I think you could get by from this felony is to keep them on very long term. So long that it may be forgotten. But still, it may.

I have always said this hackers are not amateurs they know how to make deals into fat accounts, but I never knew they use to have problem after hacking, that's why I will always suggest you don't do unnecessary hodling, so you won't end up gathering your food for them. They are also getting ready for bull run now to cart away peoples account. If there is no solution/control to this hacking cryptocurrency as future currency may not be encouraging.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your thought about New projects? on: August 04, 2020, 04:02:17 AM
New projects are unavoidable, every good projects come new, it is the team that may be considered to be new or old. We don't really have the same constant team repeating old projects.from the new team there are still a few projects that are good. The issue with the well familiar team/manager's projects now is that too many people bombard their projects that the reward becomes small because they have been noted. They also started as new as any other team.
185  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin good for the economy? on: August 01, 2020, 07:41:30 PM
Bitcoins have three useful qualities in a currency, according to The Economist in January 2015: they are "hard to earn, limited in supply and easy to verify". Economists define money as a store of value, a medium of exchange and a unit of account, and agree that bitcoin has some way to go to meet all these criteria.

If Bitcoin is hard to earn ,then, is fiat easier? since you have been at home at lockdown you can make your Bitcoin even in your restroom without stepping out of your house, campaign, trading, can be done indoor. Only few people will keep receiving payment during this lockdown because most people will have to go to work to earn their wages or salary.none of this come without Working for it. As regards the limited in supply, well, mining has never stopped.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you agree with the experts? on: July 31, 2020, 08:18:19 PM
corona has affected  the economics globally  but has also dampened the growth of crypto-currencies. Until the dreadful disease get wholly wiped off, it is not possible to see any improvement in the crypto market.

Various experts are constantly monitoring the market and saying this. I agree with them.

What do you think about this? Do you also monitor the market?
Ofcourse , I monitor the market constantly, but I don't agree that there won't be improvement in the crypto market as a result of the pandemic, there is no week I check the value that it is stagnant. It is either up or down, Corona may elongate the time of growth of it because in one way or the other, cryptocurrency has a part to play in the world economy
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: July 31, 2020, 08:02:48 PM
You are not alone in this condition, several people all around the world is being so financially stranded now and having no where else to face, well you know,no matter how much you concentrate on the campaign they are not really producing something reward of high value for now , so you will only keep investing for later.i will advice everyone who has faced the pain of this pandemic period to use the great opportunity of the coming bull run to fight poverty forever and help others .
188  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we rely on Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency? on: July 31, 2020, 06:49:47 AM
Please, this pandemic is ending and will end itself very soon. The only help Bitcoin could do is to be available for a spend for survival especially for those who lost their jobs and those who couldn't even go to work in the lock down. I don't think it has a solution for the pandemic. What I had suggested was if their will be a raise of opportunity to relief those who were really stranded. But at this time, those who will survive are already surviving.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: African bitcoin ATMs on: July 31, 2020, 06:17:42 AM
Wow, this is interesting.
I'm more excited to see my country. I believe this is just for a test run. Very soon we should have the machine in more locations as this will even help move Bitcoin faster. But I keep wondering how Bitcoin will retain being a digital currency with this machine. So, please will it still be coming out as cash.wont we also need people to be in charge of those machines. I hope our government will cooperate with us..
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much you earn in bounty hunting for the year 2019-2020 on: July 30, 2020, 01:22:49 AM
Let us talk straight. In this trying times some were coming back here in the forum knowing they could get hope to join in bounty hunting and to earn tokens by which then converted to btc then fiat. I know of this because I myself was a bounty hunter before and doing odd stuffs and then I quit due to the fact that many projects do failed or they did not pay and make a good exchange for their tokens rewarded.

Since I have been long gone into bounty hunting(earning tokens) I want to know if bounty hunting promoting an ICO project still earning. How much was the highest paid to you from bounty projects? (for the year 2019-2020 projects only.)

Update: who were good bounty managers nowadays?

All I did 2019/2020 was just as investment I can't say I made something reasonable in those period, the market was so bad that only one project was able to deliver something worthwhile, too much scam project out of the very few available, some will just come waste your time and energy and diffuse suddenly without notification, some will even conclude their project count stake and no delivery of token but we were always consoling ourselves to be patient. It was really an enduring moment although 2020 is still moving a lot can still be achieved.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: returning to normal on: July 30, 2020, 01:10:00 AM
A lot of things has been affected by the pandemic ofcourse, the economy, so many companies, institutions and organizations but I believe everything will still fall back in shape, only that new structures are inevitable because those are are dead are dead, those who are replaced either by technology or dismissal are replaced but in personal struggle for survival and revival of the economy new one discoveries will be made which will boost things back to stability even beyond the initial.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dev and team, show some care on: July 30, 2020, 12:49:56 AM
I have sincerely thought bounty Hunters are not well spoken of too, as if there is much ridicule on hunters, but I later discovered that it's not all managers the treat hunters carelessly and ofcourse there are some who treat and respond to Hunter as if they are of no value to bounty. You and I know some of them.without mentioning names. We tend to have the least share of distribution but we still deserve a good look, because we are also promoters of projects for good.
193  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Life Insurance using Cryptocurrency on: July 30, 2020, 12:37:12 AM
It is a very good concept having an insurance on blockchain, provided the wallet can be so secured against fraud. The first thing I had to consider was,was there issues with the well known insurance organizations all around. If there is none, it is not a bad idea bringing up a new innovation but presently we are protecting our wallet by all means and hackers have never stopped hunting and invading into accounts.i feel it would be more helpful in time like this that so many people has lost their jobs but just the security of the wallet is my concern.
194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are happy only when the price goes up? on: July 24, 2020, 05:15:40 AM
Especially in the wall observer, you will see people that want bitcoin's price to get increased. Although, if bitcoin price goes down, it's good for many people too. For example, I want to get decreased so I can buy more BTC

If we assume that there are only people with huge fortunes on bitcoin, then yes, it's too bad if the price goes down. But, except from those guys, there are the ones who are waiting to buy more. We never heard anything from them  Roll Eyes

See you, you want the price down so you can keep buying, so what have you been doing all this while and how long do you want to keep it down for your buying. After all your buying won't you later sell! Oh, you are already rich.A whole 3 years of buying is not ok. We need this thing to go up so we can sell the hodl coin. Some people have never even enjoyed bitcoin.mind you, the volatility is there to favour both buyer and sellers.
195  Economy / Economics / Re: world war 3 is coming ...do to coronavirus / economy ... on: July 24, 2020, 05:04:51 AM
Preparations for war is one of the sources of the pandemic, trying to create destructive weapon, this is no more hidden. But please, don't we value peace? must we attain the position of power forcefully? In the process we don't mind wasting innocent lives. Well, it is written as a sign of the end time and it cannot be dissappointed.how I wish it could be.we already know those countries that can instigate those war, country like America, China, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan...May God have mercy.
196  Economy / Economics / Re: Rise in US unemployment. Thoughts? on: July 24, 2020, 04:51:27 AM
First things is, we all know that the pandemic was not caused by those who has been there,or those who may be told to step back. I'm sure they will have to step down those with lesser impact while those worker with key functions will be retained. This action is in 2ways by me.Technology would be allowed to take up more functions. It may have a little down effect on the economy but for a short time. The government are also not to be blamed because this virus needs to be drastically curtailed by all necessary means.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never invest in any cryptocurrencies! on: July 22, 2020, 08:47:36 PM
A lot of people will not know how long we have been working hard investing time, money and energy in projects for some years now, when the bull run begins and we are enjoying the reward they will think it is a get rich quick thing we have done.
Actually crypto is such a rewarding package and for we that the value of our payment on my country is not even commensurate to the work done,I dedicate good time for it.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoins dominance coming to an end? on: July 22, 2020, 07:38:33 PM
I still don't know why we worry about any other altcoin dominating bitcoin. I am so much enjoying Bitcoin than many other altcoin whichsoever , but since I believe in competition that triggers personal improvement, I believe if any other coin rises up to content with Bitcoin it should be an issue in as much as Bitcoin it still doing well. If we have like 3 of other coin so sense making as Bitcoin, when the world population increases to embrace crypto in general there will be diversity, which is the spice of life.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you sure crypto is the future currency? on: July 22, 2020, 07:07:52 PM
A lot of people use to mistake cryptocurrency as Bitcoin alone, crypto currency include altcoin too. When we talk about crypto currency becoming the world future currency it is possible, every day crypto is spreading especially during bull run, this popularity becomes louder, it may take time because not only will all technology have to upgrade to cope, all human both literate and illiterates will have to buckle up to make it happen so has not to relegate some people alive.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO might soon become an history in crypto world soon on: July 21, 2020, 06:10:13 AM
One thing is constant in life and that is "change", in as much as all the development is in order to make Bitcoin better, all updates is welcomed, when we were using ICO constantly, we never thought IEO could be better untill it came.
Another thing I wished could be checked properly is the creation of fake projects. I'm sure this cannot be done by a novice, they are people that are traceable, it needs an Intervention too.
