541  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did fear cause that sharp dump? on: September 09, 2019, 07:57:32 PM
it is good to be optimistic but i don't think anyone's fear should cause a dump in bitcoin value, instead, it is the dump that induces fear in people's heart, a lot of people lose their faith per time when the market value drops  even most speculations are just failing. the panic has made a lot of people sell their token poorly.
542  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What did you know about Bitcoin before becoming a bitcoiner? on: September 09, 2019, 07:29:52 PM
i knew very little about bitcoin before joining. i had always thought it was a ponzi scheme so i was not even interested at all,. later i was introduced to the procedures and i discovered it is not as i thought,i understood it is a digital currency for the future i joined the bitcoin talk forum, opened a wallet address and noted that my key numbers must be very safe.
543  Economy / Economics / Re: Global economic and trade crisis on: September 08, 2019, 04:19:24 PM
i don't think anyone here can prevent the global and economic trade crisis from rising at all, maybe by prayer anyway. but as an individual you can prepare against it. make good investment, acquire more assets than liabilities, manage your finances so much as to keep living well through the crisis period. it is even possible to make more wealth by then if one is intelligent enough to provide solution within the environment
544  Economy / Economics / Re: The New World Order with Crypto and Blockchain Technology on: September 08, 2019, 01:58:47 PM
there is technology already on ground that the banks work with, but digital currency is an advancement in the currency state.blockchain would be a great advantage to the world if it could be present to be the only world producing currency, but it will be better currency like dollars or pounds be retained as fiat,to help make balance in the world economy.
545  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If You Win Big Will You Remember Your Losses on: September 08, 2019, 10:10:59 AM
Haha! When one gains victory, even though you are injured, at least for that moment you gain relief. But one may remember the scars each time you see it. It depends on how heavy the loss is sometime that determines how easy you forget it.
At times when you loss at gamble and you still have a job to expect payment. You may easily get over it. Thinking about the past loses after victory doesn't make things better but learning from the past is more important.
546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cheaters . who caused the cryptocurrency to go down on: September 08, 2019, 09:57:24 AM
I have always believed the ICO & IEO are setup to help reduce scam and fraudsters especially to favour crypto users.
Even KYC is supposed to reduce fraudulent acts. Now, irrespective of whoever is securing our account. We are also responsible for the safety of our account.scammers are everywhere now voraciously looking for who to victimize. Beware!
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am done with KYC on: September 06, 2019, 08:41:10 PM
you must have been frustrated by the experience, sorry! i know KYC does not mean harm, although i experienced it. i was too and happy too but i cautioned myself incase i'm not doing it rightly or i'm not submitting it in proper hand,. that's actually why i have been dudging KYC projects.I have not been able to prove how helpful the KYC has really been .
548  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin scammer caught tortured and killed. on: September 05, 2019, 09:28:37 PM
i am okay with the brutal beating and torture but not with the killing. i wish to know where that happened and what the government made as judgement for the killer. that is a lesson for scammers too, they should know they are playing on some people's temperament and intelligence. the dupe is quite huge.
549  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you need to become a successful trader? on: September 05, 2019, 07:26:47 PM
to be a good trader, in will give you 3 advice.
1. learn to make a good study of the market scaling, be wise enough to know when to sell and buy
2. Associate yourself with good traders, ask questions when needed in order to be guided and kept abreast of what may be above your head and don't be greedy.
3. Look for good trading site that will make your trade less stressful.

550  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will reach $100k within 5 years from now on: September 05, 2019, 06:20:43 PM
considering the present state of bitcoin, i find it very difficult to assume as long as five years time, mind you $100k is not a small deal and if it be, hope it won't affect the world economy as unto inflation, seeing every bitcoin user as embodiment of wealth. Five years from now is still quite sometime to watch.even though with your speculation you are giving further date.
551  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen to banks? on: September 04, 2019, 03:12:23 PM
Before bank can ever be out of relevance, crypto currency must have been manifesting general acceptability as a medium of exchange. And even at that, I think there will still be those who will be incharge of supplying the fiat or like an ATM for those who will need physical transactions and before this will be achieved universally, it will take some time.
552  Economy / Speculation / Re: Huge drop happening within 48 hours! (Update: BTC Price on Sept 5th) on: September 04, 2019, 02:45:24 PM
08.24.19
Current price: $10,162
Prediction: huge correction within 48 hours (8K range)

I’ve been into BTC since 2014, and I am NOT a trader. I can read the charts somewhat. Every analyst is pointing out right now that there is a descending wedge, coiling price, and dropping volume. They are also claiming a symmetrical triangle. A lot of them are expecting a break to the upside because we are technically in a “bull market.”

I firmly disagree. The sentiment right now is a little negative. After this huge run up I expect a break down to like 8K or lower.

I could be wrong, I hope I’m wrong. And I’m not willing to sell any bitcoin and take a chance.

But I think I’m right! (Let’s see if this ages well?)

UPDATE 08.29.19
Ok, so I got the time frame, and direction...but it got to 9400, didn’t quite get to the 8000k range.

NEXT PREDICTION: By September 5th...bitcoin will be between 8200-8600 range. I know it’s a big range. But that’s still a huge drop from here.

(We will likely get close to 10K first. Possibly tomorrow or Saturday. May even get slightly over. But than crash down to 8200-8600 by 11:59PM sept 5)

Well, if your prediction is right, we will hear you more, but it is Almost the predicted time and we are not anywhere close to 8k unfortunately you are clearly wrong if only you can hit it overnight, I suggest you carefully repredict and add more time range.
553  Economy / Economics / Re: Decentralized Economy: What is it for? on: September 03, 2019, 03:02:42 PM
So far, the world economy is not decentralized. Each nation controls the part of there economy, but for the American dollars that has been like a measure for many countries. And this is why crypto currency has come to emphasize on decentralization, considering the disadvantages of the economy status quo and trying to fix and trying to hold on to decentralized mediunm of exchange.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What does the future holds for crypto? on: September 03, 2019, 02:33:20 PM
What does the future holds for cryptocurrencies?
1) Will more countries start adopting crypto?
2) Will bitcoin hits a new all time high just like many predicted?the owner of snapchat predicted that by 2030 bitcoin will hit 500k,too good to be true?
3)What about the Government agencies?will they have no choice left but to fully embrace the technology?
4)What will be the fate of banking and financial industries?

For Question1 & 3. Definitely more countries will adopt crypto currency but more of this depend on the report about crypto currency per time. If scams, internet fraud, hackers are not working again it, it will be more trusted and welcomed.
Question 2. It actually looks too good to be true indeed.
Question 4. Banks in the future will have very little effect. But financial industries will still be needed for transactions
555  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Excited for a Chinese cryptocurrency? on: September 02, 2019, 10:59:59 PM
Wow! so interesting to hear this, knowing fully well that there must be a lot of better values from it,the chinese are sure expert in handling cryptocurrency. but how do we guarantee its decentralization character, which is also one highly value nature of all cryptocurrency? will it be restricted to the chinese, or will it be controlled by the chinese alone? ,
556  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advice needed on which exchange to use to buy Bitcoin on: September 02, 2019, 07:31:43 PM
there are few exchanges sites that one can use for trading, but what individual prefer is different, We have localbitcoin, coinbase, coinmarket cap. all this sites are good, their exchange fee may be different. whichever one you may decide to use should be checked, some still function bebber. depending on your location. scams use some sites to dupe some people, one has to be very careful
557  Economy / Economics / Re: Over 100,000,000,000 In Volume on: September 02, 2019, 06:56:14 PM
it is not always true, often time most of those values are hyped to attract traders and wanting to gain attention and position in the coin market. probably most of them make a overtargeted volume of hard cap,but when they unfortunately could not meet up it becomes an issue against fair distribution. some are moderate and real
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is bounty campaign profitable in 2019 or no? on: September 01, 2019, 09:18:51 PM
so far, so good. bounty campaign may not have been highly profitable enough to everyone''s expectation but if you will look outside the present general market value, it is still profitable. bounty reward value is affected by the dump, while it is delivered with prospective values, if we can wait a little more, most of the low token now has great value when the bear is over.
559  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to double capital in 2 months? on: September 01, 2019, 08:50:59 PM
I believe it is possible to double even in one month but not under your own pressure/tension. this comes easier when the market is favorable. during the bull run, there is multiple returns good enough to produce triple capital in one month. but patience is inevitable, you also need to be very sensitive to the scaling.
560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People who gamble are degenerates, change my mind. on: September 01, 2019, 08:30:35 PM
gambling is a game that has both its negative and positive effect.the positive effect include your gain per playing time, the fun of the moment, socialization, psychological development on taking risk and letting go at losses(accepting ones fate).the negative aspect is loser's emotional breakdown, it leads to violence, addiction could be dangerous. i only think it should be controlled especially among immatured people.
