481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: November 09, 2019, 04:00:33 PM
Sometimes you cannot be more careful than the one really hunting you. There are crypto users who wouldn't just explain how they got hacked. Hacker are very intelligent and are more expert in details needed to get victim even without the account owners carelessness. But not withstanding, it will be very expedient if we keep our wallet details safe enough, because victim may also be guilty.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: November 08, 2019, 07:42:43 PM
The monetary value is not enough, even though that's the main attraction of many crypto users today. I have seen the educational value as highly important too, crypto educates the mind, you will need to compose your posts to make points, it even helps diligence as you have specific number of post set as target to meet up with, thereby discouraging idleness.
483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Is all gambling accepted legal in your country? on: November 08, 2019, 04:36:41 PM
In my country, people see gamblers from negative perspective they believe it is illegal, and that most of them are irresponsible. There are new format of games prediction gambling that makes gambling look more presentable and legal asides that some many others like dice, cards.. are seen illegal.
So is all gambling accepted legal in your country?
484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when a project fails you as abounty hunter or investor on: November 08, 2019, 05:04:28 AM
If a project fails a bounty Hunter, the hunter should know it is bound to happen one a while, is it every shut of an hunter that kill the animal on target?  No. An investor too will have to take heart and move on, but whatever you go through is not as important as the lesson you learn from it. The time invested, energy, money invested, will be replenished from other project. The one that could be very unrecoverably painful is if ones wallet account be lost.
485  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do long term holding profitable in all cases? on: November 08, 2019, 04:39:46 AM
Long term holding is not profitable in all cases. How long one should hold for profitability depends on individual sensitivity to the project token, some project are best profiting when sold immediately it is delivered. Even though, most long term hold is targeted towards the bull run, there are some token that are very low now but until bull runs before it can rise for good profit.

487  Other / Off-topic / Will the bitcoin forum and bounty continue in the future on: October 08, 2019, 08:04:57 PM
One major aim of digital currency is to be the world currency in the nearest future, this is still in the process. But by the time this has been attained, the population of bitcoin users would have greatly increased do you think BitcoinTalk Forum will not be jam-packed and will bounty no stop?
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Trust a Project Announce BY A Legendary Member on: October 08, 2019, 07:47:48 PM
Yes, I will. because I believe legendary members are more knowledged and will not want to have bad reputation on there position. But in the same vein it doesn't need  to necessarily be a lengendary. I have been involved in some project that are handled by members status and it was making sense. And vice versa.
489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think Voodoo works in Gambling Games? on: October 08, 2019, 07:31:53 PM
I have always heard of people who win games with voodoo(charms/certain spiritual power).I know Voodoo is everywhere. They are said to use it to get accuracy in their predictions, permutation, casinos, throwing of dice etc while this will help to reduce to the bearest minimum their risks of loosing.
So, Do you also think this is true?

I voodoo my bets and I win them sometimes while I lose others. So, I think it's again luck.
If people were to win with voodoo, witches would have been the richest person in the world. But they aren't, neither are the future predictors or magicians.
So, it's not hard to realize voodoo is fake.

This is funny and true, if it we're by voodoo, witches would have been the richest in the world of course.
And sincerely, the ritualist are never the richest at any time. There was a time I heard that a footballer uses charm to play shots and the Nigerian footballers leg broke. That was a sign that those things does not help, cutting corners cut one back.

491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The secret of gambling? on: October 07, 2019, 05:57:02 PM
Gambling is a game of chances, gambling game's risk differs depending on how skilled you are on the game involved. Now consider a football game Gamble, you have a higher chances of predicting a scorer since you know the patter of the team and the strength of the players, you can also be sure to bet on certain champions who has won several times, but games like dice is directly luck. You also have higher chances when you compete with your own skill among many.
492  Economy / Economics / Re: Build a Bank Of Bitcoin on: October 07, 2019, 01:26:32 PM
Well, I don't think you need to build a Bank for that because  it won't last, bitcoin is working on making everyone handle his/her account by him/herself. And that is why it digital
Even the banks around now, with a little more orientation, they will be able to get that done. And we wouldn't even need as much banks as we have now. An ATM machine is what will be better appreciated for receiving converted Bitcoin.
493  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Africa isn't poor - Africa is being raped. on: October 07, 2019, 01:04:16 PM
Africa is blessed with riches and resources that is enough to make the citizen never taste a day of hunger for life,  the problem of African handling the riches converting it into wealth for everyone is the first problem, the government in most African countries are such greedy that the amass wealth for themselves and their family, there is a saying the if you want to hide a secret from the Africans keep it in a book, Africans are so endowed with intelligence now that most people end up using it in another continent since it is not well appreciated and valued.
494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Something not right. on: October 07, 2019, 09:50:08 AM
Note: sometimes when you are typing your wallet address, it use to bring options of related digits, if one is not careful and small difference in your digits will produce another wallet number. And you may not verify well before punching the send. That is automatically a loss or better still a prayer answered for another person.
495  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Who Controls your Crypto Funds after Death? on: October 07, 2019, 05:36:48 AM
It is somehow risky to tell people your password for your wallet and account but that is where a confident needs to appear, because if one dies without willing out your account to anyone then, your account will later diffuse. It becomes a waste of time , energy and resources.
496  Economy / Economics / Re: Crimes involving crypto have risen on: October 07, 2019, 03:36:05 AM
The awareness itself is good enough to make people sit up against crimes around as will all have a part to play to be safe.
The KYC & IEO is also a strategy to minimize crime as it helps to control the interference of some criminal experts especially during registration and distribution. We may not expect that the crime be totally eradicated, because crypto users are increasing every  minute.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I just SOLD my girlfriends car to buy more ETH at sale price :) on: October 05, 2019, 06:48:18 PM

498  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't spend bitcoin. Not now. on: October 05, 2019, 12:40:30 PM
Not now! agreed!
It is made for investment! Agreed!
But whether stored, whether invested, it will be spend.
Bitcoin is best for investment because it's value is not stable.but in one way or the other no one keeps it forever.
499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I've taken my eye off bounty hunters comments on: October 04, 2019, 08:05:32 PM
The problem about bounty Hunters is that many of them don't actually know how to select or even recognize a legit project, so when they fall victim of the fake, what else do you expect them to say. Sincerely, sometimes I also fall victim of bad projects though it is painful wasting time and resources over them. If the distribution is still delayed in a legit project , it is better than not having any at all.
Sometimes, the account will still be hacked in the process.worse!
500  Economy / Reputation / Admin's Temperament on: October 04, 2019, 02:23:41 AM
I have discovered some nice project admin, one will like  to work with them, they take their time to respond to you as each person is important to them, likewise, I have noticed from the responses and interaction of some project manager and bounty admin some hash responses, sometimes they may react to your messages as if you had issues before, and this should not be, they act like we have enough people who likes our project. We know some members may also be provoking but not all. In the same vein. Should admin too be so temperamental?
