341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next big thing in crypto? on: February 06, 2020, 05:26:09 AM
The advent of Bitcoin's blockchain technology has opened up a world of possibilities that were never imagined. People can finally achieve financial freedom by being their own bank anytime, anywhere. In 2017, there was the ICO boom where crypto land was filled with hype with many companies launching their own business ventures. Everything has been about smart contracts, on-chain privacy, and Blockchain-based gaming. But ever since prices started to decline back in 2018, there has been a lost of interest into crypto and Blockchain tech from people in the mainstream world.

It's now 2020, where many exciting events are yet to come. Bitcoin will experience another reduction in its block reward (halving), while Ethereum becomes closer to adopting PoS into its blockchain network. The space is definitely maturing, but the level of demand is still a lot less than it was back in 2017.

Nonetheless, I'm curious to know what's the next big thing in crypto? Huh

Everyone here should not be surprised that people lost interest after the 2017 ICO boom was over. that how you will know that many are simply after the monetary value of bitcoin and nothing more, where there is no reward people get weary of working. Do you know many joined then like Ponzi trader, they get money from people, trade for them and make their profit, most of them had no reason to endure further after. Only people like me and you who had a good understanding of how it is working can persist till now. And you know we will enjoy the reward soon.
342  Other / Meta / Re: Is there a penalty for newbies who do SPAM. on: February 03, 2020, 06:00:07 PM
Those Newbie must be joking, maybe they did not read the instructions well or they are trying their luck or they are in a hurry to make money by the next bull run.. But for any participant who can attach the code to his or her status should be bright enough to know the criterias for getting Involved in signatures, most project (social media) dont even accept newbie, it would be a waste of time for them and they could be banned.
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Remove the bad influencer from your life! on: February 02, 2020, 04:47:31 AM
This is the time, everyone should remove the bad influencer, fudder, negative minded people from life! When bitcoin had a long bear run, even when it's price was 7K USD, many people kept saying the price will be 5000, 3000 very soon, sell now and get out! But a true believer knows that Bitcoin price will bounce back soon or later. Now we are in a good position in the crypto world, so, this is the time to ignore fudders and keep confidence in yourself. Today CZ tweeted about it and that was very related to me. The negative preacher can break us a lot, so ignore them from now!

Many of those people you refer to as negative preachers are just speaking as prediction, and that's why we all need to have our own mind, not just banking on hearsay. The worst part of it is that many just confidently bring out their improperly analysed predictions. Those who have succeeded  predictions by permutation and are right are still appearing like hero. Let's grow to the level of knowing what's is real by ourselves.to reduce regrets.
344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 100 Days Left before Bitcoin to be more Scarce on: February 01, 2020, 10:02:50 AM
We are all expectant of the halving and this will launct us into bull run, bitcoin may actually appear scare and this is because the price will increase. This will not be in favor of the miners as they will not want to sell low at that time. We are all familiar with this pattern and we have to prepare for it to maximize profit, it does not concern the miners alone. Even the investors.
345  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm trapped in trading on: January 31, 2020, 09:45:30 PM
Should it be so bad that if bitcoin exchange does not fall again there won't be way forward? Even at this time you can still buy and sell profitably. Our predictions are not always accurate, we just have to be smart and make the best use of every moment. The price may still come lower but as low and frequent as the late last year, approaching the halving we expect more pump.you are adding to your experience.
346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it wrong to monetize a bitcoin/cryptocurrency seminar/meeting? on: January 31, 2020, 06:25:49 PM
Sincerely, I can feel your pain. It would not be that easy holding seminars, impacting knowledge requires time and sometimes energy. Moreso this is to help people get a better financial life too. But on 2 sides; considering that those people you are impacting may not be rich, it will be difficult to Bill them. But we are needed to be appreciated once a while for the effort/help delivered.
347  Other / Off-topic / Re: Know Your Customer (KYC) A Good thing or Bad Thing? on: January 30, 2020, 05:51:34 PM
I also initially use to have issues with that KYC but at a time I did not worry myself about it, since we have many projects that do not require KYC. KYC is expected to make a proof of genuinety of participant but in the process,it has made registration more difficult for many and yet many do not even receive their reward after all the stress. I have never registered any KYC project.
348  Economy / Speculation / Re: I see a dump approaching, do you? on: January 30, 2020, 02:16:54 PM
It looks like it....  Shocked
There is some artificial inflation of the BTC price. Pure air. When this happens is easy for the price to come down, because it doesn't have any support whatsoever.

Whales & good traders will continue to take advantage of FOMO so they can accumulate more.

I think we will revisit 8k, but just under 9k. After this dip, it looks like we are going to be saying bye bye to 8k for ever.

So, prepare those usd guys for this next dip $$

If you want to know more about my reasoning in this matter visit this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5221788.0

I'm actually not expecting any real dump again at this time , every price flunctuation now will still be around this present value and not lesser. This Moment is close to halving and we are leaving $8k for the next level. We may not have much puch till April but there will be steady increase till the halving in attained.
349  Other / Meta / Re: Are the negative trusts you have given so far really necessary? on: January 30, 2020, 01:26:17 PM
That's thoughtful of you, I have also said things like this before
1. We need to understand here that we all respond with different opinion, even if you have a similar opinion , you are not even permitted to write it the same way as any body.
Another person's opinion here is responded to as rubbish...., Though we have some people who make very poor contributions. But we can't all thinks the same way.
2. I have not been on the negative trust but I have always kept myself busy trying to make good post enough to keep me on positive thrust.
350  Economy / Economics / Re: Does China Control Bitcoin? on: January 29, 2020, 09:49:46 AM
Well! China been one of the most powerful country in the world and of great technology status can have an influence on bitcoin, yet in the same vein, Bitcoin been decentralized is not expected to be under the control of China. But since it's human being that managing it and bitcoin is not controlling itself, I sense there may be a little influence. Considering the fact that Satoshi is a Japanese and not a Chinese I don't see the reason why it Should be China that will now control tbitcoin.
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance to help Coronavirus victims on: January 29, 2020, 09:25:13 AM
Good job for binance and this is actually a good steps. This is not only for helping people from wuhan but it can  also be a tools to promote crypto currency by helping people from china that affected with ncov.
A simple and good way for advertisement while helping and it can also attract other exchange to also do the same thing .

That's lovely, what makes the world go round is love, and this is a good lesson that whatever we acquire from and outside here we can still stretch our hand of help to the need. It is those who are alive that you can propagate any idea to. This will also help to promote our businesses and the helped wishes and prayer for you goes a long way.greed does not make success or fulfilment.
352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrities using Bitcoin today? on: January 29, 2020, 06:25:43 AM
Bitcoin is a sure coin, before even internet celebrities would use bitcoin, they must have known of it's genuineness.there must be many of them that are hidden and use a coded username in operation. If their identities we're opened the may be quickly noted and probably monitored and you know bitcoin would not want to make preferential treatments.when you look into the Twitter and Facebook number of friends, some 10,000+, you should know their are celebs on board. Don't you think some of the celebrities are the Whales??
353  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why has not any government stopped Bitcoin? on: January 27, 2020, 01:44:18 AM
It's just like many of this government are threatened by bitcoin, and many do not know how it actually operates because in my country they have not been able to criticize it since it is not exhibiting any sign of internet fraudulence, once they notice any scan noise around bitcoin, they will do everything to go against it. The government can only tackle bitcoin in their domain and not all over the world, though I imagine how possible it is for all the government involved to come together and decide to stop it. That will be a power above decentralization.
354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Held a bitcoin seminar today on: January 27, 2020, 01:17:43 AM
It hasn't been easy for me lately because I'm a student. However, I find time to make a way for bitcoin promotion. Today, after classes, tho the place wasn't excessive convenient, Me and my friend held a seminar in which we talked to about 10 or more people about bitcoin. We also elaborated to them about the disadvantages and advantages involved in crypto.
Also, a WhatsApp group was created so as To Help them with anything that seems confusing. Of course, they already have their wallets installed! ♥

Lol.... My head was aching before and after the seminar. However, we had to hold it!
At least with this example, others (including you) would do their best to promote bitcoin and the blockchain technology.

Actually I'm not in the image; privacy reasons

Also, I'll be posting how you can conduct Your Own seminar for those who have that interest. Let me get well first.🙂

Weldone, that was a great idea. I care to ask if you did it for free. It is a good way to make Crypto move round the world.
And I hope they would pick it up from there.
Personal interest is what matters most at first, because I've seen a lot of people who cannot take their good time and energy to continue working with crypto just because they felt they will start making money sooner than normal.
Some people did seminars like this and made Ponzi out if bitcoin, which I believe is not good enough.
355  Economy / Economics / Re: How do manage portfolio efficiently while having a full time job? on: January 26, 2020, 01:49:49 AM
If you are a trader it is very important to get fast and accurate information to monitor your coin movements.
I use the blockfolio app, very good to use and complete with interesting information.
The application I use trader is Z trader.

Yes, for you to be successful in this trade, you have to create time to be abreast of necessary information on your coin movement, if not you may have a lot losses. The app is available to help you monitor while it update you at every moment, and at this, you must still create time to follow the App in order to achieve a meaningful trade.you can't eat your cake and have it.
356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people debate so much about BTC value? on: January 26, 2020, 01:34:27 AM
will BTC pump?
I hate that term "pump" when it's applied to bitcoin, and I want to pull my hair out every time I see someone writing it in a post, which is quite often.  It has its origins in the phrase pump and dump, which isn't applicable to bitcoin and I don't think many people even think about that fact.

Anyway, bitcoin is primarily an investment even if you think it's a currency that was designed to replace fiat (which I'm not sure is actually the case, OP).  That being the case, it's only natural that people are going to focus on how much it's worth in terms of fiat--which it isn't even close to replacing.  And even if it was used far more as a currency, its fiat value indicates its purchasing power so people would still be focused on bitcoin's price in terms of fiat.  The only thing that would change that is if items were priced in terms of bitcoin.  So far that hasn't happened, and even when things are priced in bitcoin, that price is usually always fluctuating because bitcoin's value (relative to fiat) is always fluctuating.

And me?  I'm happy with bitcoin being an investment more so than a currency, and it makes perfect sense that its fiat value is extremely important.

I don't think a man here just suddenly create the word pump or dump for bitcoin, it must have been accepted from the market terms and I think as long as it is understood by every one, the communication is complete. Secondly, Fiat(USD) as a currency may not experience pump as it may be, because it's market value volatility is far regulated than the crypto market value, and the value is also not the same to all other country's currency at a time.
357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Do they accept bitcoin in your country embassy? on: January 25, 2020, 07:35:18 PM

358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I Crypto on: January 25, 2020, 07:28:42 PM
O yes, Crypto is of great advantage to us we can use it in different ways as a medium of exchange, we can use it to make online trade as in exchange of goods and services, it can be cashed into Fiat to make petty daily trade and as long as it is in your country currency you can pay bills with it.thats how I use mine.
359  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can you guys identify Whale move? on: January 25, 2020, 12:50:48 AM
to identify their steps can be seen from the activities of large transaction movements that can be seen in telegram bots such as whale alerts, but can only be analyzed roughly whether it will affect or not.

the bitcoin price difference of around $ 200 or vice versa has an important effect for traders, especially if the price rises higher, this movement can also run from chart development naturally, not always from whale movements.

Most times people don't understand what the whale itself is.
And that's why noticing it's movement is more difficult. When you see an heavy transaction usually at a time, that is whales movement. They are the rich investors that tend to have a massive Influence on the the transaction. You will have to study the market chat constantly to observe their movement. They can cause a crash on a project.based on their huge investment.
360  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Full time trading is boring on: January 25, 2020, 12:36:51 AM
Nothing. You either just suck it all up, or move on from trading altogether. Most(or at least some) internet entrepreneurs(bloggers, YouTubers, people who do online gigs through sites like Fiverr, etc)  work alone at home too, so it's not like day trading is the only profession that's mostly being alone in front of a computer. You just have to find the job/profession that has the perfect balance between fun/not-boring and making good money.

Why not just go out with friends and socialize after like x hrs of trading or so?

This has to do with your nature, probably you are someone who doesn't have much else to do apart from the trading. There are computer operating addict who just does not really get bored on system. When you do one thing alone consistently without patterns boredom is inevitable. But I will advice you to maybe relax a little bit out of the stress and boredom,or get involved in other aspect like games , designing and all the likes to gain more strength.
