121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this the time for a comeback for crypto? on: October 01, 2018, 07:03:00 PM
We've seen coins goes down, and up in the market,
but since the last two days crypto stabilized,
are we going to see the coins upward or this is just a big trap for us
while rich names gathers all the good coins and left us with shitcoins in the market
what are your calls for this one i hope we share knowledges for everyone
Coins have started to rise up when ber months came same as last year so its is possible that this month would be a great start for coins to pump up in the coinmarket capitalization although its not really growing on steadily as we already know its votality but we still hope for the best before this year ends.
122  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk or Altcointalks? on: October 01, 2018, 06:18:49 PM
Hi guys.

Who do you think is better? bitcointalk or altcointalks?

i rather choose  altcointalks instead of [Suspicious link removed]? because if you try to email them about account concern or bug concern, they won't reply even if it's important.i remember i emailed them about account concern because my account got locked due to,too many login attempts and i try to forgot my password then boom! my account was locked.i emailed them and it's been 1months and until now no one's replying.they seems like don't have concern about member account.i'm not asking you to leave in bitcointalk but i don't like their support or etc, when it comes to account or bug concern.

I still prefer to use bitcointalk because this has a very reliable source and most importantly it already build its reputation and i think whoever comes first would be the best for me.In this community we need strict approach to each one of us because threats are everywhere and i think bitcointalk is more safe than altcointalks.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is investing on ICOs still profitable? on: October 01, 2018, 12:18:55 PM
Hello everyone, I have seen many failed projects recently. I have received many emails regarding investing on ICOs, so is it still a good time to invest? I didn't made good with my earlier investments. Is there still a future for ERC-20 tokens?
Yes mate investing on ICO were still profitable but you need to familiarize the ICO that you've been joining because nowadays we cant really deny the fact that there were people who always look for an easy money. They take investors money and consider that ICO a scam.
124  Economy / Economics / Re: Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency on: October 01, 2018, 04:43:02 AM
From what I have seen so far in this forum and other crypto platforms, most of us want fiat eliminated. But let us not forget that there are still situations whereby we can't use crypto except fiat like in rural places without computers or even internet facilities.
I think your worries will never happened mate because fiat  will remain forever no matter how many cryptocurrencies will exist. This is all because traditional money is what everybody used as a whole and we cannot easily eradicate fiat.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the benefits of managing bitcoin on: October 01, 2018, 04:06:21 AM
when bitcoin prices are drops, I think we better talk more about the positive value of bitcoin. do not think about the value of bitcoin today, because thinking about it will only make us panic and confused. enough G20 make us calm.

So, now. we are talking about the benefits of bitcoin if bitcoin managed well.

what do you think if bitcoin is managed well by a country?
Proper management will lead to proper outcome.People who decide to take bitcoin as one of their investments would probably  change their lives in the future.Bitcoin will grow more when that entire country would positively accept bitcoin in their lives.
126  Economy / Economics / Re: Is wallet security important to use? on: September 30, 2018, 09:44:12 PM
I once read for security wallet,
this is just for discussion how to secure the wallet. I do not think there is a security system and there will be no theft in the wallet.

If you choose your wallet or phone software, you need to be extra careful! Remember that bitcoins are stored inside your device. If your computer or phone breaks down, your bitcoin is gone too! Thieves can also take your bitcoin if it gets access. Consider the following tips to avoid losses:

Perform regular backups regularly
Save the backup on another device like in flash or another computer.
Use the encryption feature
With encryption, each transaction requires a login with a password. This prevents thieves who manage to gain access to your computer.
Do not forget the password
Losing a password equals losing your money! Wallet does not provide a password forgot feature.
Learn more please learn how to secure your wallet here: http://bitcoin.org/en/secure-your-wallet

Do you guys have a better idea to avoid theft in the wallet?
Your Knowledge and Ideas will be more helpful if shared.
I always have back ups for my wallets, tokens were stored in my wallet and private keys must be kept safely.Hackers were everywhere so I don't give them chances to get whats mine.
I also check my wallet to make sure that my tokens were always there.
It is really important to secure our wallets and private keys in a safe place.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what exactly are we waiting for? on: September 30, 2018, 01:26:16 PM
Great question for all you cryptocurrency believers. What is going to drive the price of bitcoin up and all the altcoins? What exactly are we waiting for? Money doesnt just come out of thin air. What exactly is the catalyst? Again the question is, what exactly are we waiting for?
Those who hold their bitcoins and alts were all waiting for the price to rise up and for the market to improve inorder that more investors would be attracted to invest in crypto that would probably makes its value to pump more.
128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Low prices and bad comments are taking the confidence of the Newbies? on: September 29, 2018, 10:17:17 AM
When the price drops, there are many bad comments coming from different directions. The Newbies are most affected by this. Because if someone wants to invest, they are lagging behind for those bad comments and they are afraid also. Is this reason their Confidence Level is not low?

I think we should stop our bad comment about Bitcoin. We will also benefit from this.     Sad
I don't think its bad comments i think its just an eye opener to everyone that bitcoin is risky due to votality and people must know that we can't navigate or eradicate the concept of votality in which the price depends on the adoption of each one of us who wanted to become a part of the cryptocurrency community.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Or Trading? on: September 29, 2018, 05:50:09 AM
I will ask you which one is the most beneficial of these two things? what will you choose? and explain why you chose it. who knows it will give input to everyone who reads. if I myself might be a bounty can be profitable and maybe the results of the bounty will lead to trading. What is your opinion? share your experience here
We can profit to both of them, bounties can make us earn free tokens that can be hold or can be trade.Bounty hunters prefer to do paid task than investing in it with their own money, because risk were always there in this business most importantly in trading..that needs to be more vigilant on the movement of the market to avoid from hackers.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is crypto making the world go crazy? on: September 28, 2018, 09:32:01 PM
why people are crazy for crypto ,they leaving their job, they selling their house , selling their property?
People who knows it got crazy over cryptocurrency because it's a trend that has alot of opportunities to profit. If we become a part timer on crypto we earn more than our regular job though it takes time but if we already have the concept and the positivity anyone could become successful in this business.Just a piece of advice just donot invest what you can't afford to lose.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: At this time buy and hold bitcoin smile in future on: September 28, 2018, 08:45:05 PM
I think this is the right time for getting a good profit in the future. I want to give to advise that it is a chance for the investor, now buy bitcoin and hold for some time and you know what to do you can sale your bitcoin when the price is high.
Thats a positive outlook on bitcoins existence mate.Although the market is truly falling and it maybe takes time to wait for our investments to grow but you still have that positive spirit for bitcoin to recover most especially today that is already ber months where cryptocurrencies just stays on its axis and the movements seem so slow and bitcoin never rise up to $10k compared last year that bitcoin had really skyrocketed to almost $20k in the yearends.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Strict rules in Bounties, is it needed? on: September 26, 2018, 07:58:20 AM
Ofcourse it is!

Nowadays, I notice most of bounties have strick rules, making bounties more organize and I like that Bounty Manager requesting Proof of Authentication to limit scammer .

It's been one of major mistakes of bounty hunter like me not to read rules and requirements of each bounties ending up not getting stakes so it's very important to read and understand each rules to ensure that we're doing the right thing and not wasting our time and effort.

I strongly agree for strict rules in bounty hunters inorder to make themselves aware on the kind of projects they were promoting and could possibly get high reward after the ICO.Standard promoters could possibly reach its target crowdfunding for their projects.
ICOs that is well organized projects are seem to be legit that is why it is very important that rules can be followed.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NO! Do Not Invest all you have on Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies on: September 26, 2018, 03:07:19 AM
I have read several posts on this forum where people have claimed to have invested all the money they have on Bitcoin, I also read a post where a guy claimed to have used all the $20,000 his uncle gave him to also invest in Bitcoin, some even sold their landed property. The reason for these risks and others is the firm believe that Bitcoin would be $50,000 - $100,000 by the year 2019 or thereabout.

First, I must say that I admire the courage and high risk appetite of such persons. But, I must also warn.
Yes, It is good for everyone to have high hopes for Bitcoin, and also hope it gets to 100k USD in future, but you should also consider a safety factor in anything you do including investing.

Mathematically,

DO NOT Assume,
P(Success of future term) = 1 ; and
P(Failure of future term) = 0

This implies that, you must always leave a little fraction for probability of failure which in this case is the safety factor, no matter how little the fraction may be. Simply put, you don't have absolute control of what happens to Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies in the future.

Invest wisely, only invest what you can afford to loose

Just a piece of advice.

What are your own suggestions?
Each one of us has all the desires to invest and profit,we tend to believe that cryptocurrency investments is the fastest way to reach our target "Huge Returns of Investments" but in crypto world lets not overthink bitcoins potential because there were really times for bearish market which is truly happening right now and its a risky thing if you put all your money in investing cryptos. All these peace of advice is very helpful for all of us so we can be aware of the fact that we might lose our hardearned money or assets because of investing in cryptocurrency.
134  Economy / Economics / Re: Friends reactions to crypto currencies? on: September 23, 2018, 11:54:38 PM
I was questioned on crypto currencies legalization. I explained the facts happening around. Few received it with convincing reactions and few just ignored it. I really felt bad for the guys who did not care about crypto currencies as I really know the fruitfulness? I happily taught few others about crypto currencies. What was your friends expression when you introduced bitcoin to them?
I also introduces bitcoin and altcoins to my friends, positive reactions is what they say when they knew that i have profited on it but if those times that it exist and I can't gave them proofs of my profits i know they will never believe on bitcoin. For them bitcoin is like a nothing and i don't have to explain them further and its all up to them if they wanted to be a part of our community because for me its everything because this offers opportunity with no limits.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its time to move on, and ignore the BTC !!! on: September 22, 2018, 08:31:47 PM

For me it's clear, from the moment BTC went to the Dow it slide down and be played by the big boys.
More and more we see up's and down's controlled by some big players between 6000 and 7500.
Alt coins are following that vibe, and some step out the line but be pushed in the direction the big players want.
I ask myself who is behind it, are governments behind it that not like the BTC and want it pushed down to get people frustrated.
So frustrated that many of us, get sick and tired of the up line pushed down already few time around 7400.
Ofcourse we are human, and after some push down's, we want to be strong and not give up.
But we also not want to be that person that miss the boot, where the rest break and sell the BTC.
It's almost 12 o clock when this price will go up around 7400 again, and drops down again i see a huge drop coming.
And the faith in going up higher, will be lost more and more. And that is what they want.

So what are you going to do ?   Am I wrong ?      It's massive indoctrination dunn by huge selling dumps.

We have 2 options Guys, let them play with us and let them win.

Or show them that BTC is much stronger then some Jealous scary Government, they need to be stopped.

We can only win this battle if you leave your finger off the Sell button.

Succes gr Bas  sorry for shitty English
I don't want to look stupid but I can't eradicate bitcoin in my life,i have been to alot of financial problems and bitcoin was one of my special source of income that makes me earn alot compared to my regular job in which I don't have to work hard just to get that amount of money.Im  so much thankful that i once know bitcoin in my whole life because it really helps me alot  and pretty sure to each one of us mate.
136  Economy / Economics / Re: Are fiat currencies necessary in the world? on: September 22, 2018, 01:04:38 PM
in the future, will there really be a need for fiat currency? Government can collect taxes in crypto, determine how to allocate it, and spend it in crypto. Ppl can receive salaries and do all commerce using crypto. Loans can be done in crypto. Fundraising can be in crypto. Sure, problems have to be worked out in terms of scalability, does it have to be completely decentralized, etc, the value has to become more stable. But theoretically, is there any reason to have fiat in the future?

It has been established that governments can now do taxation without representation by printing more money (which is a tax on everyone holding the currency), instead of trying to get a bill passed that allows it to increase the tax rate. With crypto this would be no more. All increased taxation would have to pass a vote.

From an economic standpoint, the idea that a country can stimulate its economy by adjusting interest rates is tenuous. There is just as strong an argument that lowering interest rates has caused speculation and bubbles, with calamitous results. In a crypto market economy, capital will flow from where it is needed less to where it is needed more.
Fiat still necessary for me because this is the most convenient way of paying goods  and can be accepted anywhere. When this new innovation BTC would be more develop i think there were alot of people adopt and used it.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why so many peoples belived in pump 2018? on: September 22, 2018, 09:50:28 AM
so, guys!
why u r still belive in huge green streen or bullish market in 2018?!

for me - it s amazing mistake for all of who thinking so
look at the law, watch at the country titans of crypto - they all blocked openned cryptoway
why u are still thinking- "2018 will be pump year"??
We strongly believe on cryptocurrencies potential to earn more value and positively it would went high anytime. The world will adopt its usage as demand follows price rise up.
138  Other / Archival / Re: The Founder of Bitcoin on: September 21, 2018, 10:30:20 PM
Many believed that the inventor of Bitcoin wants to remain anonymous to avoid legal consequences as what happened during 2007 about E-Gold, one of the first digital money (Bernard, 2017). On the other hand, I think it would be better if the founder of Bitcoin will reveal his identity since many countries recognized the essence of this cryptocurrency.

If this might happen, it will contribute for more development of digital currency and regulations in Bitcoin procedures. Also, the acknowledgement must be given for the person who invented the most efficient digital currency in our society.

What are your thoughts?
I think the reason why he doesn't want to reveal himself to public is because he wanted to be anonymous for safety purposes.Satoshi Nakamoto is what we only known its name but not physically stays humble and maybe he doesn't want to be more recognize to the public, hes reason remains anonymous just like his creation BTC the concept of anonymity is what i see one of his purpose.
139  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there any chance of having one global currency? on: September 21, 2018, 03:42:05 PM
Could you see a future wherein the entire world shares one global currency, be it fiat or crypto? If I think it in a scifi kind of way, it would most probably be some digital currency that could all just use. It doesn't even have to be in this century. Maybe the next?
I think bitcoin have possibilities for huge usage of cryptocurrency when huge adoption happpens but since bitcoin and altcoins were associated with dollar  for fiat convertion  and people were more comfortable on using fiat than digital currency theres just small percentage that it would happen.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to escape FUD and FOMO to peace of mind? on: September 21, 2018, 04:16:59 AM
"FOMO"and "FUD" has always been (and always will be) a part of the cryptocurrency ecosystem. The way it’s dealt with needs work, a lot of work.
Why FOMO & FUD are Both causing danger?
How to escape FUD and FOMO to peace of mind?

I think its a matter of believing and listening because if each one of us won't believe and listens to those FUDS that spreading over the cryptocurrency community it can never broke our trust on bitcoins and altcoins. These may cause depression if we wont believe on our instinct and trust on cryptos potential.
