Bloomberg ran an article yesterday about the decline of Ukraine, and how 'guns and bitcoin are the only ways to save the country. The article also spoke about the toppling of the statue of Lenin in December 2013 and, since late September this year, the spot where the statue once was now allows you to see an AR version of Satoshi Nakamoto. And, according to a few people.... He could be Ukrainian. Thoughts? (let me know if you can't find the article and want to read it)
From the name itlself Satoshi Nakamoto its a Japanese name but whoever he is he wanted to be anonymous and i think lets just leave it that way.Lets all thank him for his creation that already made people crazy over it due to its high volume in the coinmarket capitalization and the demand that has made its value to rise goes this far. |

As the title pronounced which do you prefer Invest or create? For me the capability of creating new coin can make big income and big loss there is a certain period of time that this idea will fail, as for Investing in some ICO compare to other side you have a freedom to choose, we all heard, don't put all your eggs in one basket but what if *if* half of the dozen egg broke and the other four was on fatal condition and the last two was successful and these two coin made you around 10m usd and your capital was 11m usd all of effort and time come to waste you see it's really hard to choose between two, how bout you share your opinions and express yourselves into this topic.
I prefer to invest in an ICO than creating a new coin because this is the easiest way to earn huge profit when you're lucky enough.Creating a project is never that easy,developers need to be very knowledgeable inorder to earn trust from its investors and could create huge adoption.Cryptocurrency needs it and creating also a coin has high probability of speculations if its gonna work out or fail. |

Yes if you want to secure your coins no one will know your private key, but I suggest better if you have family who you really trust give her/him your private key incase what happen to you or die they will use it because what happen to you and even your family do not private key it is useless.
That's good thing to do securing you private keys must be confidential. You should have a back-up files for your entire private keys saved on excel file spreadsheet. This won't endanger your funds to being lost, because no one could have access to it but you. If you planned that any of your family member be trusted, them do it because your family won't let you go during days of circumstances. |

I started my cryptocurrency journey around July 2017. I bought some altcoins; verge; dodge, Xrp Siacoin on Bittrex and left some on bitcoin. It was a roller coaster for me around November to December 2017, particularly with verge, my crypo investment of just about $120 grew to a little bit over $3,000. I never new on time until I opened my bittrex. It was wao!
I took out some money since I was in need about $1000. With the euphoria of bitcoin suppasing $20,000, so I watched until my investment shrinked from about $2000 to $1500, then $1000, I decided to take out some little more until I had about $800 left.
That amount have shrinked further to about $450. The worst came when I took a third of the amount to buy Mithril coin when the news came that it won a vote to be listed on binance, and suddenly it was disqualified, and the price have falling like packs of cards, more than 50% right now.
Its a question of if I had known, I would have withdrawn the $3000 the moment I saw it on my bittrex account. Who can tell the future?
But I am wiser now.
Does anyone have similar experience
Your experience is what also others feel when value shrinks we can come up to the point of selling than holding.There were more promising alts nowadays to invest,cheap and has high assurance that you can earn profit.Just keep in mind that in this community patience is what we need same as knowledge on cryptos movements on the market. |

I'm extremely depressed about my impatience and persistence.
I'm a stupid man. Fuck myself.
I bought the ETC when its price was 15$, i kept it for three months, including when it down at 9$, I still don't sell, because i believe it. And when ETC rise to 15$. I sold everything and waited it down $ 13 to buy more. But, fuck myself, the next day it rise to fucking 30$, Are you kidding me?
I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.
This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't tell anyone about this, including my wife.

Mate i also feel what you feel because there are really times that we get panic because we were afraid to lose what we can't afford to.. but i think these experiences would serve as a lesson for all of us in this kind of business we must have a strong heart and be more confident to trust on bitcoin or alts most probably when you already made some research before you have invested. |

Good traders are not always successful so don't be so good to others.  It can't be taught by anyone,you need to do that by your experince to be successful if someone knew they already knows how to make lot of money so they no need to ask you for money for teaching their strategies. I could definitely say and confirm that a good trader should able to catch what the market all about. It's just a coincidence mate because market still stagnant which is common reason why ico token price suddenly drop as well, but don't worry keep holding because soon if the market gain enough strength to stabilize, the token price from that ico will gradually increasing again as well along with bitcoin and other alternative coins in the market just put more patience don't be hasty .
Most of the hunters will dump their rewards, and merely that's how worst ico went on after the successful launch. However, if demand continues to increase around the market it will recover as well. We need to stay closer to that market and as a trader patience is our keys in order to achieve what dreams we had while we're still on the struggles of crypto right now. Be confident enough and don't lose your grip on crypto. |

I believe that we should never trust 100% in any prediction about it, even if that person is presented as the greatest expert or master on the subject, because we must always keep in mind that at the beginning of 2017, when the price of bitcoin was just in $1,000, none of those alleged "gurus" was able to predict that the price of bitcoin would reach $20k some months later. And besides, neither was able to predict the tremendous collapse that the market would suffer next.
If those relevant historical events went completely unnoticed by the "experts", I think none of them has real bases to present themselves these days announcing that bitcoin will reach this or that price by the end of the year.
Those bitcoin enthusiast were really looking for the basis where they predict the movements of bitcoin but don't even think that anytime bitcoin would rise or fall according to the supply and demand on the market. |

As far as i know bitcoin has a high volatility given the fact that it is in demand in the market but i did not expect hat it is so high that it can really go from 1-100 and 100-0.
I want your insights about this volatility of bitcoin.

Though being a trader is difficult but the near fact that every struggle will be paid off i think its worth it mate.I think its fine to think some other stuffs not just the movement of coins in the market because if you keep on doing that,it might stressed you up. Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders
I think bounty hunters deserve their payments to sell because it is their right when to sell their coins most especially if they badly need to convert it to fiat.Bounty hunters allocation seems just a small percentage where I see not a reason for the coins to dump. |

Hello there,I have met a few scammers on this forum and i was involved in their scam projects , is there a way to get rid of these scam projects or exposed their names or stop them from running their scam projects?
You must provide proofs once you accuses any person as scammers because in this way you can truly prove its big mistake and to avoid bounty hunters or investors to choose their illegal doings .Prevention is better than cure. |

Well every traders monitors the market when it will rise up,for traders that doesn't look for huge profit means they are more contented on the little pump and enjoys the profit it brings,thats a better attitude than to expect greater amount. Just my point of view. |
