Hi - Newbie here..I would like to put down 1000 USD next week.. What would your advice be to me?
Thousand dollar is big investment and you should be careful in choosing the coin. First advice is, don't put your thousand bucks straight into one single coin but make it divided investment into at least ten different coin. Or you ca also put more money on the project you trust a lot. I'm currently seeing a good opportunity with the following coins: 1) JDS coin 2) Social Coin 3) Kickico 4) WIC coin These are top four coins for me and I would suggest you to focus more on top three coins that I have mentioned if you want to put most of the money in them. I'm sure these ICO will be very successful and the returns are off the charts. :-) bitcoin is the best choice while putting your money into cryptocurrencies as investment because it's most safe than other. but in other hand if you wanna try trading or just invest alternative coin you can through safe start. i prefer divided all your fund into bout 10 coins. if one of that get dust you can trade with rest of your coins. of course you can choose 10 coins which have potential. Although most people chooses bitcoin investments but there's certain situations in cypto currency investments also tool place like trading alts, which other people really wanted more profit using alts as their product to earn more btc for holding investments. Trading is one of the reasons that bitcoin economy went so progressive for so many years and if you wanted that we can support and generate better profit, well buying crypto is a wise investments most particularly for long term investments. Better check market cap on those mentioned coins, because knowing what to invest is the best key to do nice trades in the future profit gains. |

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"
I do not see where the comparison is coming from, the two are very different projects, Ethereum is a platform for smart contracts and if I remember correctly waves is a decentralized exchange, I do not see these two coins competing between each other. WAVES is going to implement smart contracts feature down the road I hear!! Then this is going to be interesting, waves in itself is a good project and if they add this then I suppose that some of the ICO market is going to move to them and with the necessity to buy waves to invest in the ICO projects this is going to make the price of waves to go up. Waves really need more investors in order to cope up with the price value, because if we compare it's price with ethereum right now the difference is very big. That's certain about it that these two coins doesn't have any rivalry since we seen the price on both side differs on it's value. We don't need to go deeper on it and still these two were on development, and ethereum as far as I observed it's now gaining the good price as well. |

As other were saying, use Bittrex. Simple and easy to use. It's user friendly so it's perfectly fit specially for you since you are just starting your career as a trader. I've been trading there for months and never encountered any problem with them. For newbie like you. Just take it easy mate. Trading is not an easy money. Only few traders were succeeded in this field. So trade at your own risk. My suggestions for you mate. Make research first before jumping in. Don't just listen to anybody here about what is potential coin will go to moon. Most of them are just shilling it.
Poloniex is good also. You can try it. But sometimes you'll experience some problem. But i think it's normal since they are overcrowded. They have good support tho. Unlike other exchange that never response to any questions regarding to problems of their customers.
That's better if the site has very prompt services and I appreciate the goodness of their support, so I think poloniex will go furthermore with the trading business of the site. Also with cryptopia I am holding personal funds in their and right now it's so promising, maybe in the middle in the month the funds I had will be sold to a huge btc amount. No problems encountered yet with them unlike c-cex, no maintenance or other delays on transactions was happening. |

Maybe not going down that much, but we must consider those long term holders who sacrificed their financial in order to invest with bitcoin's profitable aspects. Therefore I think price of today's current days will not be going down at huge price compared from past years, bitcoin hasn't become stable like now and even rising within a month after that August 1 issues. |

I think LTC is one of the most undervalued coins it should cost$ 100 minimum.
Yeah, final Monero is one of altcoin undervalued like Litecoin has increase higher than $100 in this month, so why Litecoin cannot do that while it also top altcoin on coinmarketcap. Well, never mind those noisy folks who tagged bitcoin as scam and all I just hearing most of them now is envy of the situations that's having good outcome of bitcoin price lately. That first time I heard negative feedback from them, I just stay focused with my bitcoin job as poster on the forum having enough invested coin in my wallet. Nobody of my friends believed and now came a time that bitcoin gains strength based on the price and demand. I also tried to go that way but I was not so lucky when it comes to gambling so I decided to stop and play just for fun sometimes. I don't believe that these people you are talking about mate, really benefit from their gambling vices. Maybe it's a matter of price that's why they're defending themselves proving their profit with gambling but in reality they've been struggling for this, and they just kept on betting hiding those pains that they got from their worst loses during the time of their betting sessions. I just use those ideas and tips for a conclusion and that conclusion give me a new idea that i can use for making good investment. This forum helps me a lot in making good decisions and i don't think that i can make a lot of profit without this forum.

Now I also believe in this prediction. But a few months ago, when I was a novice in the crypto currency, I would not have believed such bold predictions. I am very surprised and fascinated with the Crypto currency. The why not? Lets be thankful if we will be hitting that price by year 2024 and for now as we have observed of bitcoin price it now gathered more investors and expect by september, we will be surprised of the price per bitcoin value also a domino effect with lots of promising alts. I guess it is wrong if excessive already. If its for fun then its for fun but be careful not hooked with it.
Excess of anything is harmful and gambling is no exception. In fact most of the problems associated with gambling arises when they tend to overdo the same things and end up losing a lot. If they dont chase losses and be happy with whatever wins they have then it does not give rise to any problem other than your greed which one can control. After all gambling is not something profitable for the player and one must gamble for fun to be happy and not greedy. There are many things in our life that are not right. And I can call gambling to be one of them. You know but you can't get away from it. I also consider gambling a wrong deed. I don't condemn or mock gamblers. That would be a shameful act. Moreover, it would not depict a good picture of me. Everyone has his own point of view and taste. I am against this act because it has very fatal consequences. I think it has nothing to do with wrong did it a person doesn't hamper other people's live just of gambling, and if ever their being was that bad maybe they will be condemned or mocked. Shameful act depends on how a person take actions of his behavior towards every people whose being a part of the gamblers life. No, I am just an opposite guy compared on what's your point of view here; we shouldn't easily judge people in that way and for me I am fair about it so being against is not my principle. |

Nowadays bitcoin has high price and it also affect to transaction fee, is this will make bitcoin price drop in the future? Can you predict when bitcoin price will saturated?
By saturated i'm assuming you mean something like a bubble. If that is what you mean that bitcoin is already in a bubble. Like you said, the more the bitcoin price rises the more transactions are going to cost. The median and average tx fees are around $5 right now. In fact, i would argue that anything above $2k is overpriced for bitcoin currently. Long term, bitcoin has plenty of opportunities to gain in value. But this price pump seems to be a short term phenomenon for me at least, that will end in a chain of dumps sooner or later. I'm not saying that bitcoin will 100% go down in the next month, timing for dumps in a bubble is very hard to tell. In fact it even may go up further right now, as the bubble continues to grow. But i'm just saying, make sure you do your research and diversify. Don't have everything in btc. Well it's really hard to predict the sudden drops of bitcoin and for now as I had observed, price increase progressively and I am much confident that it will rise up further. Having enough researched is not an assurance in most cases, but the most important ways to do is patience and self trust in order to surpass the challenging decisions on your holdings to be successful in the future profit gains. |

I was doing day trading for a while and was doing pretty well with it, I've lessened it now though. Takes too much time, unless you've got programs set up. I need to focus on my day-to-day job first and foremost and just squeeze in what I can.
Never buy a pump if you are day trading, that's all I'll say. Stating the obvious but buy low, sell high - you'll be put off buying a coin that's taken a hit, but don't be... look into it more, that's what trading is all about, buying undervalued stock.
I did the same thing, almost exactly the same thing before too. I was a day trader and realized it took too muhc of my time just waiting on which coins to pump and did my own research about long term trading and ventured into that kind of trading after. It made me realize I could do a lot more than just waiting for some of my coins almost daily to pump. Quick decision on day trades can be done in a glance without waiting or holding for so long with your coins, and research about coin market capacity is really helpful for you in achieving the right choice for you trades. The better opportunity of a pumping price is the certain time that we should prepare to sell our coins asset, and holding it for several days can bring the good price into a most exciting surprise for you. Given a chance for this selling strategy is such a nice trading techniques will always be helpful so research form time to time will always be an ample one. |

Almost all of the gamblers gamble just because they want to earn an easy profit on it. Like me reason in gambling is to earn and other say its for fun and which is considered a luck or winning because winning gives fun. The whole idea is gambling is addictable games when we won and that is the main reason of playing gambling.
"Fun" and "Money" would be the main thing why do people or gambler do really like to play it. This is the fastest on making money in an instant and we do all know that and for those people who dont really like to hassle theirselves on making money then they would surely fall into this field on where they do believe that gambling would really give on the thing that they do seek but in the end they are really risking their lives if they do let addiction will eat em up. Yes but to point out really what gamblers want in playing gambling is the Money and the secondary is the fun that it may bring. Well gambling is not fun if you have no money at all. Addiction is the long term result of too much playing and it may worsen with time . Yeah too much playing can lead to addiction and you can't have fun of your motives will always profit, so you have to consider all things not to over react with such emotional thoughts here. That's true an addicted gambler could not feel fun at all if he's out of money and how worst is you touch your wealth just to play fun games from gambling. So you have wait until Genesis Mining sends the payments sometimes they are taking more than 3 days for the payments. That's purely a good alibi mate, and in my observations the delays that our friend was experiencing right now was clearly a type of ponzi scheme, and the payments sent to him is coming from new member of the system used for the genesis mining system approach. A good investments doesn't have any diversions like that, and if you compared it altcoins investments that's not a profitable choice to deal with. Well that's their decision to continue with mining ventures but with my personal ideas it isn't profitable way of generating profitable income. |

If such great businessmen have passed certain statements about BTCs then a humble guy like me does not need to speak much. Still, let me, BTCs can be 500k dollars and it's just a matter of time. If we talk about threats, in tech world, every invention faces such troubles.
That's too much. If that's the worth then probably people are having hard time to sell and if somebody to buy for that amount too. It would be hard for people to make that worth and could it be possibly increasing still? Because 500 thousand dollars is really big to buy if the person mostly depend on twitter or trading site. Of course it will give impact to them not just because of the amount but also the status that they are facing in the economy better if they also have other sources like own business or a job. Lucky if the investor has enough amount or has already have wealth since from the start. Oh I love what insights you are going to prove here mate, but if that's possible to be reached that price capacity I wouldn't wonder sudden bitcoin massive dumping will eventually occur, price might be decreasing very fast due to higher value. Many holders might sell their assets because long term holder can achieve profitable price so they wanted nice and sustainable profit, which can make them millionaire in the future when it became realistically at that price in the history of bitcoin. |

Hi, I want provide my opinion because I am a good tipster (  ) and I have won some DirectBet Tipster championship, right now 2° place in hall of fame. Yes, be a gambler is not easy. Because there are a lot of people (around 95%) that can harvest from betting only: -debts -more problems -other addictions ...so on... Many gamblers want hide their addiction to bet, because they can't get anything good, they loss more money of what they win... of course is shaming if you waste your money without understand why (and just playing). Do you feel shameful or proud for being a gambler? Personally after the closing of DirectBet I am not using placing a bet from several months. Literally no one. Probably I guess is related to my point of view on bets, more similar to a trader, and not to a gambler. Do you consider gambling as a bad thing? Yes I consider gambling a bad thing. Because if you don't have a smart approach, you are like trying to approach some vicious risky "drugs" with high risk to get addicted and lose a lot of money! In fact after DB Closing I haven't place a bet  How do you hide you're a gambler and who do you hide it from? In my country betting up to a certain limit is socially accepted. So normally I don't need to hide as gambler (but I need to hide what I am playing and my stakes that are normally really higher than others players). Nothing to worry about being revealed to other people because it's not wrong as long as you play responsible and the money involved with it is coming from your present job like from bitcoin income. The same here in my country gambling was so rampant to the society and people were always seeking lucky betting opportunities and one example of that is lottery swertres bets with a three combination numbers. I bought new altcoins and invested some to a new ICO. I believe that we can not win continously in gambling so instead of buying things that will cut off my funds, I reinvest them to earn more with the belief of earning from my venture.
You did the right thing instead of spending your earnings in something you enjoy you are making your best effort to multiply your profits many times over by investing in an ICO, I just hope that you took the time to research the ICO since there are many scams these days. It's better to use that money for an investments of small business at your local place, because if you just play over and over again then bet for another chances I guess you will lose it again and it maybe vanish and wasted. Treasure the bigger opportunity as winning is the most profitable during time of wins, but never take it seriously to become much profitable in a long run, because gambling will leads to loses always. Having small business at local places or any other supermarket stolls is not profitable nowadays my friend, because government took control of the taxes and charges of the place to do businesses. It's better to invest your money with crypto currency trading and the guarantee is higher profit if you are able to learn the strategies of being a trader od currencies. Never engaged at gambling investments anymore because you it would probably frustrates you by the time you lose your bets. |
