Local / India / Re: Why it advisable to buy/not buy from international exchanges
|

I have tried with local exchanges having premium not exactly 15% it varies upto 25% because of huge demand in last few months . If your really investing small amount you can choose both but benefit will be 1) Foreign exchange like caoibase you can trade altcoins also in same platform no need of sending transaction fees 2) Local exchange secure and trusted and you can buy like purchasing share by providing extra premium amount.

Government assigned inter-disciplinary committee after some MP accusing bitcoin is ponzy scheme on april this year and also there is lots of companies like exchanges and bitcoin holder are strongly supporting all the way to make at least constant like now not to ban . If it regulated properly then there will be bright future for bitcoin holders in india.

It completely make sense your quote if foreign currency is tax free i mean expatriates sending money from any country . But bitcoin is having problem with KYC and other details if it is earned through exchanges and we have to pay tax because our pan and other bank details given for submitting income details for IT department.

I could recommend to buy from exchanges like unocoin, zebpay, or coinsecure its reputed and also you can keep escrow before buiyng bitcoin . Both ways you need to pay fees . In exchanges you have to do KYC and by keeping escrow no need KYC

GST should be goods and tax service even its not included income tax may people having wrong understanding between GST-Goods and tax Services and Income Tax and TDS . May the earning comes under TDS if your using exchanges to buy and sell bitcoin. You have to consult exchanges for their rule or fees after GST that may make bit difference.

I hope most wont use bitcoin to spend untill ghe is having huge number of bitcoin or there is no other source of income apart from bitcoin and also the biggest reason for spending may be giving huge discount for bitcoin transaction.

In my country there is very less people know about bitcoin because its known by the people believe in online earning and online money . After recent 6 months there is lots of investment coming on lots of local exchanges. Again its very less may be around 1% to 3% i don't have exact data.
