I think investing in BTC and ETH same amount of percentage is better i think because . ethereum is having high potentiality comapre to other coins . Even you can look into NEO as well as BNB these coins will be hitting more than 2X in couple of months based on my assumption.

Based on my research currently some exchange coins like Coss , KCS is good investment you will get dividend also by holding this coins . Also you can look into NEO still trading in low price may be in couple of days NEO will start its bullish run . I think it is better time to invest on NEO .

Exactly what you said is correct most of the project only trying to collect fund recent new strategy is soft so claiming through private sale . Lots of project showing already reached soft cap in private sale . So that they can’t refund the ammount if it is not reached softcap.

I agree your point the reason why ico failing to collect funds . But lots of successful ico only interested in collecting fund not giving exact solution . It depends on whales strategy as far recent London survey or research says bitcoin is lesser decentralised than ethereum. That means controlling bitcoin price by entities , organisation or person is more . So based on my experience whales will decide when to pump when not .

I would pick ether i am already staking my ether not planning to sell anymore . Ethereum is having lots of good news coming Even casper POS implementation in place once this happens ethereum will go to moon . More over why i am beliving ethereum . Still its having real usecase everyday lots of transaction is happening in ethereum network everyday new smartcontracts being created.
