Think it's fine the way it is.

2 trans in a row sent, nothing returned.

hmm i have the 45554 as rejected but 36cd i have no record of - this thing might be weaker than I thought.

It has a 5 second rate limit on running the script and I'm not sure how many this server/db can process per cycle.

cycle is approximately 30 seconds when idle, the page does a background ajax to accelerate that to every 8 seconds when someone has it loaded. if too many people are on the page it will be tripping the rate limit.

You going to raise the max or keep it at 1000?

Second thought, maybe not with the block split coming soon?

how do you like that 10 IFC minimum fee that's on the way?

Catering to miners at the expense of any potential users - and guarantees a lasting impression of low value.

Looks like I won that one but was sent back .0001

I have this as a reject - the .0001 had to be related to another tx as this never sent.  First reject of the test, too.

post your IFC addy please so I can get you the 100k and thanks for jumping in!

No need to send. Will test for a bit longer before lunch.

You are a gentleman, thank you very much and sorry for the loss of your .000000000001 cents (or whatever) Smiley

ok I'll have a look, .0001 usually indicates a loss.

Thanks!

First ten posted addresses will receive the 100k each.

You'll then be asked to visit http://flip.coinworld.us/IFC/ and make at least 50k in wagers.

Anyone who wants to play on their own dime is welcome to hit it right away.

I would not advise trying with any of the other linked coins at this time.

Hey I'm trying to get a final round of heavy beta testing on this script.

It's a gambling script - a simple coin flip.

IT's running at 0 confirmations, and binding your input to any required output for security.  But the wallet can't handle this on it's own, and balances get borked really bad once you send any inputs as manually created transactions, so I've had to create an external ledger.

Every once in a while it still rejects a TX.  I was able to reproduce a few times and I'm not getting any useful info out of the logs so I've build a bit more thorough logging into it and now it's not rejecting any (of course).

I need to get some traffic on it and see if I can sort this out.  So....

I'm looking for 8 - 10 testers.  I will send you 100k IFC, I ask you to make at least 50k worth of bets on the site. At max bet this is 50 0 confirmation transactions it won't take a ton of your time and you can walk away with at least 50k IFC.

Volunteers?

We can even use a middle man if these escrow services charge a lot. There's a few good people on here that wouldn't keep our coins which I trust.

How deep could this thread go before someone points out that there's no use for the coin?
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dying coins on: August 01, 2013, 04:54:59 PM
We all know there are a few coins that are dying out because the devs bailed out with the premine parachute. I was talking to a few guys and they suggested that devs of current coins like Franko, FST, DGC etc take over the dev of these coins and help get them actuall profitable again. What is your opinion?

If we could get them culled it would be a blessing.  Too many bag holders that won't let their favorite little network die, and as long as they can get on something that looks like an exchange, why should they?>

... and ask the community what they agree he should pre-mine i.e "get for the work."

You do NOT want to do that.

I think you should improve the design . Especially the logo !

Smiley

I've tried a couple of things regarding a logo, graphic design is definitely not my strongest skill.

If you have suggestions regarding layout or usability of the views I'd be happy to hear them, either in this thread or in PM.

Thanks for taking the time to look, for sure.

As regards the image ticker API:

This API is a simple GET API which provides the requested ticker information in an image format.  The site data is updated every 60 seconds, so the images themselves are not static but update with the site.

Why is this useful for you?  IT allows you to embed current pricing information almost anywhere you want it.  Some of you may have seen our images in forum posts before, here is an example use:

Cryptsy LTC/BTC current pricing:

Since you can use img tags everywhere, this provides a great deal of flexibility for creating web pages, e-mails, and other items with embedded ticker displays or pricing information.

And you can do it with absolutely no PHP/Javascript/API code. A properly composed GET URL is all you need.

The images are highly configurable, offering you control over size, foreground and background colors, and currently over 30 different display fonts.  There's also the option to remove the pair name from the image, if you are using them in a table or other chart-type layout.

Detailed API documentation is available here:
