Skills vs Luck *poll*

I choose skill.
My guess is right, "both" is the most selected option. Indeed luck is can affect the result, but how you know luck is come from to you? Plus considering luck is just makes your mind think trading is same as gambling and could be your trading will be just gambling because you considering luck.
So, I choose skill, because trading more considering your skill, if you lose, don't think you are unlucky, but think your skill is not enough yet and try to hone your skill again.

Both skill and luck are needed for trading, but skill is more dominant as you will use it to analyze the movement of the graph to know when to buy and sell. Luck is also needed as the final catalyst in making your prediction become real. You can't control your luck but at least you have full control over your skill to analyze things.

I agree with you . skill is the main point in trading. we are required to do a proper analysis in making your decisions. while luck is a thing which I call as a contributing factor. because with any luck we can ensure profitability in the final results of each trading.

Yup, there's not a person who could get huge profits in the trade for they could not trade well (have skills). Because the main capital is mental and skill, then we should have the main capital to be able to continue trading well. The main point of trading success lies in our attitude and skills while getting the result (Fortunate or lose).Specify your attitude and your mental, to tighten up when trading you can use skills to the maximum or creating a strategy that best by using the new skills

This is the point actually where we need our luck to help us. Because no trader will be able to predict exactly what will happen with price movements. There are many occasions, in those markets will go against us and could not find any  help other than depending on our luck to favor us to conclude that trade in profits.

Even though the talent and skills are acquired by hard work, the luck part is always distributed randomly and equally to everyone so there is no chance of doing something to improve luck part as in skills and talent one can improve it day by day by practising regularly. I always go with the skill part because I never had any jackpot with luck

Luck and equality are incompatible things

In fact, the very idea of luck is diametrically opposite to equality. And it has a very simple (let's call it scientific) explanation. Truly random distribution (and luck fits there perfectly) has nothing to do with uniform distribution, which many folks erroneously consider as the same. The lesson to take home is that some people are overall more lucky than the others (that's basically the whole idea behind luck as such). But this doesn't mean of course that they will be ready to use the opportunity if they strike it lucky
