no matter what amount of bitcoins you have, just holding them safely in offline storage is the best thing to do. and beside that, what today is considered to be a small amount of bitcoins, can be worth a lot after 5 or so years. then people will most likely blame themselfs for not holding while they still had the coins. investing your precious bitcoins is basically a waste of time where the risks are greater than the potential profit. and if there is a site or service that promises you high returns in a short time, then it's 99,9% a scam. holding is the best! |

It would be pretty good if you invest right now because of the halving that is coming this year, if you invest now you can make profit if you sell your bitcoins on the right moment.
Just invest and hold your bitcoins for a while to make profit, its as simple as that it gets not more simpler than that.

You are right, and price is also pretty much down as compared to where it was before... Everyone's talking of seeing a new ATH this year, so even if we won't be able to see such, at least we are to witness $800 - $900 for sure... |

That's bitcointalk life. Just deal with it or it might affect you too. Its very good to invest right now because of the halving is coming, so if you invest now you can make profit by it.
Its also that if you save money it can be good but you will make less more profit than if you invest in the bitcoin.
Learn the art of buying everytime the bitcoin price dip. If you hold then you already make a profit don't be greedy to take out more. Set another line of buying price everytime the price dip. It's not all about the halving. You can make profit even when there's no halving that will occur. I find this solid advice. Being too greedy does not help but impedes you from advancing to where you should be in saving. |

You are right, and price is also pretty much down as compared to where it was before... Everyone's talking of seeing a new ATH this year, so even if we won't be able to see such, at least we are to witness $800 - $900 for sure... I've seen people talking about a new ATH every year since the great 1k bubble... the fact is many people on the forum are way too optimistic, that's why they're spending their time on a crypto forum instead of casually holding some. I think we may end up poking around the 600+ area for a little bit later in the year, but I really don't think we're going to be having another massive bubble. That would involve tons of media attention to get new investors involved, China going nuts, and the bagholders from the last big one not selling out when they got the chance... in other words, it's going to be a hell of a lot harder than ever before to hit a new ATH. |

Investing is a way of saving, I think. So, you don't spend the money just put it somewhere where can become even bigger. Of coure, if you do it carefuly, otherwise you may lose your savings totaly.
Investing with bitcoin is quite difficult at the moment We will have too many scammers around us. I agree with you, scammers now found a new currency to rip off someone which made them hard to trace. But we can still avoid them, just be vigilant and do a research on the investment programs you want to do business with. I still invest my bitcoins though, despite of lots of scam sites out there, but I always conduct a deep research first and make sure the program is paying before risking some coins with it. Its hard though |

Investment is better ofcourse, because when you invest the your saving also grow. Just keeping it in the bank will make it improve no further. I agree with this, in the future if your investment will grow then it will benefit you and make some profit on it. but if you will save it on a cold wallet then you have nothing to gain, you must choose on what you want to do and make a smart decision on it. so mostly suggest to invest. |

If it is not a scam coin and has some usage, when the price is low, it is good time to buy some more. Better read more and understand your investment before committing. Never participate unless you understand your target sufficiently. |
